from having to escort a needlessly confrontational airport drama queen with toddler level tantrums off of a plane. >> Can you come over with me, please? Here we go. >> Can I get a reason? >> Come on. Let's go talk over there. >> Look, look, let me let me ask >> the shuttle. Go check the shuttle. >> Can I ask one question? >> Get your finger out of my face. >> You broke my arm. >> See that right there? >> Look at the camera. It's facing right there. >> You broke my arm, Sanchez. to removing a sloppy, intoxicated Karen who thought hurling threats [music] mid-flight was harmless chatter. >> I believe what she said was she was going to take me out. [laughter] She was going to find me after the flight and take me out. >> You don't know what happened. >> I was told at one point that uh I was watch >> I am naturally loud. Here are several unbelievable moments when entitled airport Karens thought they could [music] never get kicked off the plane. Starting with an extremely entitled Karen who went as far as slapping a 65-year-old gate agent over a missed flight. >> Are you kidding me? >> She crossed over. >> Hey, relax. Hey, relax. Get off me. >> Relax. Hey, relax. >> Get off of me. >> I know. I know. I know. And you're going to press charges. >> Come on, mama. Okay. as when as I grabbed her and tried to put her on the other side. That's when she turned around and she slapped me. >> So, you give her footage. She has footage, too. She was behind the counter. >> She's going to take a ride to jail. I'll tell you that. >> On the 14th of January, 2025 at around 4:00 in the afternoon. Police were called to Orlando International Airport following reports of a fight at the Frontier Airlines counter. The fight was still ongoing when the officer got there, but it was merely a symptom of a much more sinister sense of entitlement. I think she closed over. Hey, relax. Hey, relaxes. Get off me. >> Relax. Hey, relax. >> Get off of me. >> Stop. Stop. Come over here. >> I have it all on video. >> Come over here. >> Everyone attacks me. >> She was over here taking pictures. >> You can hand me if you want to. >> Can I have a 45 to the aside? >> Frontier exit. Excuse me. Frontier stick. I have it on video. >> Okay. Give me one second. >> And she has self. >> Will you just lay that layer? >> Yeah. Just lay down. >> Why? Why don't you want to reach on this side and come take pictures on that screen, girl? >> Drop your jacket. No. Drop your jacket. >> I have a 20-minute video and a lawyer. >> You're not supposed to breach. >> And she put her hand on me. >> I have a 20-minute video and a lawyer. >> Whatever video you have. >> I have a 20-minute video. It's okay. >> You breach bridge and you came over. >> You know you on play again. Oh, go ahead. Lay your >> Just give us a minute. Okay. beat up. >> You would have got beat up, too. >> You would have got beat up. >> You would have beat up. >> Do you have ID and everything? >> Beat up, too. It's in my purse. >> Give it to him. >> Yeah. >> Do you have ID and everything on you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where's your ID? >> It's in my purse. >> Okay. Do I have permission to go in your purse and grab your ID? >> Can I just get it? It's right here on the top. >> It's right here on top. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Give me just a minute. I'll meet another officer here and then we'll go through it all. Okay. >> Okay. >> How's it going? >> Good, sir. How are you? >> So, haven't investigated anything yet. I came over here and they were fighting. Her and one of the messed up. >> Say again. >> My lipstick's messed up. >> No, it's fine. >> I'm not sure. Where did the other lady go? >> She's in the back. >> She's in the back. She had to get beat up because she put her hands on me. >> I have it on video. >> I have my I have my >> They were fighting rolling around on the ground before we got here. >> I wasn't rolling around. I was downtown. You >> want to speak with the other? I can take you back to her if you want to witness the witness. >> The witness just checked in and she's going that way. Do you want to talk to her? >> Turning the corner right now. >> Yes, we need to talk to her. >> After getting her under control, the officers began searching for [music] witnesses. However, what they found instead was a victim. A discovery that revealed just how far the entitled Karen had already gone before [music] their arrival. >> Yeah, actually >> you have cameras up here, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I believe go give you that. Okay. >> How how long ago did this occur? >> I just walked in. It just happened. We have antibbody until we get to the hospital. >> You okay, young lady? >> No. >> Ma'am, just calm down. It's okay, [laughter] Mommy. >> I know. I know. I know. And you're going to press charges. >> Come on, mommy. Come on. [snorts] Okay, relax. Relax, mommy. Okay, just relax. I'll wait till she calms down a little bit before I ask. >> This is our witness. She was standing in the line. Beth, it's a pleasure. Nice to meet you. >> Are you a passenger or you employee? >> Passenger. >> Okay. Can Can we use this one? >> Sure. Sure. Can you tell me what you witnessed? >> Sure. So, I didn't see the girl when I first walked up, >> but I was standing like at the very front of the line. And then I heard I don't know if it was her or the other ticket agent telling her, "Ma'am, you can't be there. You have to move." And then like that woman there was was walking up to her and the girl just like kind of came over the counter at her and the swinging started. And honestly, I can't tell you who swung first. I'm sure there's video, so I don't want to give any misleading information. But then like she got her by the hair and they went down. >> Who got who by the hair? >> The the young girl got the employee by the hair and she like had her and took her down by like the head. And I jumped in because I was like, "Holy crap, they're on a conveyor belt." And I've actually I'm a flight nurse, so I've actually seen people lose their hands on these things. I was like, "Oh my god, they have to get off the conveyor belt." And before like I could get up there, um the gentleman here kind of got in and was trying to get her off of her, but she still had her by the hair. So I kind of jumped in and then got her fingers out of her hair and once they were separated, I got out. [laughter] I'm >> like, I got to go. >> This was occurring behind the counter. >> Behind the counter. >> You said on the belt? >> On the belt. Yeah. >> Super dangerous. You say that you don't know who threw the first punch if a punch. >> Yeah, I didn't see the first swing, but the girl was definitely behind the counter when it all started. Like, she was back there in the drawer or doing something back there. And the woman was telling her like, >> "You can't be back here. Leave that alone. Get on the other side." And I didn't hear what the young girl said back to her. But then by the time she got up there, you know, I was like, "Maybe I should another place." So that's why I didn't see like the initial like who swung cuz my first reaction was like get out of here before the fight happens. But then the fight happened and I'm like oh someone's really going to get hurt on that conveyor belt. >> Okay. What time does your flight leave? >> Uh my flight leaves I boarding starts at 6:16 >> and the flight leaves at 7:00. >> Okay. Do you think you have time to fill out a statement form for me? >> Sure. