What's up, bro? What's up? I got confused. I don't know if it's the girl or the boy bathroom. >> You told me you were confused about which bathroom is which. >> Yes. >> Well, then why when she came out you were licking your lips? >> When I went about to see if it was girl or the boys. I was like and I saw that out of aggravation. >> Peeping Toms are creeps who love to turn people's privacy into something they violate for their own twisted reasons. But, what happens when officers arrive and their sick behavior is finally exposed? >> But, I had a drone. And I actually flew it in the neighbor's yard. Um very uh ashamed about this. I'm very embarrassed. >> Get you right out of here back to the station, okay? >> Here are the times peeping Toms realized that they had been caught. Starting with David, a perverted grandpa who was caught in the act spying on his next-door neighbor through her window. >> Sheriff's office, GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. ROLL OVER. USE YOUR HANDS. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> OBVIOUSLY, you have no pants on. >> understand? >> Yes, can I please get dressed? >> Hey. >> I'm just trying to put my shoe on. >> Yeah, but we'll tell you what to do. >> Okay, sir. >> Don't move. >> Where's your pants at? >> In the house. >> On August the 24th, 2023, Pinellas County deputies arrived in a quiet neighborhood after a resident reported that a stranger had been watching her through her window in the early hours. Officers decided to stake out the house and waited until 5:00 a.m. And soon enough, they witnessed something truly sinister. >> Sheriff's office, get on the ground. GET ON THE GROUND. ROLL OVER. USE YOUR HANDS. USE YOUR HANDS. GIVE US YOUR HANDS. >> You're under arrest. >> Stop resisting, all right? >> Copy. So, you might caught? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> You want to you can come up. You can just park right up >> There you go. All right. You're under arrest. >> Obviously, you have no pants on. >> Yes, can I please get dressed? >> Uh >> You didn't even bring your shorts on the damn thing. Why don't you bring your shorts? >> Bring your knees up toward your chest. >> Can I please get dressed? >> knees up toward your chest. >> Yes, sir. >> Just listen to what we're saying. You got it? >> to bring your up, all right? >> Yes, sir. >> Who's home at your house? >> Pardon? >> Who's home at your house? >> All right, buddy. >> So, she said do you have a key? >> He's not on the back. >> All right, well >> Who's his other arm? >> You want to sit here? I'll go get the wife. >> What's your name? >> Mary, right next door. >> Hold on. >> Can I put my shoe on? >> Give me 1 second. >> Don't move unless we tell you to. You understand? What's your name? >> David. >> The entire situation was as embarrassing as can be, especially for 71-year-old David Lee Henning, who would soon be questioned about why he didn't have his pants on. >> He's going to go get uh some pants from the wife. >> Okay. >> Let's see. We got to take some photos. Let me see your head. Look up. >> Hey. I'm just trying to put my shoe on. >> Yeah, but we'll tell you what to do. >> Yes, sir. >> Don't move. You understand? >> Once in police custody, David admitted that he had spied on his neighbor out of curiosity about his neighbor's appearance and that it escalated in obtaining pleasure from the act itself. David Henning was charged with voyeurism and two counts of burglary, but before the investigation could reach its conclusion, he passed away on September the 2nd, 2023. David was a sleazeball, but nothing compared to this creepy old man who terrorized a 6-year-old girl by both peeping and making inappropriate advances towards her. >> His daughter who's 6 years old was walking in the street and Mark Greenberg came out and was like, "I'm going to turn you into a woman. I'm going to take you to Disney World." He's saying yesterday he was telling the kids to be quiet >> So, you're holding something against me what happened yesterday? >> No, you're under arrest. You can put those on or you can walk out to the car with me. >> Well, I'm not going to argue it. There's two sides to every story. >> On September the 3rd, 2022, officers were called to a quiet neighborhood after the parents of a 6-year-old girl reported a man for approaching their daughter repeatedly. Given the nature of the report, it quickly became clear to the officers that this was far more than a simple misunderstanding. >> His daughter who's 6 years old was walking in the street and Mark Greenberg came out and was like, "I'm going to turn you into a woman. I'm going to take you to Disney World. I'm going to make her famous." He's saying yesterday he was telling the kids to be quiet and come here. >> The parents further revealed that the man had allegedly been stalking their daughter for over 8 months. During that time, he had made repeated comments towards her. Not wasting