Do not put your hands on me. >> You call the police for help. Why you have to >> do not put your hands on me? >> Because she had to mail. >> I called for protection. I didn't do anything. >> They're pregnant. Please just take this home for me, honey. [screaming] How dare you? STEP UP. >> You're accusing me. >> Some Karens feel so entitled that they dial 911 expecting the cops to back them up even when they are in the wrong only for it to backfire big time. >> 911. I'm in cuffs. Please help me. Child, I'm in the back of a police car. Don't just beat the [music] me and I was arresting me and they kept I'm in handcuffs. I'm in help. >> What is your name? No, I cannot stop. What is your Touch me until you identify [music] yourself. >> I already gave my name. >> Listen. Hey, listen. Don't look at him. Look at me. >> Gang guy, you got the wrong mother. You better call somebody else. >> Jesus. >> Here are satisfying moments when entitled Karens called the cops on themselves. Starting with this entitled Karen, one who genuinely believed that being American somehow gave her immunity to ignore the law and do whatever she pleased. >> I've called the police on him before. I'm American. I know my rights. >> Are you going to let him tell me his side and then I'll listen to your side? >> His side doesn't matter. This is my case. >> You're under arrest. We'll >> figure I got assaulted. Okay. By a manisting. >> I didn't have time to even get to that. >> Please stop. Why is he doing? >> It's not right. I know my rights and and I called you guys because I want to be protected. >> On February the 24th, 2024 in Florida, officers were dispatched to a residence following reports of an altercation between Airbnb roommates. When they arrived, they were met by an entitled Karen who was confident that being American placed her above everyone else and even above the law itself. >> It's a hell of a year. This is a landlord. >> Hold on a second. Okay. I'm listening to him and I'm listen different. I'm the one that's been here. I've called the police on him before. >> I'm Russian. I'm American. I know my rights. >> I don't care if you're American. He's Russian. >> Well, Russians have different culture than us. Okay. Cuz I've spoken to his wife apparently. Are you going to let him tell me his side and then I'll listen to your side? >> His side doesn't matter. This is my case. >> No, I'm pissed. I booked this place FOR THE YEAR. NOW I have to move because OF THIS GUY. >> SO I'M GONE IN 2 DAYS. >> You don't know that for sure. Okay. We don't know that for sure that you have to move in two days. >> I'm I already got a place. >> That's why he did this because he had his one last chance. >> No, I'm not. >> Are you a roommate or friend or I mean can you calm her down? >> Yeah. So we split I have another house and >> he doesn't know story >> and we this lady will move to another house. I don't give a >> You should give But they don't. >> He assaulted me. He's going to get I'm pressing charges. I don't give up. >> The day I saw they started talking and >> Yeah, I started in front of him because now >> I can't hear him because you're screaming. >> Please shut up. >> Now, yep. And he's absolutely and I know my rights. >> Okay, good. I'm officer Kirk. >> Thank you. I'm I was instructed to be quiet. >> Okay. So, why don't you why don't you talk to me? >> No, I'm going to be quiet. >> I talk to him now. I can only talk to one person at a time. That's why I ask you not to talk. Why try to talk to? >> So, this is what's going to happen. >> We're investigating a disturbance. >> Yeah. >> If you can't allow us to investigate it, I'm going to stick you in the back of a cop car. >> For reasons known only to her, she was convinced that she had more rights than everyone else. But that delusion was about to shatter faster than she could have imagined. >> I was told that I was so while he's talking to him. >> All right. Yep. [music] You're detained. >> You go inside. You're going to get arrested. Go down here on the sidewalk. >> Why are you hurting me? >> You're under arrest. >> Sir, I got assaulted. >> Okay. By a man. >> I didn't have time to even get to that point. >> Stop. Why is he doing >> You're under arrest. I'm Cuz you're under arrest. You're not listening to me. >> Stop resisting. I'm going to dump you. >> Stop. You're going to go face down in the dirt here in a second. I'm not doing anything. Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. My hands are behind my back. >> Stop resisting. >> It's come to a disturbance before. Okay. And I called you guys because I wanted you to be aware of what was going on. >> Okay. >> So, today escalated. I'm gone in 4 days. >> How did this guy assault you? >> No, not him. Honey, >> this guy in the house. Are you serious? You don't know what's happening? >> I didn't because I had half the story from him and you were screaming over him. Let's do it. Can you come talk to me? Call my vehicle. Thank you. We need to talk about when we're all done. >> Thank y'all. He physically hit me in the face. I'm scared. >> So, you need to follow lawful directions so that we can >> I think I am, but you're just getting a little psychiat. >> I'm a good person. I'm moving as soon as I also have to work in a little bit. Okay. >> I'm giving you a lawful order have seated without touching others. >> What charge? Will you talk to me for a minute so that way you can get the actual story? >> Slide your feet in. >> Okay. I really want to talk to the officer. >> Slide your feet and I'm not going to tell you anything. >> Stop. >> Why am I being detained? >> You're under arrest. >> Why? >> Obstruction. >> Can you please let my dog back? I call >> What happened in the house with whoever assaulted you? >> Okay, so that is the landlord. This isn't >> the guy out front. He's the landl. He only comes around maybe once every 2 months. He's >> him and his wife along multiple locations. Okay. >> So, there's a house a street over that they own. And because this guy had been so verbally and physically abusive, I I booked the place till the end of the year and I have to move because >> if you could still respond. We're not sure yet how many people are inside the house. >> With a car secured in the back of the cruiser, the remaining officers continued their investigation to uncover what had actually happened. >> Right. Sorry about all that. and maybe we can resolve it once she calms down. >> TA is now safely on the ground. >> This is who we all live together. >> So this is a Airbnb. We all roommate with each other. So I'm his roommate. This is