Let me make myself very clear. >> Wait a minute, baby. Hold on, baby. >> Call County. >> Hold on. >> Roll down your window or you're under arrest. >> Listen to me. >> I'm going to drag you out of the car. >> Don't give him my name. >> Listen. >> Don't give him my name. >> Listen to me. >> I'm not giving a freak. >> Listen to you. >> Entitled drivers treat the road like it's theirs alone by ignoring signs and acting like traffic laws are optional. But what happens when the law finally catches up and humbles them right there on the roadside? for you. Tell me the truth and we'll go from there because so far you have lied to me. All right. I don't appreciate >> my pitch. Give me a second. I >> told you this. What was this? What was this? >> In the car, please. I said my little sister. >> Oh, I'm mad. I'm mad. You got a >> Here are the times entitled drivers have been humbled by cops. Starting with the moment officers encountered a heartless drunk driver who caused a car crash that led to the loss of two little children. >> Boy, he was not doing good. >> No, you're lying. This is a dream. This is aing dream right now, bro. Please wake me up. Please, I'm begging you. Wake me up. >> You probably are the most hated person in the United States. You drove your car into a kid's birthday party and killed two kids. On the afternoon of April the 20th, 2024, a children's birthday party at the Swan Boat Club in Berlin Township, Michigan, turned into a nightmare when 67year-old Marella Chidster crashed her SUV into the building at high speed. First responders rushed in, but weren't able to arrive quickly enough, resulting in an irreversible loss of human lives. And the worst part was how unfazed and unbothered this entitled, intoxicated driver was throughout this ordeal. >> He was pulled out from under the car. >> The firefighters are coming right over here. >> Not doing good. >> They're on their way. >> Yeah. Take care of the baby first. >> Which one? >> Right there. >> Ma'am, can you come with me just for a second? >> Okay. >> Were you driving? >> What? >> Can you come with me just for a second? You okay? >> I passed out. >> Are you okay? >> I think so. >> Okay. >> Where you going with her? >> Over towards my car. Okay. >> What happened? >> I just I passed out. >> Okay. Have you been feeling ill or anything like that? >> Yes. >> Were you here for the party? No. >> What were you What were you out here at the bowl club for? Are you remember? >> Yeah, I was just coming down here. Oh my gosh, this is terrible. >> Have you been drinking at all today? >> A little bit. Yes. >> Okay. When's the last time you had something to drink? >> Probably a half hour ago. >> Half an hour ago. What do you drink? >> Wine. >> Wine. Okay. Have What's What's your name, hun? >> Marshall. >> Marshall? What? Listen. Okay. You don't have any weapons on you, do you? >> No. >> All right. I'm just going to leave you back here just for a little bit. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Do you need to see any medical attention right now? >> I don't think so. >> Okay. I'm going to roll down this window over here just to get you some air. Okay. >> The officer walked into a scene he would later describe as pure chaos with first responders and civilians scrambling to rescue as many kids as possible. Yet, Marcela's chillingly calm demeanor despite her heinous actions caught everyone off guard. And as the gruesome details started coming in, deputies couldn't help but be utterly heartbroken. the guy down the street. >> Yes, sir. >> The guy also hit his car. Whoever was driving his car down the street, too. >> Okay. >> So, this this guy was out of Yeah, this guy was out of >> Okay, we'll take care of it. It's going to be just a little bit before we need I'm just saying that. >> Okay. I appreciate it. >> Is anybody in there? >> What's that? >> Here. >> I don't know. >> Is anybody in here? >> I don't think that. >> Okay. It was too late. The damage had already been done. 8-year-old Alana Phillips and 4-year-old Zayn Phillips had passed away at the scene after being pulled out from under the car. Tragic details of which were later revealed in court by their godmother. >> Yes, I am. >> How are you familiar with her? >> Um, we have been best friends since we were five. >> Are you familiar with her children? >> Yes, they're my godchildren. >> Was Mariah invited to the party? >> Yes, she was. Did anything out of the ordinary happen then? >> Um, yeah. There was a very loud what sounded like a bomb and I was right by the door. So, I ran in and it looked like a bomb at that point. I didn't know what happened. There was just um my son and his cousins right in the doorway. There was just debris everywhere. Then I seen one of the little girls got put on top of the bar cuz she was thrown behind it. And so I got her off the bar and sat her down. Then I seen Marshella coming around the side of her car. I grabbed her and I started yelling at her and somebody yelled, "There's a kid under the car." So I told her to pop her trunk so we could get a jack. I get smell alcohol on her. I kind of realized like she just drove her car into the building. So, at that point, I told her just to get the f away from me and I threw her down. >> You testified just a moment ago that at some point people started yelling, "There's a kid under the car." What did you do as it related to that? >> I seen Zayn. He was underneath the driver's side wheel well of the car and he was reaching out. So when they lifted, I got underneath it and pulled him out and put him on my lap and the back of his head was bleeding and his arm was just kind of lit and all bloody and he had blood on his shirt and his face. But I asked him if he knew who he was and he said yes. And I said, "You know who I am?" He said, "Yes, God." Somebody yelled, "We there's another I handed Zayn to my sister and try to go back under for Alana. >> And what did you see when you got to the breezeway? Um, and the door for Kana was wedged in between it, but she was already gone. She just knew. As a heartbreaking scene unraveled, an officer decided to talk to Marcella, hoping to get some clarity. But all he got instead was a barrage of lies from an inhumane woman who was not going to accept responsibility. >> All righty. So, what's going on today? Um, not too much. I went out to lunch with some friends and I came back and came down to the boat club and I drove up to the boat club and that's the last thing I remember. >> One second. Just cuz you're in handcuffs. Um, I got to read you this. Okay. >> Okay. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Do you wish to speak to me? >> Pardon? >> Do you wish to speak to me? Like, do you want to have a >> No, I'm I'm good. >> Like, do you want to talk or No. >> Oh, I'm I'm just hoping no one was hurt. >> Oh, sure. Um, I just So, can I talk to you? >> Yes. >> Okay, perfect. So, what happened today? Where where were we at today? >> I went to lunch with some friends. >> Okay. About what time was that? >> Um, noonish. >> Where was that at? >> At Verest. >> At Vera's. Uh, what do you drink there? You drink water, pop? >> I had a glass of wine. >> Just one glass of wine. >> Yep. >> Okay. Okay. So, you have one glass of wine at Vera. Um, after that, what happens? You leave at noon. Where do you go? >> Came home. >> Um, what do you do when you get home? Um, I just came home and just kind of chilled out and was waiting for my husband to get up and taking a nap. >> Okay. >> Um, did you drink anything else there? >> No, I didn't even I didn't even get a drink down here because I never >> And then where where were you driving to? >> Just from Verest to here. >> To here. What were you coming here for? >> Home. >> Oh, you're So you're going from Verest to home? >> Yeah. >> And you left Veras at noon? