this guy was peacefully protesting in a public space exercising his First Amendment right to free speech then this cop appears and blows things up luckily another cop sees this and schools his own colleague would you mind lowering it for me I don't want it used as a weapon against me okay I'm not going to use it as a weap would you please lower it down for me well to stay clear of me I need your ID please I need your ID also please sir that's going to happen Okay I'm going to place you under arrest then you're not placing me under arrest you have no right to ask come here all right taser he is under ARR he's he's under arrest for what for trespassing and for disorderly conduct not dis [ __ ] is wrong with when he's in front of the business and he refused to give me his ID which he's required to do for why so I can issue him a citation for trespassing it's not trespassing
