these cops showed up for a disturbance at a bar and this guy started filming the encounter exercising his legal First Amendment right to journalistic freedom but for these cops respecting civil rights is apparently optional watch this all right out are you going to go for obstruction I'm I'm going to get arrested for obstruction for being in the bar we're not going to tell you again out of the bar out of the bar get out of here go over there I mean there's no crime tape up what's the problem here's the problem if you get in our way and cause us to divert our attention towards you here's the thing how are you helping how am I hurting how are you helping you're hurting because now I got to pay attention to you because you're causing this guy to get upset which guy the first guy when you first walked up when you started recording him what what statute did that violate you're not listening to what I'm saying not a violation statute why you give me a hard time about it you caused me to divert from my investigation that's called obstruction I'm just trying to help you if you would like to help me uh what's your name sir it's right there uh how long have you been with the force all right folks he said he wanted to help I guess he changed his mind
