She hit me. >> Where'd she hit you at? >> In the face. I waited to hit you. >> My arm hit your hand, not your face. >> And it wasn't even hard enough for you to really know how mad I was at you. I'm bored to them all the time. [laughter] >> You hit me. And then my stepdad jumped me. Like, you cannot jump a child, right? Sometimes daughters end up choosing to carry out all kinds of evil at everyone's expense. [music] But sooner or later, karma shows up to dish out what they deserve. >> I'm not leaving. You can't force me. You can't touch me and touch me if you want to >> again and be in my car and then have her calling me 100 times a day. >> You're you're you're a 30-year-old woman. Figure it out. >> Yes. >> Tas me resisting. >> [screaming] >> Here are several moments when evil daughters finally got what they deserve. Starting with Max, who brought down hell on her family because her parents didn't meet [music] her desires. >> Calm down. My daughter decided she was going to throw herself a tantrum because I threatened to take off without her. >> I'm your only kid. Let me go right now. >> Daddy, please. I love you forever and ever. Dad, >> stop listening to that. Listen to your daughter. On August the 7th, 2023, under a bright New Mexico sun, officers arrived outside a local store after multiple members of a family called [music] in distress reports for their daughter identified as Max, who had been inflicting harm on them non-stop as if she were getting paid by the hour. >> What's going on? >> We came here for commodities. >> Uhhuh. >> I get a phone call to my daughter. She's in the bathroom, I guess. >> Is she the one wearing black? >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. That's my mom my head. >> Uhhuh. >> They were at it. So then all of a sudden she's threatening not to open the door for her to get in. She's homeless. She had her sister. It's also homeless. I scared that she could help. I've been trying to help. >> Did they hit each other? >> Just cat scratches and just calm down. >> You want to go talk to her and then I'll talk to you later. >> So what happened today? My daughter decided she was going to throw herself a tantrum because I threatened to take off without her while she was visiting over there. I was sweating out here putting the groceries away and her and my sister still hadn't gotten back to the lead. >> Her and your sister? >> Yes. >> Where's your sister at? >> She left. >> Okay. >> She wasn't going to stick. >> So, she was threatening to leave. >> No, my sister can tell you everything. I got her number. >> Okay. No, her but your but your daughter was threatening to leave. >> No, she got into the truck. She cuz I was threatening her. >> She got into the driver's seat. >> Yeah. She took off running and she jumped. She pushed me. jumped in and she goes, "I'll call him." She said, she calls her dad for everything. >> Where was he at the whole time? >> He was at work. >> Where were you hit at? >> She hit me here. She hit me here and she hit me in the cheek. Well, she threw at me. She threw the bag of sugar right in my face in front of her dad. He talked me basically told me to get into the back seat so she can get in so we can leave. That's when she goes, "You're really taking your give her a ride? You're really going to have her in the car with me? You choose. You choose. You have 3 seconds to choose between me and her. Dad, who's it going to be? Her?" Blah blah blah blah blah. She on her knees up here in the passenger reached over here and she was >> swinging. Okay. Let me go talk to her. Okay. >> All right. >> Seeing that the cop's presence meant that Karma was just sitting by the corner. She needed to find a way to slip under the radar, even if it meant trying to play the victim even when she didn't look like the victim. >> What was going on? >> My mom, I don't know, did what she said and threaten me. >> She threatened you? How did she threaten you? She pretty much said that she was going to call you if I said or did anything wrong. >> Can you tell me the whole story, please? >> I mean, I can share your text. She just got mad because first of all, she wanted me to try to take advantage of the commodities and I didn't want to. She >> doesn't live with you guys. She doesn't live [music] with you guys. No, she >> Well, she does. She sleeps on the couch. >> What happened in the vehicle? >> She said that I threw things at her that I was violent, which I wasn't. So that's why I'm here hiding. >> Did you throw things at her? >> Had her dog. That was it. >> He never threw anything at her cuz she's saying you threw sugar at her and some other things. Didn't Did you guys start hitting each other? >> No. My dad stopped it. >> Not going to lie, I was going to, but my dad said no. So I backed off. >> But cuz your dad's saying that you guys are both going at it. >> I never made contact. >> Who started it? H >> she did. >> She started hitting you. But >> is this Maxine? >> Yes, sir. >> Are you on the phone? Can I talk to you real quick? >> Yes, sir. >> Um, did do you want to press you charges for her scratching you? >> Are you okay? >> Sorry, my >> Are you okay? >> She knows how to go away. >> Do you want to start? >> If I do, what's happen? >> Are you okay? Can you think right? Do you need water? >> I can hear it. I just I need a brace. >> Okay. >> She clearly mistook the officer's friendly approach for weakness, but she had a big surprise coming her way. >> Can you have Can you stand up for me, please? Can you put your stuff in your purse? >> Am I being arrested? Sure. >> For what? >> For battery in the hospital. Stand up, please. >> I won't die. >> You will talk to me later. No, I want him right now. >> Okay, set up for me. >> Is actually going to be a different >> Look, >> I want my dad right now. >> So, all of a sudden, you changed. >> You're going to arrest me for something I didn't do yet. >> Your dad saw it. He told me the story. >> Told you what? >> You're throwing things out. >> Like what? >> The groceries you guys had a charger. He saw it. Can't stand up my phone. >> Nope. >> I don't want to force you. Okay. >> You forced me. That's good because I didn't do anything wrong. So, >> are you serious? Wait. Okay. Please, >> please give me a hand and we'll walk and I'll talk we'll talk to your dad. Please. Let's go. >> That's not okay. >> Talk to your dad. You'll talk to >> No. No. Go ask him. >> No. What? >> No. Uh-uh. I'm literally going to call your mom. >> Dad. Johnny. Dad. Johnny. Johnny. >> Dad. Are youing kidding me? >> DON'T BE SCARED, >> JOHNNY. Are youing kidding me? >> No, you're kidding me. >> Really? >> No. Get me out. Get me out. >> Get me out, >> Johnny. Go home. I'll go to sleep. Get me up. Johnny. Daddy. Dad. >> No. Let me go. Dad. >> Do you want him to take your belongings or go with you? >> Dad. >> Central. >> Dad. Stop. >> No. I told you to stop. >> Okay, I'll stop. I'm not going to go to jail. Dad, stop. Please. No. I'm not going to be arrested. Dad, you're >> already underrested. Now you're resisting arrest. cuz it's youring fault. >> All right, you could you could go, sir. You want to stay, >> Dad? Dad, let me go right now. You're such a disappointment, Johnny. You really want me to be in jail? Really? You're going to choose her over me? Are youing kidding me? You piece of Let me go. Let me go, Johnny. You better let me go right now. Johnny, you better let me go right now. >> Next, can you hear me? [music] I'm Officer Apples with the the Oscars Police Department. Just give me a second. >> Though she hadn't yet realized it was game over and the officers didn't care ABOUT HER FEELINGS. >> JOHNNY. >> HEY, MAX. ARE YOU really believing that piece of you over your cat? >> Maxim, listen. >> Johnny. >> Maxine, we'll have A CHANCE TO TALK. >> SHUT THE UP. >> LISTEN, >> JOHNNY. >> WE'LL HAVE A CHANCE TO TALK HERE IN A SECOND, >> JOHNNY. >> BUT WE GOT TO GET YOU IN THE CAR. You're going to you're going to get yourself in trouble. You understand? >> You need to sit down in the car. Or you can YOU'RE GOING TO IT UP RIGHT HERE. >> Ask him. >> We'll let you talk to him once you calm down. >> No, ask him. >> No, we're not going to play these games. Stop. >> Then don't play my >> Listen, you're not going to make a difference. >> I gave you the option. >> Daddy, please. I love you forever and ever. >> Oh, this burns. >> Burns. Hell up. You still want to play that game? >> You realize it's hot out here, right? >> Yeah. You >> take my arms out. >> It's harder. >> She was in. >> All I want to do get my arms out so I can just wipe my hair off my face and just get over it. >> We're going to do it one more time then. If you don't comply, there's something else. So, just let my arms go. >> Let's just pull her on this way. There you go. If I'm correct, this is forest. So, >> it's you not saying the car is what it is. >> I'm joining. >> I want to talk to my dad. That's it. >> Huh? Here, you hold her real quick. >> Finally, her illusion of I am unmovable came to an end. And all that was left for her was to brace herself for a hard cold cell. >> Your behavior is just reinforcing why you're >> my behavior is because I don't trust you. >> You are not doing your job. >> Why are you moving me? >> Do you move around like you're getting up in bed? But >> how can I? My legs, my arms. So why are you holding me? There's >> no way I can get off. >> And we're going to make sure that you have to lean forward. Lean forward. You got to lean forward. Though the medical report offered her a hint of redemption, she was still left to dance to the tune of the music that she had set for herself. >> Is there any way, shape, or form I can get out of this other than my own recgnisses tomorrow? >> That can be. >> Yes. >> Just let me go. Let me >> Maxine, look, I'm already here. I can't change it. Okay. >> Yes, you can. >> Once you're under arrest, I need to take you to the jail. I can just unarrest somebody and just let them go >> if it's under wrongful circumstances. Yes, you can. >> Mm-m. Come on, Rex. Actually, you can't change it. Okay. >> Right. Just let me go and I will deal with it tomorrow. >> Let's go inside. I I can't let you go. Okay. We're already in. They know you're here. Come on. They're waiting for us before they come out and they'll start something else and I really don't want that. >> What time is it right now? >> Right now it is 7:27. >> Oh, that is [ __ ] There's no way in how I'm spending all night in the show. Come on, Maxine. >> No. >> What is today? >> Today is Monday, August 7th. >> Oh, this is [ __ ] I want out right now. >> Come on. >> Maxine, come on. >> No, you don't have my babe. You have nothing worth me dealing with this [ __ ] for. >> Let's go. >> No, >> Maxine. >> No, dude. Seriously, I'm tired and I'm pissed off. Either you have my vape. I can take a couple hits. If not, then drag me. >> I don't have your vape. Come on. >> No, I got it. I'll let you, but I don't have it. >> I am beyond pissed off. You're arresting me for no reason. >> Why are you caugh at the hospital now? I'm here. You're not. Did you think you were going to go away over there? >> Yes. >> No. >> This is [ __ ] I'm being arrested for no reason. >> Been arrested since you're over there. >> Why am I arrested? >> Because of the battery in house. >> Oh, okay. >> And resisting an arrest. >> Okay. They're resisting. I guess I get but whating proof do you have? that have enough probable cause. >> Like what? >> And the court could settle that. We'll settle that. Come on, let's go. They're waiting for us. >> No, I am beyond pissed. No. >> Let's go. >> No. Beyond pissed. >> No. >> Let's go, Max. >> Do you want to go back in that thing? Come on. >> Bro, you're hurting me. Why? >> Let's go. No, no. Tomorrow morning [ __ ] >> My hand is literally both of them are swelling. So, someone needs to lose them. We're taking the off now. >> In the end, she was charged with battery against a household member and resisting arrest. Unlike Max, this 25-year-old seemed to find sport