a moment, officers made their way to the residence hoping that they'd find him. >> I can barely hear you. Can you speak up? >> Something about talk to the officer you previously spoke to tomorrow. >> I hear you talking, but I can't understand you. Can you speak up? >> For obvious reasons, the creepy old guy refused to come out to face the consequences of his actions, but if he thought that the officers were going to let him go that easily, he would be wrong. >> You got anything on you? >> I need to I need to make sure my door is secured locked. >> We will secure it. >> I need to make sure. >> I will make sure. >> Who are you the are you the sergeant? >> I am the sergeant. Go get your car. >> I know, I want my Sketchers, please. I want my Sketchers. I want my shoes, please. >> No, man. Listen, we played this game with you yesterday. Okay? >> call the shots. >> There's two sides to every story. >> There is. >> You haven't heard the other side of it. >> You'll have your day in court. But, you had your opportunity to tell your side of story yesterday and you didn't. >> I said right here and you told us no. So, you made a piss-poor decision. Now, you're going to live with it. >> We're trying to help you out, man. We're getting you shoes. >> These are not shoes. These are flip-flops. >> matter. They're going to put slides on you when you get out there. >> please have my Sketchers? I have bad feet. I have to have foot shoes on. That's Why I stayed home all day on my internet. I have to have my shoes so sorry. You give me a pair of them on my on my You give me Sir, please. >> No. >> Listen, it's those or nothing. Put them on or they're going back in the house. >> You can go barefoot. That's fine. >> So, you're holding something against me what happened yesterday? >> No, you're under arrest. You can put those on or you can walk out to the car with nothing on your feet. We're not waiters. We're deputies. >> I didn't say you were waiters, sir. >> We'll have your house secured and you can get a deal. >> What is the bond amount? >> $5,000. >> Aggravated stalking. What? >> We're not We're not going to discuss it. That's your charge. You want to discuss it, that guy's called a judge. We're not judges. You could have came to the door last night and and give us some information. You failed to do it, so we had to make our decisions based upon what we had. Period. We're not arguing. >> Well, I'm not going to argue it. There's two sides to every story. >> And what you've heard is their one side >> you can argue your side in court. Not out here. >> What do you think about this civil war going on? >> Get in the car. >> Oh, okay. >> The arrest report later suggested that the male had made inappropriate comments towards the girl on 11 separate instances over a period of 8 months, and the situation had gotten progressively worse to the point that the little girl refused to go out. As a result, he was charged with aggravated stalking. This vile old man got what he deserved, as did this pervert after he followed a young woman into a washroom in Walmart. On April the 8th, 2025, the surveillance footage of a Walmart captured a disturbing scene. A woman was seen entering the store closely followed by a man, but shortly after entering, the woman headed to the woman's bathroom, and only a few seconds later, the man followed. The woman immediately approached Walmart staff to report the peeping Tom's behavior. This resulted in a 911 call, prompting officers to rush to the scene. >> Do you know him? >> No, no. He's got like two grills in his mouth. He's got all black and white. >> What's up, bro? >> What's up? I got confused. I don't know what the girl was doing. >> Okay. When you're When you're done going pee, come talk to me. >> Yeah, bring your wife out. >> Step out here. >> I thought I could look at the bathroom, bro. I was wrong. >> No, you knew what the [ __ ] was doing. That's nasty. He's looking at me through the stall while I'm trying to pee. >> One would expect that being called out would instill some shame in even the most shameless of people, but even the cops would be surprised that this young man was not the regular peeping Tom. >> He came out of there. I saw him, sir. And then he's LICKING HIS LIPS. LIKE I LITERALLY LOOKED THROUGH THE [ __ ] DOOR. He's >> Okay. >> licking his [ __ ] lips at me. >> here for a second so I can get your ID in a sec? Let's go over here. You got any weapons on you? No? Are you holding your pants up? Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Hey. HEY. ALL RIGHT. NO, STOP. PLEASE STOP. STOP. HEY. JUST RELAX. I UNDERSTAND. I'LL BE WITH you in a moment. Just please hang on for a second. Let's go. All right. We'll be with you in a sec. Drop your stuff. Drop your stuff. Drop your stuff. Okay. We'll come back for your stuff, all right? No, not yet. What are you doing over here? Talk for a sec. You got ID on you or anything, boss? The male's disturbing act had left the officer utterly speechless, but as he got a good look at him, the deputy realized that he was looking at a familiar face. Are you living on the streets right now? Okay. Have I talked to you before? Huh? I swear I have. I recognize the tattoo. You think you're going to jail? What have we got? Okay, let me read your rights real quick while you're in handcuffs, okay? So you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. So do you understand the rights I've explained to you today? Yes? Okay. So you told me you were confused about which bathroom was which. Well, then why when she came out you were licking her lips and making statements about it? >> No, I didn't know when she came out. When I went back there she was going to the boys. I was like no, that's all that I can say. >> So you looked you looked through the stall door to see if a girl was in there? Okay. And that's all? And And you went into the men's bathroom and that's when you were taking a leak? >> Yeah, I did. >> Okay. >> I was walking and saw a bathroom and I didn't see nothing. >> You just walked into the female bathroom? >> Yes. >> That's it? So, there was no like >> No. >> intent? I mean I'm pretty sure you can see there's a female sign on the outside of the bathroom, women's bathroom, right? >> Yeah, I was banned too. >> Hey Marcellus. >> Yes. >> You remember me from like Sunday? >> Yes. >> Yeah, remember what we talked about? >> No, you said forever. I don't remember. >> You don't remember me handing you a trespass form? >> I said >> And trespassing you from this property? You what? >> I said forever. >> I told you you couldn't come back here ever again, correct? And why are you in the building? >> Cuz I didn't kill you. >> Huh? >> I think it's a year or two. >> You thought it was a year or two? >> It might be a year or forever. >> You just said you I told you it was forever. >> Yeah, you not here. >> Even if it's for a year, and it was last Thursday. >> They said forever. They said forever. I don't know what forever is. >> Okay. >> Also coming. >> Is there a victim in there? >> Yeah, she's in there. She had to go to the bathroom. >> Okay. >> And she got freaked out and >> You want me to go talk with her real quick? >> Yeah, she's a black female. She's got a gray shirt, gray leggings on. >> Okay. >> I told her to wait by the customer service. >> One thing was clear, this peeping Tom had no intention of shopping when he entered Walmart, rather he had something else in mind. And his intentions were further confirmed when not one, but two more witnesses came forward with their own version of events. >> My girls were in there when he did that. >> Okay, perfect. Okay, you're being audio recorded. Can you guys hop out and talk to me? >> I can chat with the black female if you want to talk with the other I don't know their ages if they're 14 or what. Ma'am, would you come over here and chat with me? >> Okay. >> Hi. >> Woah. >> What is it? >> I'm not trying to >> No, she wasn't in there involved or witness. She just came and asked were okay, but I said no, my girls are shaken up. She was in there with them. She's 17 >> Yeah. >> and 16 and a half. >> I just want this to be separate away from them and I don't want you guys to be hearing each other's conversations. Um so like I said, you're being audio video recorded. Um explain to me what happened in the bathroom. >> know. Just quick. Like I would just when I walked in, I went um straight to the restroom. I had no clue he was even following behind me and I got in the stall >> Mhm. >> and I was about ready to pull down my pants >> Mhm. >> and I honestly I didn't even notice like he was peeking through like the little the little slit >> Mhm. >> and then um I thought it was just someone just waiting on their turn and then I seen eyes and I seen him licking his lips. So then I opened the bathroom the door and I said, "What are you doing?" And he just kept licking his lips like he just wasn't saying anything. And then that's when I just walked out with him and then I just >> He followed you out? >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> And then I just told like the first person that I saw and I was like um he walked in the bathroom with me and I think one lady was like, "Yeah, I saw him go in the girls bathroom." I'm like >> Okay. And just to be clear, this is the person we have detained in the back of the car. >> Yeah, he got the two things in his teeth. Yeah. >> Okay. >> And her freak shirt on and that's why she started screaming and I'm like, "What the >> They were in the bathroom? >> Yes. >> But you weren't in there? >> No, I was in checkout but these are my minor daughters. >> Yeah. Let me get my notes real quick, okay? And so when he was looking through the the gap in the door in the bathroom stall, what Did you have the door locked? >> Yeah, the door was locked. >> And I know you you were talking about uh getting ready to pull your