All right, Simona. I'm I'm just enjoying myself. I don't want to go. I'm I'm okay. I have a little bit of All right, everyone. I'm Frank Slope. I'm a 24-year veteran of a sheriff's office here in Arizona. Today, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. While we do that, we're going to be doing some body cam bingo. So, we sell cards 1 through 5. This is card 5 we're going to be using today. Check out our website for that. Police release is the channel where we found today's video. Sam says it's going to be great. We're going to see how it fares with card 5. >> What if I was trying to get this gentleman to go home and sleep with me, would that be okay? >> Whoa. Well, we need you to pay the bill right now. >> Okay. I'll pay the bill when I'm ready. Well, you're not eating. Like they said, they're closing up. >> what is the plan for tonight? You'd like me to take me to jail, prison, or anything? >> I don't I don't want to. I want you to I want you to pay for your bill so we can go about our day. >> You're not Listen, Kermit. Just Pay your bill. Right from the beginning, I just want to throw out an ugly truth. I love Hilton. I am a Hilton fan. When I travel, I look for Hiltons. I have a Hilton credit card. I am a member of the Hilton Honors. I I love them. I think their customer service is great. I love their quality control. I everything about it. So, I'm I'm a Hilton fan, and I am I I I feel so bad that a Hilton was desecrated by this woman. Now, we're trying to turn a civil matter into not being a criminal matter. So, I'll just ask you, do you have means of payment? Because as of this point, it looks like >> your business. Well, it kind of is our business. >> they close, no, it's not. It's not. And I'm not interested. Can we call somebody who can pay for your bill, ma'am? Yeah. Thank you. I'll give him a call. Okay. Well, if he asks me to call, pay my bill. Is there somebody I can call? >> a question. What would you do if you were me in a situation where you went to dinner, your friend said she would provide a credit card over the phone, and they're not doing so? So, I'm going to Would you then take down the friend's information? The friend never showed up. You're the one that sent you down here. >> I came to dinner. I had dinner. She said she was going to pay for my dinner. It just sounds like a really bad friend. But, for us >> a really bad friend. So, if I give you her address and phone number, can you go talk to >> friend. It's not the way it works. For right now, you can figure your friend's situation out afterwards. Right now, I need you to pay for your bill so we can move along. We have a busy night tonight. I just want to get get this over with. >> or my Versace? Take the Versace. So, she's throwing out as if she is familiar with name brands like Louis Vuitton and Versace and, you know, brands that people that have money own. So, she's throwing these out as if she is familiar with them, yet she doesn't have two nickels to rub together, and she's dressed in like a vinyl Nostradamus in the color of Kermit with a weird thing on her head. Like I I don't understand how all of this is coming together, but I Something's not adding up. No, I just need a form of payment so we can get this bill taken care of. >> I I have a form of payment. You want to get the You have a Versace purse, but you can't pay for dinner. Do you have a credit card or a debit card? I actually don't because it was stolen. Okay, do you have cash? I have $10. That's not enough. And I can give you a Mexican coin and two other >> how about you call somebody who can pay for your bill? I did, and they're not answering. So, can I provide you with that person's information? Then you can go to their home and ask them to pay it. >> No, ma'am. We got to figure something out. We got to figure something out. >> Okay, so what do you want? >> Do you have some kind of electronic payment you could give them? All right, guys. This is literally the wallet I now carry every day, and it's made by my sponsor Ekster. Check this out. Boom. This little thing holds up to 14 cards. You can get up to 15 items in this bag with this little rechargeable vacuum. And if somehow this isn't enough room for you, they just launched the vacuum kit plus that's triple the size. That'll get you through a 10-day trip. And Ekster backs all their products with a 100-day money-back guarantee. Ekster's currently offering a Mother's Day sale up to 33% off sitewide through May 18th. Plus, use code Frank20 at checkout for an extra 20% off. Do you have Apple Pay, Zelle, Apple Pay, cash, check? I should, right? Normal people do. >> [music] >> Danny, can you do me a favor and give me your credit card number and pay my bill, please? You know, so I could sleep tonight at jail. Tonight, I'm not in the mood. At um the Hilton. Sure. I don't care about the hotel. So, what do I do when I walk in? It's not fun. It's not funny at all. >> fun. Can you please pay my bill? Okay, I'm not spending the night in jail again. I Just say it again. Your friend can spend the night in the car with me. They can do that. I'm not spending the night in jail again. It's enough. We're not doing one day on and one day off. It's none of your Danny, pay my bill. Pay my bill. He's not paying her bill. Sir. Ma'am, he doesn't want to. Let him enjoy his food. >> to