the owner. >> Find out. >> There's another roommate inside that he's sleeping. >> Without arguing with one another, what's what's the issue today? >> So is there an issue today with did something get physical between anybody? cuz she's saying that it was physical. >> No, but that's what she want to create. >> Is there videos or anything of any of this? >> So, this is pretty normal. Like, >> again, it's just happened before. >> They got into it a minute ago and then the cops were called. I came out here to kind of mediate things cuz I was they started arguing about laundry >> and they started yelling and getting into his face. So, I was like, "Calm down. Let's calm down." And then she went and called the police and I was like, "You don't really need to do that." And then she hung up and then said now you hung up. Now the cops have done because you hung up on the operator. >> Do you live here also? >> Okay. [music] >> What what we can do. >> Well, we'll just see where we're at with all this cuz apparently there's a lot of people live here. So >> yeah, it's a freaking Airbnb with five bedrooms. We got we got tons of people. >> Um she just kept getting in his face and she ran into his finger or something like that. >> Sir, you can just leave that on the ground. >> Yeah, you can just I'll I'll collect that. freaking house in this neighborhood and turn them into hotel. >> Did you wear the pink shorts? >> Huh? >> The guy with the paint >> or this guy? >> This is your house, right? >> This is your house, right? >> What >> you own? You You're the owner. >> House. Yes. I I came for inspection today to see unfortunately. >> These guys, they don't get a lot. So, the lady moves to another house. >> No. >> Because they don't. >> She's going to move back over here. House over here, right? >> Yes. like within a couple days I think. >> Did you witness this incident in the kitchen? >> Like I said to the other officer, this has happened before. [music] The cops came out. Um the cops I believe it was like three officers that came out. >> Um >> did he strike her in the face at all? >> Uh it was me. >> There was another guy that was watching. I guess he left somewhere. But he No one no one hit anybody. Uh he had his hand up like this and she kind of like ran into his hand. >> Okay. I don't know how she did that. Walked into his hand and I was like, "Let's calm down." >> It's just been tensions brewing for quite some time and that's why she's been looking to get out. >> That's the nature of the beast. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Like you said, we only [music] got five people in here. >> It's horrible. It's like going back to college. Are you guys just roommates? >> Not dating? >> No. >> Husband, wife, kids in common? Nothing like that? >> No. No. >> Y'all just share this house as separate separate rooms. Everybody have a separate each roommate on separate spaces. >> How long have y'all been staying here together? >> I'm not sure. >> Well, the thing [music] is when we showed up, we didn't exactly know what was going on and she refused to answer questions and refused to follow directions. So, she's kind of at where she's at because of stuff she did. Not to y'all, but you know, we're not going to come here and mess around when there's six people standing out front and she's acting like that. And we tell her, "Stop. Tell us your name. Calm down." and she tries to run into the house. >> I'm going to go get her name and all that stuff. >> Meanwhile, another officer questioned the Karen and unsurprisingly, her version of events didn't match what the other roommates had reported. >> So, you had this place for a year a couple days. >> I booked it. I booked it. Now, you don't pay for it. You just book it and then I paid for it a few months in advance. It's an Airbnb, right? She has a place a street over. So, when this guy started being physically and verbally abusive, I booked the other place. So, I'm moving in two days. All of a sudden, the guy, that Russian guy is doing a walk through. And I came out and I told him, I said, "This is you're the reason why I'm moving." And then he got up in my face. I don't care to press charges cuz I'm moving in 2 days. I knew this was going to happen. That's why I called the police recently. >> So, who is the guy that assaulted you? Not the landlord. >> No. No. He's very nice. He's just doing a walk through. >> So, who's the guy that assaulted you? >> The black guy. Is he your roommate? Your boyfriend, your husband? >> I've never met him besides here. I only know him through yell at me. >> I know. I just talk loud. I promise. You guys think that? [music] Cuz I've worked in music venues. I have hearing issues. Am I being arrested? >> Yes. >> Why? >> For obstruction. >> What does that mean? >> That means when you're told to do something and you'll do it, you get arrested. >> Well, can you release me? >> No. >> I have to go to work in a little bit. >> Well, you won't be going to work today. >> How do I do this? What do you mean? >> Well, you'll be going to jail. >> I'm going to jail. >> You'll have to postponed. >> Yes, ma'am. You're under arrest. That's what that means. That's what that means. >> You get put in handcuffs and back up a police car because you're under arrest. That means you're going to jail. >> No, I have to postpone. >> Why would I go to jail when this is happening to me? >> You can release me. I This is my first day of my new job. >> Listening. >> Dude, I'm a waitress at Cracker Barrel. I go to jail. >> Tell me what happened with the guy in the house. >> When he got in my face like he's done before, the reason why I called the police before is because he likes to put his finger in my face. And this time it actually hit my hand my face. So that way I that's why I called you guys is because he has to know that he can't do things like that. He's very mean and he's the reason why I'm moving >> and how long has he been? >> I don't know him like that. He's It's a weird situation because it's it's an Airbnb. Okay. Okay. So, I moved down here from I moved over here from Hollywood. >> So, it's it's a weird situation, but we don't know each other. Like that little black kid, >> you have no relationship with him. >> No friends. I want to be friends with I'm friends with the other people that live in the house cuz I'm cool. I'm like a hippie chick. >> How many people live in the house? >> Four. >> Yeah. >> And everybody has their own room. >> Yes. It's a weird situation, but I It was affordable. And at the fencing yard for my dog. That's why I can't be going to