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Cuz the one of the gentlemen out there said that he would walk me through security if it got close. >> They had seen enough to know that this wasn't random. The signs were there. The victim was shaken and the witness backed it up. When they went back to the victim for the full story, it came out harder than expected. >> We'll get in here and bring it back to you. Okay, Gary. Okay, >> we'll get the paramedics here and come check you out. >> Better safe than sorry. You got some scratch. >> If if you can and when you want to tell me what you witnessed, tell me what happened up there. Okay. She came over to where I am which is um rebooking. She was she missed the flight. My job is to rebook her. [snorts] >> Now when you say she are you speaking of the passenger young female that the officers is with out there. Okay. Go ahead. So, um, I [clears throat] started to tell her that being that she's late, that the only thing that I can do is rebuke her from the next flight and she's business class that she was there on time. >> According to this, you messed your flight. >> Okay. >> And then I went to my screen to book her for the next flight. She's videotaping me >> and she went on rambling, >> rambling like >> she was not late. >> Okay. >> Um and then she started videaping me. So in order to my supervisor, you need to talk to her. She's late. She doesn't believe that she was um uh late for the flight. I'm trying to rebook her. She's giving a whole lot bunch of attitude. She's taking uh videotaping me and you need to get it. you need to come over. >> Okay. >> He came over. She still had the phone in her hands and the supervisor told her, "Well, are you videotaping me?" She said, "Yes, but when you're done, you let me know." So, he went that way. Yeah. He go for me to go and take a break. Take me to the ladies room. Yada yada yada. Came back home. She was still at my counter. I did not stop. I went towards my super. Just take your time. Take your time. >> What are we doing? She's still there. She's still recording. >> As I'm talking to her, I [laughter] her she alerted me that she jumped. The friend she jumped over >> and and then when I turned she was there and she had her camera on our screen, which that's not for the public to see. >> So by this time she's behind the counter. >> Oh yes. Totally behind the counter. >> And uh and I ran to her. No, you can't do that. You cannot jump home. You got to go to the other side. You cannot take pictures of what we have. You cannot. That's when as I grabbed her and tried to put her on the other side. That's when she turned around. She slapped me. Well, I slapped her back. That's when we got into it. And then everybody came over and she had I think she has some she cut me there with her um against her ring. I don't know. >> Okay. >> I mean, I didn't see any weapon. >> Okay. >> So, just we just went at it. Okay. >> Now, just prior to her slapping you, what led up to that? What happened? >> Uh, that I tried putting her on the other side, which is my god. She's not supposed to dump over. >> Now, when you say tried putting her to the other side, explain to me what you did. >> Well, I had to grab her, but she wasn't going to go willingly. I had to grab her and push her to go to the other side. I mean, she didn't fall or anything. She didn't get a chance to fall cuz she immediately turned around and slapped me. Okay. >> The officers changed the discussion, looking for any missed measures that might have stopped the chaos before it escalated into outright barbarism. >> And this did this occur right where they have her right now in the area behind >> my counter? Yeah, my counter. >> Okay. All right. >> The additional service counter. >> Hi. >> When the supervisor told you to take a break, how long would you say it was before you came back to the ticket? >> I didn't take a break. just went to the ladies room and put my child to the ladies room. I needed to do I just went went back out again and she was still standing there and I didn't want to deal with her because [music] she already I already spoke to the supervisor and I need him to come back and deal with it cuz when when it gets like that we're not supposed to deal with it deal with it. So I stood back. >> Did Did he say why he left? >> Because he asked her, "Are you still videotaping?" She said yes. And then he said to her, "Well, when you're done videotaping, you let me know." So he went because I think he had somebody else. I'm not too sure. I think he had somebody else. And he went to his station and I when I came to from the ladies who Yeah. Um that was that was before the slap. Um I'm getting mixed up. >> Oh, just take your time. Take your time. Um um he to that was before [music] that he told her when you're done let me know. So he walked and then he told me if you need to take a break just go and take a break. And that's what I did. That's when I came back >> went back to him to see what we were going to do with her. Okay. >> And that's what my cowork was just standing here was the one who looked cuz my back was towards her looking at my supervisor and she said, "Hey, get up. You can't be on that side." And I turned she was on our side and she has she was like this with her phone on the on our on our screen said, "You can't do that. You can't do you can't you cannot come over. You cannot take pictures of that." So when I got to her, that's when I grabbed her and I tried pushing her to the other side and that's when she turned around. >> We're going to have somebody come and just check you out. Okay. >> Um that's when um that's when she turned and she slapped you and I slapped her back. >> Okay. Now, prior to you coming in contact with her, the injuries to your face, did you have those injuries? >> No. >> No. I I haven't even looked at my face. I know it hurts. >> Thank you. Okay, the paramedics are here right now. Once they check you out, then I'll ask you some more questions. Okay. >> After a short while, a female cop tried to question the unruly passenger because when the officers arrived at first, she mentioned having video evidence on her phone to back up her innocence. >> What were you doing in Orlando? >> I was chilling out here traveling. >> You have friends here? >> Money? Yeah. >> Okay. >> I have my own footage. Are you denying my evidence or are you guys going to check mine, too? >> You got your own footage? >> Yeah. >> You recording with your phone? >> Yep. >> Where's your phone? >> Right there. >> You were recording on your phone while I've been telling everyone on that and it's all been on footage this whole time. This is still recording. >> Where's your phone? >> Right in there. Right in there. The entire video. >> My Okay. And as I'm going to tell you, I'm going to tell you again. I did not miss my flight. I was here on full time. I bought business class which is 147 on top of the frontier class which means I have two bags I sit in the front and I get to board early, right? They told me that they could not bring that up on me. And once it got rung up, they said, "Oh, well, you're late now." Okay, well, I was not late and you could not bring up my stuff, so now I need to get another flight. You cannot make charge me for another flight and try to make me have a flight tomorrow and not give me a voucher. That is completely illegal. I did I I paid for smart play. You understand that, right? >> Can I continue? >> Continue to say what? >> Continue to say what I have to say. What I have in front of me. >> Okay, but what about the voucher? >> Number one, there is no voucher when you miss your flight. Number two, >> okay, I didn't miss my flight. I was here on time. You know