in tormenting her siblings whenever she felt like it. And this has not been the first time that she's walked off like this. I've just refrained because that's my child. >> So, what was going on before you hit her? >> She put hands on her sister. This is wrong. She got in my face, pushed me. I can't deal. I I won't allow it. >> My toes are like, "Oh, listen. Listen. You should see some stuff over here. That ain't going to be nothing." On April the 29th, 2025, officers showed up after a fedup mom called reporting her 25-year-old daughter assaulting her youngest sister whenever she felt like it. >> What's going on? >> Sorry, I'm going to call the cops on my daughter. She's She flipped the out. She hit her. She's got to go. >> She hit who? >> She hit her her sister. >> How old is your daughter? >> 25. This one's 18. So, we're waiting out here. I I she just she she flipped the out >> about what? >> Well, we're having it rough as like life is lifing. >> Yeah. >> But you know, she her mouth is just it's bad. I told you to clean the up like you didn't. So I told her I'm like, "You didn't go off on your friend when I had your friend here who wasn't doing nothing. You going to hit your sister. You got to go." Bottom line, I'm I'm not doing this. >> What she get hit at? >> Olivia, show I I She was attacking her. I had to get on top. >> Where she get hit at? Olivia, he's What do you want to do? You just So you need He needs to see. Look, I need you to come out so he can see. >> Okay, she doesn't want to get out. But you're more than welcome to look at her. >> Hello. >> But she can't stay here. She's got to go. I paid all the bills here. She's on the lease only because she uh is my child and she had nowhere else to go. We've been here 5 years. She's got to go. >> So, what's this over again? >> She just flipped. I don't care if she told her to pick up the house or whatever. Like, you're not in charge. You didn't give her birth. >> I'm the mother. >> And so, she she went the off. She cannot be here. >> She's a good kid, man. She don't She >> spinning the story. >> See, I You're going to have to get her cuz she's going to swing. >> I pissed the off went off started argue. I'm sorry. I'm talking right now. Oh, well, don't care. You put your hands on me first. Don't give a >> you talking about >> you got anything on you? >> No. >> You understand when somebody tells you to stop. I ain't got time for this kind of foolishness. I'm trying to make solve problems here and you go get put your feet in. I ain't got time for this mess. >> Now, this is not something that I want. >> How do you spell your last name? >> P I You need paramedics. No, >> I can't allow this. I'm sorry. I mean, you know, we're all lifing. [music] We're family. We shouldn't be beefing like this. And And she went off. >> It ain't right. >> Is it just a scratch? >> Yeah. >> Anything else? >> Her skin. She's always red like this just because I see a scratch on her face. >> Yeah, that's where she scratched her. >> After taking down her mother's full account, the officers had a pretty clear game plan. But for now, they had to play along. Although they had more than enough to take her in, for the sake of justice, they needed to give her a fair hearing. >> What's going on today? >> I was arguing. >> Why? >> Long story short, I worked all day, came home, wasn't clean. She was supposed to clean up. That's my little sister, >> right? >> I'm standing in front of my mom. She's standing behind my mom. She swung on me. I swung back. That's exactly what happened. So, she put her hands on me. I put my hands back on her. Do what you want with that information. I don't care. Are you hurt at all? >> No, I'm not hurt. Do >> you have any injury at all? >> No. >> She's 18 years old, so if if she wants to press charges, I'm going to press charges right back. >> After her brief but detailed confession, the officers had one very important thing left to be done. >> I am mother. Yes. >> What uh what happened? >> Okay, so we got home from work. We both at the same place. She's 18. She's at home. Life's been rough, you know, just liking. She's texting her, telling her, you know, clean the house, which she did clean. I'm the mother. She went the off. Oh, this ain't done. Told her to do this and this. Got into her face. I had to get between them two. >> Like, she went the off. Like, I'm not dealing with this. This me just eating a seat. But she's not going to put hands on her either, right? >> And you're going to fight her like that's your sister. You're pushing 30 years old. >> Get your together. >> She doesn't live here with you, right? >> She does. All my Yes. They're all on the on on the lease. >> Oh, she does live. >> Yes, I paid the bills here. >> I didn't I was I met her. I didn't know she was living here. >> Yes, she is my oldest daughter. I have three children, but I I don't I hate I I didn't want to call the cops >> cuz that's not what I do. She That ain't cool. That's not cool. She should have never struck her sister. I don't give I don't give a [ __ ] you know. Talk to her that way. I'm done. I'm done. She cannot She cannot. No. Sorry. >> He's going to have uh a form for you to fill out and then you'll have Nickel's assistance. All that information on it for you. >> Okay. And with her cuz she can't stay here. >> She's going to jail. >> Okay. >> For the night. >> Okay. Fine. >> They're not going to keep her for long. >> Oh, that's fine. By me. >> Not my problem. >> She'll go to jail. You said she is on the lease. >> She is. She will be off tomorrow morning when I go down to the office. I >> was going to say follow up with >> Oh, trust me, she will be off the lease tomorrow. >> Um, she'll probably see a judge in the morning. I don't care for honest to God. >> When when she does, they'll issue a protection order. So, she won't be allowed around here until this case is over. >> That's fine. That's fine by me. I mean, I've s my stomach over this. This is This is not right. This is We're We're family. We're supposed to stick together. I don't care if she didn't dust right. You were not the one to to jump up and act like >> your dick sweeping the floor cuz it's not. Sorry. I love her to death. I love her to death, but what she did to her, that ain't right. >> It's not right. Don't put your hands on on on your on your blood. >> I agree. Should be consequences. So, she'll have to face >> and I feel bad for I love her as a kid. >> You know, this is up, but I can't have her in the house being terrorized and us walking on eggshells because she decided to flip out because nothing she didn't clean good enough. It ain't happening. >> Is she willing to fill out a victim statement? >> Do you want to fill out a victim statement? It's your choice. You want to explain that to her. She doesn't know >> what I know. It's just a statement of what happened today. >> You want to >> You do. She said yes. I'm sorry. I'm I'm I'm I'm completely embarrassed. I This isn't right. This is not right. >> It's not your fault. >> It's not right. >> It's not right at all. >> Not the only one it happens to. >> And this has not been the first time that she's walked off like this. I've just refrained because that's my child. What do I look like when calling the piece of my own child, you know? Like >> looks like somebody that doesn't have any options. >> This is a car. It's not right. >> What' you see, Mom? >> I'm sorry. >> What' you see? >> What did I see? I got in the middle of them. >> What' you see? >> Um, she was popped off. There was I mean I that the stuff wasn't cleaned enough. the stuff by the TV. But I mean, it's just normal living stuff. There's I mean, she it's not a valid argument for her to put her hands on her at the end of the day. Wasn't a valid argument for her to pop off like that. >> Okay. But what did you see happening besides her popping off? Like physically, what' you What did you see? >> She started swinging. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Huh. She got upset. >> You willing to go down You willing to go downtown to sign charges? Uh, I really don't want to do that. >> What do you want done today? >> I'm sorry. >> What do you want done today? >> She can't be here. >> Okay. >> At this stage, the outcome of this investigation balanced on a thin line. She could probably talk her way to freedom or probably complicate things further. But with entitlement in the mix, there was a chance that she was going to make things much harder. >> What do you think could have been done better today? um are not putting their hands on me and that's that. >> You think maybe your aggressive way of talking? >> No, because we argue 24/7. >> You think you're you understand? >> I talk nicely and it gets to the point where I have to talk like this or else or else the message doesn't get through doesn't get done. >> This is the thing that this is the thing that mom says is that you don't control her. You're not her parent so you shouldn't be talking to her like that anyway. >> It don't It doesn't matter. I want my name is on that beach. It doesn't matter. I can talk however I want you in my house. >> Okay. But you got to also understand that your way of talking might provoke somebody to do something. >> Well, it's about today. So, this is not nothing new. This is absolutely not nothing. Absolutely not nothing. >> You feel like you did nothing wrong then? >> No, I don't actually. She She just completely spun the story to make it look like I'm some crazy. I just can't work. I'm stressed. I'm literally stressed. We don't have >> Can't tell you. >> You don't have electric day. It's hard enough. >> So it's hard on. So what you saying >> enough? >> It's hard on everybody, right? >> To be there all day and not do and then you want to punch her hand on me. She's lucky. That's all she got was a little tap. She's lucky. >> But you got to It's hard on there. It's not just hard on you, right? It's it's hard on everybody, right? Everybody in that house is going through the same thing pretty much, so to speak, right? >> Am I right or am I not >> all the time? >> Am I not right? >> I get what you're saying, but >> is is that not I mean, is that not the truth? >> I mean, you all live in the same residence. >> So, if nobody has If one person doesn't have electricity, that means all you don't have it, right? Despite the stack of statements already on record, more than enough to put her behind bars, more confessions kept coming. Each one more terrifying than the previous one. >> So, what was going on before you hit her? >> She was in my face. >> Yes, she got in my face and >> How did that make you feel? >> I'm sorry. Go ahead. >> Huh? >> I was mad. >> You were mad. >> I mean, what were you thinking when she was doing it? But she's talk. She always talks to her. She's nasty. She's mean. She's disrespectful. She's put holes in my walls upstairs. This is not the first time. I cannot deal with this. She put hands on her sister. This is wrong. She got in my face, pushed me. I can't deal. I I won't allow it. >> Where'd you hit her at her face? >> What happened? But she only and I'm not saying that that's it cuz it's not right. But she only did that because Michaela was getting in our face. She was like like a pit bull. I'm telling you. I know. My daughter >> Mom, she says she was snatching stuff out of her hand. >> Yes. She tried to throw away all the computer cords, all this stuff that I bought. I said, "What are you doing?" I said, "I bought that. It's all going in the trash." I'm like, "What are you talking about? It's sitting on the couch >> because she's feeling some type of way. That's That's wrong. And it's it's wrong. It's not right. >> I I pay for everything. Everything. >> She goes to school. She goes to work. She don't complain. >> So, what are we doing? So, right now we're just trying to get the whole picture of it. >> Yeah. >> It's complicated. I >> I understand that. >> Um, we got the whole We got the story from you. We got the story from her. >> Um, and it did