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um, but then you said you went home first. >> I'm home here. >> Oh, okay. So you were trying to go from Veras to home. How long were we at Verna's then? >> Uh maybe an hour. Not even that long. >> Okay. So you made no stops between Vera and here. >> No. >> And when did you go to Vera again? >> Uh about noon. >> About noon. Okay. Uh this is a preliminary breath test. Um Michigan law requires that you submit to a preliminary breath analysis upon request of a peace officer. Your refusal to submit as requested should result in you being charged with a civil infraction with a penalty of up to $100 fine. Um do you understand that? >> Yes. >> Okay. So breath test. Um, I just want to see where you're at with your alcohol level. If you have one glass of wine, it's going to be really low. Okay. So, uh, just go ahead and, uh, blow like you're blowing a balloon. Okay. >> Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Thank you. >> I just want to make sure everything is okay. >> Oh, absolutely. >> Oh my gosh, that was so scary. >> Do you remember what happened when you were going around here? >> No, not really. I pulled into the parking lot and I was I thought I was driving up to the boat club and evidently I was driving right into the pavilion. >> When you got to the parking lot, what happened? >> I don't remember. >> You don't remember? >> I don't remember. >> Okay. Um got to the parking lot. You don't remember anything? >> I don't. >> Okay. Okay. Um I think that's all the questions I have for you now. Um Deputy Schmidt's going to take me over from here. Okay. Uh, is there So, on a scale of 0 to 10, zero being like you're stone cold, sober, you can drive perfectly. Uh, 10 being you're passed out drunk. Uh, where do you think you're at right now? >> Uh, seven. >> A seven. Okay. Do you think you're okay to drive? >> I wouldn't want to drive. >> You wouldn't let you drive? >> No. >> Okay. Okay. Just give me one second. Okay. Sorry, my phone's ringing. I think it's going to be my boss. I apologize. All righty. We're all done now. >> Okay. Can >> Yes, ma'am. You need some help? >> Can you take these off right now? Yeah, sure. >> Yeah, >> I'm not going to run away. I trust you. >> I'm not going to run away. >> I know. I trust you're not going. >> But when we do leave here, I got to put them back on when we go to the jail. That's just policy procedure. >> That's fine. You >> want to lose your pants? >> I don't want you to fall. >> No, I don't want to fall. >> I'm going to try to hold you up here. Okay. >> Okay. >> We might bump into each other, but that's all right. Marcella not only lied about how much she drank, but also claimed she blacked out during the crash. A cruel makeup story she stuck to till the very end. Meanwhile, Brian Phillips, the kid's father, arrived clueless until an officer broke the devastating news. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. [Applause] No. >> I'm backing you. I'ming backing you. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on, bro. Not me. Not me. >> Come on, bro. >> I didn't do nothing. I haven't done nothing. I haven't done nothing, bro. No. >> No. No. You're lying. This is a dream. This is aing dream right now, bro. Please wake me up. Please. I'm begging you. Wake me up. >> No. No. No. Right now. He's [ __ ] lying, bro. Please. He's [ __ ] lying, bro. Bro, bro, please. Please. He's lying. Please tell me he's lying. Please. Please. No way. They just was with me. They just was with me. They just was with me. No. He's [ __ ] lying. He's lying, bro. He's lying. I'm begging you. He's [ __ ] Mike. Mike, he's lying, bro. I'm telling you right now. I was just with him. I was just with him. >> Stop it. He's lying. Bro, I'm telling the truth. >> No. Stop. He's lying. I'm telling the truth. He's lying, bro. He's lying. Listen. No. No. He's lying. Listen. Stop. He's lying. He's lying, bro. >> Bro, listen. Listen, listen. Listen to me. Just listen to me. >> He can't breathe. >> Mariah. >> Mariah needs you right now. >> Listen. >> Matt and my little family, they went to a birthday party. They went to a birthday party. >> She took part. >> She took both of them. >> I know. Listen. Listen. Listen. >> We can't do this life anymore. Mike can't do it right now. Mike, >> look what he did to me. Look what he did to me. >> Don't do that, bro. >> Look what he did to me. Mike, don't tell me. Don't tell me. Look what he did to me. Look what he did to me, bro. >> He didn't do that. >> God didn't do that. That drunk did that, bro. God didn't do that. That drunk [ __ ] did that. She decided to do that stupid. >> Brian's anguish screams echoed on the crime scene. Marshella stayed detached as ever, continuing to deny responsibility in front of the officers. >> We know you're at Vern at 12:10 and then you say you go to the boat club. Right to the boat club. That's not exactly accurate because I have surveillance footage of you at the boat club at 3:00. I don't know. I don't know. I know that um the party started at 3:00, the birthday party. So, I was there a little bit before that. >> Do you have any children? >> No. >> No. >> I may have stopped home um just to check on my husband to see what he was up to. So, I could have >> Okay. And if you stopped home, would it be common that you had another glass of wine? >> I don't believe so. No. >> No. How often do you drink? >> Um, I was drinking quite a bit there, but I've kind of switched over and I'm doing a free now. >> What's a free? >> It's uh alcohol free. >> And you know, you crashed into the building, right? >> I know. >> Do you know what happened? >> I do not know. Um, again, I just had one glass at um Veras. Um, >> do you do you drink hard liquor? >> No. >> So, one glass at Vern? >> Yes. And I might have had a glass at the boat club. >> Went at the boat club. >> When I went there after Veress >> and then went to the boat club, had a glass of wine. >> Yes. >> And then blacked out in the back of the car. >> Yes. >> Well, that's not accurate. >> Okay. >> Okay. Because your car is going 50 m an hour into the driveway and drives into the building. >> So, you didn't go to the boat club before the crash. Okay. And we know the crash is at 3. Okay. >> And we know that Vera was at 12:10 because the alcohol level you were at at 4:00, it's not practical. It's not feasible that you had one glass of wine. So then then it's not possible that you drank at the boat club because your car drives into the building and everybody stops drinking. Nobody's drinking. >> And you didn't go over to the bar and get a drink after you drove into the drove in. No. >> And I don't remember any of that. >> No, I take that back. I had one um actually I was at the boat club and I was drinking free and that's when I they call it like a white halo effect and it just everything gets really bright >> because your level you were a 21. >> Oh, that sounds like a lot. >> Yeah. So 08's the legal level. >> Okay. >> One glass of wine or one beer or one 1 oz shot of liquor is 02. So that would equal about 10 drinks within an hour. >> Oh wow, that's a lot. >> So after Vernos, you stopped at home. >> Yes. >> And then you went you're you're saying you went to the boat club and had a couple glasses of wine. >> Yes. And then you walked from the