what? Miss, you know the definition of miss. You know the definition. >> That's what I miss. That's when she was like, "Yeah, I'm I'mma pull my power and I'm not going to give up." You can zoom past too if you want to. >> Take what? >> To the bike. >> Said you could take your break right now while I'm in the middle. There's people in line and every He didn't want to help me. He cuz my attitude was too much for customer service. And then I went behind the thing after waiting 10 more minutes and then attacked me and I hit her back. Now I'm about to go to jail cuz I defended myself. That's crazy. But it's okay. I got the video. I got lawyers. Nobody has the permission to delete that video off of my phone either. >> No, nobody's going to delete. >> Okay, that's completely out of [ __ ] Yeah, I had an attitude, but I don't deserve to go to jail cuz put her hands on me. Like, be real, guys. >> A long time. >> A long time. A long time. Just being hella disrespectful to me. Like, guys, be real. >> I tried. I tried as a human being. I'm also a little bit too. >> Hey, excuse me. You hear me? >> Get out. Get out. >> Put your hands on me. >> Yeah. So, we just hear the commotion, but we can't see. >> But that camera, you can see it. That camera look up like that. They're going to see one of those. >> I just wanted my footage for you because I have evidence of them just like blently disrespecting me. Me being disrespectful too, but I'm the customer. You feel me? I'm I'm obviously out of rate. I missed my flight. I'm like, you have experience of years of being able to deal with this. I should not have to go to jail cuz somebody put their hands on me, I'm defending myself. >> And if that if that's the case and you guys see that other video, allegedly, if you guys see the other video and this lady put her hands on me, I should not be able like as as a just person, as a police officer who's supposed to be >> This is They're reviewing the other footage. Okay. >> The footage gave them almost nothing, but [music] another recording surfaced and this particular recording told a much darker version of events. >> So, we viewed her footage. She has footage, too. So, what did you see? >> Oh, yeah. She's >> Yeah, I know. She was behind the counter. >> She going to take a ride to jail. I'll tell you that. >> Charges. >> How do I have felony? >> Who's making the decision? >> So, about what? >> If I'm going to jail or not. >> You're going to jail. >> But who's made that decision? >> The officer that's arresting you. >> Who's the arresting officer is what I'm asking. >> I don't know what his name is. I'm not sure which one who's taking it, but they viewed the footage and they've seen that you have they have PC to rescue. Okay. All right. Come on. But what do you mean? >> Yeah. I thought they were going to give me a bail. >> Okay. We're going to go over here. >> Stay in school, kids. >> Wait, is this supposed to be right there? >> Yep. >> All right. You sit right there. Side your feet in. Turn to the side and look in. All right. >> Can I put these up here though? >> You can put them more if you can. Like, can you like put them up here? No. No. They stay behind you. Okay. >> Yeah. >> In the end, she was charged with battery on a person 65 years or older. The last Karen was clearly dim-witted, but she was nothing compared to the next airport Karen, who was so troublesome that fellow passengers applauded her being removed from the flight. People saying all of horrible things about me. Y'all don't even know what we went through. >> That was so horrible. Of course we persecute that. >> I don't want that plane left. For real. I'm not playing. I'm serious. That was disrespectful. On May the 16th, 2022, officers responded to reports of an enraged passenger who didn't seem to understand that airlines enforce a zero tolerance policy for disruptive [music] behavior. A harsh reality for someone allergic to accountability. >> Better. So you guys go sign my uh signs freaking out right about the need all type of horrible things about I don't even know what we've been through. But you know what? Oh y'all, we'll make that. >> As she was escorted off of the aircraft, the other passengers applauded, [music] giving the officers all the information they required. However, that response was merely a breadcrumb. A [music] complete picture was going to be revealed by what would follow. Right. What? She's the boss. [music] And so we're sitting there just goes crazy. Hold on. My camera. I don't care. We're sitting there. They [music] chicks going crazy down there. Making all kinds of accusations turning around. I'm you. I got it all on [music] tape. I'm filming it. Blondie there comes up and says, "You're going to stop filming." Like, "Don't. She's making allegations against me. Absolutely not going to start." I sat there and didn't say a freaking word the whole time. >> And then I turned you in. [music] >> All right. Sergeant on the way. H this is big plane on the middle one. [music] >> Yeah. So >> you guys video right now somebody >> that's she's acting on the plane. >> Yes s >> I'm videaping her. I'm videaping her after on the plane. So, it's all documented. Yeah. >> And she and the screw doesn't like the fact that I'm videotaping. I'm not the only one videotape it. [music] >> You would think that they would want you to videotape something like that. >> As officers work to cool things down, another cop tried a calmer approach elsewhere in the terminal, [music] hoping to resolve it quietly. But sometimes all you have to do is give a Karen the floor and they'll tell on themselves. >> Let me just talk to you real quick before you guys before we all go in. >> We want to press charges. >> Okay. You have you have your ID with you >> and we need our carryons off this bag. I mean they'll be they'll be taking all that [laughter] cuz y'all heard all the horrible things. >> Hang on. Hang on. Let's just talk. We can we can go here. >> That was horrible. >> That was so horrible. I want to persecute that to the folks that say hello and I want to sue his for embarrassment. >> Yeah, you can't tell me. >> I'm saying just told you you can talk. >> You want to have a seat? You want to have a seat over here? Nobody tell me to calm down. >> I'm saying you breathe better. >> A black monkey a She called me a stripper. A all types of horrible stuff. We in New We just got married. We was about to be on a ride to speaking to our new life. >> We literally just got married. >> Start our new life and then we on there with wanted you to find out who they are. I want you to move that damn plane. I'm sorry. I'm so mad cuz I took it for almost and I'm supposed to take that that whole ride, sir. And we newly w you should have heard all that. I'm sorry. I'm cussing. No, I'm just talking. [laughter] As officers worked their way throughout the situation, they tried to keep things calm and contained. But beyond the outbursts and toddler level tantrums, she escalated her demands to a point that exposed just how far entitlement can go when the rules stop bending in someone's favor. >> Uh, we're getting information with we got to talk to a bunch of people. So, >> I don't want that plane left. For real. I'm not playing. I'm serious. That was disrespectful. So that claim does not leave the ground till he's prosecuted. He's not getting away with this. He's hiding the crowd. I'm serious. I will go to no instant of the laws I have him found. I was disrespected in public. You if that was your daughter, you would do the same. >> Hey, talk to us. You're yelling. >> I'm [laughter] you. >> I got all the information. We're