received reports of an unconscious man
behind the wheel of a truck in the
middle of a residential street they
immediately respond for a welfare check
the situation quickly spirals out of
control leading to a dangerous
high-speed chase that leaves one officer

County receive a concerning call on

make shocking discoveries including two
open bottles of liquor illegal
substances with paraphernalia a large
knife and a loaded shotgun the gravity
of the discovery isn't lost on the
officers as they consider how much worse

taken to the Martin County jail he faces
multiple charges and including fleeing
and alluding law enforcement aggravated
fleeing causing injury or damage
aggravated battery on a law enforcement
officer resisting arrest leaving the
scene of a crash reckless driving
driving Under the Influence possession
of cannabis and possession of drug
paraphernalia on January 7th 2025 Steve
entered a plea of not guilty while we've
been unable to find records regarding
the status of the officer's foot a
Facebook post by the Stewart Police
Department states that no one was
seriously injured during the incident