jail, honey. I have animals. He was going like this >> and he got really close and it and it hit me in the in the face right by where I have my scar on my face. And maybe it did trigger a little PTSD from the last time that a man hit me. He can't do that. It's not right. I know my rights and and I called you guys because I want to be protected. I [music] want I want to feel protected. >> Landlord witness it. >> Would the landlord witness it? What about the other person there? The guy with the glasses and >> that guy >> the shower. >> He's really cool. His name's Demani and he's like, you know, he's been one of the people that >> Did he witness it? >> No, he wasn't in the kitchen. >> It's just the landlord. >> Listen, I don't want to press charges. I'll go get a hotel room right now. I have to get out of here. I I have so much writing on my new life. Please, please pull some strings for me, please. Okay, I'll go get a room right now. I swear to God. >> At that moment, the consequences of her actions finally began to sink in. And as the saying goes, it was already far too late to cry once the head was off. I don't want to order in your car, but I pulled my my nail polish off. I can I just put on >> Oh, sorry. I don't want to do that. >> What is your What is your name? >> My name is Maria. I'm really sorry about this. I just woke up and and I it just startled me and then I just took the opportunity to kind of confront him and then he hit me and I mean with your finger but like it's still it's my right as I'm just wanted to make a point to. >> Can they keep your box? >> Who? No, >> you don't want them to get the dogs. >> No, I mean, no. The They can. Are you arresting me? >> Yes, I already told you that. And I already told you on that. Okay. So, let's just move past that. >> Well, how do I do this? I don't know how to go to jail. >> Well, I'll tell you. You go up there. [music] >> You're processed inside. >> Can you please get me out of this? I cannot go to jail. I don't understand why. >> I want to answer your questions, but you got to >> I don't understand why I'm being arrested, though. Like, I haven't committed a crime. And I have >> You did commit a crime. >> How? when we show up to investigate a reported crime and you refused to follow directions to be upset. >> No, you were trying to run away from police. >> I was upset. It was scary because this man hurt me and now he's getting away with it. >> Well, and I don't know. >> Who I spoke to up there said that that didn't happen. No one hit anyone. >> Oh, okay. Well, he put his finger in my face and he hit me in the face with that. >> Unfortunately, you don't have any injuries that I can see and no one else is saying that that happened. >> Okay. The the the >> whatever. Damonti, can I can you bring him over so I can talk to Can you tell him to >> take care of the dog? >> Yes. >> Don't need my ID or anything like >> But I mean, if you want to take something, we can probably get it from your room. >> No, I don't want anybody going through it. Only Demani. Demani has access. He's allowed. >> Demani. So, is there a purse in there or >> the boy right there? >> Right. I know which one it is. He can go get your Is it a purse or >> I don't need anything to go to jail. >> Okay. >> Wait, do I I don't know how to do this. What about my phone when I get out? >> I mean, you can take it if you want. >> Yeah, my phone's right there, >> right? The purple one or the purple case on it. >> Yes. >> Yeah, >> cuz I'm going to need that. I don't have any contacts down here. So, I don't know where the jail is, how to get home or anything. >> Okay, we'll make sure that that goes with you. >> Please do. And will you ask him to please take care of my animals? >> Yes. It's a dog and a cat. >> No one else is allowed in my room. Demani can. Okay. >> Okay. Cuz I I trust him. >> All right. >> I'm not really going to jail, am I? >> Um, feed in the car, please. >> Oh my god. Can you have him call Cracker Bell and tell them that I cannot come in? Or can you hand me my phone so I can talk to my I I >> I literally picked up a ship for somebody if I don't show up. That's somebody else getting in trouble, too. I'm just a waitress, dude. Like, I'm not anything special. >> I heard you. >> Oh my god. Will you bring me my phone, please? Eventually, she was charged with obstruction. Up next is a couple who dialed 911 over a disturbance after they had assaulted a man at a gas station. >> I hit him one time really [ __ ] hard in the jaw. >> So, I grabbed my knife and I'm like, "Dude, if you do not leave us alone, I'm going to stab you. Leave. Leave us alone. Go away. Go somewhere else. Leave." I'm just going to be straight up honest with you right now. It looks like that you guys were the primary aggressors in this, regardless of if he was screaming at you or not. On September the 29th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a gas station after a couple reported being harassed by a man who was allegedly raising [music] his voice at them. But when officers arrived, it quickly became clear that the story they were told didn't really match reality. And the truth was something very different from what the couple had claimed. >> What's going on? >> Where's the victim at? >> Huh? He drove off that way. >> Well, no. He was arguing with the guy, the cashier, >> and we told him to leave him alone. You can't buy your stuff that you keep yelling at him and you know come outside come outside come outside his hat. Yeah. >> We were shopping. >> Just leave the hat right there. >> Apparently the suspect 217's hat is sitting right in there. so emotion and I said, "Hey, I'm just trying to buy my [ __ ] man. Stop." >> Who got stabbed on me? >> Who got stabbed? >> He's the one He's the one that got stabbed. Yes. By his self. He like fell on everything. It was And then I like hit him in the face to get him off and he took off. >> So he stabbed himself. >> So Okay. So he Okay. So how this all happened? So he kept persisting right inside. >> Okay. >> Then we get in our vehicle completely. He was out here. He was out here in his vehicle. >> Okay. >> Well, he pulls in like in his vehicle and he's doing it again. And we're like, "Man, go the away. Go home." >> Like yelling at you guys >> saying he's going to beat my beat her ass into [ __ ] Right. >> So he pulls in. See where the black truck is? So he pulls in there and he gets out and I tell her, "Stop. Get out." Right. So as soon as as soon as he as soon as he starts getting up to about right here, >> um that's when my girlfriend came around and said she had