still getting information. >> So there's not there's nothing we can do. They get information. Make the report and then >> the legal process starts. >> Yes. >> That's not fair for him to leave the house. Nobody's saying he's leaving. >> This is going to be unpaid. >> We're not going to settle this here. We got to >> follow. >> We got to follow up that with that plane link and we want our luggage. >> Your luggage. You got to get it at the baggage right now. Nowhere near here. >> Are you serious? You didn't tell me we should have stayed on that plane house. You telling me y'all wasn't y >> the plane is not going nowhere. This is going to take a long time before that that plane takes cuz I'm not I'm getting >> We got to get out of here. But this plane, I got two officers over there still getting information. I have to come back and get more information. So, this is not a a process that's over with now. >> No, I I don't. >> And then after this report is done, you guys got to follow us. You guys got to call prosecutor to continue with this process. Okay. >> I don't want that plan. I don't want him. How do we get how do we how do we how do we how we going to prosecute him if we don't have >> going to be in report? The information is going to get in the report. >> If they are they going to find it? >> Yes. They're power to the people. That's how we get the same way I get your information. They're getting information. >> Yeah, we got we got to get information from the witnesses. >> Up till now, the officers had treated the situation as loud but harmless until another officer confirmed something she thought they never check. >> Like we she's claiming that somebody was harassing racial nobody else. >> Somebody's claiming she's been acting that way. I mean, she's been a little bit out of control. Almost like she's off, you know what I >> mean? She's not like throwing stuff around. She's just like angry. >> Yeah. Yeah. I want this guy prosecutor. >> I don't even know who the guy is, you know? I would be wrong. But complicating factor is that I have to put in my report that my flight attendant said she attended the second I came to a refund but because I have that story and I put in my report they'll say why reooker and they'll get me [music] All right. [music] >> Okay. There's no way that you would have to jump across. Okay. In the end, she was removed from the flight, probably only walking away with a refund, while the incident continued its [music] slow crawl toward further investigation and possible legal action and outcomes that at the time of compiling this video remain unknown. Unlike the last Karen, here's a delusional veteran who went clad at the airport, leaving the officers totally confused. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. Don't worry about her. I take care of her. I don't care. I don't like her. She don't need to get on the flight. Well, I'm supposed to be working working for my son and myself. >> On September the 19th, 2021, police officers received [music] a call about a disturbance at Orlando International Airport. While on route to the scene, the Karen had already struck one of the gate agents. The officers couldn't predict the reaction the Karen was going to have, much less what her real job was, besides screaming at the top of her lungs. >> [music] >> Everything I want to help you. >> Okay, >> that's it. Absolutely not. Correct. >> And I have my passport. >> Go ahead and give your driver tonight. I'm going to come over here. I give you witness statement. >> Don't judge. That's the problem with cops. I'm by myself. That's the problem. As a cop, we judge one side. So, don't judge. >> Listen to me and let me show you. >> But I'm not lying. I'm going to show you everything that you ask. I'm a cop. I'm a veteran. So, I'm going to show you my paperwork and I'm going to show you. Don't judge one time. Okay? Do not judge. I'm pregnant. I've been here since I miss my flight. And I'm going to show you my >> nice in a car going like she had an attitude with me. You know what she told the guy? >> It's recording and I'm going to give you my phone to go outside. He goes, "You know what? She's not getting a beautiful show. I give you a I give him a look. Listen listen no no no no no >> my husband was a sher in the army like myself I'm a sher I'm a sher myself he's also a sher in our Kansas um I just came from our cancansas um this is my kid >> this is my kid I'm going to give you the paperwork I just want you to know how people and I never seen that in my life. I just want you to know how people their power. >> Can you just grab your bag so we can walk from there? >> I'm going to give you my paperwork. It sounds too far to me. >> You're not going to grab You're not going to fly. So, uh >> ma'am, you're not going to fly. >> Why? >> They don't want you. Why? >> Because they said so. Doesn't matter. We have to go now. >> Why? I paid for it. >> Ma'am, >> I paid for it. >> Driver's license and we need to go now. >> All right. But >> if you do not do this, I do not want to put you in handcuffs. >> All right. But I paid for it. Understood. We'll talk about that driver's license. Let's go. >> Okay. So, I just want to have I'm going to go, but I just have one. I'm going to go I just have one question. Do you mean to tell me that it's okay for someone to say, you know what? I don't want her in my flight. >> Let's go now. Come with me. Thank you. We can talk. >> We can talk. >> The officers tried to remove the belligerent Karen from the gate, but she had other plans in mind. >> And I make over 100k a year, so it's okay. I have to pee right here cuz I I got to pee. >> No, no. We got to go to the office. >> I got to pee. I got to pee and I'm going to pee. >> You got to pee? >> Yeah. And you want to know my >> You going to pee here? >> That doesn't matter. >> Listen, we need to go to the office. Let's go. Come on. >> I got to pee. >> Yeah. Hold on. There's a restaurant. >> I've been very patient with you. >> You're going to ask me about my rice. >> Okay. >> I'm in talk to you in your office. I make 20 I make 120 years. We need I'm not going to pick it up. Get your manager to tell me that I need to go there. Go to bed from here, man. >> It's okay. Get your I make 20 I make 120,000 a year. Buddy, first have a seat. Have a seat. Victoria, >> don't resist. Stop resisting. Victoria, >> stop resisting, Victoria. Just have a seat. >> Have a seat, baby. Mom is killing. I'm in. >> Okay. >> It was crystal clear that this [music] belligerent Karen was fine with enforcing her authority onto others, but resisted when society applied the same rule of law to her. The last Karen had main character syndrome in overdrive. But her entitlement barely scratched the surface compared to the next unruly passenger. A Karen who mid-flight threatened to destroy an air hostess just for doing her job. >> You're an A. This one and you. Let's go. >> Move out the way, please. >> Get up and get out. >> I had a passenger come back and inform me that she had made a verbal threat, that she was going to find me after the flight. >> You're saying apparently you uttered a a threat. >> To what? >> Again, sir, can you stand up for a second for me? >> Uh, yeah. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. On the 24th of September 2023, deputies had to board a plane in response to a couple whose intoxicated and threatening behavior had rattled crew and passengers alike. For this couple, they strongly believed that rules and consequences existed for everyone else, but not for them. And they were not shy about it. >> You too. >> Yes, sir. >> You're an A. This one. and you. Let's go. Move out the way, please. >> Get up and get out. >> We got to talk. >> All righty. Oh. Oh, excuse me. We'll get with yours in a minute. >> Okay. >> What the hell you did on >> Are you two related? >> He's my husband. >> Okay. >> He's my husband. >> All right. >> Um what? >> So, here's the deal. >> I I really am. >> First of all, we got a we got a call from the white captain saying you two are causing disturbance. You got cut off, I guess, drinking or whatever. And somebody had made >> I'm freaking talking. >> I'm sorry. >> Don't interrupt me again. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> So, you two are causing disturbance. You've been drinking and someone made some threats about taking care of some flight attendant out in the parking lot. >> Yep. They're willing to swear statement on it. >> So, stand against the fence. >> Stand against the fence. We're going to conduct some business. No problem. >> As long as you act like a gentleman, you've been treated like one. All right. No problem. >> If you give him me or my deputies any problems, >> you're going to have a bad night. >> No problem. All right. >> No problem at all. >> Well, because you guys are drunk. >> No problem. >> Yeah, you're drunk. I can smell it. I'm not stupid. >> Oh, we've been drinking. >> I can tell. That is not >> It's obvious you've been drinking. I can smell it. >> You had a drink on the plane, but >> Yeah. Yeah, I know you did. It filled me in. Apparently, you didn't like the way some things were handled by the flight crew and you guys said stuff you shouldn't freaking whatsoever. >> Well, you know what? I'm just going to say the only thing that I save it. It is what it is. >> You can't when it comes to flights, there's no tolerance. >> We're apparently wrong. So, >> there's no tolerance on flights. It's too dangerous. >> Can't you can't act a certain way and make threats. >> So, I know we >> Well, somebody did. Okay. Somebody's accusing us. Something to just shut your mouth. It's our fault. Okay. >> Anybody here been in trouble before >> and nobody's on any kind of probation or anything like that? Right. >> No, I'm a truck driver. >> Okay. That don't mean you're not on probation. I know truck drivers are on probation. >> Yeah. No. >> So, all right. >> I know some should be, but >> Yeah. So bottom line is when we get called it it >> it's not a good thing >> but I need to shut up. >> So >> so going to get some we're going to get with the flight crew once they get all your off the plane. Apparently they were drinking on the plane. They got cut off basically talking >> and another pastor even mentioned it and that they were threatening to beat the flight attendants out in the parking lot. Okay. >> So I'm I'm going to hook them for this talks. >> They're going to go to jail today. So >> but I'm going to get the statements from them first. >> But they definitely want to pursue it. So >> yeah, I'm not going to tolerate that. >> The officer zero tolerance approach worked at least for the moment. But while things were contained, they turned to witnesses hoping to piece together the full scope of exactly what they were up against. >> So, you had boarded and then what happened? >> Passengers boarded. Um, when they came on, we observed that they were loud a little bit, but they were friendly. We were communicating um kind of making some jokes, getting everybody seated, and everything was fine. >> Okay. >> We went to serve our snack and beverage service, which is usually about 30 minutes into the flight. Uh they were a little loud and as we served them beverages, they requested doubles. We served them to them. We had not observed any slurring, anything that all four of us didn't recognize anything that they were inebriated. >> Okay. So they in your opinion they were sober when they walked in? >> Yep. I was agreeing with everybody here. We didn't notice any alcoholic behavior or anything. No, nobody observed anything. So we did serve them doubles. Um, after we passed them and we were about three or four rows ahead, the woman seated in a and I don't her name is in here. >> She was cursing and I politely walked back and kind of quietly addressed her and said if you could just please not curse and just kind of keep her voices down. Other passengers were eyeing us and asking us to speak with them. So I just did that. >> Why was she cursing? Do you know? >> She was using the word And it was >> in general or talking to the husband. >> Um just outward. They were talking to each other but they were very loud with it and it was disturbing other passengers. >> Okay. >> So I just asked them to please just you know tone down the volume and to please not curse. Other passengers were disturbed. And apparently after that we went on and completed our service. And then once we got back to the uh back galley area, I had a passenger come back and inform me that she had made a verbal threat that she was going to find me after the flight and she was going to take me out. >> And who did she say that to? Did she say that to you or general? >> She was talking with the husband. I assume is her husband seated next to her and it was quite loud and the passenger seated in Charlie which is the aisle seat in front of her came back and informed us that she had made the threat >> that she was going to do what to you after >> I believe what she said was she was going to take me out. She was going to find me after the flight and take me out. >> Okay. And that was a statement from passenger A. >> Correct. from uh the one that was >> 31 alpha. >> Okay. She said that. And who was who was that passenger sitting that told you that >> she was sitting in 30 Charlie and I have her name and phone number. >> 30 Charlie. Okay. >> And >> her name is >> And then then what happened? >> That happened. Um then at that point we just became aware and we started listening and she was you know she was getting very aggressive making faces at people and to our staff and she was talking loudly looking for me. Where is she? Where did she go? Um just continual >> those types of statements like not letting it go. She was just getting more aggressive. They were talking loudly. Other passengers again were observing it. So, I continued to just kind of stay in the back and, you know, not bring any, you know, not poke the bear, so to speak. >> Did she make any threats to you directly or was it just being mouthy any of that? >> I did not hear anything directly to you again because I stayed in the back not to further amplify the situation. >> Did any of the other passengers complain? Did anybody else say anything other than that one lady at 3C that that overheard that comment? >> I feel like everyone was in agreeance though with that. It's not like what >> I feel like everyone was in agreeance with it. It's not like what passengers said, but it's the eye the eye contact as we walk by and them looking at them. It's the silent communication that we receive. >> Okay. Basically giving the evil eye >> just to try and get our attention to get >> the other passengers. Um, boarding started in Louisville at 7:30 p.m. >> Witness accounts revealed the truth. The couple believed rules didn't apply to them. The new developments forced the officers to return [music] to the unruly duo, and what had begun as a drunken spectacle had turned dangerous. She had threatened a crew member for nothing more than just performing her duties. >> Really, I love that. I >> I really am proud. Especially if you get me with my sister like uh my sister's really loud too. She's half dead >> and