the bar at the book club to the party >> to the to my car >> to to your car. Okay. Did you go back home then? >> No. >> Okay. So, you walk back to your car. What what happened? When you get in your car, what what do you remember? >> That's where I don't really remember anything. >> If Marcella had truly passed out or didn't remember what happened, she wouldn't have been able to shift gears from reverse to drive after hitting her neighbor's car. By that point, the investigator decided to stop beating around the bush with this maniac woman and cut straight to the chase. >> So, we're going to start fresh, >> okay? >> And I'm going to ask you a very blunt question, >> okay? >> Are you an alcoholic? >> I don't believe so. >> I see you're getting a little emotional. I apologize. >> Well, I I think >> it's I have to ask these hard questions and and you need to look into yourself, >> right, >> and answer this truthfully, >> right? And I would say I drank considerably more when I was not drinking the free. But since I started drinking the free, I'm not drinking nearly as much. >> At this point, you are trying to deceive us with how much you drank yesterday and where you were at between noon and 3. So, this is your one opportunity to tell us the truth and look truthful and not deceitful because there's only going to be one of two ways that you're seen. One way, you're a liar, no good criminal. >> Okay? >> All right. Second way, she's sorry for what happened. She wants to own up to what she did and she wants to take responsibility. You probably are the most hated person in the United States. You drove your car into a kid's birthday party and killed two kids. >> Oh no. >> And many more are at the hospital in critical condition right now. >> Oh no. >> Adults as well. >> That is why I'm trying to get the truth from you, Marcela, so I can tell the prosecutor that you're not a low down dirty drunk that wants to go out there and kids. >> Oh gosh, no. I'm looking for the truth, Marshall. The truth needs to come out because you are the most hated person in the whole United States right now. I guarantee this is national news. I've been doing this for a long time. I've sat across the table from before. Like really, really bad killers. You're not that person. >> And I don't remember. Honestly, I do not remember. I would think I would remember something like that. >> Well, you're not being truthful about how much you drank. You're not. >> It's scientifically impossible to be the blood alcohol level you were last night with one glass of wine. >> Oh, I'm just devastated. >> So are many people right now. >> I'm sure they are. >> They're looking for answers and we're trying to help them find answers. >> I understand. >> But you're not telling us the truth. You understand? But you're not telling us the truth about how much you drink. So, there's one thing I want to leave you with, Marshall, because I'm tired of being lied with. You did this. You did this. You see that kid there? You did that. You did that. You did that. And you continue to lie to me. >> I'm not lying. >> You did this. >> I'm not saying that I didn't, but I certainly don't remember. I don't recall. Even after realizing her actions resulted in two innocent souls departing from this world, Marcella refused to admit that she was drunk. And in court, she sat shamelessly and watched as Brian delivered a heart-wrenching statement. >> The day that that happened that the kids were with me, and we was just having a normal day. I was just playing with them, getting them dressed and ready for the birthday party they was getting ready to attend. Once their mom picked them up, 30 to maybe 40 minutes, probably maybe an hour at tops, I was getting calls from my phone constantly from people I haven't met in years, family members. I felt in my stomach something was very wrong. My brother finally got a hold of me and told me there was an accident at the boat club. When I made it to the boat club, a chapel guy came in my corner and I I dropped straight to the ground. I started screaming cuz I knew they was gone. I knew in my heart they was gone. So I told him not to tell me. I begged them not to tell me before I even registered. It was gone. They told me that Jaden, my oldest, was airlifted to the University of Michigan. I didn't even have time to grieve. I didn't have time to process what was going on with Alana Zayn because I had to rush to U of M. I had to make sure Jaden was okay. When I got to the University of Michigan, Jaden was on the table covered in blood. He had nine to 10 doctors all on him trying to work on him and his eyes seen me and I kept telling him to fight. I kept telling him to keep fighting and all he did was blink. At that time I stayed at the University of Michigan for 2 weeks. I never told Jaden his brother and sister were gone. What you took from me I would never ever get back. My daughter was trying to be just like me playing basketball. She just celebrated her 8th birthday. Zayn, who was about to be five, instead of celebrating his fifth birthday, we buried them. You don't have no kids, so you don't know what this feels like. And I promise I don't wish nothing but the worst for you. And I hope that you feel what we feel every day because it's hard. It's hard even to wake up knowing that they're not here. It's hard that their older brother has to be without his brother and sister. And I hope every day that you realize what you took it from us. Brian faced not only the unbearable loss of his children, but also the struggle to save his partner and 12-year-old, both seriously injured in the incident. After numerous surgeries, Mariah Dods, the kid's mother, finally managed to arrive in the courtroom to deliver a statement that left everyone in tears. >> April 20th, 2024 changed my life forever. When I was told my children were no longer here, I felt like I stopped breathing, as if I died inside. The medical prof professionals had to keep putting me back to sleep because every time I woke up, my body would go into panic. My mind could not understand what was happening and my body just reacted. I had to see everything that was left inside my home when we last left it all together. Having to see their little shoes and coats at the front door with toys laying around my living room made everything feel more realistic. I could not look at anything. I cried to my family to get it all out of my sight because every time I seen something of theirs, I felt like I was going to stop breathing. I encountered so many phone calls, so much paperwork, and consistent appointments when all I wanted to do was just close my eyes and pray every time I open them that it was just a nightmare. I felt helpless. I could not move around without support. I could not get out of bed and go to the bathroom without help. I could not bathe myself with most of my ribs broken on one side, my shoulder blade broken on the other, a golf ball-sized hematoma right on my pubic region, and the back of my neck and skull bruised. I couldn't sit comfortably in a car or sit straight up in a chair without it hurting to breathe. I had to break the unwelcome news to Jaden, bury my children, figure out how to even celebrate Jaden's birthday to make it positive for him, mourn Zayn's birthday the day after, and face Mother's Day all in the same week. Everyone's birthdays were gloomy and quiet this year. Halloween was different. Thanksgiving felt like another day. Christmas was sad. It was heartbreaking and just did not feel right. Easter this year was the one year date from