him. I'm not talking to you. Okay, well, he doesn't want to talk to you either. Let him enjoy his food. He certainly did when he walked over to my table. >> anymore. Okay, so can you pay my bill and I'll pay you back? >> No, ma'am. That's not the way it works. You need to figure this situation out. >> police officer? Ma'am. >> And Do you have a way to pay for it? >> what would you like? Do you want my wallet? Take the wallet. No, they want a form of payment. Do you have Okay, I don't have a form of payment. As an adult, how do you not have a form of payment? >> so, okay. So, I have a question. By law, what would you do right now >> Arrest you. if your friend promised to pay your bill and take you out for your birthday over the phone, and they were not able to do so? >> about right now. >> I'd stay home. You you dined somewhere. And water. Let's give 1 oz of credit to the possibility that she shows up here. She's supposed to meet her friend. Friend doesn't show up, but over the phone says, "Hey, just eat, and I'll pay the bill on the phone." Which has I don't know that that's ever happened. I I just It It It's so suspicious that if that happened, if I got somewhere and, you know, my friend got called out cuz, you know, we're cops and we get called out, I just if I didn't have the money, I just I would just go home. And eat at home where it's it's free because you've already paid for everything. Like, but I sure wouldn't go, I don't have any money with me. I don't have any access to money. I don't know anyone with any money, but I'm going to eat anyway. And we're just going to we're just going to try and see what happens. Like, that's No adult does that. >> If you can't pay the bill, then you will be arrested, I I don't like that at >> arrested? It's theft. It's not theft because I Okay, here. No, it's theft. I I can give you a number of my father. Call him. He will provide credit credit card >> Call my daddy. That's what Absolutely not. Right. But, she didn't show up. Right. Yet, you still ordered food and drink. >> Right. And she said she would cover it over the phone as a gift to me. No, because that would be your personal responsibility at that point. >> Right. What am I supposed to do in that Not eat. It's not It's not a law thing. It's a personal responsibility thing. However, at this point, it was theft of services because you have already received the services. So, what if I give you and provide you with an address and credit card information to where my father lives and my mailing address, and there you can get all of my bills? >> [laughter] >> You're not a criminal. I am not Send you a letter? No. >> So, not a thief. So, what does one do in this situation? >> One goes to jail. Give me your number to where my family lives, my billing address, my mailing address, and where you can go We will give you every opportunity to try to contact someone. >> not going to sit in jail tonight. It's not healthy for me. Well, that's why we're giving you opportunities to call people right now. >> Okay, right. So, nobody has to treat you like that. But, I can provide you with mailing addresses, billing addresses, and family information. Again, we're not a We're not a debt collection company. >> So, what are you? My guardian? Yeah, no. Right now, we're here to investigate a crime. It's not a crime. That would be theft. Yes, it is. No, it's not because I'm not paying. I don't want to pay the bill. I'm explaining I'm explaining the situation. I'm telling you, so for example, there's people that don't It's like word salad. There's people that don't pay their medical bills. Do you go to their house every single time that somebody misses a payment for a credit card or a medical bill? No, right. So, why is this specifically to me? Can I Can I Do you want me to talk to someone? So, somebody doesn't pay their taxes on time. Somebody doesn't pay their credit card bill on time. Somebody is late on their mortgage payment. Two problems. >> Somebody is late in paying their car payment. Do you go to their house in a restaurant and immediately We're giving you the opportunity for an out. But I want you to keep trying calling people. Stop talking to us. Try to find a solution. Well, no, because there I don't know the law, but there has to be an exception. You were told what the law is. Since you pay the bill, you go to jail. These are your options. Try to figure it out. We're giving you options. >> somebody doesn't make their credit card payment on time, >> I I I don't want to talk to you any further about credit card bills. You have two options. You pay your bill or you go to jail. So, make some phone calls. >> I don't care who you call. I want you to call >> matter who you call. Just call someone. And you know, that's why I'm upset. >> Simona, I've been I've been patient with you this whole time. We need to figure out a solution to this. I'm not going to stand here all night. Cuz you guys pay my bill tonight. Do you want me to talk to them? Yeah. I'm Officer Mario Esposito, Texas Police Department. I'm with Simona here. Um she she needs to pay a bill and she stated that you're able to provide means to pay for her $66 bill. We're dealing with a criminal matter. All right? He's not paying for your bill. >> So, she has her phone with all of her contacts in it. All of the people she knows