like everybody leaves the house because we we're just so loud. I just and when she told me I was I was like I'm sorry. I didn't mean to be. I'm sorry. And I and I didn't say anything. >> I got you cuz I don't want to offended anybody. I >> Come on. I understand. I really >> I understand. Let's go inside for it. It's coming. I can see it down the road. >> I can feel it. >> Feel the rain. >> Yeah, I can see it coming now. >> All right. Where you want? >> Just have a seat real quick. It's fine. >> Come over here. Have a seat over here. It's better. >> Yep. Just have seat. >> That works for me, too. >> Come on over here. Have a seat. >> Just sit down right there. >> Oh, >> and then we'll get this squared away. After escorting the couple off at the tarmac, the officer spoke with another eyewitness whose account of the incident delivered the final blow, cementing just how far entitlement and tantrums have pushed the situation. >> Tell me what uh what happened today. >> Um we were boarding the passengers came along. They were a little loud, but we didn't think they were intoxicated. About 5 minutes into service, they were getting really loud, dropping everything, shining flashlights all over. Um so shining flashlights that were on the ground or people >> just all over looking for stuff just shining in people's eyes like it was very strange. So Robin had gone over there and said you guys basically settled down. >> Mhm. >> You're loud you're disrupting other passengers. So >> and that's all that was said and then we continued service. Um >> and then we could hear you know cursing at this She's a bee. Blah blah blah. Just a lot of a lot of damn just real loud. >> Okay. >> 20 minutes later, a lady came back that's sitting right in front of them. Came back and said that she was saying that she was going to follow Robin out of the airport and beat her. And um so we did not address her at that moment. We called the flight deck and informed them threat we had just received and um we informed them that we wanted law enforcement. >> All right, Stephanie. So we talked to all the flight attendant and tried to figure out what goes on. >> I would like to know what went on because they really don't know. >> You don't know what happened. I was told at one point that uh I was [music] >> to watch your mouth. >> I am naturally loud. I am really naturally loud >> and I was told to watch my mouth and I said yes ma'am >> and I didn't say anything the rest of the flight. I just looked out the window. >> Well, apparently it was several of the passengers that were disturbed by what you were doing, what you were saying. Apparently you uttered a a threat >> to what? >> Again, sir, can you stand up for a second for me? >> Uh yeah. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> Well, we turn around. >> So, the charge is going to be distort intoxication. So, you're going to have to go you're going to have to go to jail tonight. >> You're not going to go to jail. But she is. Okay. So, she'll be able to bond out first. They're going to they won't release her until she's sober either way. Okay. And the jail's on airport road here. >> No, I they they only served you one double drink. You can't be that intoxicated from just one one double drink. So you probably came on the plane already intoxicated, didn't you? >> It got a little out of hand. >> That's all it is. So it's you're going in for public in this orderly in talks and that's it. >> I know it is. >> So uh what what what's going to happen to me? >> I'll take you down to jail, drop you off. Okay. >> We'll talk to the judge tomorrow all morning. >> And uh and what about my husband? >> He's I'm coming to get you. So, okay. >> You ready? >> I'm going straight to purse and stuff. >> That's my all that. >> Thank you. >> Y >> I appreciate it. >> All right. >> All right. >> Okay. All right. Follow your lead. >> In the end, she was charged with disorderly conduct. Next up is an entitled brat whose cocktail [music] of board decisions and unchecked privilege earned him a lesson he wouldn't be forgetting anytime soon. >> They're not letting you board. >> I've already talked to you. >> What? >> I've already told you that you're denied boarding. >> All right, then leave. >> I'm leaving. >> Yeah, I'm on the phone me up. You You >> All right, get out. >> Go ahead. >> I don't mean to I don't I I don't mean >> listen. If you continue to kick and hit the window, they're going to safe book you at the jail. On July the 3rd, 2025, police were called to Orlando International Airport in response to a passenger causing a disturbance. [music] He was denied passage and in return, he decided to deny everyone around him any iod of peace. >> We're not boarding, bro. They're not letting >> They're not letting you board. >> I've already talked to you. >> I've already told you that you're denied boarding. >> What? >> I don't know. >> They have that right as a company. >> I don't know. >> He's not boarding, right? Yeah, he's not fine. We're going to cancel. >> Are you guys going to rebook it? >> Cancel. >> Yeah, 100%. >> Are you going to rebook it? >> No, we're not going to rebook it. I give you the opportunity 30 minutes ago. We're not going to do that. >> You tell me. >> All right, that's fine. Let me have your last name, please. >> No. >> You going to cancel me and revoke me? >> We're No, we're not revoking you. We're canceling your ticket. >> You're not fine with Jeff. >> You're not what? >> Not what? 94. Can we have land side? Uh 512 location alpha. Go home. >> Uh whatever it is not going to be your dad. >> We gave you the opportunity earlier and you cursed me out. You gave us body language. Use um profanity you towards her. Yes. Let me have your ID. >> 798. >> We have landside 51. >> Huh? >> We have landside 51 and route. Land side >> in route. >> Okay. All right. >> Well, he's not. >> I didn't. >> All right, man. They ask you to leave. >> You want to come with us? Just hang out. >> Yeah. >> You're free to go. >> You're not flying, man. >> I had a flight to go home. >> You're not flying today? >> Because of what? What? They they reserve the right as a private company to deny service to whoever they want for whatever reason. >> So because of him I can't go home. >> That's what it seems like. >> And you guys >> That's what it seems like. >> Because of that kid, I can't go home. >> Yeah, because he he called. >> So you're >> Hey, listen, man. You're you're disrupting the flow of traffic. >> He's >> Yeah, he is. >> He's Yeah, man. Listen. I mean, you're free to go. I mean, if you want to call the scene, we can trespass you. >> Yeah. Yeah. You're free to go, man. >> Okay. I want to go home. So, >> we'll walk you. We'll walk you this way. >> No, no, no. I I'm at the airport right now. So, if it's not because of him, how do I go home? >> I don't know. You're not going home without him. They're going with somebody else. >> You're going to have to book another flight. Yeah. >> Okay. So, can I have a flight after him? >> No, he's not going to book you. >> I don't want him. Call somebody else. Book me. >> You're not going to book you, Jeff. >> You're free. You're free. You're free to book >> You're free to book something with a with a different flight. >> Go with a different airline. >> Okay. So, I expect y'all to take me to somewhere else where I can >> We can tell you where to go. >> We're not going to take you. >> Okay. >> So, if you want to, you exit right out of there. You go all the way out the front and then you're going to go to level four. Walk across there. Yep. >> I'm I'm telling you where to go. One >> second. Hello. Okay. But