a night. She said, "We're going to call the cops. Leave us alone. We didn't do anything to you. We don't know you. Nothing." And then he [ __ ] went right to her and he grabbed her wrist. And that's when the fight kind of happened. You know what I mean? He he had her on the ground on her wrist like this. And I had him around like this trying to get every trying to get the knife and get her away. And >> who had the knife? Your your girlfriend. That's how it started. Yes. She said, "Get away. We're going to call the cops." And he just immed. I freaked out. I freaked out. Now, how did So, was it his knife or her knife that he hit? He took it with him. So, when they went on the ground like this, he was trying to yank it right from her. Well, I had like a hole in his upper torso like this. You know what I mean? I was trying to yank him this way. He I didn't even know he got stabbed. He >> female, one male. >> I hit him one time really hard in the jaw like bow. I could not get him separated from her with that knife. I was freaking out. I was panicking. As soon as I hit him, he like fell back and he saw the knife and she got away, but he like stood up and he slammed her. Boom. Right on. Right on her back. Yes. And that's when like somebody else came up. There was like two other people. Yeah. >> He was so turned up. I don't know what his He was He was hopped up on something. I don't know what it was. It wasn't alcohol. It I don't know what the [ __ ] it was, but he was like just he would not stop. I we didn't say anything to him. Like we didn't even literally say anything to him at all. >> It was just like he picked me because I had said something from inside there. >> Describe him one more time. >> Okay. So, um your size, your build, maybe a little bit stockier. >> Um yeah, I would say probably 180. >> Very well built. Um he's got shaved head, very clean, zero size shave. >> Um >> I'm trying to think. Okay. Uh let's see what else. Silver. Um >> one guy, right? >> One guy. Yeah, one guy. white male. >> Silver sedan. You mean like like a smaller car? >> Yeah, smaller car. Like um like I would say like a Chevy Malibu or something like that. Like a sedan like that. Um and then uh Yeah. And we kept telling we tried to pull. So when he got in his car, I told him I said, "We're calling the cops, dude. You're not getting away with it." Cuz he's like, "I'm out of here. I'm [ __ ] out of here. I'm out of here." You know what I mean? He's like And so he like he tries to get in his front seat. So we kind of like pull behind him. So I'm like, "Get his license plate. Get his license plate." He just [ __ ] >> I mean I I don't that's all it's all I'm sorry I'm not speaking clearly. I'm sorry. I I came I literally came here to get freaking something to drink waters and literally a this huge like fight breaks out. I see my girlfriend slammed on her back. Like that's insane. >> You guys have to get the footage of this. You'll see the whole thing. They're in there working on that right now. >> Oh my gosh. >> How exactly did the hat get? >> You're sure that hat belongs to him? While the man was giving his version of events, other officers went inside the store to review the CCTV footage. Didn't take long before they came back out with the truth in hand. But before confronting anyone, they still needed to hear from the girlfriend who appeared to have played a much bigger role in the incident than her boyfriend. >> Hey ma'am, I'm just going to get some info from you. What is your first name? >> T O R I Aerence. >> And last name? >> Hernandez with an Xray. That look like I spelled it right. >> Yeah. >> What's your birthday? >> K9. Just tell me 21. >> Um, so real quick, I know I already talked to him a little bit. >> Yes, >> we have video of everything. >> Yes. Do >> you want you want to tell Go ahead. Um, >> so obviously we have video. We saw everything that happened. >> Yeah. >> Just be honest with me and tell me >> your side of the story. So, pretty much when we get up after we grab all of our things, he's yelling at this guy, telling him to come outside, be about it, blah, blah, blah. The cashier or whatever. And we're like, "Dude, leave. Leave. We're just trying to buy stuff. I can't We can't even order to the guy because we're screaming so loud. He can't even hear us. Leave." He gets out, he leaves or leave. Or actually, he doesn't even leave the store. I walk out and threaten to that I'm going to get cops. So, I'm screaming for cops. Then, he walks out of the thing, realizes there's no cops coming. I didn't call the cops or whatever. And he's in his car and we're leaving. He screams something again at us. We're like, "Dude, leave us alone. You're just quit being a little go to the bar. Do whatever you're wanting to do. Whatever. Like, leave everybody alone." Then he gets out of his car. He keeps yelling, whatever. And then he like gets up to the point where he's like coming out the car, still arguing, still whatever. So I pretty like his car is like over here somewhere beginning, and then he's like up over there where our car was. So at that point, I'm like, "He's not leaving us alone." So I grab my knife and I'm like, "Dude, if you do not leave us alone, I'm going to stab you. leave. Leave us alone. Go away. Go somewhere else. Leave. And then eventually he charges at me. So then I try to hit him with a knife. Whatever. He grabs my hand. Boyfriend gets involved. We're struggling for control of the knife or whatever. Then at some point he like uh slams my head into the concrete and that's when I think I dropped the knife. So then he picks it up and throws it and then we're talking about calling the cops or whatever and then he just drives off and leaves. >> So let me ask you this. Why didn't you guys just leave when you came out to your car? >> I mean, I was worried about him getting behind the car, getting into the car, cuz the windows are all down and everything. >> He was parked over here when I saw you guys walk out to the car. >> Yeah. And then he walks up towards us after that. >> Well, so he walks from this parking spot to where the yellow painted lines are. >> Yeah. >> You guys are parked in this spot on the very end over here. >> Yeah. >> I understand he's probably yelling at you still, but it doesn't look like in the video that he charged you. It looks like you guys both got out of the car and confronted him. You with the knife in your hand, him with no knife. >> Well, I mean, you could see I tell him to leave. >> I tell him to leave >> and then he comes up at me. >> I did not go after him with that knife. He