like man so you're 92 and a 55 yeah I'm sorry that's I apologize for that I apologize that's my that's my fault so when did this let's see I barely got it I never I never registered it cuz well barely is I barely got money I barely got money right now okay so this is in March so March April May June July August September October that's when that's when he got it I just got the car I just got the car that's when he he signed everything and he said they pull you over just you know you taking over there all right so this is your car but it's not registered yet that's go Tov and I got I first I got to worry about her then the my daughter I'm care about my daughter right sure you okay you look okay you know like I that's okay hang they down a bit the little unrestrained girl in the passenger seat has a cut on her head the size of a nickel um and he's at 92 the speed's flashing on my radar um I have this radar unit that I use is a uh it's made by custom signals it's a raptor radar it's the rp1 it's a dual antenna Doppler radar and what it allows me to do is I can lock the speed of a vehicle while still tracking that vehicle speed so if a vehicle's accelerating I could lock it in at 75 76 77 78 all the way as the as the car is going so I can get an accurate representation of the vehicle's top speed um I also like to lock that in one for Sam because he gets to take that that video but I also take a picture of that and I attach it to to uh to each citation so that you can see um attached to the citation what the speed was and it also you know people like oh you just locked that speed in and then you drive around all day um well each one of my citations has a picture of it and the speed's different in each CIT you know in each time I stop someone so I mean I might stop two people both for going 45 and a 25 but I'm traveling at a different speed so um it kind of thwarts that um and I have actual physical proof of the speed that I stopped him at um on the liar that we use it has a timer so you can see how long that speed's been locked in there for so we have different ways that we kind of thwart people um questioning our integrity with no license and no seat belts I I just don't understand why I don't know I I there's so much going on in there there's like a title that was like half signed and not his car and I don't I there's a reason that we leave Santan Valley occasionally so that we can share traffic enforcement with other parts of the county um and out here it's desolate the deputies are really far spread out um they've got a lot of calls for service so they don't they don't pull cars over as much um because they're busy doing Deputy things um so the ability to come out here and just do traffic things is while you get to stop and have contact with people like this um and issue them lots of sights cuz he needs that real bad the stop was conducted in the town of Stanfield um it stanfield's in the southwest corner of panal County um way out away from kind of Due West of cassa grand uh it's a real small farming Community not a whole lot out there there is a market out there with a caria in it food's amazing I brought Sam there we had one of the best lunches we've had so if you're in Stanfield stop there so driving with your license is suspended is your first criminal site criminal speeds your second criminal site not wearing your seat belts your third and then not having Insurance um and you know that this is a by law what do you mean but this this is what US Supreme Court says no license necessary to drive automobiles I don't know where that is or what kind of weird they just ruled against it he shows me some article that he found online where obviously we know everything online is true true um and he's like I don't need a license I'm like sir from what I know here it is talk to the judge about it um people that that are commonly referred to as like Sovereign citizens or sovereigns um he had probably read some article there about the right to travel and how you don't need a license or registration cuz you're traveling um that maybe that's in other states maybe that that's allowed like maybe someone in like Idaho or Montana or Wyoming something like that like somewhere somewhere else maybe that's allowed in Arizona you need a license it's in Arizona law um I I don't know what this I've never heard anything else from this case um we never went to trial the criminal offenses were were never contested like they were uh with the guy with the fictitious plate United States citizens I'm just letting you know I don't I don't know if that's true that is because the police departments are taking money L the governments to militarize their own vehicle I'm just letting you know and I know the lot militarizing militarizing or own vehicles does that look like an I'm not talking about that one but I but I work for the government yeah I know I know but I don't have military vehicle no I'm not talking about those I'm talking about all that stuff which they're going to use against the United States citizen later on with the United Nations a lot of people don't even know them I'm just letting you know a lot of people don't know okay interesting I mean I can I can learn all sorts of give me f thank for letting you know no absolutely so listen what all you have to do is appear tell that to the judge show him that article and say hey man I don't need a license to drive so even though my license is suspended I don't need it anyway all right just need your signature there that just says hey man go there talk to the judge say hey man I don't need a license you know I'm a citizen here and these are my roads I pay taxes um see what his thoughts are on that wherever you're getting get