this tragedy and I was not even able to celebrate Easter. Instead, I faced another heartache by going into Alana's room that I have not seen in a year. Her room still smells like her. Her little dollhouse was still set up the same way when she was playing with it last. We were working on her room together, organizing all her toys, redoing the floors, and so on. She was so excited and I never got to finish it with her. It took Jaden 10 and 1/2 months to regain the strength fully of walking without a wheelchair and walker. I wish I was alert that day. I would have been able to kiss my kids one last time and tell him I love them. Satan would have been able to hold his mommy that he kept asking for minutes before he passed away. The other part of me is glad I wasn't alert because I do not think I would have been able to manage my children seeing my children like that or my daughter smashed into a wall. The guilt that comes with this is unbearable. And I question myself every single day, wondering if I could have done something more to keep them safe. But there were no windows or doors. Nobody seen her coming or expected a vehicle to fly into a building. There is only one person to blame. I always had mom guilt for working, providing, and just feeling drained. I never dreamed in a million years that the moment we had an opportunity to finally have a family fun day, my kids would never come back home with me. My children were supposed to bury me before I buried them. They had their whole life to live. Marshella Chida was charged with two counts of secondderee murder, two counts of owi causing death, and five counts of owi causing serious injury. She was sentenced on May the 15th, 2025 to 25 to 50 years in prison with eligibility for parole after serving 25 years. Marcela eventually got what she deserved, just like this couple who tried hiding substances behind their apparent DUI. >> Now, what did what did I do to get pulled over? Provide me with your driver's license and your insurance. >> I'm not giving you my Tell me what I did wrong. >> I will drag you out if I have to. >> You're not touching me. You >> absolutely not. Get out of the car. >> I want both your name and badge number. >> I'll be on the arrest paperwork. >> If you want you want to sit in jail until Okay. >> On December the 30th, 2023, an officer observed a vehicle swerving unusually on the road. Suspecting a DUI, he pulled the car over. I'm prepared to deal with an entitled driver who believed that traffic rules did not apply to them. >> Hello. Can you tell me what you pulled me over for? >> Yes. If you roll your window all the way down for me and provide me with your driver's license and your insurance >> on that side. She's not over here. She's over there. >> Absolutely not. >> What is the problem though? Wait. What is the problem? >> In the corner with my driver's license. It's at the house. >> Where did I get pulled over for? >> Hold on. Where's my phone at? I want to record this. >> What is he doing? >> What are you? You're grundy, right? >> Yeah. >> So, what are you what are you pulling over before? >> I'm Cuz you guys been harassing me for days and >> I've never met you. >> You guys been harassing us for real. >> The last time you guys pulled me over, you told me to go before I talked to you. >> What's going on, bro? Why did you get pulled over? >> No. Why did What did I do to get pulled over? >> Provide me with your driver's license and your insurance. I'm not giving you my Tell me what I did wrong. >> That's not how this is going to work, ma'am. >> Unfortunately, listen to me. You're not the driver. I'm going to speak with the driver over here on my side. Go over there. >> I don't want to stand in the roadway. That's a safety issue. Do you understand that? >> Give me your driver's license and your insurance card, please. Ma'am, >> what I did? >> Let me let me How did I break? >> Let me make myself very clear. >> Wait a minute, baby. Hold on, baby. >> Call County. >> Hold on. >> Roll down your window or you're under arrest. >> Step out of the car. >> Step out of the car. >> You got to tell her what she did, bro. >> Step out of the car or I will forcefully remove you from the vehicle. >> You got to tell her what she did, bro. Here's what's going to happen. Come on, baby. Listen. I'm going to listen. >> I wanted to pull me out this car. >> What happened, bro? >> Here's what's going to happen. >> Bro, you ain't told her what she did, though. >> Okay. Here's exactly what's going to happen. If you don't provide me with your name, >> I will your date of birth. >> You tell me what I did >> and you don't gladly. >> Can I talk for a second? >> I told I told you. And you say what you want cuz I just told you what I >> What does she do? That's what we're saying. You got to have a reason to pull over. >> Absolutely not. I I do have a reason and I will do that. But for my safety and for your safety, what's going to happen? >> My safety >> here. Hold on. Let me tell you exactly. >> For my sake. >> Hey, can I talk for just a second, please? Here. >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car. You are under arrest. Step out of the car. Step out of the car. You are under arrest. I will break your window if you do not get out of this car. Let me make myself very clear. Obstructing. I gave her multiple lawful orders to step out of this vehicle. You're going to step out of this vehicle or I will forcefully remove you from the vehicle. >> I'm afraid for my life. I'm not. >> Okay. Well, let me make myself very clear. You are under arrest right now. >> What? >> Obstructing obstructing a peace officer. You are under arrest. >> Call me over. >> Obstructing a peace officer and you refusing to provide me with your identification. >> Before the officer could even process what was happening, the couple launched into a furious barrage of insults and accusations. For the way the situation was unfolding, the officer will probably need to take serious action. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. Listen to me. I do not want to have to break your window, but I will do that. Don't worry. I got P the second that Hey, roll down your window so at least we can have a dialogue. Why would you call Will County? Listen to me. >> I'm afraid >> Hold on. Listen to me. Here's what's happening. I have multiple other people that are coming here. Okay. >> Okay. But why? >> Hold on. Stop talking. I have multiple other deputies that are on their way right here, right now. Okay. When they get here and you're still not out of this vehicle, if you're not out of this vehicle by the time they get here, I am going to break. I am going to break more. Let me talk. You're threat. Okay, you hear this, you guys? He's threatening me more. >> Here's what's going to happen. >> I don't want him to get off the car cuz I'm afraid of him. You hear this, you guys? I want everybody to hear this cuz I'm live right now. >> That's fine. You can be as live as you want. I'm letting you know you're not providing me with your name and your date of birth and you're not stepping you're not stepping out of the vehicle. Okay? It's as simple as that. It's not a big deal. You're turning this into a bigger deal than it needs to be. >> Cuz you're breaking my law my right. You're taking my rights away. That's why I'm making a big deal. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> That's what you got to say to that. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> You see, you hear this this man right here. You see this? I can't talk when you guys are screaming. Go over. >> Though the couple had initially flat out refused to cooperate, when faced with the threat of a broken window, the woman suddenly snaps back to reality. >> Open up my driver's door and in the pocket of the door, there's a little green thing. It's a punch. I can't see it. Is it green? Little >> Do you not tell me if I get out the car, you'll tell me what I got pulled over for, but you're not going to tell me unless I get out the car, right? [ __ ] You >> locked bastard. >> After finally placing the woman in the car, the officer turned his attention to the equally entitled man in the passenger seat. But when the officer talked to him, something felt off, prompting the officer to trust his gut and extend his investigation. >> What's your first name, sir? >> Dwayne. >> Hey, Dwight. Except the Osmo. Okay. >> So, she's not going to have a bond. She's going to get released. She has to go down. She has to get booked. So, somebody can give her a ride home at some point. Did you smoke weed hair at some point? >> Why? No, but why would you be asking me about this? >> Cuz it smells like we car. >> I can smell it just standing. >> Yep. Because we smoke in the house. >> The reason is okay. When I smell the weed coming from outside car, when we transport it in a car, it has to be in an airproof sealed container. >> We know it's legal. Just simple question. Yeah, >> man. No, we don't. We smoke. We don't smoke in the house. We'll sit in the driveway and smoke in the car. I got to step out the car for >> Cuz you don't have a driver's license. The car. >> I wasn't driving. >> The car is getting towed. >> No, we're always No. No. It's It's It's insurance on here, though. >> Okay. If you don't have a driver's license, okay, the car is going to be towed. >> Are you kidding me, guys? >> Yeah, she started that. >> What' you say? >> She This is her own doing. If she would have gave me her name. >> Oh, I just gave you a name. I corroborated everything. What? What? Why did you say >> she wouldn't identify herself? And nobody Nobody is Nobody is disputing the fact that she came to a complete stop. But there is a white line drawn on the ground. >> Hold on. Hold on. And you going to tow the car anyway? Are you going to tow the car anyway? I >> I have to make up my mind. Is this it? >> He say insurance broker. >> Can I see it? >> Yeah. Is that right? Thank you. No matter how much the man denied having substances in the car, the officer decided to bring in a K9 unit to search the vehicle. The couple could hide all they wanted from the human officers, but hiding their illegal stash from a canine officer was nigh impossible. At this point, their fate was now dependent on the ever inquisitive nose of the K9. >> Unfortunately, I do still need you to exit the vehicle. >> Don't tow the car, bro. >> Okay, I'm going to work with you the best that I can. Okay, but as right now, I am going to run my K9 around the car. Okay. Is there anything illegal inside the vehicle? Nothing in this car, man. >> Okay. >> Ain't nothing in this car. But what? >> Yeah. Grab your phone. >> Am I open cigarettes? >> You're good. I believe you. Watch out. Let's just walk back here real quick. Okay. >> No. What am I walking back there for, man? I ain't got nothing to do with traffic. >> You're not free to leave. >> I'm not going nowhere. But I >> You're going to stand You're going to stand I'm going to >> stand over here, man. >> No. You're going to stand over here, guy. Absolutely not. I got nothing to do with your walk back there. >> I know my rights. >> You're going to walk back there. >> Well, you can't >> because my my dog my dog is aggressive and he bites. Okay. If not, you have to sit in jail. >> All right. Bye. >> What? What was she saying? >> Put her phone down. >> Keep breaking my rights. Keep breaking my rights. I got you. I'm opening the trunk so it don't break. >> Damn. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. I'm not going to listen to you. >> You're calling me a racist. >> You don't even know me, buddy. >> You stop. No. >> I'm done with you. >> No, you [ __ ] I'm [ __ ] Stop calling you a racist. What you did? >> Oh, I don't know how you I'm done talking. I'm done talking. >> You're right. >> You knocked it off right now. >> I'm done talking, man. I'm done. >> Do you have anything that's illegal on your person right now? >> Why would you be asking me that? No. I don't. But why would you be asking me? >> Because I'm going to check your package. >> No, you're not. Because I have nothing to do with that traffic stop. First of all, I'm going to say it again. I know my rights. I have nothing to do with your traffic stop. She's in the back seat. She operated the vehicle. I have nothing to do with your traffic stop. Whatever you think you found the signs that got nothing to do with me. I'm the passenger. I'm not operating the vehicle. Okay. I'm just what I'm saying. So why why do I need to search? >> Turn to face the car. >> That's crazy, bro. That's crazy. >> How much money do you have? >> I do not need to know that, bro. You asking me something that you don't even know. Stop. Just hold it right there. I >> don't have anything. >> I think he grabbed whatever he had in his back pocket. >> What are you doing? >> Trying to figure out where you dumped yours at, bro. >> Justice resisting arrest. You had three cracks. >> Resisting, bro. >> I said, "What are you talking about? I didn't have no in my pocket, man." >> You absolutely did. You had three little cracks in here. >> Oh, they might still some might still be in there. Yeah, there you go. Okay, hold on. There's more. So, I need a minute. I can. >> Do you have any idea how much money you have on you? >> Yeah. >> How much? >> Close to 3,000. >> $3,000. >> No, no, no, no. Close to 3200. I'm sorry. >> For what? >> Bo, I have a job. Don't worry about that, man. >> I do have a job. >> Well, it could be proceeds of activity. >> No adding that. That's not it. I don't have >> What do you do for work? >> My family got business. I work for work. I work for my family. >> Doing what? Well, you have to provide some means for that money. Okay. >> I know. I I I got good means for that money. >> God damn it, dude. This is aing needle in a hay stack. Three big rocks. Roach. >> Yep. Got the second one. All right. Um, can you take him? >> Yep. >> And when you get done, let me get her in there first. >> Yeah. Okay. You just hang out there. I'm going to charge him with possession with intent, and I'm taking his money. So, I got to explain all that to him. In the end, the woman was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing justice, while the man was charged with possession with intent to deliver and resisting arrest. Those two got knocked off their high horse, just like Melanie did when she tried running a deputy over with her car. >> I I kind of speeded walk to the [ __ ] in case she was to ram it. It'd be the truck, not me. >> Step outside the vehicle here. >> No, you're not. >> Turn off the car. Turn off the car. She's fleeing. On March the 7th, 2025, Bismar officers Matthew James and Nathan Anderson responded to a 911 call reporting a possibly intoxicated woman, 53-year-old Melanie Udell, driving erratically in a white Chevy Traverse. The caller noted her escalating behavior and expressed fear that she might try to run him over. When officers arrived on the scene, they first spoke with the witness himself, who explained his very disturbing concerns. So as soon as I heard that, I put two and two together like just peep and