comes at me. >> 104. Um, I'll go on IC for the information. Sorry, what were you saying? I I got in a road. >> You're okay. >> I mean, but you can see when I get out of the car and tell him to leave that he comes after me. >> So my my question to you is though if you felt threatened enough to pull a knife on him, right? You didn't feel threatened enough to jump out of the car and walk up to him with your knife in your hand. Correct. >> I don't understand the difference. >> So So the reason I'm asking is because you pulling a knife on someone is is is you thinking that you're threatened for your life. Correct. >> Yes. And he was close enough in that space. You're you're saying he's at the yellow. >> You're saying you're at the that he was at the yellow line. Do you act like he could have clear that space? >> No. Absolutely. But my thing to you is if you felt threatened for your life, why didn't you guys just pull out of the parking lot and leave? >> Because he was close enough that he easily could have gotten into the car, pulled my boyfriend out, done something to him, or like gotten behind the car so we couldn't leave without running him over or doing any of those other things. He was standing on his side. >> All right. >> With every piece of evidence pointing to her as the aggressor, it finally started to sink in that calling the cops had been a huge mistake. But by the time she realized it, it was already far too late. >> Sorry. This is what we're going to do. Just while we're figuring everything out, you you're just going to be detained. Okay. Hi. >> Michael, just go ahead and >> Yeah. Weird question, but do you have room in the back of your car that I can put a tub in? >> Yeah, >> I have a tub in the backseat of my car right here. All right, we're just going to have a seat in my car over here. Huh? >> You don't have any weapons on you right now? >> You said no. >> No, I don't. >> Okay. >> Just have a seat right there for now. >> I don't know if she's 10:15 yet. >> Yeah. Step out real quick. She's just going to patch you down to make sure you don't have any other weapons on you. She's not searching you right now. JB, are you heading up there? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Like you said, I'm just going to pop down. I got no weapons or anything under it. Hey, Victoria. Yeah. >> So, I'll just let you know what's going on. Um, >> we have an officer going to speak with this other guy that was involved. Possibly the other guy that was involved. >> Um, >> I'm just going to be straight up honest with you right now. It looks like that you guys were the primary aggressors in this regardless of if he was screaming at you or not. But here's the thing. You're just being detained right now. You're not under arrest. >> It'll be if it is the right guy that is if he wants to press charges or not on anything that happened. Okay? >> So, just hold tight. It's gonna be a little bit because >> he's in Manatee County. So, >> um I just wanted to give you an update. >> You're still in the parking lot. >> Can you feel the AC? Is it okay? All right. >> Templars can be a white male approximately 3 years of age. >> Speaking of entitled Karens who call the cops on their own selves, meet 32-year-old Jamie, an entitled Karen who dared to call the cops and her boyfriend after assaulting him because she confidently believed that reporting a domestic battery would make things go her way. >> You called and claimed there was a domestic battery. were here first. >> So I called. >> You're right. You did call. >> He has no right to detain me. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> He hit me. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I didn't DO ANYTHING. >> I CALLED 911. >> THAT WOULD BE US. >> That would be us. We're here. >> You are fake cops. >> On January the 29th, 2024 in Crystal Lake, officers responded to a reported domestic battery call. When they arrived, they were met by the caller herself, Jamie, an entitled Karen, who was more than ready to twist the truth and paint herself as the victim of a situation in which she was clearly the bully. >> Hello. >> What's your first name? >> Jamie. >> Jamie. All right, Jamie. Why don't we go inside the house with me? You don't have a You don't have any? >> No. Okay. >> When you're saying that he put hands on you again, did it spread what how he put his hands on you? He was trying to take the phone away from me when I was trying to call 911, which I'm pretty sure is a felony offense. >> Okay. And then he was also trying to shove me into a room to contain me. >> Okay. Without any contact to the outside world. Okay. >> Are you injured in any way? Do you need me to call an ambulance for you? >> This is why I'm huddling behind a tire. >> Because No, I am not injured because I'm huddling. tire and no one will believe me unless I stayed inside and obtained injuries. >> The thing about lies is you always need more lies to cover them up. While Jaime continued her theatrical performance, she seemed to forget one crucial detail. She was dealing with keen eyed officers and from the look of things, it was only a matter of time before they started to notice some inconsistencies. >> That's right. >> I get all beat up. >> Yeah. Your your right hand. >> This one? >> Yeah. Yeah. Do you not see the scratches on your hand? >> How did that happen? >> How did that happen? >> Yeah, that's called being a person. >> Excuse me. >> It's called being a person. Crafting. If that's what's what's going to come from it, please leave the property. Thank you, >> Shber. Shber. Yeah. Stay here for me. >> No, they're going in to talk to him. >> I'm cold. Okay. Do not touch me. Do not put your hands on me. I am not under arrest. Do not put your hands on me. You have no reason to enter the property. Do not put your hands on me. >> You're calling the police for help. Why you >> DO NOT PUT YOUR hands on me. >> BECAUSE SHE GRABBED ME. >> I grabbed because I didn't want you. >> LET GO OF THE DOOR. Back away off the property. >> We're not leaving right now. We need to talk to her. >> When she called the cops, she was convinced that they would take her side no matter what. But as the questioning went on, it became painfully obvious the officers were closing in on the truth that she did not want exposed. She needed to do better than playing the victim if she needed them out of her way. >> Video. >> What's his name? >> That's fine. We all have video on all three of us. >> Officer Horizesi, Officer Pinto, and Officer Shabog. I am asking you to all step off of my residency. >> We're not