seem like she was like the more aggressive one and that's why she's in the back of her car right now. >> However, when you fill out a statement and says, "I swung at her first," then you become the primary aggressor. We try to figure out what led ask you something. So when somebody's in your face, >> she was in my She pushed me, got in my face, then was getting into her face, so I step in between both of them. >> She's she she's nasty. >> That That's why we're asking the extra questions. >> I understand. Yeah, I I get it. >> We We have to figure out, you know, all the little details that led up to >> I love her. I'll do anything for her, but I can't I This cannot happen. This is not the first time that that she has gone. This is not the first time. This is just the first time that I called the police. >> Hold this open door. >> So yeah, let's let's do this cuz I just want to get this over with. >> I'll go get her shoes. >> Okay. >> She'll go to jail tonight. >> Uh she'll see a judge in the morning. >> It'll be they'll ask her guilty, not guilty for an arraignment. U then she'll answer however she answers. She'll be issued a protection order saying you're not allowed to come back to this house or be within 500 ft or whatever it is with uh >> and then what about her belongings that are here? >> She'll be allowed one time to be escorted by a deputy >> to come out, grab personal items, whatever she's going to need to get her through. >> Um but deputy will be here for that. >> Okay. >> And then after that, she won't be allowed to return. If she does, she'll get arrested again. >> Okay. After careful deliberation and heated debate over the case's complexities, the officers finally made their position clear. >> Sorry, come on out. >> You know, you might as well go ahead and turn that phone off. >> Wait, are you allowed to write numbers down or >> Yeah. >> Huh? >> I believe so. >> Fine. You're doing all right. >> What they bring you on? >> My sister [laughter] me. >> So probably crazy. >> All right. So what's going to probably happen? Let me I'm going to make it real simple for you. It's not a crazy ass charge. Okay. You're going to pray down here. You're going to get booked. You're going to go to court in the morning. They're going to give you some type of honor and you're going to get the hell out of here. Go over here for a long time. Okay. >> No, I get it. >> All right. So, having that in mind, do you want to talk to us? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, basically, I mean, you kind of admitted to everything while you >> But I also want to talk to a lawyer instead. >> Okay. Well, you'll get the chance to do that. >> Okay. So, then I know when you'll be fine. All right. Thank you. She was absolutely lost in her own fantasy because she somehow believed it was just another day to get away with her manipulative tantrums. >> Was it more than once that she hit you like that? >> She slapped me a couple of times. >> Oh, you were laying on the couch in the living room. >> No, I was sitting on the couch in the living room. >> Okay. >> Or I might have She might have um or I was standing up and then she started hitting me so I like fell back onto the couch. So, then I don't want to talk to you. >> Oh, fine. All right. Thank you. >> That lawyer point for you. >> Okay. I would too. Like maybe my lawyer will be my best friend. Why would my whole family pick on me all the time? [snorts] >> What's your social, dear? >> I don't know. I'm the last four. >> A gang member who was trying to kill me. Like what? And then she called the police for me hitting her one time and she used to hit me all the time. I'm not even talking about just as a kid. She just got You got released from the hospital today, right, Autumn? >> Yeah. >> My mom doesn't love me alone. What's coming to you? >> Yeah. I appreciate your comment. >> That's probably him. I bet it would be. >> Yeah, I got like baby stupid. [laughter] Oh, I love thinking. >> Everyone's like, "You think too much?" I'm like, "I don't care. >> This is what makes me health court would be a good idea." Okay, I'll I'll make that recommendation then. >> Guys, I'm bored. No. >> Oh, okay. Is it so fun to just walk around? What if it was a It would still be fun. What if I told you? [laughter] Okay. Then I would like, [laughter] oh my god, I don't give a. >> She was beginning to realize that things were a little more serious than she thought. But for a woman like her, she probably had some lousy reasons to justify her actions. >> And then my stepdad jumped me. Like, you cannot jump a child, right? Like imagine if everyone in the family just started whooping y and it's like well we are your parents all I said was and I've cussed in arguments all the time with them. Is it illegal for a little kid to say a bad word? >> It's not >> exactly. So why can't Well, what's your reason? Cuz I know you use it like that. Everyone in my family would have. And then Sean just said, "No, you're not allowed to cuss anymore." Why? So, I can cuss anywhere I want as long as she's not around. Like, what? That makes no sense. >> Seeing her sound a little more coherent, the officers were beginning to have some second thoughts about her. Perhaps she was just an addict and not necessarily entitled. But even that wasn't going to change things. [laughter] She hates me. [laughter] Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. >> I'm going to self transport one FEMA County starting at 73.3. Oh, can I not go to jail? >> No. With this kind of charge, you have to >> the state of Ohio basically said we would get in trouble if I didn't take it. >> But I guess on the good news probably will be out tomorrow. Oh, >> most likely you don't really get help very long for DV. The thing is though, once you're out, there'll be a protection order in place. So, you can't >> That'll be a what? >> A protection order. >> Okay. >> So, you can't communicate with mom. You can't go to mom's house. You can't be around her. >> All right. That's actually a good system for me at least. I don't know about everyone else in the world cuz you know, we all have different. We all have different lives. I don't know. Maybe I should actually talk to my mom. Do you struggle with mental health stuff? >> Yes, very bad. I don't remember anything. I actually like once I get out of jail, I probably even just forgot I was in jail two days later. >> Do you use any kind of right now? >> Yeah, but I was kind of like that before. And anyways, I was almost and my whole family doesn't even check up on me or try to protect me from the world. >> Do you think rehab would help you at all? >> I really don't think I need if I can. Like I literally asked my mom if she wanted my vape after I broke her cigarettes. She was like, "Mom, if we're quitting, we're quitting." Okay, so then why do you keep on doing it? I'm addicted. Oh, but it's okay when I'm quote unquote addicted to and you're not going to give me any. Like, I don't know. Both of that makes no sense. I just want to smoke. I'm not even addicted to it right now, but I do get addicted to it sometimes. That's why I try to tell her like, "Mom, like we can be best friends. You can tell me that I'm getting addicted like and then I can stop smoking." Plain, I don't know. That's like normally like [laughter] Oh my gosh. I didn't have my seat belt on. You're breaking the law. You're going to jail. You're going to jail. >> I got you here safely, didn't I? >> No. You're going to jail. Okay. >> I'm telling on you. >> Was it your responsibility to have that seat on you? >> No, cuz I can't even put it on. >> Oh, that's fair. I don't know. Do I [laughter] [laughter] know you love it, too? Oh my gosh. [laughter] Oh my god. Why made you do that? I don't know. [laughter] Oh my god. Remember the cop in the world who just acted like he went missing, stole a cop car, and kidnapped someone. >> It's not funny. But it was a little bit funny cuz I was random as I get it. >> In the end, she was charged with domestic violence. While some daughters carried out their evil act occasionally, some randomly, like this 24year-old maniac, a nursing mother later identified as Taylor, who went extreme by afflicting her mom at an odd hour of the night like it was normal, only to be tamed by the cops in a way she would never forget. >> She's she's bigger than me, so she's like I'm coping me, and I'm trying to push her off of me. And I did bite her to get her off of me cuz I couldn't breathe. >> Why would you want to go to jail? Because I realize I love Joe, but just the camera. >> You and Jared. >> Not really mom's fault. >> You let him call this and I'm doing this to prove you guys something. Stop sending me to 1A. Stop calling the cops. >> On December the 19th, [music] 2024, at an odd hour of the night in Ohio, officers from the Chilikothy Police Department received a call from a distressed mother concerning her 25-year-old daughter, Taylor, was [music] making life a living hell for her, especially at any odd hour of the night. >> What's going on? >> Yeah. Well, I've tried to ignore this, but I was laying on the couch with her daughter and she jumped on top of me and I couldn't move. So, you know, I'm trying to get off. I had my other daughter to get [music] her, but she said she's not coming out. >> How was your How old was this daughter? >> This one is 24, but she broke a gallon of paint that through the house. She's just paralyzed the whole house. >> She said she wants restraining orders. I mean, you can >> She No, she she's not. She's >> so what? >> Because she was sleeping and my sat and asked her told her to get up because her daughter was crying. I was giving her back was taking care of her. I always >> walk over here a little bit. So what kind of stepping on each other's toes there >> and um they started arguing. Well, as soon as you get her flared up, this is what happens. Usually you just try to ignore it and she'll calm down. They were fighting and arguing. I was like, I was going to call the car out. So then she kept going. She said she was going to get dressed to her dad. So I called her dad who she was recording here. But um she started down the paint and it went from the bathroom all the way. And I was trying to sing it, but she's just destroying everything and won't stop. I'm laying on the couch not talking to her, letting her do what she's doing, yelling at me, and she jumps on top of me and I can't breathe. So I yell for her sister to help me. She was laying. Well, she's she's bigger than me. So, she's like I'm cing me and I'm trying to push her up off of me and I did bite her to get her off of me cuz I can't breathe. But yeah, >> but she's hit me upside my head and I I do have a knot. It's just I can't take it anymore. I just can't I keep trying. It's not screw that. She's >> What this? >> Yeah, she's broke the iPod or the cake pot thing. I [music] just I didn't want to call you. >> You said her and the brother was or you >> last show it stop escalating cuz I told him to stop. >> So at what point why does it turn on you? >> She always turns on me always. It's I do everything. I'm She tells everybody I'm She tells him that I'm a no good piece of mom. I mean, I can go >> to her. >> After her mother spoke from a place of deep pain, the officers turned to Taylor. She now had a chance to prove her mom wrong if she was smart enough. >> I'll talk to you. I'll do anything. Just follow me. Please stay away. >> Hey, stop. Stop. Calm down. >> My stuff's in there. >> My daughter's in here. >> She's standing right there. Okay, it's okay. >> I can't leave my daughter. Can you please follow me? [music] >> Thunder's family. >> Whatever's here. >> Be able to shut the TV off. >> I don't have a chance to check her. Can you ask her out and chase off his family? >> So, what's going on? >> Um, I got sent to one egg the other day, right? >> Okay. >> I have a lot of mental problems. >> And that's from where I was a little kid and my stepfather touched me, you know, >> and I've been [music] trying to face those ever since I had my first son. >> Okay. And I try to but I have all these people in my life [music] that keep and that's my mom, my brother, and the people downstairs. You know, I'm not I'm trying to protect my kids and keep [music] my kids. I got a CPS case. I'm clean though. If you just take me somewhere with my kid instead of just >> What was all the yelling about? >> Because she got mad because I just tried to hold her down. She said she was going to call cops. Stop calling cops. Stop trying to yell for help. Why can't you just talk to me? >> Well, why are we holding her down? Because she was biting me and [music] she was trying to call the cops. Stop calling cops. That's not going to fix her situation. We need to sit here and fix it by ourselves. Cuz cops scared me. >> So she was biting you. >> Yes, she was biting. I was just trying to hold her down so that people downstairs would come out and see. I'm just trying to hold her down and talk to her. I'm not trying to hurt her. She's my mom. >> So what what escalated to where what made her bite you? >> I was holding her down like trying to get her to stop. She's trying to stop. Like we need to talk. Stop doing this. >> Why would your mom bite you? like what caused >> she wants to make me think I'm the problem. You know, I've been I've been sick. I was at the hospital the other day, right? I told them to give me the shot because when I was in some behavioral they give us they instantly lift us up, cover our mouth, put us in like a closet. So when they hit us with we're instantly out, we can't talk about nothing, you know, because we're not in the right state of mind. Well, now I'm in the right state of mind and I'm clean and I'm I'm right. I'm trying everything to keep my kids. They're all looking for officers and I don't know how to keep them safe without me trying to realize this is I'm trying to tell you guys the truth. I try to talk to you guys but you guys don't want to talk to me together. You guys just want to play mind games. I'm 25 years old. I'm exhausted. I'm telling you business. I'm exhausted officer. >> Who's playing mind games with you? Talk about your mom. >> My mom mostly. >> Okay. I just I just want a restraining order against my mom, my brother, and my sister. And and I'll be just taking me to Sky Road with my daughter >> for the night so I know I'm safe. >> Yeah, you can't do that. It's a little outside my jurisdiction. >> Yeah, someone that can. >> How long have you been staying here? >> I I I live here. >> Okay. >> I have no coming here and so do my dad. I have milk and I like a straightening order against my dad. Then can I get those five straightening orders and then I won't talk to him. >> All right. Well, take take deep breaths. Okay. you're extremely elevated. So, take some deep breaths, exhale out. So, as far as training orders, you have to you have to go do the ground work. You have to go down to the courthouse and fill out the proper paperwork to start that process. That's something I can't do for you this evening. >> That's fine. Can you help me just get a ride to [music] discover a road somehow? >> I I can't unless you got money for a taxi, then maybe that's a possibility. >> I have I know that's [music] enough. >> However, we have this whole issue between you and your mom of your mom biting you, you holding her down. I was just trying to I know and I'm [clears throat] I'm admitting my wrongs. I'm trying to admit it. I'm not trying to probably shouldn't have escalated to that point, but to like your sister. >> Yeah, Tori's my sister. Tori breaks me. I don't know how to speak Rsby, but Tori >> That's okay. I was just curious >> and they're downstairs. >> All right. But it was just you and your mom was upstairs, right? >> Yeah. And she was yelling for help before anything called I was like, "You're not helping this by yelling yelling for help. you're you can't you wouldn't even sit down like a normal family and talk. >> I mean, >> and she won't do that. So, I was holding her down to get her to stop like trying to come at me and get in my face. I wasn't trying to hold her down to hurt her. I was trying to get her to realize, "Mom, this is what needs to fix. I've been to what I had so many times in mental hospitals. I'm just trying to fix what I done wrong with me fix what I've done wrong here." And I'm too far behind and trying to get, you know, it's just a struggle. >> I went to 1A so I could get and a messed me up even more. The security guards messed me up even more. I used to work out there, you know, and they posted me on Craigslist and everything and that's what really hurt. So, ever since then, I've not worked since then. >> Just when the officers thought that they had seen it all and could now close the book, Taylor's mother dropped a bombshell, [music] proving they still had plenty of loose ends to tie up. >> Pictures of the paint like cuz I was like, I started cleaning it. But you can see there it's and it went clear to the couch. But oh that's cuz I came in here taking pictures of everything that was down but >> but that's what she's screaming >> she >> I went to rehab. I've turned back and I'm still trying to fix everything but um >> but she has her own bedroom to go to the living room is the only room I have. So I've asked her like just go to the bedroom and she won't. She just she just wants to see me just go. That's what she want. >> Yeah. Yeah. Well, and so she hit this on my head earlier and I ignored that. But then now she with her hiccup in hand side of my head >> and you jump up and listen to me and it takes me to be like this before you listen to me. I hear you. I just don't >> So she jumped on you and kind of for >> Yeah, she was on me. I don't really cuz Yeah, I'm just trying to get her off. just I felt like I was being smurthered so get off and she said four and five more. >> So did she actually put her arm around like not arm on your neck or was it just you felt kind of like >> I felt like I mean like cuz she's on top of me so there's like there's me fighting her and that's she's just bigger than me. You know what I mean? Like >> I just want to I'm just trying to clear some things. I just I didn't know if like it just made you feel real I guess across the >> but I'm on the couch and she comes and jumps on top of me. So I mean how am I supposed to feel? >> Yeah, I got you. >> And I wasn't fighting back and I wasn't even trying to fight with her. She said she was leaving and she would just left everything be fine. But like I said I called the cops last week had him take her to Adena. So [music] this is just like keeps going and escalating. Next time she Oh, she was threatening me too. Like you better sleep over you. [music] Oh, one half. >> Yeah, I know if I got that on record, too. But >> I mean, I called her dad. Her dad's heard it half the night, too. If you want to put him on speaker. >> So, how did you end up getting her off of it by >> screaming and having her sister came up to fight too? Like to push her up out of the way and get off of me. But then when I told her I'm calling the cops now, she grabbed me by this part and was trying to trip me up cuz I'm trying to run out. My phone wouldn't dial for some reason cuz I'm standing outside trying to call you. I have to call for dad [music] to call you guys to come here. >> So, where's the other daughter at? [music] >> Um, I think they left. They didn't want to take any trouble. >> They don't want any trouble. We don't want any trouble. We just want her to >> A second's passed and the evidence piled up enough to put Taylor in serious trouble. Her mother made her stance clear, even if it meant putting her own daughter on the line. >> So, what what would what are you wanting to see out of this? I she can just go just go until the morning and and she can take her daughter and do whatever. You know what I mean? Go to Bright View. I >> I don't care. Go to your room for the rest of the night. Just leave me alone. Stay away from me. That's it. So, I had a couple hops last weekend on her for 72 hours. She did this straight. She's not taking her meds like she should. >> Yeah, I I can tell that. >> I don't really see her get in trouble, but >> I can only take so much. And so, her daughter was laying with me. I'm not fighting back with her. I don't want to fight with her. And I know if I keep my mouth shut after, usually after a while, she stops. But she come over and she picked her daughter up. And I thought she was just moving her into the couch with her cuz she always tells me I can't see her kids when she does. >> Yeah, you guys sleep together. >> Um and then she come over and she jumped on me. And that's when I'm 5'4, she's 6'4. I can't >> push her. I'm trying to push her up off of me. I told her to get off of me. I screamed, "Get off of me to ch my lungs." >> Mhm. and she just she wouldn't. But um >> any particular reason why she did this or >> I still couldn't figure out really like >> she was sleeping and she got woke up. She has a bedroom. Okay. The living room's the only bedroom I have and she knows that. But she stays in the living room. So my phone rang and woke her up >> and she just got pissed off. That one's not even playing for some reason. >> Do you have any marks or anything like that when she was holding you down? >> No, there's no marks. in a in what manner was she holding you down? >> See, that's where I'm like she's on top of me, so I don't know. I'm trying to push, you know what I mean? So, I'm not for sure. I just know she's petting me on the couch on my Well, I have the like chair couch right there. >> Yeah. >> By the window. And that's She's jumped over there >> and on top of me. So, >> So, is it just non-stop with her just like this? >> It was 72 hours and she was screaming. She had no voice by the time the cops came last night. >> Yeah. What they end doing with her last time? >> They took her off to the hospital for me. >> Okay. I'll probably offer that with her. Offer that to her this evening. Is there any other resolution you can think of that might work out better for you? >> No. Her dad, she was supposed to go to her dad, but her dad is still upset with her right now, too. But >> maybe that wouldn't be a good good option either. So, >> okay. Just see if she'll go in her room. And is the uh the child okay sleeping on the couch? Yeah. Yeah, that's fine. No, if she takes her in there, that's fine, too. I'm going to argue with her. Whatever she wants is fine. >> Despite the evidence and the odds stacked against her, she went even further and continued to spill more confessions that made everything the officers had heard before sound like nothing. >> You diagnosed with anything? >> I'm diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, um, >> two different personalities, >> right here, but I'm diagnosed with uh, uh, PTSD. a personality disorder and I take over seven pills together. I take a anxiety pill, another anxiety pill, a breathing pill, and then I take a heart burn pill and I take a iron pill. But I've been missing two pills for months. So then I have to listen to music. I realized when my first time when I I there's this girl was in there and she sung to herself. So ever since the first time I was in there, I sing to myself. I [singing] have to sing myself and keep music going cuz if it gets too quiet, I will start talking to myself and then I will not know if I'm in my head or not cuz I'm always alone. All I got is my kids start. I'm always alone. >> What kind of bad habits do you keep on getting sucked into? >> Just like addiction or like my my my medical. So like if I can't get a ride out there, I'll get where I can get it from. And sometimes I not even realize it be it be legs and I don't even know. And then every time I go in my this time I realized they asked me about me. I didn't even they said I don't know because I didn't know I just smoked. I smoked before I even got in the car with the police officer. But I'm so scared of the police