like hear in the you know how you turn it in the gravel scratches. Yeah, I heard that. And then that's when I I kind of speeded walked to the [ __ ] in case she was to ram it, it'd be the truck, not me. So I sped walked to it and then she was the window down. She was like she was like, "No, no, no." Just started screaming. I was like, "Hey, calm down." Like calm down. So she started getting into people owe her money and her dad owns a oil refinery and all types of crazy stuff while she hasn't drive. So I'm trying to be low key cuz like this is all happening within minutes of each other. I'm just talking to her. I'm just trying to keep her talking. You see what I'm saying? To keep her. So I didn't know if I should step away in the car, but if I stepped away, I would either be in the front or the back of the vehicle. I didn't know what to do. My son's right there in the car. I didn't want her to back up and then the back of the >> for sure. So I just I I just >> After that, one deputy went to confront Melanie, not realizing what dangerous lengths she would go to in an attempt to avoid getting a ticket. >> What's your name, ma'am? >> Why are you calling? Why? >> We got called to come check on you. They were concerned. >> There's nobody concerned. >> There was We got a phone call >> for >> What's going on today? >> Who did you get a call from? >> I don't know. Oh, it was an anonymous caller saying there is a white >> I know that's what they they keep doing that. You know they did that in Nebraska with my children. They keep calling in false cult. >> Okay. >> Nothing. I don't think that it's okay for people. >> I can't help but the people call and I it's my job to come respond when we have a call in to come check on people. Okay. Now my concern is coming out. My concern your concern is you know everybody that >> my concern is that the car smells heavily of >> when's the last time you smoked any >> other people has smoked I'm here and I don't want to get into that because then they're calling you on me >> other people have you don't smoke any >> I have I have medical in my head Do you have a Do you have a medical card? >> I had one. >> Do you have one? Current? No. >> Okay. >> The initial interaction went seemingly normal, prompting the officer to lower his guard. However, not only was Melanie about to flip a complete 180, but she was also going to put a lot of lives at risk. >> Step outside of the vehicle here. >> No, you're not. >> Turn off the car. Turn off the car. >> No. 299. She's fleeing. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> 299. She almost struck me. >> Get out of the car. >> Give me Metro. She's struck me. Shots fired. Show your hand. >> Shots fired. Officer hit. >> Show your hands. >> Shots fired. >> Show your hands. >> Show your hands. >> Back up. >> No. Back up. >> Show me your hands. radio. [Music] >> [ __ ] I can't move. >> We got help coming. James, stay there. >> Turn off the car. Turn off the car. >> No. Keep playing. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car >> now. 299. She's almost struck me. >> Get out of the car. >> Shot fire. >> Melanie Udell was struck on the scene and later passed away at the hospital. After the incident, both officers were required to go on administrative leave. Officer James required knee surgery and will likely be at least a year before he's ready to return to regular duty. The Bureau of Criminal Investigation determined that the officer's use of a gun was justifiable. Melanie got what was coming to her and so did Jaylen, an entitled woman who thought throwing a tantrum was better than taking accountability. >> I have Matt. I don't have >> Did you just say no to me? >> I said as a >> Hold on. Did you just say Did you just lie to me again? >> Come on, bro. What about >> I don't care about that. >> I don't care about that. Stop talking. I'm talking. Get off of me. Get off of me. I got nothing. >> You got a demon. I can stop my feet. I'm not doing anything. You're not going to be able to charge me with nothing. You got a demon here. >> On May the 17th, 2025, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle. But what should have been a simple traffic stop turned into a recipe for disaster at the hands of an entitled driver who believed that she owned the road. >> What did I do wrong, sir? >> I'll take you inside. >> Okay. Would you like my insurance claim? Want mean my insurance number? >> Huh? >> Would you like my insurance number? Cuz I don't have like a paper of insurance. >> Your number? >> My my number for my insurance. >> You have the phone, >> huh? >> You have it on your phone? >> Yeah, I have a card. >> Yeah. >> By the way, you're doing 55 and a 40. >> 55 on a >> Yeah. >> Huh? >> All right. I'm sorry. >> It's okay. >> Your license? >> Yeah. I don't have it on me. Can you search it up? Like I left it at home. >> Supposed to have it on you. >> Sorry about that. >> Is it a valid license? >> Yeah. >> Are you the owner? >> Yes, this is my car. >> No way. Anything else want to tell me? I think I think he may have got off the rock foot. You want to tell me >> what's your name? >> Jaylen. >> You have a license. >> No, you don't. [Music] >> All right. So, where are we going to honestly? So, we're going to start over. You're going to tell me the truth and we'll go from there because so far you lied to me. All right. I don't appreciate. >> I have my I have my >> I'm not done talking. Give me a second. All right. I'm excited. All right. Listen, >> this is the first time I ever got >> and cuz you're not supposed to drive. >> I understand. >> You don't have a license. >> You can go to jail right now. >> Okay. >> All right. Who do you live with? >> I live with >> Where do you live at? Huh? >> Who lives there? >> Well, I live by myself on 46. My little sister. >> Call someone right now to pick up your car. >> Call someone right now to pick up the car. >> You can't drive. >> Okay. >> All right. You're speeding. You got no license. >> Okay. the cross. >> All right. Okay. You're coming to pick it up. >> All right. I can I >> The officer gave Jaylen several chances to come clean about her lengthy juvenile record, but she clammed up tight. It became clear that this wasn't just a stubborn driver. He was dealing with a pathological liar. And getting the truth out of her was not going to be easy. >> Mhm. >> I'm sorry about everything. I don't usually running. >> You shouldn't be diving in first place. >> I understand what you're saying. >> Like I don't I'm confused here. >> All right. How far is your ride? >> Um he should be here. >> Does that person have Hold on. >> Does that person have a bad license? >> Yes, they have. Call next to >> you. You ever been arrested before? >> No, I have not. >> Never. >> Not as juvenile. >> I've been arrested as a juvenile when I was probably 16, 17 years old. I have not. I don't have any. >> Did you just say no to me? >> I said as a juvenile. >> Hold on. Did you just say Did you just lie to me again? No. You said, "Have I been arrested?" Most of the time when people step out, I talk. Step out the car. >> Take off the phone and step out the car. Can you >> relax? Relax. Come down. >> Hang out the phone. Step out the car. >> Yeah. I don't know you. I told you where I'm at. Listen, I'm on a village. Just relax. Just relax. Can't leave. >> Leave yourself in the car, please. Leave yourself in the car. Leave yourself in the car. Thank you. >> Excuse me. What's going on? You don't. If you resist, you're going to have a problem. >> Okay. All right. >> So, I'm being scared right now. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, I have kids in the car. I have to figure out the phone. Wait. Give me >> best friend. I need someone to come now. Come on. I don't have >> Are you serious? Are you serious? Give me your arm. Call Juke now. >> Are you seriously resisting right now? >> No, I'm not resisting. >> Why are you pulling away? >> I'm not pulling away. I just try to give you Excuse me. Despite multiple warnings, the woman chose to make one of the most dumb decisions of her life, promptly ending up in cuffs. And as she continued to argue, the officer's already limited patient started to snap. >> Did you say someone can pick up my car? >> Are you serious? >> Come on. Come on, bro. We're both back. >> I don't care about that. >> I don't care about that. Stop talking. I'm talking. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. That's the last thing I'm going to tell you. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. If I If I put If I tell you on your back, put on your back. No. Reach for anything else. All right. I'm not the one you play with. Okay. I decide your future right now. >> Yes, sir. Don't resist. Don't resist. Do not resist. Going in the car, please. I said my little sisters. Sir, I'm waiting. I'm waiting on another officer. >> Stand up now, >> sir. But what they didn't expect was for Jaylen to verbally assault anyone around her. >> Get me out of this car, please. I can't do this. My little sisters, do you have little sisters? You had an attitude. >> Just send me another unit. The hysteric woman was quick to use pregnancy as a shield, but her behavior showed that she cared very little about her own well-being, choosing to square up to the deputies instead of complying. Unfortunately for her, she had encountered some of the finest nononsense cops in the forc. >> Well, you know what? You would have had a simple verbal warning had not showed you an attitude like that. >> Too bad you're going to jail now. >> I'm not going nowhere. >> No, you're going to jail. >> Damn. >> Go shake. My stomach my time. >> Unlock it and put her in the car. >> Don't hurt my stomach. I'm not listening. >> Get on the other side. Pull her across. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. If you think you're pregnant, then stop. >> Okay. You stupid. >> I don't want to betray you. Let me go. >> She belted in. >> No, >> I'll take her in the car. >> All right, >> give her a minute. >> Yeah, you guys will follow. Would you take her? Um, she's claiming she's pregnant. >> Stop kicking the back of my car. there. I need a bow. >> Well, you're going to jail now. >> Yes, you are. And if you fight in jail, they're going to safe book you. >> I know you don't. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. I crushed the thing and I put my finger. >> There's a sign says clearly do not pass it. >> Right there. You can find it in court. >> I don't want to. But I need to go. I don't want to be here. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Stop around. Just Just shut just shut the door for now. >> Shut the door. She's She's not She's not kicking. It's fine. >> I just wanted her to kick me. >> She's outside now. >> Go ahead and shut this door. >> She's going. What's your name? What's your name? What's your name? >> Yeah, she's okay. Perfect. >> I just literally made a U-turn. >> You did make a U-turn. >> You did not make a U-turn. Ma'am, >> I made I made her left. I like >> No, you did not. I saw you right there. >> I didn't know if she was pregnant or not, so I didn't want to like put her face down with with the tactic we learned. So, >> I want her out of here before family starts showing up. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. Will you threaten to spit in the officer's face and you follow resistance? >> I'm going to pull up next to him so people stop driving right here real quick. >> Just give Just give him room to get out. Just pull up right about there. >> Do you need Do you require medical assistance? >> I take that as a >> In the end, the woman was charged with assault on an LEO, battery on an LEO, and resisting with violence. She was sentenced to 2 years of probation, 50 hours of community service, and anger management class. That woman was one entitled driver. Like Jasmine, it wouldn't stay off the road despite having her license suspended five times. >> Have a seat at your car. >> Have a seat in your car when I'm done. Ma'am, I don't care. You have to have a seat in the car. >> I have the right to do whatever I want. If I can get out of my car, I can get out of my car. You cannot tell me I cannot get out of my car. >> You're this close to going to jail. >> Don't give up. >> Relax. Relax. >> You're hurting me. Relax. >> On March the 8th, 2023 in Orange County, Florida, a traffic officer conducting a standard license plate check stopped a driver named Jasmine upon finding that her license was suspended and that the vehicle was under a stateisssued seizure order. But the deputy was naive to believe that a driver with a suspended license would be easy to deal with. Rather, Jasmine was about to show him exactly why she didn't deserve to be on the road in the first place. >> How you doing? License and registration, please. 45. >> As soon as I get your license, I'll be glad to tell you. >> Thank you, ma'am. >> Jasmine, the reason why I'm stopping is cuz I run the plate. Your license actually comes back suspended and you have a cease tag order in reference to your car insurance. >> Oh, I mean, you do. >> No, I went to the courthouse yesterday. >> Uhhuh. >> Made payments, >> right? You made the payment, but you didn't take care of everything else. >> How do you know? >> Because it says in my record. >> I just did it yesterday. Maybe an update. Didn't say I couldn't drive. >> Okay. Well, I'm telling you you can't drive. Your license is suspended. >> It's not. If I went to the courthouse, >> Jasmine, when's the last time you had a ticket? >> I I haven't been pulled over. You're the first person to pull me over. >> So, you've never had a ticket before? >> No. Only red light cameras. >> Red light cameras. Okay. Has your license ever been suspended before? >> No. >> No. Okay. And the address here, is this correct? >> Yeah. >> Well, which one? The one on your license here or the Conway road? >> The one on my license. >> The one on your license. Okay. Cuz they don't forward DL information. That's why. How long has it been since you lived in Conway? >> Only a couple months. >> A couple months. Okay. So, you just moved back here. Okay. And what do you have there? You were trying to show me something else. What's this? >> This is the paper at the port. >> Okay. This shows you live in CMI. >> The paperwork that you filled out yesterday. I'm sorry. >> Well, because you have to have the correct address on your license. That's a civil infraction. >> The Cassini one. >> The one on my ID. >> Okay. Well, why would you write incorrect information? >> I didn't write >> 115. >> I'll be right back. >> For a moment, the officer second guessed himself, choosing to run Jasmine's number plate one more time to confirm his suspicions. That was when he discovered that Jasmine's license had been suspended a total of five times. But Jasmine was not about to let him nab her easily. At least not when she still had some fight left in her. >> Have a seat at your car. Have a seat in your car when I'm done. Ma'am, I don't care. You have a child have a seat in the car. >> Okay, listen to me. You don't have the right to get out. >> I have the