pants down. At any point were you exposed and did he see you exposed? >> Not all the way. Not all I don't Not all the way. Like I was like halfway and then I realized I'm like Wait, those are eyes. >> So you were partially exposed both ways. >> Yeah, but not like all the way like the whole thing. >> Okay. Do you think his intent of watching you through the bathroom was for self-gratification? >> Oh, of course. Of course, he was licking his lips. He was sucking the bottom of his lip. He was And he just kept He kept doing it. >> He did that after I detained him to her. >> Okay. >> Do you have your ID on you? >> How long is this going to take cuz I want to go home. >> Well, we should be done here in a second, okay? >> Okay. >> Basically, he came in there, looked at the stalls, and then left. >> I heard him like, "What the hell are you doing looking at your phone?" And she said that he was licking his lips and everything. And then another lady, a worker in there goes, "Oh, he's in and out of here all the time." >> We know who he is. We dealt with him. >> I know she was really upset. >> One more second, I'll be right back. While these poor women were living through the worst moments of their lives, the peeping Tom stayed calm as if he hadn't just committed an act that crossed every conceivable boundary. Let's separate the victims once we're done and talk to them separately. Marcella, let's take a seat. Did he touch you in any way? >> Okay. Did he >> never do that. >> Did he say anything to you? >> Uh he only said something when he when this officer was arresting him and then he was like, "Yeah, and that's why you're a something like that." And I don't know >> Okay. >> all that he was saying. But was is he recording, too? >> He is. >> Yeah, then you'll know what he said. >> Okay. And I know you're you're super upset and that's that's totally understandable. Sorry, a mosquito eater. Don't worry about that guy, they're the friendly ones. Um are you interested in like some resources for counseling, that sort of thing? >> No. >> Okay. I I hear you. And again, I'm very sorry that happened to you. He is going to go to jail. Is there anything else you think I should know about what happened today? >> No, that was it. >> Okay. How long uh when he came into the bathroom and then you exited, did he get arrested by the dead? >> It was almost instantly. Like when I asked the first cashier that I seen, I said, "Hey, he's looking at me through the stall." And I And then the guy he was look I guess he was looking around for security and then I was like, "Can you like get someone?" >> Mhm. >> And then that's when he tried to run He ran into the men's bathroom and then that's when that officer just he he was quick as hell. >> Good. Okay. I don't have any other questions for you, so you're free to go. I'm really sorry that happened to you, okay? He's going to go to jail. >> Okay. >> You have a better day. >> Thank you. >> Mhm. Do you want a case number or anything? Our prosecutor's office is probably going to call you regarding a charging decision. You might receive something in the mail as well. So, let me go get that case number for you real quick, okay? >> While the woman grappled with what had just happened, the officers were doing everything in their power to not let this predator walk free ever again. >> They said they were both in the stalls and he came in and looked through there. Then they heard her scream and say, "Get the [ __ ] out of here." He was doing his little lip licking thing and >> You you can have them do whatever. >> I can take them up I would interview them. Your son. >> Okay. >> They told me everything. >> Okay. >> They already did. >> Yeah, okay. >> She She was partially exposed when he was looking over there, so yeah, definitely voyeurism and burglary. >> Cuz he was already trespassed? >> Yeah. >> Okay, there's the case number, okay? And then that's my card if you have any questions, okay? >> Okay, thank you. >> Be safe. Ma'am, are you are you with them? >> Those are my daughters, yeah. >> Okay. >> They was in the bathroom, too. Yeah. >> Sure, and we're going to interview them. I I prefer witnesses not talk to each other. >> No, that's fine. >> So, I >> That's that, but I just want to get her contact because she was really upset and >> I understand that. You Can you let the police handle it and we'll we'll deal with contacting her. I just I don't want witnesses talking together, right, for a potential criminal case, okay? