This cop rolled up and flexed his authority on a guy parked perfectly legal. But when the driver didn't even flinch, the cop cried for his supervisor. But in the end, both get handed a shutdown. Yes, you do. >> I'm telling you that you need to provide identification. You are required. >> Do your investigation. Go and talk to the person who called. You pulled up here because someone called and say, "Hey, I need your identification." Doesn't work like that. I'm not providing it. I need a case number. I want this documented. Can I get a case number? Nope.