officer because I've always been playing mind games and I always call I I don't call the police but my family's always calling police and I always I don't call police cuz I want to prove my rights with you guys and my family. And I >> What do you mean by what do you mean by mind games? >> Ever since I was a kid, it's just been mind games. >> Let's keep moving. ever since. No one's ever sat me down at a table and tried to really they've always said, "Oh, you're respective. This is that." For me to talk about myself, I have to talk about myself in third person through someone else to understand myself cuz that's how traumatized I am. >> Okay. >> No one wants to really take me serious about my mental health. And the only place that really takes me serious is when A1 will send me off to behavioral some behavioral. What did they recommend >> for you to do to be able to get you in a better a better situation? >> Uh the first time they just sent me home. They didn't really do nothing. >> Yeah. >> And then the second time, >> it wasn't the second time. It was the third time I was to sit too cuz the second time I would sit from my house, but the third time I sit back there >> or whatever. I went to rehab and I went to rehab for almost two months. I just needed like I think one and a half months left or something to finish. Yeah. >> And a girl there and I wanted to throw at her. But me that trigger I stopped and I realized I just got to go home. I am an addict. I just got to go home because and here I'm not on papers and you think just I'm not on papers. I ain't going to do nothing. And I I hate the disrespect. [music] I'm the nicest person in the world. But the moment I feel disrespect or lied to where my voice has been portrayed, oh I'm I'm a monster. I feel like I don't want to be no monster. I have kids, you know. I want my own home. I'm on metropolitan ladies. I'm 156 now. I was 155 before I went to 1A. >> Yes, >> but I'm 156 now. Can you explain that to me? >> You want to switch out? [music] >> Can I get a Can you get I need a water out of the refrigerator? >> Yeah, hang tight for me. >> I'm not crying for attention. I'm not crying. I'm crying to get this through. I'm tired. I'm 25. I got two kids. I'm trying to make right, but breaking cycles and everyone hurts me enough. >> Having heard everything that she had said so far, the officer decided it was now time to make their position absolutely clear. So, Taylor, what do you want to do for the rest of the evening? So, my my I'll tell you what my perception is, right? I can't have you and mom arguing throughout the rest the remainder of the evening. Okay. Can you can we probably both agree with that? It's probably not a good a good situation. So, option one. Do you feel like you need to go to Adena for anything to talk to anybody? >> Stop touching me. Don't >> Hey, hey, stop. Stop. Calm down. Hey. Hey. Look at me. Look at me. >> Look at me. Calm down. I'm trying to talk to you. Okay. >> So, it's okay. You don't have to go to the hospital. That's fine. I was just offering it to you in case you want to try and get your medication squared away. >> No, because they last time and they never did. They never did. I did. I go in there. >> All right. Well, calm down. Okay. It's okay. Just take take some deep breaths. Okay. >> Option [clears throat] two is you have a bedroom here that's strictly yours. >> Yeah, but I have to sit on the floor in the bar. My bed is broke. >> Okay. >> My bed is broke. My bed is broke. >> Well, option two would be maybe you and your mom separate for the rest of the evening. That way there's no more altercations. >> Can you take me to my dad's for the night? Um, the only way the only way I'm going to do that is if I get a hold of your dad and he says, "Yeah." So, I'm not going to randomly show up there with you. >> Will you let you ask my mom to call him for you? >> I can try that, but it sounds like he's also very upset with you as well. >> Think can you just throw me to jail for 24 hours? >> Please. >> Do you think that's really going to help you? >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. >> Yes. Oh, God. Please just throw me in jail for 48 hours the most, man. Something that's going to help me. Please, just do it. That that wouldn't necessarily be up to me. It would be up to the jail staff. I mean, >> please, please. >> Why would you want to go to jail? >> Because I realize I love jail because the cameras. >> You guys have cameras on you guys. Hi, cameras. I love cameras. Cuz cameras have everything on proof. >> I'm not crazy. I'm just messed up a little bit. That turtle suit me up in there, guys. >> Well, that I mean, if you go to jail, it's probably going to be the turtle suit again, probably. >> I would be fine in that turtle suit. Put me in that girl suit with no shoes, no socks, no nothing. Please, please, please. Trust my instincts. Come on. >> Please put that turtle suit. Please put me in that turtle suit. Please just put me in the turtle suit. Please. >> I mean, he's going to be quite weak anyway. I mean, >> please. >> No, I got TO GO TO REHAB TODAY. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, MOM? >> What are you talking about? You're the only one to go to jail. >> Yeah, but I have rehab today. I can't. So, can we do it tonight? Can I be there at a certain time? >> That's not how that works at all either. >> No, take me a job. Yeah, you're right. Take me to jail. I'll be that too for 48 hours until Monday. >> If if that's what you want to do, I guess you under arrest. Let's go. Come on. >> Destro. >> Yeah. Come [music] on. >> Okay. Okay. I I can fight with a lawyer. >> I've been working on an idea. >> You're the one who go to jail. >> Yeah. Because I realize everyone plays mine with games with me. And the reason I'm not I'm not doing this no more. Okay. >> I can't I don't leave her with my mom. So I know you >> got any shoes or anything? >> I my shoes. Mom. >> No. Here. >> Mom. >> Dad said you there. >> Yeah. I'm going for just I'm going to pilot. I'm going just I need this other shoe. Can you help this other shoe, Mom? >> All right. Hang. Hang on. So, >> can you come over here? Stop acting scared. >> Stop yelling my land. Stop. Calm down. Listen. Look at me. Look at me. Two options. Option one, go to dad's house. Dad is fine with that. Option two, go to jail. Despite the officer's efforts to guide her through the storm that was about to hit, she made a shocking request, one they had never seen or heard before, leaving them reeling for a few moments before they could even recover. >> Can you just for 24 hours? >> Do you think that's really going to help you? >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. >> Crazy. >> Yes. Oh, God. Please just throw me into jail cell for 2 4 2 4 2 4 2 4 2 4 2 4 2 4 2 4 2 4 2 4 28 hours the most man something that's going to help me. Please just do it. Please that wouldn't necessarily be up to me. That would be up to the jail staff. I mean >> please please >> why would you want to go to jail? >> Because I realize I love jail because the cameras >> you guys have cameras ON YOU GUYS. HI CAMERAS. I love cameras cuz cameras have everything on pro. >> I'm not crazy. I'm just messed up a little bit. That turtle suit me up in there guys. Well, that I mean, if you go to jail, it's probably going to be the turtle suit again, probably. >> I would be fine in that turtle SUIT. PUT ME IN THAT TURTLE SUIT WITH NO SHOES, NO SOCKS, no nothing. Please, please, please my instincts. Come on. >> Please put me in that turtle suit. Please put me in that turtle suit. Please, just put me in that turtle suit. Please. >> I mean, is going to be probably weak anyway, but I mean, >> please. >> No, I got to go TO REHAB TODAY. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, MOM? WHAT? What are you talking about? You're the one that want to go to jail. >> Yeah, but I have rehab today. So, can we do it tonight? Can I be there at a certain time? >> That's not how that works at all either. >> No, take me to jail. Yeah, you're right. Take me to jail. I'll be that girl suit for 48 hours until Monday. >> If that's what you want to do, I guess you underestim. >> Yeah. Come on. >> Okay. Okay. I I can fight that with a lawyer. >> I've been working on an idea. >> You're the one who go to jail. Yeah, because I realize everyone plays mind with games with me. And the reason I'm not I'm not doing this no more. [music] >> I I got to leave her here with my mom so I know of us. >> You got any shoes or anything? Close. I need my shoes. Mom, >> no. Here. [music] >> Mom, >> your dad said you could grow there. >> Yeah. I'm going for I'm going to violence. I'm going just I need this other shoe. Can you help this other shoe, Mom? >> All right. Well, hang on. So, >> can you come over here? Stop acting scared. Stop yelling my land. Stop. Calm down. Listen. Look at me. Look at me. Two options. Option one, go to dad's house. Dad is fine with that. [music] Option two, go to jail. Which one do you want to do? >> Bad house. >> Dad's house. Are you going to be able to remain calm? >> Yeah. >> Because if you escalate, it's going to be jail. Do you understand that? >> Okay. >> If not, Tom, I'm going to jail. It's not It's not going to be his fault either. So, >> no, it's going to be mine. I don't know why. I'm not recording. >> Can you uh look for your shoes? Cuz either way, you're >> I'm shaking so bad, officer. I'm terrified to even be around you on your thing. >> That's not your fault. >> Around who? >> Any officer, any police officer, any guard, anyone. >> All right, I'm going to try to find her shield. I'm going to go that way. I'm sorry. I know. >> No, it's not in my room. Oh my god. >> You got it. >> It has to be under that chair. >> Okay. Okay. I'm stoing it, Taylor. I'm stoing it. >> I'll walk to my dad's premiere. I don't need nothing. I just need the speaker and my phone and my roaches and my food court and you watch your dad. If not, I'm going to go to jail and my coal dryer. My speaker my speaker, my phone. Where's the book bag I have? Where's my book bag? >> You're probably not going to need any of that stuff. Yes, I do. >> Have court at 9:00 in the morning. You'll probably be o to be released. >> If I'm walking to my dad's >> officers routinely encounter individuals struggling with addiction and domestic violence. Yet Taylor's behavior demanded extra caution. Every step, every command had to [music] be deliberate and precise. >> Do you have any weapons on you? Any >> I have my vapes. Take my vapes out. >> Is it okay if we leave those here? >> Leave. Put them in that thing. Put them in the middle console. Whatever it's gone, >> I will. >> I have nothing on me. I don't have underwear on. Remember that. I don't even have underwear on. I'm going to Jared's after I get released. Don't try to put no money on my books. >> Okay, we're going to walk out of the kitchen then. >> Thank you. >> I need my pills to be in there. >> What kind of pills? >> They're my mental health. My anxiety helps. >> Step over the puddles. Just have a seat for me. >> No, I don't need my pills. Just Just send me to jail. >> You just be in there for a few hours. >> That's all that matters. >> Yeah. Lean back and look that way for me. No seat belt yet. Seat belt. Okay. In [clears throat] the end, she was charged with domestic violence and battery. Unlike most family disputes, this 21-year-old daughter learned the hard way after she chose to assault her own mother on her birthday. An act that quickly turned into one of the biggest regrets of her life. >> What does Did you tell the dispatch that she hit you with something or tried to hit you? >> She She did. She bought me and my sister. Listen to me, baby. This is [ __ ] crazy. Are you kidding me? We literally talked about this drink. You literally said you're proud of me because of >> Then what the talking about? >> On June the 15th, 2022, police responded to a chaotic scene. A 21-year-old woman who had one too many, lost all control, and