leaving >> legally. My hands are in my pockets. >> Because you are too close to me and I'm asking you to back away and you are not correct. >> That for you are threatening me by not >> accepting my request. >> Sorry, not how it works. >> Baby, I don't have any shoes on. As she became even more belligerent, officers spoke with her boyfriend, who said the argument turned physical when she tried to grab his vape. When he refused, she scratched both his hands and slapped him. Officers saw fresh scratches and a red mark near his eye. Without evidence staring them right in the face, the truth was undeniable. And the Karen, who called the cops, was about to face a reality check she never expected. >> Do not put hands on me or touch me or I will you. >> Stay back. >> Am I being detained? >> Stay back. Am I being detained? >> I'm separating you from the situation. Stay Stay back. >> Am I being detained? >> Stay back from him. >> I don't have any right. >> You're being detained. Yes, you're being detained for what? >> Our investigation. You called and claimed there was a domestic battery. We're here for investigation. >> So, I called. >> You're right. You did call. >> He has no right to detain me. >> Yes, we're doing it for our investigation. And I'm keeping you separate from him. They don't another altercation. I didn't do anything. >> Behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> I called for protection. I didn't do anything. >> Resist. Seriously, hurt myself. Put your hand back. Behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Please. >> Stop resisting. Just cooperate. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Cooperate. >> Put your hands behind your back. You are under arrest. >> You're abusing me. No. [screaming] CALL 911. >> THAT WOULD BE US. >> That would be us. We're here. >> You are fake cops. >> No. Okay. >> Call 911. I was just trying to just swipe the hair out of my face, please. That was all I was asking into my mouth. I'm autistic and I can't handle. In the end, she was charged with two counts of domestic battery and resisting a police officer. Just like Jamie, here's another entitled and unhinged Karen who confidently called the cops on her own landlord while totally ignoring the fact that there was already an active court injunction against her. >> I'm like, "No, she's going to jail. She tried to attack me with a knife inside the house when I'm on the phone with my family." >> Can you stand up for me, PLEASE? >> WHAT I DO? >> CAN YOU STAND UP FOR ME, PLEASE? >> I DIDN'T DO THAT. >> I'm on MY OWN, >> MA'AM. WAIT, WHY? I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> On January the 19th, 2022 in St. Petersburg, Florida, officers responded to a 911 call from a woman who claimed someone was trying to attack her. But when officers arrived on scene, what unfolded right before their eyes was an entirely different story. >> Hi, man. >> He had a come house to try to clean and stuff. The lady drunk and high off >> and stuff. I'm on the phone talking to my sister on the phone cuz she called me wishing me happy birthday. She's not on the phone now. She tried to attack me with a knife inside the house. When I'm on the phone with my family today is my birthday and my sister call me to wish me happy birthday. I'm in a room talking on the phone with my sister. >> Okay. >> Ma'am. >> Ma'am. >> Hey, ma'am. Do you know who that was? >> Huh? >> Do you know who this person was? >> What? >> Do you know who this was? >> Do I know her address? >> No. Do you know who it was? And this lady pushed the door open, the bedroom door open like bitching you. I'm like, you're going to jail. I'm calling the police. >> Okay, hold on a second. So, he let her in. >> He let her in and he drove off. >> And he drove off. just now pulled up when the police pulled up when this car pulled up. >> All right, hold on one second. Let me just get the story straight. Okay, >> did she knock on the door? Did he invite her in? >> No, he let her in. >> Right. I'm saying did they show up together? Did she come to the door and knock on >> earlier? I don't know. I just know the lady was in the house. So, when she's doing like this, what are you doing? >> I said I said, "You know what, sis? I'll call you back. I'm calling the police trying to >> As she continued telling her story, other officers pulled the landlord aside to get his version of what had actually happened." >> How are you today? >> How you doing? >> Good. Uh, do you have an ID or driver's license? >> All right. Oh [ __ ] >> Tell me what happened. >> Um, >> what you know happened? >> Very blatant argumentative. Very. She's been here since when she moved in here. She moved in just for temporary spot because her sister stay over there. She kicked out. She came over here. I said, "Well, I'll give you a place for temporary. You cannot send your mail here cuz I know how people play." >> Mhm. >> She snuck off and didn't. She got a cash app here. Now it's been on and off thing. She done been making bra like four or five times since she been here. >> Okay. four or five times since she been told >> and it's the same problem. My daughter had already got dressed. She was in her stubs. I said, "Don't even say to her. Don't Don't argue with her. Don't get into it with her at all because you already know she had mental issues." And the first thing you do, you argue with a mental person. What state do that put you in? >> Okay. >> So, do you know the lady that came in that she's talking about >> lady? >> No, that's my my god sister Tiffany. She said she did something, man. You see her man, you she don't have you can hear her voice that she don't have no phone in her body. >> Is that who she's referring to? >> Yeah, Tiffany came. She pic She's not a >> Okay. She grabbed a damn thing. That's why I hid them from her. Why she can't tell you a knife right now? Because they all hit. >> So, and how long has she lived with you? >> For her? >> Yes. >> How long did she barge in here? The cops had a liar on their hands and it was only a matter of time before she showed them her true colors. >> You get a address, mail it from cash, then that's how she stay. She's smart. She's smart to do some dumb [ __ ] like that. But, you know, I told her not to do that. I said, "Do not send a mail here. Send your mail to the post office or go buy a post office box." Right. >> She got mail coming in because the she Oh, yeah. I got mail. But this so this I find out this ain't the first time she did this. She did this several times other different times and occasions with other people. >> Okay. So, she's