bridge I'm officer Kenny I'm with the St a okay I'm with the St Augustine Police Department Florida here's a shout out to police watch channel where this video is found and if you're not subscribing to them subscribe to them check out what they've got it's a lot of good stuff I don't have a problem with you I don't know you I don't know your little boy here okay um but I am being confronted undocumented for no reason like your I'm sorry can you 10 N St Augustine is Hit or Miss whether or not you hit evil or you hit good um someone can start rolling this way just code one just cuz I'm in the middle of TR traffic holding everything up so because of where we're at right now what I'm just asking is if you and I can just have an adult conversation I'm always up to for adult conversation all right is I mean would you prefer to walk that way so I would prefer to have documentation of your copies of record okay of the complaints okay well I've gotten two phone calls so far I would love documentation okay well I can't provide that to you right now in the middle of the bridge okay I'd be more than happy to get that to you but what I'm wondering for our safety and for the the the lawyer on retainer she's not going to call anyone and it's like it's something that she heard on some TV show and just regurgitated here because she's drunk but obviously this officer isn't worried this lady her Spidey senses were Tang L and just based on on what she's doing and her mannerisms she knew she was going to fight this lady um watching it you could pick up on a lot of it you get a lot more of it in person but I guarantee that that officer knew that she was in for a fight right now so it's not a fight you want well I I mean so here's she interfere with my opening yeah sweetheart sweetheart are you okay you're not okay is that documented is that documented for court is that documented for court is it documented for court cuz that's what we're talking about and time to go under us what are We There we go we're going to put you in handcuffs for what are we just going to talk we'll get there we're detaining you right now okay okay that's we're going to get out of all these the handcuffs go on and then the back door to that police cruiser opens up that lady looks in there and sees that it's a caged unit and all of a sudden like reality smacks her in the face and she goes oh I'm going to jail and then the fight's on you know then there she doesn't want to go in and she's pushing back and she's spinning and turning and like that whole fight is like I don't I don't want to go in there because like they feel like it's something final that once they get in the back of the car that that's it no I'm not stepping into the truck for no reason this is the move move right here pull through my favorite move I love the officer that sees what's going on that there's a fight on one side runs around the passenger side and pulls her through um that's my go-to move I love it um there's no way to stop it because you're being pulled from behind into the uh the back of the cruiser and then you can shut both doors so that super heads up on on that officer because he saw there was a problem and immediately found work and a way to fix it tell me why I am being arrested first you have to ra me my Miranda rights you can't just stick somebody in a lock box for no reason yes you I was on the side you you will pay for this you will [Music] got and that's a hobble I'm sorry buddy hey she's okay okay will you come over here with me watch you step up there okay Papa 2999 St John show one detain she's going to be in back my vehicle you clear everyone off the bridge hey Carry in hold on one second oh open your front door open your front door whoa I've never seen a suspect get from the back seat of a cage unit into the front seat so and you really couldn't tell based on the bodyw warn camera video of how she slithered through um but I've never seen that and I guarantee that after this incident that their Fleet Management's looking at their their cages and figuring out how to stop that from happening because if that officer hadn't been heads up and looked in and saw her coming into the the driver's compartment she was going to take off with that car and and then I mean God knows what happens people get run over accidents happen I mean it's the the possibilities of that going bad are exponential when she gets behind the wheel of a car and she's drunk do they not have cages ground you want to me some 5 foot 3ot girl for what [ __ ] walking across the bridge what is going on she slipped her cuffs is what happened handcuffs only go so small um they're they ratchet and once you get so small there's no more teeth on the ratchet so they're they're not really meant for kids and they're certainly not meant for women with really really small risks um so that's what what the problem was here it's not that they were putting them on incorrectly it's that the Cuffs can only go so small um zip ties are really good option for someone like this with really really small wrists that's what what we found is you kind of want to you have to you have to use a different tool yeah good luck H them together [ __ ] like handing why your the oh God you guys are grab the shack heads up on that off how did she get to the front breing that's heartbreaking that's a sounds like regret just took my baby from me yes I will get in the car on the cor Bel that you are she's not happy every mother man there's a natural reluctance to punch women in the face the way that you would punch a guy in the face or that you would use certain um control holds with with guys or direct impact or hard hand impact or use some sort of weapon um that we don't do with women and I that's what causes this fight to go on for so long it's a mixture of her slipping her cuffs repeatedly and no one really using any legitimate amount of force on her um they just kind of try to pin her down and control her legs and use a hobble which is a great tool um but what she really needed is once someone kicks me in the face the kind of the gloves come off and you you should be using a a higher level of force to subdue that person and uh to gain the liance that you're looking for and sometimes that means hard punches with like knees and elbows and fists I'm stuck up got me wrapped around her just another example of people not obeying the cops get off me like really get off me we need to get her Shackled what is her deal yeah what is all this deal she's fighting with the cops because I I got her told you the truth what's going on cuz I'm a whistleblower oh she's got battery on Leo I know that much and just s like Ona cuz she's a whistleblower she's wrapped her on my leg cap go get her off let go of his leg let go of his leg tell him to let go me right there I will trade she needs a little common IAL shot there I can't wait you she needs to be hobbled and placed in that car we can't it's a pretty good way to keep her under control you know what to do with an unbounded soul one that can't be bot like you you all are bot you bots not you are not she Shack her hands this what lady back in or meet me down there so or she's so out of brush she can't we talk no matter what kind of workout regiment you employ whether it's CrossFit or you run um if you're a cop and you are not fighting as a form of physical training um you will learn in a physical fight how draining it is so guys that roll and do Jiu-Jitsu or some sort of MMA um that are fighting have a different kind of endurance um and it was pretty obvious that a lot of these officers during this this fight uh were pretty winded just from fighting one single woman um so it was I mean that was a fight and I I can't say that I haven't been winded to the point where I didn't want to fight anymore during a fight also so it's um it's not me saying I'm perfect because I have absolutely been there but uh it's certainly a learning lesson uh when you get your butt kicked by a drunk woman we're good we're good we're not God slipped him again stop acting up stop stop acting up I'm going to all the stop let go you're so strong why am I being arrested again and treated like you you've assaulted like five cops handcuff well cuz she knows right and you guys don't know what do with the unbounded soul unbounded