right to do whatever I want. If I can get out of my car, I can get out of my car. You cannot tell me I cannot get out of my car. >> Yes, I can. >> How can you not? You're not my boss. You're not my dad. You don't do >> There's a Supreme Court ruling that says you need to get back in your car. Now get back in your car. >> Let me see the paper. >> Google it. Get back in your car. >> I'm not googling. That's >> okay. Ma'am, you're losing your car today. I'm impounding the car. I'm taking your license and I'm taking your tag. >> How are you? >> So, if you want to call somebody to come get you, that's the best thing. >> I'm here. I'm here by myself and >> Well, I apologize. Your license is suspended four times. You have an FR suspension and you have not cleared everything up. >> I just I show you the >> Everything is not cleared up. >> What do you mean? Then why did she tell me that? I asked her there any other problems. She didn't say nothing. >> Well, I'm telling you what there is. I will give you all the court. >> I will give you all the information. Your car is getting impounded. >> What do you mean by that? It's going to go to the record yard. It's going to go to police impound until you get a valid license. So, you physically go down to the DL office and reinstate your license. You owe money because you're not allowed to drive. I cannot let you get in a car and drive again. >> I went to the courthouse and she said there's no stop. >> I'm just telling you what's going on. >> Well, you can take it up with the clerk. >> I was just not understand what I'm telling you. Stupid. >> Go stand by your car. >> And then you're going to >> go stand by your car. Go stand by your car. >> You're this close to going to jail. >> Okay. >> You're this close to going to jail. >> Go have a seat by your car. >> Once Jasmine realized she wasn't getting out of this mess anytime soon, she decided to pull the dumbest move in the book and make a run for it. That went as well as one could have expected. Get out of the car now. >> What is your problem? >> Get out of the car. Turn around. Put your hands on the back. >> What is your problem? >> Get out of the car. >> What is your problem? >> What is your problem? >> Relax. Relax. >> You're hurting me. You're >> relax. Get off of me. >> You're hurting me. Get off of me. [Music] Get off of me. Get off of me. You get off of me. Don't you get off of me. >> Go to the ground. >> No, I don't want to go to the ground. Help. I have to go get my [ __ ] dick. No, you are not putting these on me. What are you doing? >> Roll over. Stop resisting. [Music] [Applause] >> My leg. [Music] Get off of me, please. [Applause] Get off of me, please. Stand up. >> My arm to my head. >> Stand up. >> Oh my god. Look at my kids. What is wrong with you? Look at my hair. I didn't do nothing to you. What the >> You can't take off on a traffic stop. >> Take off. >> Get in. It's all on video. >> Get in. >> I was at the Get in. >> You're such a >> Did you take this hand off? >> Nope. You're going to jail, ma'am. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. >> Well, unfortunately, when you fled from the shop, you did something wrong. When you didn't listen, you did something wrong. >> I was >> So now now And then when you when you punched me when you punched me on the ground. Yep. You swung and hit me. >> Now it's battery. >> It's all on video. >> Know how to throw a ball. >> Okay. It's all on video. >> I don't know how to throw a ball. No, >> ma'am. It's all on video. >> This was a classic example of playing dumb games and winning dumb prizes. Yet, even after all that madness, Jasmine was still not done acting like an entitled brat in the back seat. >> Call my mom. No, you can call you can call your mom after you get booked into the jail. >> 24 hours. >> Why would I arrest you? >> Uh because you ran from the traffic stop. >> I didn't ran from the traffic stop. I was at the red light. The lights turn green over at the park. Got out the car to watch yourself at the courthouse. >> Did you not just drive off yesterday? >> Did you not just drive off? >> No. Yes. I went to the courthouse. Why can't I go? Because when the traffic stop wasn't done and I told you that. >> Yeah, but I need to go to Portland. >> It doesn't matter. You don't have the right to leave. >> You don't. >> You don't have the right to leave. >> I don't need to understand. >> And they call your bicycle. Why call me a bicycle if I get arrested? >> I don't know. That's between you and them. >> Unfortunately, you'll go to jail today. >> Unfortunately, you go to jail today. You'll get booked in. Okay. So, what are you taking then? >> When I'm ready, it's my time. I will get done and we will head that way. >> So, inconsiderate hurt me. I'm bleeding. You hurt my bow and my legs. And you say I punched you. I can't even throw a punch. >> I've never even like fought like that before. What are you talking about? You said complete control. You're trying to tell me 130 lb girl was being threw a punch where both of her hands behind her back. That's a lie. >> Yeah, we're good. >> We're good. >> No, we're not. >> Just one on a traffic stop and she didn't believe her stuff was suspended. >> No, I believe you. >> Then she decided to jump when when her car was getting ready to get impounded. >> She lied. >> She jumped in the car and took off. >> Oh, that's right. >> So Ron was able to get here. I was able to get there. And then of course, you know, she wanted to fight and not go to jail. >> I cannot fight. I don't know how to fight. Hey, I'm only 130 lbs. I'm small. Can I fight? >> So, it was a good day, I guess. >> Yeah. >> Who are you? >> Nobody got hurt. No one. >> I'm hurt. >> I'ming hurt. I'm bleeding. And my head is there in FS51. We can respond. How are you? >> Been a while, man. >> Nope. You can't leave. We're going to the jail. >> Then, let's go. What are you waiting for? >> We got to wait. and everything. >> I still got a stuff to do. >> In my head, >> how much do you weigh compared to how much do I weigh? Doesn't make any sense. >> I throw a punch for what? To make you feel better. I did not throw no punch. How can I throw a punch? Why we go to the house to find out why this lady like me? Cuz she knew I would get this predicament. Doesn't make any sense. I did my part to the poor house to find a foot going out with my lady and she lied to me so my car didn't stop. I cannot afford to get that out. I have to take care of my kids and this is wasting my time and my kids time for no reason. And then you got to tell somebody, "Oh, are you okay? What has happened to you? >> You got to go home, open up a cold beer, right? >> Who's going to feed my [ __ ] kid? Who's going to put my [ __ ] kids to bed? They're going to wonder where their mother is. So she went to pay her money to the courthouse when they want to go to Disney and they can't evening take them because I have to work. No >> to pay these tickets from these red light cameras cuz I'm trying to go to work and then you're going to throw me on the ground and then say the [ __ ] then what? How do I even get out? Like what the is this [ __ ] Doesn't make any sense. You see two car seats in the back. What the [ __ ] does that mean? >> I didn't do nothing. No [ __ ] nothing. >> She threw a fancy job. >> Yeah. To find out why they have the girls. Why? I was just there and paid a lot of money that I don't have. >> As a result of her actions, Jasmine was charged with resisting an officer with violence, obstruction without violence, and fleeing and eluding the police.
