Can we Can we work this out? That's what I'm do. Excuse me. No, I'm just You look hot. Uh, put your shirt on, please. Whoa. Another video from Red Zone Watch. So, they seem to be putting out some pretty good stuff. Sam really likes their subtitles, so check them out. Oh, she's walking up the wall. Rise up. This is awesome. 28th of November, 2023 at 1:00 in the morning, officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that failed to indicate before making a right turn. This may seem like kind of an innocuous stop, like, oh, you didn't use your turn signal. Absolutely. It's a legal reason for a law enforcement officer to make contact with someone driving in the public. If she would have been stone cold sober just, you know, on her way back from, you know, getting a snow cone and didn't use her turn signal, this stop would never have made the internet. It would officer would have went up. She would have been sober. Here's my driver's license, registration, insurance. Okay, you're sober. Hey, make sure you use your turn signal. Have a great night. Done. That's it. After coming to a stop in a parking lot, the officers approach the driver and notice right away that something is off. Hi. Hey, I'm Vanessa. Are you [ __ ] standing? I am. No, I'm sorry. No. What are you guys doing here? No, I live I live right here. Don't do this to me. No, I live right here. I'm not going to drive anymore. I'm just trying to get the Okay. Wow. Just you know, you got to I'm sorry. No, we loving right here. I saw you. I saw you guys driving in, so I want to make sure everything's okay. That's my house. Okay. Do you have an ID with you? Yeah. Central 301. Can you show me a code, too, please? Yeah. Can I have a friend here? Every agency pretty much has a different code for it, but this officer knew I'm going to have to deal with this passenger. I'm going to be doing a DUI investigation on this driver. Hey, I need someone else here. So, he gets on his radio and calls for a second unit like, "Hey, start me someone else." We do it here where it's very common for um two members of the traffic unit to process an impaired driver together. Um it's just better. It's better to have someone there for safety, for you know, dealing with other cars or it's just nice to have someone else there. So, when we do a DUI investigation, we start a second. Um, a lot of agencies do and um, it obviously looks like this agency followed that suit and I like it. Just so you know, everything's being already recorded. Okay. So, I actually So, I live down the street from here. Where do you live? Like right there. Where did you guys come from? [Music] No, like we've been staying right here. like we've been trying to stay. So, we just wanted to show you a video, but if you don't want to see it, that's okay. No, I'm just asking where you guys coming from cuz I did see you guys pull in here earlier. So, I just wanted again when you see a car with two people in it at 1:00 in the morning, I got to make sure everything's okay, you know. No, we're okay. We just wanted to see you like pull up and like look at the video. Okay. I'm a business woman, so I have a lot of IDs with me. If you don't mind me just pull out pulling out of ID with me. Okay. What do you do? Hey, my Uber's 6 minutes away. I don't give a about your So, I'm a picked up. I don't know if that's fine with you. Yeah, that's good. You don't have your ID or anything. We're trying to figure out who else. Okay, look. So, you can have this What? No. No. This is not mine. This is not mine. It's not yours. No. This is not mine. Oh my god. This is my No, this is not my No, this is my I don't Can I see anything now though? Because now No, we were we were out here just being Oh my god. You know what's so crazy? I'm listening. the fact that I live here and I've asked him, "Hey, can we just be okay?" And I'm so cold. I'm so cold. So am I. I'm out here. I don't I know you are, but I'm so I'm just like I don't know what I'm doing. I don't listen to me. I need to get some sort of identification. Do you have a picture of it or you have it with you? Can I please see it? Now, I don't know how you see it, but showing off that wad of cash in her wallet instead of directly handing her license to the officer seems rather suspicious. Last time I checked, bribing law enforcement was highly illegal. I mean, is your ID in there at all anywhere? Can I see you? Okay. And what's your address? What's your address? Two. How much have you had a drink tonight? Nothing. I can clearly smell it. No, you can't. No, you can't. So, how much have you had a drink tonight? I can smell. I mean, you clearly your friend said that you were drunk. I just The moment I came up, my cat, the moment I came up, you said you had some that he said that you were drunk as hell. That's crazy. Where did you guys come from? She seems to get wrapped around the axles about the boyfriend or front seat passenger whoever was um saying, "Hey, she drunk as hell." Although I believe that was a factual statement, probably based on his own experience with her, but that really didn't sway the investigation. I mean, the officer obviously knew that she was drinking beforehand and uh was already going down that road, but it was kind of funny when your passenger snitches you off. So I I appreciate his cander and obviously his honesty because you clearly didn't come from your house. I was sitting at the parking lot. I saw you guys pulling turn right from near path. Where were you pulling from? I was at the parking lot right