got she got a history. >> She got a history of that, right? >> So, you already know. >> Um, so basically, >> you weren't you weren't here when on any of this alleged >> just ignore just ignore. She's just >> she's not she's obviously doesn't understand what I'm telling her. So, which which isn't isn't boating on her. I don't understand a register battle. I don't care. Do you understand me? I don't care. Did I already tell you to sit down and mind your business? Did there was there something you didn't know? Oh, stop talking. I don't care. Stop talking. Is there something you did not understand about the fact I said, "Let me come and talk to you when we're ready." >> Okay. He might think No, listen. He might have thought everything that was coming out of your mouth was a lie. We're going to hear your stuff. We're going to hear his side. We'll make our decision. Do you understand me? Do you Everything is being recorded. Do you understand me? Thank you. S >> now you see >> and it won't it won't be stop. It's hustly continue that same thing she doing at >> Yeah, I know. >> I think what it is they taking advantage of me taking and my daughter like don't like that. She's like, "Dad, she taking advantage of you and she talking to another guy in my bedroom." In my bed. >> Have you guys had any relationship at all? >> No, I hit a couple times, you know. Okay. >> But for like that, I ain't [ __ ] none. I ain't with her none. >> I'm not with her. >> I'm not giving. >> So you So you weren't here for anybody any any knives, any swinging of anything. You don't know anything about that, right? >> I was here. It wasn't >> But there was none. All right. >> The reason for that because she know that's her emmo and that's what we if she was to grab a knife or something. She know >> and her usually tell me it' be her the one grabbing knives going on. Okay. >> But today I have not seen a knife. None of that. >> Okay, sounds good. I am going to go talk to the other officer and see. I can take you in there right now. I can show you all the nice together line that they all put together right now. I got them put up because of her. >> You need to and you need to you need to continue to follow up. We're going to see what the deal with that paperwork is and see if they can get it out. >> All right. So, just give us a minute. All right. >> Thank you, Anthony. >> Further investigation revealed that there was an active no contact order between her and the landlord. In that instant, her situation went from bad to catastrophic. She was now in far more trouble than she could have ever imagined when she originally made that call. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Can you stand UP FOR ME, PLEASE? >> CAN YOU STAND UP FOR ME, PLEASE? >> I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> Hands behind your back. >> I'm hold behind your back. >> Why? Like, I'm just trying to go back to my hotel, and I know I was speeding. I'm so sorry. >> You got your driver license, registration proof, and insurance? >> Um, goodness. Where's my purse? >> Where you coming from? Huh? >> I was at an Airbnb where my son is at. He plays football. So, I'm here. >> So, we're here for his seven on seven football team. >> Okay. >> And I came from where they were staying and I'm going back to my place. >> Okay. You have your driver license, registration, insurance? >> I do, but I think it's in the back. >> In the back where? Put the windows down for me. >> The window is down. >> The back windows. Put all the windows down. >> Shoot. >> Where in the back is it? I mean, oh my god. I hope I didn't leave it at the house. Can I get out and look or >> You don't know where it is? >> I thought it was here, but it is not. Oh, here it is. I'm sorry. Here it is. It fell on the floor. >> Oh my god. Please. Like, um, I just want to get back to my Airbnb. >> Well, how much have you had to drink tonight? >> I did have a glass of wine. I'm not going to lie. >> A glass of wine? >> I did. Yes. Now, >> how long ago was that? >> An hour ago. >> All right. You have the registration insurance. >> This is a rental. >> It's a rental. You have the rental agreement. >> Please don't. >> I'm sorry. >> Please don't. Like >> Well, I mean, you're going well over 100 mph. You didn't even realize you passed me and you're swerving all over the road. So, I mean, it's kind of a problem right now. >> No, I know. It was more that I was looking at the GPS trying to figure out where I was going. >> You live at one. >> And where did you say you were coming from? What's the address? on. So, here was the GPS. I was coming from I think that's not where I was coming from. Um, can I call my son? Like, I'm not really sure. >> Yeah. You're not sure where you're coming from? So, no, I don't know the address I'm talking about from, but it was one of the the kids' grandmother's house. And when I'm looking at my son's like, So, this is where the team is playing, but that's not the address that >> What city was it in? >> I I really don't know. Turn to face me. >> Where? >> Right here. Right there. Right. Turn to face me. All right. What I'm going ask you to do is to perform some field satiety exercises. Okay. >> Okay. >> I want to make sure that you're safe to drive. >> That's fine. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, what I need you to do is put your feet together. Arms down to your side. All right. And the only thing I need you to do right now, give me a sec. You got your little light? >> No. >> You don't have your pin light? All right. That's okay. We'll go old school. >> That's fine. But do it right. >> All right. All right. Can you see a silver cap on the top of that pin? >> Yes, I can. >> All right. >> For the time being, she allowed [music] the cops to do their jobs. However, the second she realized things weren't going her way, she decided it was the perfect time to show them that they were dealing with the Karen after all. >> I feel like you should let me take my phone out and record cuz like this is just like so over the top. But okay, >> you're going to look down at your toe and you're going to count out loud. 1 1,00 2 100 3 100 all the way to 31,000 or until I tell you to stop. All right. Just come up here a little bit more for me. Just down the line. >> This is like so over the top. >> Come on up. >> Maybe cuz I'm white. I guess this is what I'm thinking now. But yep. Go ahead. >> All right. The next task. What you're going to do is you're going to put your fingers out to the side like this. >> I feel like I need to get my phone at this point because