can you guys please direct me to so I can get home home? >> That's what I'm trying to tell you. Have you listen? Please take me there, please. >> Okay. I'm not going to take you there. I don't need to hold your hand. >> Yeah. You don't have to hold my hand. >> Tell Exactly. So I can tell you where to go. >> All right. Tell me. >> So what I'm telling you is walk out. You're going to go out the exit right by the Disney store. Go walk out the exit. >> Okay. >> Uhhuh. >> You're going to go out the Actually, you're going to go up the escalators. Go out that side where the baggage claim is. Okay. Then go to level four. You're going to walk across there. Go on the tram. That tram can take you to the other terminal to A&B and you can book a flight there to New York. >> So I'll take a flight to A&B to go back to New York when I don't have a fight for C. >> Listen, man. It's not my job. >> For what? >> It's not my decision. >> For what? >> Because that >> Well, easy with your profanity. There's kids around. >> You won't walk away. Go walk away. >> OPD. >> Sounds good, brother. Have a great day. >> See you later. >> You can do whatever you want, brother. >> His frustrations might have seemed justified, but his actions after agreeing to comply [music] made one thing clear. His main plot energy wasn't fading anytime soon. The officers had a wild and entitled one on their hands. >> Hey, sir. Sir, you got to go up the escalators. It says do not enter. Right above your head, it says do not enter. You answer? >> Yes. So, you're going to come up here. >> Upstairs? >> Yes, sir. >> Yo. Yo, Jayen. >> I have to go upstairs, right? >> Yes. >> I'm getting kicked out cuz I'm trying to go home, >> bro. You're not getting kicked out. >> Jet Blue is just not letting you fly. >> Jet Blue. >> Yes. Jet. >> Jet Blue. >> Jet Blue. >> Go ahead, brother. Yeah, >> I can't go home. I can't go home because the >> Listen, man. It's your best interest to get on that escalator and go up. >> 100%. >> So, go up. >> Yeah. >> Why? Why are you still talking to us? There's no reason to talk to us. >> 20 seconds. >> I I don't care. >> 20 seconds, bro. >> I don't care. Go. >> Cuz guess what, Jayen? >> Bro, I'm telling you right now, >> get your hands touch me. >> I'm telling you right now that if you do not leave right now, we already have landside and they will trespass. Congratulations, bro. Get your lawyer. >> Have fun. >> Vast numbers of names. Are you going to arrest me? >> No, not at all. You >> sure? >> As a bunch of pounds. >> You want me to get out the property and ask for that? >> No, you >> get out the property and ask for that or ask for that right now. >> We told you you're not getting kicked out. >> No, just said you can't. >> That's fine. >> You're not in trouble with us. >> Okay. So, badge numbers. >> Yeah. Please write it down. >> Write it down. >> No, I don't have to write it down. >> You don't have to write it down. Okay. >> I don't have to write it down. >> Can I take a picture? >> I have your I have your proof. >> Go ahead, dude. >> Jayen. >> Uh, right there. >> I got some pictures, bro. Good >> for what? Having a drink at the bar and I want to go home, >> bro. Have a good night. Honestly, bro, I have nothing against y'all. Y'all have good night. >> Let's just go, man. >> Bro, let's just go. We done nothing against >> and so are you looking to set the alarm off. So keep walking. Keep walking. >> The alarm's going to go off. >> Y'all follow me? >> Yeah. >> You sure about that? >> Are you sure about that, >> bro? I literally been waiting to go home for like 6 hours. 6 hours. I'm trying to go home, bro. I was trying to go to New York since like 7:00 that be So, what y'all with me? No. >> Listen, man. I'm going to keep a G with you, bro. I'm going to keep a G with you. >> Uh, representatives from the airport are coming. All right. >> Okay. I'm listen. I want you to go home. I don't I don't want you to go to jail. I don't want you go to jail. They're coming. They have the ultimate authority to trespass people from the airport. If they say they don't want you here and you refuse to leave, then it's a different story. >> I don't want I don't want that to happen. >> I I was literally just waiting there to go home. I didn't say I didn't do anything to anybody. >> I understand that. But I really did not. >> When the when these guys come when these guys come and they say they don't want you here, it's out of our hands and now we have to do our job. >> Fine. But can I please go back to my plane? >> No, you can't. They're not letting you fly. >> For what? >> Like we said, you can go to terminal A, Terminal B, and book another flight to Spirit Frontier, whatever. United. >> Are you guys going to guide me there? Like respectfully, are you going to guide me to A and B and go home? >> I can direct you to it, but I'm not going. >> I want to see you get me to A. >> No, that's that's not happening, bro. I'm sorry. You're a grown man. No, I'm not taking a man. I'm not taking over. >> So take me away >> because they don't want you over there. >> They don't want me over there. >> Yeah. >> Cuz of what? >> I don't know why. >> I was drunk. I was intoxicated. >> Bro. >> Yo. Thank god I got one and two in because y'all some >> Yeah. Y some Bro, follow me. Follow me. Please follow me. >> We're not following. We just got to go the same way. >> Follow me. Dog, >> follow me, dog. >> The officer's primary goal was deescalation, a noble approach, but this brat mistook it for weakness. A misconception that would eventually come back to haunt him. >> Follow me, >> oh, you also follow me. >> This guy, >> this guy right here, he was deny boarding JetBlue. Now he's he was too intoxicated. I mean, do you guys you guys want to trespass? >> Sure. >> Yeah. You guys want to trespass? Okay. Hey, brother. Real quick before you go. >> Come on. Real quick. Real quick. >> Real quick. >> Yeah. >> You're being trespassed. >> If you If you come back to the airport, you're going to be you're going to be uh arrested. Just letting you know. >> I'm what? >> You're being trespassed. So, if you don't leave, you're being you're going to be arrested. >> Dad's leaving. >> All right. Then leave. >> I'm leaving. >> Yeah. I'm on the phone. Me up. You You you. >> All right. Get out. >> Go ahead. >> Grandma's grandma. Grandma's and soon post go to jail. >> This kid's here. >> Yeah. Every time, sir. >> Yeah. So, keep it up. >> Yeah. I'mma keep it up. >> Yeah. If he's willing to leave, we can't comp we can't compel ID. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Oh, you don't know his name? >> Huh? >> No, we don't know his No, we don't know his name, man. But but if you if you want him trespass, your verbal is good enough for us. >> Hang on the phone. Hang on the phone. Hang on. Hang on the phone. >> Yo, trying to record my face, bro. Your ball head ass. Just thought we finished my point is I spent $2,000 for air travel. I got here. I've been messed around by TSA ticketing multiple times in multiple different airports. I lost that. Look, I am so sorry. I never would >> I used my mouth in the wrong way. I'll agree with that. >> They're not going to tell you that. >> I just need to go home. I have three kids and a wife. I'm just trying to get home right now to keep it together. Don't be angry. Whether I go to jail or not, I'm going to be fine. I promise you. >> But then once you get home, please come back. You need to come back. But for right now, >> you want to put your glasses back, sir. I mean, not being able to see is a disadvantage in this world, for sure. >> So, if you're wa I wasn't trying to do nothing. I was trying to make it easier on y'all. Please don't hurt me no more than I already have. Please don't hurt me. >> Any vitals on you? Let's check you out. >> Go ahead. Because honestly, I might have acted out and I don't know why I didn't. I literally just want to get on this airplane and go home. I have no interest in causing a commotion or a ruckus or being involved in this. All I want to do is just >> All right. Well, we're going to check some vitals on you and then I'll let you go. >> Talk with officers. Okay. >> I just need to talk to my wife and tell her that I missed my No, no. I'm good. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You're good. Look, I hope that every single >> ID on >> I hope that every single person sitting here a [ __ ] badge understands I literally did nothing but accept >> and ask what my issues were. Why is it that I couldn't take my carry-on and my backpack onto the airplane that I paid for? That's all I asked. Then they told me I couldn't take the flight no more >> and now I'm here. And look, dude, we this right now what you're doing, we totally appreciate that. Seriously, >> I'm being serious. I'm not trying to cause real troubles at all. Look, look, >> but you were acting. >> When I when I was a teenager, I would act stupid, irrational, violent, and cause way more problems for myself than I have. >> I'm going to put this on over here. >> Go ahead. Thank you. Thank you so much. No, no, no, no, no. You're fine. How many kids you got? >> I have three. I have a 4year-old, a 10-year-old, and a 12-year-old. I am really decent. Boys and girls. Boys the the oldest. Girls are the youngest. So I have a 12-year-old boy, a 10-year-old girl, and a 4-year-old girl. >> You know what we think? >> I worked really hard to get where I'm at >> professionally, businessely. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened in my life, and I feel right now. I really do. >> Listen, we think you're a decent dude, too. Here's the deal. >> No, nobody here with a badge thinks I'm decent after I told everybody they're suck. Yeah, but I could see that you calmed down. >> Nobody think nobody thinks that that's acceptable or okay. And I don't either. >> Well, it was it was a bad couple minutes. It was a bad couple minutes. But you know what? You calmed down. >> I really did. I'm not going. You had a couple margaritas and you got mad. >> That's it. That's it. That's it. >> During this whole time, the male Karen tried to gain the officer's sympathies and get out of the situation just by talking. >> Honestly, it'll really trip you guys out cuz I'm a cryptocurrency developer. I For real? Yeah. I went to college to be an electrical engineer and I learned coding and programming and when I got out of college I decided to apply that information towards developing cryptocurrencies. >> Okay. >> And now I'm a forefronting um consultant in the NFT and cryptocurrency field. Oddly enough, oddly enough I am one of the highlighted consultants in NFTs and cryptocurrency. >> Sir, do you live in Long View? >> I live in Henderson which is like 20 minutes outside of Long View. That's why I flew out of Long Beach. Usually I take all my flights right out of Dallas. >> We spent 3 hours driving here and back. And this last trip we booked out of Long Beach so that I could catch these little flights and my wife only had to drive 30 minutes to come get me. >> I hope you understand that. >> I am a little drunk. I'm I'm going to be real with you guys that I should have drank two margaritas. >> You have three. >> The girl at the bar gave me three and the third one was very stout. Very very stout. >> So that's what took you over? I mean, I drank it fine. I I figured I'd handle three the same way that I handled two. But when I got into an altercation, I acted a little irrational. I I'll be 100% serious that without three margaritas. I'd have told that dude, "Whatever you need." >> Okay. What? Whatever. I'll the up. I'll close my mouth. What? Whatever you need. I had three. I was a little feisty. I feel really bad about it right now. I'm not I'm not even going to lie. I feel really bad about it because I mean I have kids and a wife and a business that relies on me and I made a bad decision on the way that I acted and it was cuz I put so much alcohol in my system before I went traveling. >> Look. Hey. No, no, no. Hey, >> I'm just asking about your head. >> Thank you. Thank you. Forget my head. Look, I said some really negative things about you personally. No, no, no, no. I'm not surprised if you heard the things. >> I know. I know. Those people are not me and I am not those people. >> So I hope you please take it very personally when I look you in the eyes if I had a little too much. >> All right. So I'll get started in session which hangs your way. I don't care >> if you don't you know when he's over here you can >> he's really calm now. He wants to apologize to you. >> Okay. Well I was just telling you that that's what's up. That's fine. if you want to go over there and talk to him. Sure. >> And then uh see just work your way into that church over there. >> I am sorry that I talked to you like that. I'm sorry that I disrespected you as a human being that is just doing your job to try and get by. And I am very sorry. I hope that we get to move past this point. I don't know that I'll ever get a chance to shake your hand or here as an individual or anything, but at the end of the day, just know that >> me personally, the way that I treated you and the things that I said to you, they came out of my mouth, I am very sorry about. >> He was searched and taken to the station. But even then, after all that apologizing, the male Karen still seemed consumed by rage. spend $2,000 for a roundtrip flight and then get booked off of their flight, handcuffed and set because they got a couple margaritas and asked about why the their bag can't go on the plane with them that they paid for. I mean, just just be real with me here. Like, you don't have to have that whole badge and all. Like, I understand, but just being real. If you spent $2,000, you flew over 14 hours round trip in multiple airports, got a couple margaritas, and then somebody told you that I need to check my bag. And you just literally not >> Edward units. We have a breach. Edward 31. Breach. Edward 31. >> Not out of craziness, but just out of legitimate concern like, "Hey, where are you taking my bags?" >> You right now? >> No, no, no. Back at the airline. >> That's what got me in trouble. I asked her, I said, "Where are you taking my bags at?" She said, "They're not flying on this plane. They're going to fly there someplace else." I said, "I don't feel comfortable with that. >> I spent money to have my bags on this plane." I understand if you were giving me some kind of courtesy or something. You know what I mean? I don't have a say in a courtesy thing, but I paid the money for my bags to be on my flight and they're telling me they can't. They can't give me an answer and I get upset. Why can't you give me a real answer? Oh, that's cool. We got security for you. What did security do? They came in armed up, boy, ready to taser [music] me. They didn't ask no question. What did you do? What happened to you? What is your experience here? They came up and hit me with a taser. They didn't ask no questions, right? You already know this. He was more infuriated by the luggage protocol than by the fact that he wouldn't be spending the night with his wife and three kids, [music] which makes us wonder, what does the family feel about dad not coming home? Relief.