went berserk on her mother and aunt at her birthday party. The cops arrived at the scene to meet her distressed relatives who looked like they desperately needed help. >> We're coming. We're coming. >> Are you mine? >> Yes. >> Okay. And and >> do you need medical attention, sweetheart? >> Who else is in here? >> Who else is in here? >> My sister. This is my sister's right to >> Can I go in? >> Yes. >> I'M NOT WRONG FOR THIS. HEY. HEY. Calm down. >> I literally did nothing. >> Calm down. >> Just calm down. Okay. [laughter] >> This is just a lot. >> Are you okay? >> I need you to calm down. >> I'm trying to take a deep breath for me. >> I know what you're here for. And I know that I was accused of. >> I don't even know. All I know is that you had a little too much fun first birthday. >> No, I didn't. She's ticking. >> This is what No. Stay here. No, no, no. Sit down. >> Sit down. DON'T DO THAT. STOP. NO. I'M SAYING TO MAKE ME FEEL like I'm a enemy. >> That's all I'm asking. >> Why though? They get to stand [laughter] up. >> Why do people get to yell at me and tell me what to do? Fix your shirt and you need to talk to these officers and express yourself dictate whether I get to stand up or not because I'm not the threat. Please go outside. >> There was never to drink today >> or just be quiet. >> The tequila NOW STAY SEATED. >> I WAS STAYING SEATED. >> Her energy is good. >> Okay, but I just Everybody's coming at me and I don't like that. >> What's going on? You okay? >> [laughter] >> Deep breath. It's all right. Are you hurt? >> No. >> No. What happened? [music] >> I don't even know. I don't even know. It was an incident that went on a couple weeks prior before I even got here. >> You know what I'm saying? From the last time my my daughter did this and beat up my sister downtown in Florida. You know what I'm saying? >> Okay. But what happened tonight? >> Okay. We got downtown. We're fine and celebrating birthday. >> I'm sorry. >> It's okay. >> Are you hurt anywhere? You have any marks or anything on you? What did did you tell the dispatch that she hit you with something or tried to hit you? >> She She did. She fought me and my sister. >> Okay. >> She's a beautiful woman. She >> I I don't mean to interrupt you, but was she fighting you like trying to hurt you or was >> Yeah. And then she kept attacking me again. And then she just for you know she just grabbed me by my throat and just threw me on the ground. >> Did you feel like you couldn't breathe or anything once you do that or >> what is she hitting >> with that? Yeah. But with the breathing is of me not putting my pants on her just like this. She's drunk. She's not like this. >> The exhausted mother looked on heartbroken. But alcohol knew no shame. This entitled brat was just getting warmed up and she still had plenty of tantrums to go around. >> She was a what? She was an ACTIV from this mother. >> I am the heres but she took about her in the same >> I don't know how depicts the difference of caring all coming out and talking. >> No it's not just all coming out right now. >> Okay. If you continue to yell and scream and act like a fool out here, you are also going to go to jail. I need you to simmer down. Do you understand me? >> I understand that. Listen, but I need you to simmer down. Otherwise, you're going to end up in the back of one of our cars as well. >> Thank you. >> Because I'm black and I'm well that I keep going. I literally don't understand. I don't go ahead and have a seat in there. >> Thank you. >> Hey. Hey. Listen to my best. >> They're not going to lock her up. Okay. >> It's It's called a marchman act. Do you know what that means? >> No. >> It means she's too intoxicated to take care of herself. >> And in this environment, it's not okay, right? Cuz everybody's been drinking. >> She's going to go to a place and sober up. >> That's what that is. So I You're up here. I need you to come down here. It's not a charge. >> It's nothing like that. Okay. I need you to come down here. Okay. >> Thank you. It's not no big deal. That's what she need. I'm telling you. [music] >> Stop. >> I promise you it's it's as simple as she'll be in for 8 hours and come right back home. >> She'll call you. She'll be able to come home. >> With the situation currently under control, the officers had time to speak to the already traumatized [music] aunt. and her testimony revealed how the whole neighborhood were in for a rude awakening early that morning because of a [music] drunk and entitled birthday celebrant. >> Did you see anything that happened? >> I was here. >> Okay. What happened? >> This is my niece. She's 21. Okay. Her mom left her. >> Okay. >> 4 years ago. She's been on her own. Lived in her own apartment since she was 15. My sister was in active drug addiction. I'm no different. I was in the same thing. I chose 5 years ago. I've been here to get my life together. I went to rehab, got my place. I've been cleaning for three and a half years. Ser I did drink cuz she's 21. I have taught my niece growth because my sister was on active this girl at 15 had her own place, her own job, everything. >> She don't know how to channel her emotions. She had to channel anything. >> Did you see any kind of altercation tonight or >> No, it was just a shuffle. Them pushing each other pushing each other. >> Yes. Nothing physical. >> Okay. >> But because she's underneath the influence or as you can hear now, she sounds very aggressive. But >> that's what I'm gathering from her is just because she's so intoxo. I got to at least take her to go sober. >> She has became a fullblown apple because of the stuff she's been through with her mom >> and today didn't help her thing. What What is your first name? >> My name is Charina. After this experience, I really hope she grows because in a month I'm going back with them on Monday. I can't when can she come out? >> Oh, she just has to go sober up. >> 24 hours. >> Yeah, less than that. It could be eight. It could be eight of us. I mean, >> this is nothing but it's a marchman act. She's going down sober. Okay. I think that things on a very spiritual level now. >> If you run my name in life, you going to see all kinds of I'm not that person. >> Oh, no. I'm just getting her information. >> No, I'm just saying I'm clear. >> What's a good phone number so that she can call you? >> 727. Mhm. >> You know what you're doing. You know the opportunity. That's Can I talk to her for a second? >> 1142. >> Yeah. Let me give you >> No, no, no, no, no, no. Don't. >> No, no. What are you doing? No. >> I'll I'll roll the winner. >> Peace be still. I I don't give a Who called you. I literally I literally did not do I haven't been doing this whole time. Auntie, you're like, "What the [ __ ] is wrong with you?" Because you're that scared of my mom. >> It's not about being scared of your mom. >> Then what the is it about? >> It's about this drinking. >> OH MY GOD. YOU >> said I calm down. >> You didn't calm down. >> I literally said >> Listen, Deja, I've been to jail five times, bro. We literally talked about this drink. YOU LITERALLY SAID YOU'RE proud of me because of Then what the TALKING ABOUT? THEN WHAT THE ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> BUT TONIGHT it went crazy. >> What did I do? What? I think I think you're dangerous. Listen, listen, listen, listen. I think you're just making her She's kill You're going to go sober up. It's not a charge right now. >> But if you keep it up, I did I She knows that. I love you. >> You're up my work. My money. >> I'll go to work. I'll go to work. >> What the is that? >> I'll wait to go to North Carolina. I'm just going to roll the window up because I She's not understanding you. >> But you know that I got a whole journey, bro. And I can't have her breaking. I can't. So if that's what it takes for her her break down, that's what it takes. >> I'm right here. >> That's fine. You talk to me. I just want that. No, I just don't want you to go back to the window cuz she >> No, I'm not. I'm not. >> She suffers from anger. All she knows is fights. You can't tell her what's right and what's wrong because she's had her own apartment. She's always had a job. She's a straight A because she deals with anger. So, she's going to scream, yell, and kick the whole time. But I just don't treat her like >> I read y'all's energy. >> I had to read y'all when y'all came in my house. >> I was good to her, wasn't I? >> Yeah, you was. >> Okay. >> And I feel like you came out here before over here on this over here on this. >> I've actually never been here. >> No, I ain't done nothing. >> Understand? >> I have. No, >> we ain't done nothing. >> No, you don't. >> You just told her I ain't done nothing. You just >> This ain't an argument with that problem. >> This ain't an argument, but you ain't IN HERE. >> YES, I HAVE. YES, I have. Sean, yes, I have. >> No, it's not, bro. You're not going to tell me. Yes. >> No, it's not, bro. She don't deserve, man. >> Hey, I'm not going to SIT IN YOUR HEY, [screaming] >> WHAT IF PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO sleep in here? I don't know. That's just a >> What did I tell you when I was upstairs? >> I'm just saying I hate when she blames me because she >> to be honest, it's not my business. Stop arguing about it out here in the public. It was evident from the situation that the apples in this case didn't fall too far from the apple trees. But still, everyone will bear their cross by themselves. And as for the birthday celebration, it will have to continue somewhere else. >> You guys are both clearly intoxicated. Everyone's intoxicated. So just >> literally never happened ever. I've been living up here with mom years. She's literally never called the me ever. Asia, >> you were trying to attack everybody. >> I was not trying to attack everybody. >> There there's there's hair and fingernails all ripped off throughout the whole house >> from me and my aunt >> trying to attack everybody. >> Say I tried to attack my aunt because they started with me though. >> You You lunged at people when we told you to sit down. I don't I don't know how much more clearer I can make it. >> You I didn't feel like it was made clear at all when I was arrested. >> Oh, it was You were trying to figure out where you were. just figure it out. What the hell? >> We can't leave you there. I'm sorry. You're going to beat people up and fight people. >> I'm not going to beat people up and fight me. God damn it. I'm hurt and my feelings are hurt that people accuse me of doing like I'm the nicest person all this ever. Like, are you kidding me? And you don't even know me, [ __ ] You don't know me from nowhere. >> I know we told you to sit down and I know that you tried lunging at us a couple times, so that ain't going to fly. [laughter] What the [ __ ] My birthday. I have to be the worst. My god, >> she was eventually charged with disorderly intoxication. Far from anything we had seen before. This insane 21-year-old daughter threatened to beat up her 70-year-old mother only to get the shock of her life before she could finish processing the thought. >> I'm trying to leave your house. You ain't got to lie to the police and say I threatened you >> by allowing her to come here and then >> and she threatened me too. She threatened me. >> What did I do? >> You're going to be putting the wrap if you keep kicking. Do you understand? >> What did I do? >> You're going to be put in the wrap. >> I swear I DID NOT THREATEN HER. >> On October the 10th, 2024, Ohio police responded to a disturbing domestic dispute. A woman had turned on her 70-year-old mother, and the situation was far worse than anyone could have imagined. The cops arrived at the residence to meet the said daughter who for some reason tried to downplay her actions and put herself in a good light. >> So, what's going on? >> Daughter's been here like three, four times. >> Okay. >> About the same incident. >> Okay. I've never, so I don't know. >> Yeah. You ain't been here, but like other officers