there safe yep I'm going I'm going to the dump and all right and and just so you know as soon as you're so you're going to go to the dump right now is is that where you're headed then I got to take it to the emergency room okay so you're going to go to the dump first and then the emergency room cuz I don't think it's an emergency if you're go into the dump first know why well you can figure it out but this was a couple episodes ago we had take a good poop which I thought personally was a great clickbait title um but guns and ecstasy was a play on the fact that I dealt with guns and multiple people here and then the guy saying that he was ecstatic um was kind of a play on ecstasy so that's that's what that was there was no ecstasy in here um I don't I didn't see anyone ecstasy and I didn't seiz any ecstasy I have the weapon okay okay yeah don't touch that yeah okay so um hang tight there let go ahead and take that gun let's just take that out keep that easy hey that fence I like [Music] license and uh the reason I stopped you is you were speeding on Sunland Jin the posted speed limit there is 50 and I and I didn't even even didn't even mean to drive today because is your license suspended I needed to get my interlock today okay and I just needed to take her to work and and that was all I was that's all I was doing today and that that was it I and so your license is suspended for a DUI yes sir until January and I and I just needed to do this one thing and that's I was already extremely stressed about even doing it I can tell I can tell by your demeanor and so I [Music] I okay you have any weapons in your car just just as 45 if you would like me to get out I can get out just keep your hands where I can see him I can do that okay so I'm glad that you told me cuz I'm looking at it and I was just wed see if you going to tell me the truth or not there's obviously 49 other states around with all different variations of the law in the state of Arizona if you have a gun in the car and a law enforcement officer during a contact with you says hey do you have a gun in the car you have to tell that officer so I'm during this stop I'm looking at this kid's gun stuffed in kind of in between his his driver's seat and the center console just that the I can see the grips sticking out and I asked him that question already knowing that the answer was yes that there was a gun in the car and if he would have said no I would have had him step out and I would have taken him into custody then I would have removed the gun it would have been part of evidence I would have seized it and impounded it and then he would have gone to jail for that criminal offense um I I do this quite a bit when I ask someone if there's a gun in the car it's because I see it um sometimes I ask people if there's guns in the car I try to remember to do it religiously um sometimes I forget I try to do it as much as I can but if I see a gun typically I ask that person giving them the opportunity to be honest with me um and then if they're not then there's a reason why they're not being honest and I'm going to take them into custody so that I can figure that out I'm completely ecstatic right now I'm I don't think ecstatic is the right word cuz that would mean that you would be excited to see me and I don't feel like you're excited to see me no I'm sure so excite ecstatic might not be the proper use of that word but it's okay I appreciate the the attempt at a at a broad vocabulary keep leaning just like that I'm just going to grab that out of there hey I appreciate a 1911 shooter shooting ball ammo ball ammo is made for the range it's range ammo it's what you shoot at paper targets um it that is its single purpose function is to just go through paper that's it um so if you're carrying a gun for for self-defense for home defense um get hollow points they they are round that is meant to deal with with flesh um they use the ballistic advantage of all of the energy within that round uh to create a wound cavity um and do the most damage um incapacitating someone stopping them from doing something that's going to hurt or kill someone um so that's why Police use hollow points and that's why use should do you keep looking for that I'll be back lots of people carry guns so we are used to dealing with people and we just we deal with it accordingly not a big deal um Arizona is a gun carrying State we're proud Second Amendment state obviously my boss is is all about the the freedom of the Second Amendment um and making sure you have guns with you you're contacted on a traffic stop exactly what that guy did was perfect put his hands up here and he's like hey do you you know my gun is right there he didn't reach for it cuz then I reached for mine and that that goes bad let the officer dictate is really the the best way to handle when you have a gun in the car um but we never want to be taken by surprise of like you open up the glove box reaching for your registration and there's a Glock in there we don't know if you're reaching for your registration or your Glock so if you're you keep your gun in your glove box say hey before I open that up I going to let you know that there's a gun in there your license is not suspended I thought it was I know and that that's where the problem problem lies is that you like you know that driving is a privilege right you don't have a right to drive and you're like yeah I'm going to drive anyway luckily you're not violating any laws except for not having your seat belt on and your speed but as far as your license is fine so this is just Catalyst for wearing your seat belt Catalyst for slowing down okay yes now if you did that I would be ecstatic okay I can I can I all right can do that very