like honestly they >> listen. It's being video recorded. I'm recording you. She's recording you. And there's another camera right there. >> Perfect. Cuz it like it should be. So, what you're going to do is you're going to bring your arms out to your side. >> Okay. Finger out like this. Pointer finger. Just like that. All right. Feet together. You're going to maintain Yep. You're going to maintain that position. Okay. You're going to bring your finger up and you're going to touch the tip of your nose. It's going to look like this. You understand what's going to happen? >> Yeah, I got it. >> You have any questions? >> Nope. >> All right. You can go ahead and begin. Left. Turn your head back. >> Am I good? Like, >> did you understand the instructions? You said left and I have to touch my nose. That's all I know. >> Touch your nose. Tip of your nose. Bring your finger back out. >> Okay. So, I didn't know that. So, I apologize. >> Right. Tilt your head back. Close your eyes. >> Close your eyes. Right. All right. You going to put your arms down. Stay right there. What's the highest grade you completed? I >> I have a bachelor degree. >> Okay, perfect. You know your alphabet from A to Z. >> Like you're so and so. >> I have to ask you to It's part of the instructions. I have to answer. >> Yes, I do. >> Everything that we're doing here is part of the standardized instructions >> that we ask everybody when we're doing DUI investigation. Okay. >> That's fine. It's fine. I get it. >> It's nothing personal against you. That's just the way it's written. >> It's fine. But yes, I do. >> Okay. So, what you're going to do is from that position, you're going to tilt your head back. You're going to close your eyes and you're just going to recite the alphabet from A to Z without singing and without rushing. Okay? You understand the task? >> I got it. >> All right. Go ahead and tilt your head back. Close your eyes. >> A B C W X Y Z. >> Okay. >> And I'm sorry, I'm freezing. >> All right. Step up here. Have a seat for me. >> Have a seat where? >> Right on the front of that car. >> She had a usual trick up her sleeve. >> All right. Here's the deal. Okay. Even though you argue with me all the way down here. >> I didn't argue with you. >> You told me you were being >> investigated for DUI because you're white. >> I I said that, but I didn't argue with you. >> I mean, that's kind of >> But I didn't argue with you, but I did say that. >> Mhm. So, even though all that happened, okay, I don't think you're impaired to the point that I should arrest you, but you are impaired enough that I'm not going to let you drive away from here. So, if you want to call your son and have him come pick your car up, pick you up, I will allow that to happen. What I will say is once you get to your hotel, okay, and he leaves you there, don't take your car out again. >> I I mean, I have no reason. I'm only here for my son. He plays football. Like, there's no other reason for me to be here. >> Okay. >> Yeah. There. >> All right. Where's your phone? >> In my car. >> All right. >> Or in my rental car. >> All right. And go ahead and grab your phone. Call your son. Hello. >> Hey. Um, where about are you? >> Okay. So, listen. I got pulled over and they're not going to let me drive. So, if you can like come where I'm at. I know. It's so crazy. Like, it's so ridiculous. >> Yeah. I mean, are you going to be able to send me your left hand? >> Um, I was trying to send it to you earlier and I I couldn't figure out how to send it to you. You're on intersection. >> Is there like Can I like pull in like at least like somewhere? No. Okay. >> I And I'm so sorry. I know. It's so weird for us to like meet like this. It's just so bizarre. >> Okay. Like I was telling her, I mean, you've got indicators of impairment, but not enough for me to arrest you and take you to gun club. Okay. So, I'm going to I'm going to let you slide tonight. You're going to go home. You're not letting me slide. Like >> you are you're not getting arrested. You're not getting >> because there's like you just said there's not enough for you to do that. >> There's enough for me to tell you not to drive your vehicle, >> right? And I'm not going to drive it. That's why I called my son. >> That's why I said we're letting you slide. We're not taking >> That's not letting me slide. >> I'm not arresting you >> because you don't have enough. That's what you're saying. Like it doesn't make sense. >> Ma'am, why are you still arguing with me? I'm just telling you. >> I'm not arguing with you. I'm not arguing with you. You just said, "I'm letting her know that there's not a lot enough for me to let you >> to take you to jail." >> To do >> there's enough to detain you and do the roadside. >> Anyway, you just said there was not enough. That's all I'm saying. So, you're not letting me slide. It's just that you don't have enough. That's all. >> Okay. >> I mean, >> just understand. >> I don't know if it's a black and white factor here cuz you guys play that not you guys play that. >> You don't you don't even know who was pulling you over. It could have been anybody. So, how do you play that now that you did? But now that you did, now that you did, I know >> that's so disrespectful on so many levels. You're talking to my partner. Let's get that first fact. Second of all, when he says you should have wrote you a bunch of Let me get my phone down in the car. Let me get my phone. No, don't disrespect me. Even though she was clearly guilty, the officers weren't taking her [music] to jail. But instead of leaving when she got the chance, she demanded things were done her way. An action that was going to most likely put her in cuffs. >> I'm going to record all of it. >> You can record, but we're not going to argue on this. >> But I did not disrespect you for a second. I did not. >> Okay. >> And she wants to jump in. Nope. No matter. No. I'm going to record. >> Everything here is recorded. The whole interaction has been recorded. >> That's fine. Yep. That's fine. George Floyd. Yep. [clears throat] Mhm. >> Don't disrespect me. I did not. I did not disrespect you. Don't Don't you dare disrespect me. >> No, I did not. >> No argue. >> No, I did. YOU'RE IN MY FACE POINTING your finger in my face. You were. It's funny how now you step back. I did not disrespect you. >> That's your opinion. >> It's not my opinion. And it's facts. I did not disrespect you. >> They like I said, the entire thing is recorded. >> That's right. So, look at it. Look at it. And you you just literally got in my face and you're like, "You don't know me.