there by Right across from here. Across from where? From here. From where? I already told you. No, you haven't. Just get out of the car. I already across from here. Across from where do where we're at? Across the street. I've been trying to work with you and I'm asking you nicely and doesn't look like you want to work with me. Nope. No, I do want to work with you. No, I mean you said you didn't have anything to drink, right? I just don't give you anything to work with. This is so crazy because this has never happened to me and I feel like just because I'm driving around a Latina, it's happening to me. First thing I notice is the car. I don't notice the people who are driving. It's dark out. Absolutely true. Morning. It's 1:00 in the morning. I'm Hispanic as crying. You noticed it right away as I walked up. Oh, she tried the race thing. That didn't work. This woman is obviously a master manipulator. So, she tries every angle that she can to get this officer to be more lenient. Um, she tries the Hispanic card, so she throwing she brings race into it. She shows him a big wad of cash. That didn't work. Then she's like, "Hey, you're hot." So that's another thing. That didn't work. And then she starts this like up and down of like crying, super sad, it's super cold out, like all of the just going down the list of like, "How can I try to manipulate this dude?" And credit to this officer. officer is hearing. He is hearing none of it. I mean, he's locked in. He knows where this is going to go. He does a great job. And um you know, he's not he's not falling for anything, but this woman's just terrible. Just a terrible human. You're inside the car. You he clearly says you're drunk as hell. Those were his words. Those were his words. Not mine. Hold on. Vanessa, Vanessa, no. I'm so sorry. Those were his words. I can see it in your eyes. I can see I just want to go listen to work. Okay. How much have you had to drink tonight? Can we Can we work this out? That's what I'm trying to do. Excuse me. No, I'm just You look hot. Like I know. I Are you Tori's dad? No. No. Okay. Wow. You said you had nothing to drink tonight, right? Okay. Are you willing to perform some exercises to show me that you haven't had that you are not impaired? That you have nothing to drink tonight? That you're okay to drive? Cuz I clearly saw you driving. You're in a driver's seat. Your friend says he wasn't driving. What I don't want to do is have you out here in the cold, right? What we could do. You're not under arrest. You can go in my squad car. We can go to the train depot where it's nice and warm. Put you through the exercises. If you show no signs of impairment, I'll bring you back. You go home. Okay. Is that something you're willing to do? What's that? I don't have any water. I'm sorry. No. You want to know how much I earn a year? I honestly You probably don't give a [ __ ] Doesn't affect me, Vanessa. I'm If you earn a lot of money, more more than me, good for you. I'm happy for you. But I want the better you. I want you to give up because I see you arrest the streets. I see you. I do. Yeah. Cuz my job is to patrol the the streets of Lake Forest. Definitely. Yeah. I got to make sure no one breaks into cars and I see a car that has two people in it. I got to make sure everyone's okay inside. Shut the [ __ ] up. You white piece of [ __ ] What the do you do? Wow. What the do you do? I have an attorney and you will not pull me out of this car. I say not pulling you out the car. I'm just asking you a question. I need a yes or no question. Is it a It's a yes or no. Why are you You want to do the exercises? No. You don't want to do the exercises? Don't pull me out of this car because I have an experience. I have no I have no reason to pull you out the car. Thank you so much. I have no reason to pull you out the car. I'm asking you a simple yes or no question. And I'm telling you, why are you whispering? Is it a yes or no? My attorney will pull me out of this [ __ ] if I have to. At this point, the officer has no choice but to bring the woman back to the station to perform a sobriety test. Props to him for holding out so long. I would have lost my patience a long time ago. Feel the same way. I need you to step out the car, Vanessa. It's no longer I'm asking you to. So, it's like yes or no. It's I'm ordering you to step out the car. Yeah. Yeah. It's an order. And I'll tell you exactly why once you step out. Only once I step out. Yep. Vanessa, if you don't get out of the car, we're going to have to remove you from the car. And I'd really like to not do that. There we go. So, we're going to front of my car with the front facing camera. I'm going to put myself right there before you. Please don't do that. What do I do? There's nothing in there. If I find anything in there afterwards, it's going to belong to you. Okay. That's not very nice. I need you to sit down. Vanessa, can I break this? If you break that, that's going to be another charge. How much? How much? I like your style. Is it Is it money waste? I need you to sit back and this is the second time you take off. I'm going to put the seat belt seat belt back on. I need you to stop taking off the seat belt or take anything. So dumb. I need you to right and I'm going to reach for the seat belt. Okay. Right now. So dumb. We're going to go back to you. Show me right now. Show me. Show me right now. You're going to kill me regardless. Right now, so she's refusing to put her seat belt on. What? What is that? Tired. I'm so tired. What is going on? Wow. I did everything my parents wanted me to do. Oh, there's some issues. I am so so [ __ ] unhappy. I hope you take me to a place where I don't ever see the [ __ ] light. There's some issues there. We're going to have somebody just step out. We're going to go from there. Okay. What's that? Nothing. Well, things have changed. All right. So, that was You did not need to spit at me. I did. I need you to face it. Force me. Force me. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. Take me right now. Oh, boy. Take me to jail. Take me to jail right now. She spit. She spit. She spit. So, spit masks are a thing. someone hawks alugi at me for the entire remainder of the time that I deal with them, they're going to be wearing a spit hood. Um, we keep them in our we have them in our substations, we have them in our jails. Um, a lot of patrol guys that transport have them in their cars. So, if you get on the radio and ask someone for a spit mask, one, everyone's going to know that you have someone that's kind of unruly and someone with a spit mask is going to come to your your stop location to help you u manage your suspect. So, this woman should have had a spit mask on sooner, like immediately after she spit, and it should have just stayed on her because she's just terrible. So, that's going to be an extra charge. I know. Okay, take it, too. Cuz you did kick me, too. Thank you. Oh, I kicked you on camera. Take me. I just want you to take me so bad. And you just want me kicked me in the squad car. Just spit me in my face. I just want him to take me. She just spit at my face right now and kicked me in the squad car. So, just so you know, I just want to pee. Don't spit. I'm going to piss myself. Now that they have arrived at the station, it's mandatory to search the suspect for any firearms or illegal substances. Unfortunately, there is no female officer on site at the moment, which our suspect is less than enthusiastic about. I want a female, but there is a So, I do have I want a female. And I'm going to explain how I'm going to search the way I serve. Boy, I want a female. The last time a [ __ ] female sent me, she [ __ ] searched my vagina and it hurts. So why would you want another female? And I'm going to sue the out of you. Oh. So she's asking for a a woman, a female officer. Um some agencies don't have females that work every shift. It happens. Um there's a lot of times that there we don't have a single female working anywhere in the county. So sometimes you just you get a male. There's nothing in our policy that says males have to search males and females have to search females. So just because she asks for one doesn't mean that that request is going to be acquiesed. And it wasn't because you just can't produce a female officer out of the air. So, um, but she's like, "Hey, the last time I was searched, so I'm wondering and I wish they would have gotten into it. I wish I wonder what this last search was." Oh, touch me. Touch me, [ __ ] So, I'm going to use the back of my hand. Touch me to make sure you don't have anything on you. Okay, fine. It's the back of my hand. Touch me. Wow. Touch me. Don't make it weird right now. Leave your hands up there again. I'm going to use the back of my head. Okay. So I do have to check just like anything on a female between your breast. I'm going to use the back of my hand and just go under. That's it. Okay. Just the back. Do you do not take anything off? Okay. I'm going to use the back of my hand. [Music] There's nothing. You can have a seat. Can I pee? Have a seat and I'll let you use the bathroom in a little bit. What do you want me to pee myself? Whoa. Don't do that. Have a seat. I already did. What a weird human. Leave your Leave your shirt on, Vanessa. I'm going to let you use the bathroom back there. [Music] [ __ ] you. I'm not closing it. I'm giving you privacy. Go to the bathroom and come back out. Give me a [ __ ] Go to the bathroom and come back. Tell me before you [ __ ] I need you to go use the bathroom. You say you want to use the bathroom, right? I'd rather piss myself right. [ __ ] Use the bathroom. I'm only doing this to give you privacy. [ __ ] Vanessa, please use the bathroom. Unbelievable. No, I'd rather have absolutely everything that I got. Use the bathroom. Use the bathroom or you're going to you're going to be caught to the wall. Oh [ __ ] [ __ ] me. Right now. I don't care if you cough to the [ __ ] out. You're not even clean right now. After continuously moping about needing to go to the bathroom, but refusing to do so with a closed door, our suspect finally learns that she in fact is not in charge and cannot make demands. I'm taking them off you so you can put your shirt on. Can I see your hand, please? You want to use the bathroom? Yeah. Okay. Put your shirt on, go use the bathroom, and then come back out. Okay. Unbelievable. That said, the only reason I was closing this, Vanessa, is to give you privacy. That's it. I wasn't going to close it all the way, is just to give you another layer of privacy. That's all. I want to give you the respect that you deserve and that give you that privacy. We can't go down. Uh Uh, Vanessa, put your shirt on, please. Vanessa, if you don't do that, I'm going to put you back on handcuffs on the bench. Okay. I don't want I want you to use the bathroom. Yes. Take care. That's so hard. Oh my god. I want to die. I rather you kill me right now. What the kill me. I want to [ __ ] myself right now. Oh my. Is that even how it goes? I kill Vanessa. Put your shirt back on.