have. >> Okay. >> Or whatever. She allowed me to move my stuff in here like like two months ago. >> Okay. >> Like almost two month like almost two whole months. It's almost been two whole months I've been here >> or whatever. all my stuff. Me and my bird. >> No, I didn't. >> Okay, we'll talk to you in a second. >> No, I didn't. No, >> I didn't. >> All right. >> No, I didn't. Girl, whatever. >> All right, I'll go talk to her. You talk to my partner. >> I would never threaten her. I just got my record sealed on the 9th of September. Why would I threaten her? But any >> girl, bye. So, she allowed me to move here >> or whatever. All my stuff allowed me to move in. My TV, one of my big TVs, my bird, all my stuff is in the basement. You more than welcome to go see. It's all packed up. I've been calling the shelter or whatever. The shelter takes time. >> I'm not saying nothing to her. I've been sleeping on the couch since I've been here. >> She took the cushions off the couch, you know, this [music] morning just just picking basically. Like, see, I get up at like 6:00, get up so I could get up and start crawling or whatever. I come out here and sit in the garage. I leave him covered up because it be so cold so he don't freeze the or whatever in the basement or whatever. I don't even come [music] up her steps because I don't want to I don't want to hear you picking with me. I don't want to hear you keep saying you getting out, you getting out. I'm calling the police. The police going to make you get out. You getting out. You getting out. No, the police ain't going to make me get out >> cuz I've been here. >> Yeah. You've been living here for >> Yeah. I've been living here for 2 months. >> What's going on? >> I was in my room. >> Uh-huh. >> You been talking calling me cousin here. Mhm. >> And it's just this morning all yesterday that it's every day calling me names. I was watching TV. She kicked my door and came in and threatened me. >> Mhm. How'd she threaten you? >> She said she'll beat my >> Yeah. >> How long have you allowed her to stay here with you? >> I never let her stay here. >> An officer spoke with the troubled grandmother to get a better understanding of what had happened. What she revealed about her child was nothing short of heartbreaking. >> She trying to say I was kicking on her doors. She's trying to say, um, I'm being disrespectful. How I'm being disrespectful when I've been in and out the house checking on my bird, been in the garage, been out here charging my phone. Every day she does something. First, she took the ottoman and flipped the ottoman over because she didn't want Blue sitting on the ottoman no more or whatever. Then she um turned the cushions over on the couch from when I woke up this morning. Don't want me on the couch, but been on the [music] couch since I've been here or whatever. Like, stop nitpicking with me. I'm not saying nothing to you. >> Then she talking about you stank and all this. I'm not getting in your shower. I'm not touching none of your stuff. >> Everything just been like verbal and then little nitpicking like that. >> Did you threaten to beat her? >> Why would I touch her? >> I didn't say that. Did I say that you touched her? No, I did not. I'm asking if you stay. >> Okay. How long have you been staying here? >> Two months. >> Two months. Okay. >> So, you didn't just move all that stuff in down there? >> When I'mma crawl I'm going crawl right now. No, I'm I'm asking questions. >> Oh, you asking me questions? Oh, I thought she said told you that. >> I was like, "No, I've been here. I've been [music] here for almost 2 months because I'm tired of the police coming here." >> I I'm I talked to you already. You can stay inside. So, how can we resolve [music] this today? >> I don't know. They told me if I can't resolve it, then have a sergeant come out. >> This was starting to look like a child who thought she had outgrown being one. Yet, she continued to act like a child while refusing to be treated like one. One thing about being grown is being [music] accountable for her actions. And the entitled daughter was about to learn that the hard way. >> What I'm going to tell you is you live here. I can't force you to leave. I can't make her leave. >> Okay. Maybe you go to a friend's house. >> I don't have no friends. I don't I don't have >> You're not listening to me. You keep interrupting me. >> No, I'm not. I'm no friends. >> Okay. You're telling me before I finished. Okay. And then you can tell me that. >> Okay. Go ahead. I said if you had somewhere to go for an hour or two. Okay. That would I mean it [music] just help us out. Okay. But obviously you said you don't have any friends. Okay. So you don't have anywhere you could go? >> No. >> Okay. >> If I did I wouldn't be here. Me and all my stuff wouldn't even be here if I had somewhere to go. That makes no sense. If I had somewhere to go I would have been gone. Swear then my sister she calling my sister and my sister on the phone like is going get the out you is going like you telling her telling my calling my sister telling my sister stuff and all that do that's doing is just keeping the fuel in the fire burning >> instead of you just not picking with me not saying nothing cuz I'm not picking with you and then for you to sit here and lie and try to act like you crying like I'm threatening you girl I would never threaten nobody and I just got my record sealed on on September 9th I'm not no fool, >> dear. Calling Tina is not going to help right now. I I'm trying to explain something to you, dear. >> Okay. >> And it Okay. So, hi. Hi. This is Officer Hudson with Akan Police. Your mother uh called you when I'm trying to talk to her uh and give her like what's going on. So, >> she said she been here two months, Tina. She ain't been here no two months. >> So, she agreed for you to move in for two months while you wait for housing. Okay. >> And she just keep calling my sister every time. She picking with me. And then she keep calling my sister just like before y'all came. She was like, "Tina, I just called the police on her." And Tina like, "Yeah, getting out. You getting." So I called her back like me up. Y'all not about to keep picking with me and calling me out my name and I'm not saying nothing to y'all. >> You unfortunately got yourself into a sticky situation by allowing her to come here. And then >> And she threatened me, too. She threatened me. >> I I didn't say she didn't. I I'm saying >> So it's okay for her to threaten me? No, but I have no proof that she threatened you besides your sh cuz she stayed and she stayed and she didn't threaten you at all. >> Cuz they they used to me going off, you know what I'm saying? In the past to get you to go. >> Yeah. [music] To go off on them so the police could get called cuz I already got a prior record. You know what I'm saying? Or whatever. I'm not falling for that. >> Let me go make a phone call. >> It's okay, boo. I think last time when the police came, she was [music] angry. And the police was like, they was the police was like, well, they was like I said, I just want them to leave me alone. Like, stop picking her. And the police was like, >> they're why [music] are they making it complicated? This was like the last time the police were there cuz she called my sister over here. Or she came zooming over here from the north side talking about, "I'm on my way. I'm on my way over there. I'm on my way over there." So, she zoomed up in the driveway. It I had to wait for a while for the police cuz they was changing shifts and stuff. So when the police came, I was sitting in one of these lawn chairs by that tree when I was like in the street because it's a protection order against me. My sister got a protection order on me from a couple years ago or whatever. So I So me being me, I ain't forgot about no protection order. >> Mhm. >> You know what I'm saying? I ain't forgot. So I told the police what it was. You know what I'm saying? I just told them like it's a protection order. We not even supposed to be around each other. So and my mom know that. So why would you call her over here? might as talk about burning my stuff up in the basement. Talking about my stuff ain't and talk about burning my stuff up. Come on now. >> That's why I keep That's why I keep reaching out to the police. Like, come on. Something has to be done because guess what? I'm reaching out for help. >> I'm not angry. I'm not I'm not the one that's angry. I'm not letting the devil get me and destroy me and be all like go in there, get in her face. No. For what? And I'm waiting for shelter. >> She do this every day, officer. >> I'm telling you. Every >> day. Every day. >> Every day. >> Yeah. It's kind of hard when you both like live together and together. >> And then I'm always I'm always in the basement and it's it's freezing cold down there. Even though I take my bird, we down there, me and my bird. Like, you know what I'm saying? After speaking on the phone with another concerned family member, the officers found themselves in a complicated situation. But at the last minute, they made a crucial decision that would prevent things from spiraling [music] even further. >> Hello. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Well, you know, she called the police. I'm standing here talking to the police. >> Why did she call police? >> I just told the police that you didn't do nothing to her. >> The one officer, he already been here. He like, "So, Sparkle, what's been going on since you since we left?" I'm like, "The same." >> He picking every morning, don't I? I think I got the text messages in my phone when I when I when she wake up slamming doors. Text you. I just text you like [music] she up again. She slamming doors. >> I ain't nothing to her. I just >> So, dear, I want to ask you a couple questions real quick. Okay. So, you stated to me that she threatened you. How did you how did you feel when she uh made that statement to you? >> Scared, threatened. I went ran outside. >> Are you willing to come down and sign charges on her? >> Yes, >> you are. Okay. That would be like right now, right? Okay. All right. Sit tight. >> I have my daughter to take me down. >> T, can you come get my bird? They taking me to jail. Put your hands behind >> for what? Transfer your back. >> What am I going to do? >> Pete, can you come get my stuff, please? >> Transplant on your back. >> My bird, can you just come get Blue? Hurry up. He outside. >> What am I going to do? >> I'll explain everything in a second until we get you. >> Can you please come before they come? Before they just come on before they take me. >> I don't know. >> All right. So, you're being ARRESTED FOR MEDICINE. >> HOW? >> SO, I'll explain everything. >> Oh my god. For what? >> Yeah, your mom wants to come [music] down and sign charger. >> Well, I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH HER OR THREATEN HER. >> APPARENTLY, you did. >> For what? >> APPARENTLY, YOU DID. >> NO, I DID NOT. I OH MY GOD. Are you guys serious? >> I DID NOT TOUCH HER. >> I DIDN'T SAY YOU TOUCHED HER. >> But you did. Y'all arrested me >> for DB menacing, which was threatened. >> NO, I DID NOT. I'VE BEEN OUTSIDE TALKING ON THE PHONE OVER HERE. >> OH MY GOD. >> SEARCHING. I've been on the phone. Okay. The act the girl I'm talking to, I've been on the phone all morning with her. >> Charge. She wants to sign the charge, >> but I have not. >> Okay. But she wants to sign the charge on you. >> And she's still on the phone. >> No, >> it doesn't matter if she's on the phone or not. >> But I didn't do anything. >> Okay. Okay. Well, she wants to sign the charge on you. She feels threatened. >> How? So, they could just take my stuff and get rid of my bird. >> I didn't say they could get rid of >> Come on, y'all. This is crazy. Why can't I just leave? find somewhere to go. If she come get me, can I just leave? >> Why she's calling back? Sir, can you please so she can come get my bird? Please. Oh my god. >> So they could just get rid of my stuff