Um, just because she's not driving doesn't mean that you can't do it. She's in actual physical control. She's admitted to driving and she also has the intent to drive in that as soon as she gets gas, she's going to continue driving down the road. So, um I think all of this he's he's building his case during this conversation. I think again going towards the fact that she's, you know, possibly impaired. So, this started out as, "Hey, it's a motorist assist, but it's moving into a DUI investigation." So, when she's like, "Hey, I'm not going to give you my ID." That's not an option in this case because there's a criminal investigation that's being conducted. So, you no longer have the right to say no. It's not like she was just walking down the road and he had a random contact. This is now he's now building a case with articulable facts um for a DUI investigation. So needing someone's ID is an important part of that. You are you are in the felony realm. Um, at the second that happens, that deputy owns her. So, right now, she she's under arrest. She just doesn't know it yet. And I guarantee it's probably because he doesn't want to fight with her one-on-one on the side of the road. So, he's just there. He didn't really address it. Um, she's obviously non-compliant. I'm sure he knows how this is going to go. So, I think I I hope he's playing it cool. Um, I don't know cuz in Panal County, you get snatched out of a car for that. There there is no, "Hey, would you would you step out? Could you please step out?" It's an order because like I said, she's under arrest. She already committed the aggravated assault.