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> So, thank you. >> I kind of have a uncomfortable odd question. When he came in and looked through the stall, were you guys like exposed at all or both of you? Do you want me to have them do these? >> What's >> I already interviewed them, but >> I I wouldn't bother if you have it on tape. Okay. >> He's a detective sergeant. He does all these interviews. I'm just going to give you the case number with my name and badge number on it for now. Don't be surprised if you guys get mail or a call from a prosecutor about this because he's already been trespassed from here. So, since he committed a crime, it's a felony. So, we're going to take him to jail, and then I'm assuming a detective or a prosecutor might reach out to you guys. Did he lick his lips at all? Cuz the other girl said he did. Cool. That's all I have for now. >> Hello. >> Hi. It's Detective Crawford. Just so you know, you I have my camera on. You're being audio video recorded again. Hey, quick question for you. I know you it's I saw you filming outside here. It sounds like you filmed some some things inside as well. Are you able to send us that video if I send you a link? >> Yeah. >> Okay, perfect. >> Okay, and I do want to warn you. I did threaten that dude. I threatened to slap him, but I didn't. So, I'm going to I'm just letting you know. >> That is understandable. So, I I would not care. >> Cuz I'm like, that's I've never in my life had that happen to me. So, I'm just I really came to Walmart to get some dinner, and now I'm not even hungry. Like I Like I just want to go lay down. >> I hear you. Again, I'm very sorry that happened to you, and we'll do everything we can, okay? >> Yes, sir. Okay, when I get home, I'll try to send that to you. >> Okay, I'll send it to you here shortly. Thank you. >> Okay. All right. Bye. >> This suspect was charged with burglary for entering a premises where he was previously trespassed, as well as three counts of voyeurism. Speaking of getting caught red-handed, Mr. Korea here thought he could get away with recording young ladies inside of a Target. On on the 17th, 2025 officers responded to a disorderly conduct call outside a Target store in Sierra Vista. The call originated from a store employee reporting that one vehicle was blocking another in the parking lot. Upon arrival officers identified the individual blocking the vehicle as the father of a person under the age of consent. He alleged that the other party 59-year-old Paul Korea had been inside the store following his daughter and recording her. The father further reported that after exiting the store he observed Korea sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot allegedly viewing the recorded video. Officers then made contact with Korea at his vehicle to assess the situation. >> Hi, how you doing? All right, how are you? Take your hands out of your pocket. Something going on your way? Come out in front of your car. >> Sure. >> What's your name? >> My name is Paul >> Do you have a driver's license? Okay, have a seat right here. >> I just prefer not to sit. >> Okay, hold on. Yeah, lean up against your car. >> Why? >> Because I'm telling you to. >> Okay. >> I got you by the ear you can go have a seat in the back of my car. So I'm trying to I don't know what's going on. So lean up against your car with your butt with your butt and just try to sit relax for a minute while I figure out what's going on. I'll watch him cuz I'm the only guy here. I don't know what the hell is going on. >> All right, sorry. >> So what's the issue today? >> He thinks Well, you can give me a statement. He thinks he saw something. He's confused. He's angry. Um, what's he confused or angry or what does he think he saw? He thinks that I was in the in the store recording his daughter with my phone. That's not true. It's absolutely not true. How did this transpire and now in the parking lot people are blocking each other? I was sitting here calling my son to say the pizza place is closed in there. So what do you want to eat? Okay. And then also he's banging on your door telling me, you know, I don't know what he's just banging on the door real hard. Okay. What's he saying? I think he was saying everything incomprehensible. So, it's like uh I think he was telling me to come out of the car like, "Who are you?" And what did he say he was? Was there some kind of altercation in the store? >> Yeah, absolutely not. >> So, you're here shopping? >> Yeah. Did you buy anything? Yes. >> What did you buy? >> A bunch of chocolate balls and stuff that's for an office party that I'm >> Oh. Where do you work? >> I work at the County Attorney's Office. >> Oh, okay. What's a good telephone number for you? Are you an attorney or you a paralegal or is this >> I'm the Chief Civil Deputy County Attorney. >> Okay. >> This guy's got me completely wrong. >> I understand. I'd be upset, too. So, there's no altercation, there's no contact with you guys in the store. Um but at what point did he tell you or did you hear an allegation that he thought you were filming his daughter? >> He thinks that I'm filming my daughter. >> Just now? >> I've been sitting here for a minute like uh trying to figure out what to do about dinner >> Okay. >> with my kids. Um he says I'm in here in my car like I don't know where he gets that. >> Okay. >> Like >> All right. Um as far as you