and everything. >> Huh? >> No. >> What do you mean though? >> Should you stop moving your hands? >> I'm not moving my hands. What do you mean though, though? >> Yes, please. I didn't even do anything. >> Right. They're in the back of the car. >> I am bleeding like [ __ ] I did not even do nothing. My medicine is in there and everything. >> Well, the county has medicine for you. >> No, they don't. >> Yes, they do. They have medicine. They have nurses. >> What is going to happen to my Have a seat. >> Have a seat. >> What is going to happen to my bird? >> Get in the car. >> Officer, can you please tell me? >> Get in the car. >> Oh my god. This is messed up. Hey, STOP. STOP. >> I DID NOTHING. [screaming] I DID NOTHING. I DID NOTHING. >> I DID NOTHING. NO. BECAUSE I CAN'T BREATHE. IT'S OUT OF HERE. AND I did nothing. >> I'LL PUT THE AIR ON ME. YOU GOT TO STOP. >> I DID NOTHING. >> YOU'RE GOING TO BE PUTTING the wrap. Stop. >> I did nothing. >> Okay. Stop. You're gonna be put in the wrap. >> What did I do? >> You're gonna be put in the wrap if you keep kicking. Do you understand? >> What did I do? >> You're gonna be put in the wrap. >> I swear I DID NOT THREATEN HER. >> SO, work on the care. Okay. She's arrested for DV menacing. Uh threatened a mom. Okay. Uh saying she's going to beat her ass. Okay. >> And making her fear for her safety. Desperate to avoid jail, the very entitled daughter resorted to a familiar trick. One that may have worked on her mother before, but this time she was playing the wrong game with the wrong people. >> PLEASE, CAN I TELL MY FRIEND to come get my bird? Please, officer. Oh my god. Excuse me. >> Yeah, >> they're going to GET RID OF MY STUFF. >> TO DO THAT? >> YES, THEY ARE. Oh my god. My bird. My baby. MY BABY. >> LISTEN, if you cooperate with us, we might be able to get somebody to come get your bird. >> Please, my friend. >> Yeah. Was that the lady you're on the phone with? >> I NEED TO TALK TO >> OKAY. IF YOU CALM DOWN and cooperate, we might be able to do that. >> I'm supposed to go talk TO THE LADY ABOUT MY APARTMENT tomorrow and everything. Oh my god. I'M REALLY ABOUT to go talk to this lady about my apartment tomorrow. >> I can't even do nothing. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. OH MY GOD. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. Why am I going to jail out of everybody? Why? Why? I didn't even do anything. I need to call my friend. Please, my brother. Please. Please. [crying] Oh my god. I'm just gonna not take my medicine. I'm in the county. I don't even care. I don't even care, bro. I don't even care, bro. I do not even care. I don't even care, bro. This is not right. The only reason I CAME OUTSIDE WITH MY BIRD is to sit on a porch. >> It's all going to fall. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. [laughter] Please talk to my friend. Please >> do. >> It's do nothing. >> I didn't even do anything. >> I didn't even do anything. >> I didn't even do anything. >> Sorry. Oh my god. I can't even breathe in here, bro. I [music] cannot even breathe. Oh my god. I cannot believe y'all ain't taking me to jail because she said I hit her. I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH HER, BRO. Out of all the times the police been here. >> 36. >> Out of all the times THE POLICE BEEN HERE. I TOUCHED HER, BRO. I cannot wait. She can file all the charges you want, but I cannot wait to go to court tomorrow, bro. >> No, I cannot. >> Did you show any bruises, >> ma'am? >> So, listen. The charge is innocent, which means you made a threat. It did not mean that you hit her. Um, it just means that you made the threat that >> No, I made a threat. No, basically. That's basically what basically it's her word against mine. >> I cannot wait to go to court. And I just want to call my friend and tell my friend to come get my word. Y'all can take me to jail. point. I'll help you. >> Go ahead. >> This is up, bro. This is really up. Even that officer, he even been out here. He even been out here. It wasn't He even been out here not one time. SHE SAID I EVEN THREATENED HER, BRO. SO, she tell that officer I threatened her >> and I ain't even threatened her. >> Okay. Well, that's what she's telling him. >> But I didn't though. I cannot believe this, bro. >> [screaming] >> DIE. [screaming] >> While her antics were still on display, someone else came to the scene to share their thoughts and testimony with the cops. And this added a new layer of complexity TO THE SITUATION. >> I'M RIGHT HERE. DADDY. >> HI. >> HI. She She's probably out of control now. But [music] I want to show you this. Um I was on the phone from my >> from the time I'mma show you my phone. >> It's going to show up right here. Look. >> From >> Okay. So, this is seven right here. >> Mhm. >> Oh, wait. I'm calling that guy again. >> Right. 11:18 >> all the way. We were on the telephone. >> Mhm. And um they were [music] arguing, but she had never put her hands on her. >> Yeah. So that's not what we're arresting her for. Basically, it's the menacing. She threatened to beat her up is basically what she was saying. Um so >> she she didn't threaten to be her. She just said she was going to beat her ass. >> But I don't I don't know [music] how to take care of a bird. I'm just saying like I was on the phone the whole time. She called me a loser. Everything you can ask her. She called me a loser. She said everything to me. I just told Spark just ignore her. >> You know what I mean? Basically at the end. But she just kept saying she was going to beat her up. So >> she was saying that to her. >> She Yeah. She the mother was telling Sparkle she was going to beat her up and she was like, "I'm still I'm not getting out because you told me I can come here." She was like, "I'm trying to get to [music] the shelter." And she been calling She was trying to call around looking for a shelter or whatever somewhere to go. She called me. When she called me the first time this morning, she said she had called. alliance she [music] can be there by if she can be there by 2:00 >> then you know they allow her to come in but she had been threatening her the whole single time on the phone the mom was threatening her >> the mom I've been I had oh I'm calling her right now I was on the phone the whole entire time even if y'all go in there and trick her and say did you call somebody a um what did she call me >> she didn't call me a loser she called me a um >> can you just take I get out while the mother was threatened to be >> she's not an independent witness. I understand that uh what you stated to my partner about Linda threatening right uh now unfortunately way we look at domestics okay is uh you're um associated with are you the are you a daughter or a sibling no okay well you know you know her >> okay and it's not in the courts it's not looked at as an independent witness okay so the statement that you're I mean you're giving doesn't help us with that and then mom wants to sign the charge we're not arrest If it were if it were me, I she wouldn't be getting arrested. But mom wants to come down and sign the charge. That's why she's being arrested. >> Okay. So, that's what I'm saying to you. >> Mhm. >> Sparkle didn't know I was coming around here. She asked me to come and get her bird. And you hear me saying I don't know how to take care of bird. So, that's going to be a bad idea for me. Okay. >> But I was on the phone and this is what I'm saying. I was on the I She calls us every day all day. Okay. If you not work the iPhone, I'll let you, you know, go through it. She goes to the She called us all day every day. I was on the phone the whole entire time where this lady is calling me out my name and she didn't even know who I was >> and she was telling Sparkle how she going to beat her ass. She was threatening her the whole entire time and Sparkle I just kept saying Sparkle don't say nothing. Well, why are you telling her not to say nothing? You call me all kinds. I got my own business. I got cars. I'm I have my own thing going for myself. But I was just ignoring the situation because I know it was out of control. But as far as that's like a false police statement if if I'm telling you that somebody done something to me, right, and they didn't do nothing to me and somebody coming over here showing you like, listen, I was on the phone the whole entire time. >> No. And I I understand that. The point is is where the court's going to look at that is you were on the phone with Sparkle. You have some sort of communication with Sparkle. You know her somehow. Okay. Whether how soon it's been or how short it's been, you still know her. Okay? So, the court's not going to look at your statement as independent where you have no biased opinion. Okay? I'm not saying what you're saying is false. I'm just saying or you're not siding with anyone. You pro you might be telling me the truth, but I have to go off of um just the EV like mom wants mom wants there. There is none besides mom's statement. Okay? >> I know. I understand it. So, listen, let me ask you this. It's it's a flip 22. Okay? >> [music] >> If Spark will say right now, I want to sign charges because now I have somebody proof telling me that my mom threatened me. She could sign the same charges. >> With the new development, the officers considered [music] every possible means to approach the now delicate manner and took the safest route out of the situation. A route where almost everyone got what they deserve. >> Mom wants to >> No, I'll say Sparkle. Sparkle. So, if you tell her right now to go ahead and do that after we've already specified with her, that's a coercion and that's not >> that means you're influencing what she's saying. >> No, I'm not I'm not saying that. I'm telling you. I said she didn't even know I was coming around here to talk to y'all. She never knew >> without you here. We asked her what happened. We That's why we get statements from both parties. Okay. She never at one point stated that mom threatened her or anything else. Okay. That That's why. So, if all of a sudden she says that now cuz she's going to jail, that's not going to that's not going to work. >> I know. But listen to what you're saying. And this is this Are you the [music] serge sergeant? >> No. No. I'm an officer. >> Okay. That's why I want them to come. I asked them on the dispatch because before I was on my way here, I called them on the dispatch so I can tell them before I came to you. [music] Want the sergeant to come out here so I can talk to them because you can't have a false report before saying somebody did something to you. But you got poop. >> This is a preferred arrest in the state of >> Yeah. Okay. And can you take her bird? >> Um I don't know if I can say nothing cuz you say I'm I'm just going to wait for the thing. Um, sparkle. I'm going try to do the best I can do. >> She's asking to take the bird. That's all. Just ask until I go to court. >> Oh my god. This is >> I'mma call you. >> What's your name? So I can tell that you went down and seen my step down here. What's your name? >> What's your name? >> What's your name? Officer. >> Huh? Hunt. that it ain't. What's your first name? >> So what? I'm trying to find out his information cuz he's seen all my stuff down in the basement >> cuz you ain't do nothing. You just was looking. What's your name? >> Come on. This way. >> What's his name? So I Cuz I got all my stuff in the basement. >> What's his name? This first time we worked together. I know his first time. >> Yeah. I need his information cuz when he came out the first time, this his second time coming out there. When he came out there the first time, he went down in the basement. and him and the other officer and they seen my all my stuff down in the basement. So when I go to court, I need to bring your name up. What is it? OFC, huh? >> Yep. >> Yes. Officer, let the judge know that you seen my stuff down in that basement, didn't you? >> You and that officer, that other officer? Yeah. >> The woman was eventually charged with