there accessible via phone, text, call, email, Morse code, passenger pigeon, whatever. And not she can't find one single person that can cover a $66 bill. It's no surprise why. I guarantee that she's always like this. That she This is the person that she is. And I know why she doesn't have any friends that would cover a bill. Cuz she probably just doesn't have any friends, period. There's no The bill is irrelevant. I think she's just so terrible that no one wants to deal with her. You want to call someone else? >> Would you like to pay it? No, I would not like to pay your bill. Why? It's $66. Keep calling. Stop talking to me and keep calling. I've been patient >> Not that much. Let's figure out the situation. >> [music] >> You want to call mom or dad? Are you going to pay my bill or not? We've all heard about, you hookups at hotel bars and stuff. It's a It's a thing that happens out in the world from what I understand. There is a single guy sitting at the bar eating dinner alone. There is a single girl at the bar eating alone. We know why she's alone. But even this guy looks over at her and goes, "Nah, I think I want to sleep in my king-size bed alone tonight." Like when that happens and you're the woman half of that, you need to re-evaluate how you interact with people in public because yelling across the bar at some random guy, "Hey, are you going to pay my bill?" That doesn't do it for me, either. I wish I was sitting there. No, I don't. I want I got a law school. Okay, I want to figure out a way for you to pay for your bill. That's what I want to do. I choose bathroom. We're not doing that anymore. No, I have to pee. We're not doing that. You can pee at the jail if you can't pay right now. >> I'm not going to jail again. >> Okay. So, let's figure it out. Again, not going to jail again. >> I cannot. I've never met you before. I need you to pay your bill. >> I I you're you're in law enforcement, right? So, what is the law when somebody is promised to be taken out to dinner >> one last chance to pay. >> that paid. I don't have a jail. Okay, you have one last chance to pay your bill. One last chance for what? I don't know who I'm going to call. Don't do that. Hands behind your back. Get up. Let's go. That's it. Time to go. Okay. Hey. With your waffish Listen, Kermit. We're not going to add more charges, okay? >> arrest. What are you wearing? Looks like a doily. And so, then you can tighten up on your cuffs. Is this all your stuff, ma'am? I'll put it in your purse. Unbelievable. I'm not going to jail again. Sure about that? I love Hilton, too. Hilton's my That's my hotel. I would have loved to have been this guy sitting I've I've eaten [clears throat] alone at a bunch of hotel bars. I love it. You BS with the bartender. You have a drink. You don't have to worry about drinking and driving. Eat a great meal cuz a lot of hotels have great restaurants. Eat a great meal. Go upstairs. Go to sleep. It's a great night. Think about the level of entertainment you would have by sitting there and enjoying a great ribeye, great glass of wine, and you get to watch all of this transpire. Just this crazy woman and the whole interaction between her and the bartender before the cops got called. And then the cops come and the whole interaction and the calling people and all of that. And then watching her get arrested and taken out so you can enjoy the rest of your night in peace and quiet and then go up to your room and go to sleep. What a great night. I would have loved to have seen this in person. I would never treat Hilton like this. >> You want me to wish you well on your way right now? No. Okay. Okay. Have a seat. Come on. Have a seat. That hat's ridiculous, also. Or whatever that is. Fuzzy bandana. Just lean back for me. I'm going to reach over to get a seat belt. So great. I love it. I have one female in custody from my location to the station. Starting mileage is 111433. All right, Simona? Exactly. Have a seat. Have a seat for me right here, Simona. All right. Go ahead and have a seat for me right here. Oh, no, no. I need Oh, okay. Um All right. Um one layer of clothing, no earrings, no necklaces. Um shoes If you want to keep your shoes on, take the shoelaces off. Um and we'll go from there, okay? Okay. What am I here for? Um for that That's the service. Stole food. >> Why would you with an address and a place to pay back the bill You have your chance to speak your side of the story. >> want to sit in jail. This is not for me. We'll try to get you out of here as soon as we can. It's not for me. As soon as we get our paperwork done. Okay. So, is that tomorrow morning, tonight? I don't want to sleep here. >> No, it'll be a couple hours depending on how busy we are. >> Okay, but I haven't done anything wrong. Well, like I said, you can say your side of the story. >> with a a situation that is self-explanatory. Seems like you just need to make better relations. >> I mean, I didn't do anything and I didn't do anything wrong. I think we're close enough. The woman was charged with theft and was issued a trespass warning prohibiting her from returning to the Hilton. We didn't make it on card five today. So, I didn't do anything is the only square that I got. If you were playing along at home, you had another card and you got more or you got a bingo, let me know in the comments.