know, um and then did you see him in the store with his daughter or >> I don't know who he is. >> know him. The first time The first time you hear of anything is right here at the car he's banging on your window. >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. I think I think tell my partner Officer Thompson, okay. Let me go talk to him and get his side of the story. Obviously, until we're done here, you're not free to go. >> Right. Sure. That's I'm trying to go. >> There's no physical altercation between you and him or in the parking lot here. It's just he's being >> Well, I I tried to close my door and he he prevented me from closing my door. He told me I was breaking the law. >> Okay, well, I'll go talk to >> He pulled my door open. He's breaking the law. If I had a firearm, and my firearm was here right now, I would have >> Officers requested to search Korea's phone, but he hesitated and claimed it contained private material. At the same time, surveillance footage from inside the store showed him appearing to record a juvenile female, contradicting his earlier denial. In fact, additional footage captured him moving through aisles with his phone positioned toward another young shopper. Surveillance footage obtained from the parking lot then showed Korea alone inside his vehicle, appearing to have his hand down in his pants. The following day, officers established probable cause and located his vehicle. Korea was subsequently charged with harassment, public indecency, and tampering with evidence. He was also immediately terminated from his position following the incident. Korea faced the consequences of his actions, as did Christopher, when he flew a drone into his neighbor's backyard with the intention of spying on her. >> I'm actually surprised that you guys are here for this. I was waiting for you guys to come pick me up for something that happened earlier. Yeah, no, I mean, that that my prior incident, that's all That's all done. It's almost 25 years. It's basically invasion of privacy. Okay. >> On June the 23rd, 2023, officers in Cranston, Rhode Island, confronted a convicted offender accused of using a drone to peep into a woman's bathroom. >> How you doing? Yeah, I I already spoke to the owner. They were worried about you for some particular reason, so I called the owner. I called the uh um the second in charge. >> Yeah, they they said that you had called. They were more concerned cuz apparently you never call out. You're always there and they were just the way you were saying sorry. They were just very concerned about you for whatever reason. I'm not sure why, but >> I'm actually surprised that you guys are here for this. Um, I I was waiting for you guys to come pick me up. >> Is something that happened earlier? >> Yes. >> Okay. Have you talked to anybody about that? >> What do you mean? >> Like detective wiser or anything? >> No. >> Do you still have to Are you still registered? >> No. I mean that that my prior incident, that's all that's all done. It's almost 25 years. This is a new issue. >> Okay. >> Okay. Which I was contacted by the family last night at 10:30. >> Okay. >> It's basically invasion of privacy. >> Okay. >> Um, very ashamed about this. I'm very embarrassed. >> Okay. >> But I had a drone and I actually flew it in the neighbor's yard and which I thought that >> You had that contact >> that was what >> Well, wait. Here for right now. >> Yes. >> Um, Let me tell you what. I'll make a phone call to give you some peace of mind and see if there's anything that's happening with that. All right? Is that the reason that you called out of work cuz you expected us to be around? >> Yes. I Yeah, I I want to eliminate the walking thing. >> All right. Which would mean >> The officer was completely blindsided by the sudden confession of the disgusting crime. But what the deputy didn't realize was that this was only the surface of Christopher's depravity. >> There is an investigation, okay? >> Yeah. >> Obviously, you're you're aware of that. You kind of know what's going on. >> Right. >> We're asking if you would like to get in your own truck, follow us down to the station, speak with the detective that's going to be handling the case. Maybe it's a misunderstanding, maybe it's not. We don't know. It's still being investigated. So, as of right now, there's no charges against you, okay? >> Yeah. >> So, we're not going to take you. If you would like to come down to the station and clear this all up on your own, we would really appreciate that. >> Yeah. >> It's completely up to you at this point. >> Well, there's no charges against me right now. >> Correct. We would like to clear this whole incident up. Obviously, you you you came out and you said some things to us. >> Right. >> We would like to clear this up. If you would like to come down and speak with the detective that's going to be handling this case and clear the air today, we we would appreciate that.
