what Chief Mike crisen describes as a
violent use of excessive force against a
pregnant woman this use of force was so
severe that the officer was suspended
for 3 days then later fired just last
month conell was placed on a 3-day
suspension following a separate incident
documents say she used excessive force
against a pregnant woman during an
arrest referred to the woman's companion
with a derogatory name and failed to
provide medical attention to the
companion following a use of force event
according to the investigation the
officer was found in violation of the
following policies use of harsh violent
profane or insolent language when
performing their duties mistreating
persons who are in their custody and
mistreating a sick or injured
arreste the incident began when officers
with the whiteall police department
pulled over a stolen vehicle that was
occupied by three suspects the initial
officers held the suspects at gunpoint
while they waited for backup to arrive
when a third officer arrived on scene
they removed the driver from the vehicle

Brook cono responded to a call for help
from officers who were fighting with the
driver of a stolen vehicle she was
punched in the face by a criminal then
after getting him secure she immediately
began searching for the other suspects
who fled while walking a suspect to her
Cruiser she told them she doesn't give a
[ __ ] about their excuses shook a pair of
handcuffs and called for a medic 2
minutes after one was asked for for this
she was suspended for 3 days well if you
think what I just said was frivolous
didn't that I suppose I guess I would
ask them do you think this is frivolous
as said before this isn't frivolous this
is chicken [ __ ] this incident happened
on June 24th
2024 officer Cano used her taser and had
several other uses of force during the
incident she was required to and
complied with policy when she reported
these uses of force for review upon
review her actions during the incident
were found to be in policy she was
cleared of any wrongdoing
for some reason Chief crisen and his
bunch of bootlicking lieutenants waited
until October to go back and find her
actions outside of
policy requests have been made for the
initial use of force review and that
request has not been fulfilled I'm being
told the document no longer exists it
appears to me that Chief crisen and his
cronies have destroyed records that
exonerated officer cono and replaced
them with a bogus investigation to
bolster the termination case they were
working on Chief Mike crisen Mayor Mike
Bivens and safety director van Greg
should all be ashamed of themselves and
owe the officers and citizens of White
Hall Ohio an apology
