these are black federal crates that
y'all want me to sit on they've got
drugs in them
that you're all planning you know why
would i want to sit in all these crates
uh false evidence that y'all put on me
myself
bro can i stand up i just don't want to
sit on y'all drill crates i got drugs
you don't have to sit on the you don't
have to sit on bud hey guys
the video i have for today is going to
feature a man
who's intoxicated on an illegal
substance
um i'm going to try to frame this in a
way that you understand what i'm talking
about but that youtube doesn't
strike this video the substance he's
intoxicated with
starts with an m and it ends with a th
and
when you watch the video you're going to
hear him say it probably 150 times
so that's what this incident is about
it's it might be interesting to some
people because they have certain ideas
about what
someone who has taken that substance is
going to act like
they don't all act the same so i thought
this was
a good one to show people kind of how
people
how police will interact with an
individual who has taken this substance
and is acting out and needs some
need to be taken care of this one i do
have
the 9-1-1 call that was called in so you
get to hear that part
towards the end of the video for an
unknown reason
the person in public records who
cleared this video for me decided to
censor out uh the part as soon as the
officers and medics put their hands on
the guy
to help put him in the ambulance so i
don't know why he did that
but for some reason that's why it's
blurred out so if you get to that point
and you want to know why it's blurred
out it wasn't me that did that it was
actually the records people
aside from that i hope you enjoy the
video i hope you learned something
i'll talk to you soon thomas place
permatex 61.
i'm at i'm 3204 westbrook street
at the certified station and i have a
gentleman out here he's bare feet
he's foaming at the mouth and he's in
some kind of rage
he's going on about one thing or another
and we don't know who he is anything
he may have some kind of mental illness
but he seems coming
some kind of ways and we kind of just
need him to go
because he's sitting right out in front
of my door causing a scene
okay does it look like he's on something
or yeah he may be on something i didn't
really approach him but carl's out there
talking to him i don't know how long
he's been out there but we've got a lot
of work to do and he needs to go
all right what was your name um jay
what's your phone number
614 all right officers will be out okay
okay i don't know how long he's already
been here because i just got here but i
need him to go
so please don't delay as soon as
somebody can swing by and just get him
off my lock
somebody'll be out as soon as they're
available thank you
what's going on guys
hello how you all doing good
you guys just hanging out out here okay
i'll wait for a ride to pick you up
where you going how long have you been
here
since i got here
did you call yeah all right i don't know
about how long i've been out here
because i
i can't like my mind is not good okay i
understand that but whatever's going on
with you you can't sit in front of the
children
okay i got you so what's up were you
were you were you said you're waiting on
a ride where are you heading
uh really
i'm homeless you're homeless who's
picking you up man
uh i would like to call a friend to ask
for help
pick me up after y'all get done
interrogating me or whatever asking me
what's going
on but like she even told me she's in
the office she's gonna come there to
arrest you
yeah and they're gonna fake police
officers they're gonna be angels
they're gonna be the county sheriff's
investigating undercover
that's what she told me she said they're
going to plant the evidence
so why they gonna plant meth on me do
you work here yeah
you work here okay so you i was just
here talking to brian
this is brian yeah so it's not a time
for y'all to arrest me
like this is supposed to be some
documents nothing is crazy and all that
type of stuff
no bro brian we're just trying to check
on you
so why did y'all take some of my
personal stuff
in this parking lot period
who's tiffany brian
tiffany a girl that set me up with the
police
she said that she said that shares
investigating undercover
and uh the agents have her planting
false evidence and making false charges
so that they can charge me in court with
some false charges you got some water
yeah she said they used superglue to put
on these cigarettes he gave me so now i
have crystal with my lips
yeah the water and she told me they used
apple eye watches
yeah she said she got two phones you
want me to get you a bottle of water
would you like that right
that's why my fingers are sticky like
this
you see all these cigarettes
right now so brian brian you said you're
you're homeless
where do you normally stay at brian uh
like wherever wherever i can walk at
that's where i walk
ryan do you have a last name
what's your last name brian it's march
brian march
this month how do you spell your first
name
she gonna come who's she it's christine
when she's coming
okay brian how old are you one on one on
the shotgun one night she said that
they set it up so that my mom could come
here from lansing
and we could ride by and see you locked
up and we're gonna celebrate at the
casino
and she tell me who told you that
she said her boyfriend was going to be
with her tonight
and her sister proved that she could
just rail pass so everybody knew
she said her whole family knew that she
was setting me up the whole time since
she's been doing it for months not up
but she said a
[Music]
how old are you
oh yeah she said that day right
brian said that they did for different
cars to ride in they said
they would take her van and she'll have
her daughter pull her van around
and the fans would be in the house on
the second floor
i remember see i got good i can remember
just like she tried to lie and [ __ ] i
saw to her like two weeks ago she said
brian told her to lie brian when when
were you born
but i wonder why did they tell her
senator marion and jada and jayden's a
lot
and nayyah she said they gave her a
waistband
vest or something so that they could
plant false charges on me like i had a
vest
to protect my life and brian you're not
helping us very much
do you have your some of your info so we
can figure out if everything's okay
have you ever been diagnosed with any
mental health illness
do you think medication why did she okay
tell me this
why does she tell me that it's gonna be
two officers that's gonna come
and they're not gonna be federal police
they think they'll be
that they're gonna be federal police and
y'all are
brian i think we're gonna have to take
you down to the hospital tonight okay
that's the federal voter sale she told
me about it she said y'all injected me
with cobia 19.
that's why all she said all the nurses
and doctors i speak to are
ages and undercovers from franklin
county and that's a good thing
she she right she's right around right
now before y'all get ready
to take me away who who is brian
i don't see anybody over there who is
she said the federal agents got her car
tonight but she's in a different car
with her boyfriend
okay
are you from here are you from here
i'm from i'm from street and i'm on
front street now
brian why don't you have a seat for me
bud i appreciate you picking that up but
i i
i just want you to have a seat bud these
are black federal crates that y'all want
me to sit on they've got drugs in them
it's all planted you know
evidence that y'all put on me myself
bro can i stand up i just don't want to
sit on y'all drink crazy i got drugs
you don't have to sit on the you don't
have to sit on bud
brian are you from columbus
these two agents are wild
can i get that cigarette right there now
[Music]
so that didn't come on my clothes so
when you sit down on the left with the
super glue
and the you know undercovers the
undercovers put them up on the
go i did this tonight that's why i got
to keep some of these cigarette butts to
show them
and y'all probably gonna throw them away
they're gonna throw these cigarette
butts away they sticky
they put super glue in my hands
i do need help you got somebody
they put all this meth on these clothes
they got it in the inside of the clothes
they got it in the blue face mask
right brian timmy tyler told me about
everything exactly
y'all even agents bro bro come on
you all ages i know don't she she all
ready
bro she already told me that y'all
falsifying evidence man
it's like they're gonna hurt big old
kevin right there
were you born in
well then it's the eat this the worst
thing about it
like she said they told her
why y'all keep backing up why do you
want me to lay down y'all
you have to put me in cuss bro no don't
back up from me
like i'm doing something wrong bro
nobody said you're doing anything wrong
i don't have no weapon or nothing on me
bro please don't lie on me and try to
set me up to get shot or killed bro
don't make me out to be like that
because y'all playing fast evidence on i
know about the camera that's looking
people behind me
it's somebody right behind the uh ice
machine hey man i have nothing in my
hand bro
nothing you're fine we're just trying to
ask you bro y'all y'all
shoot me just because listen
y'all told her to falsify the story like
i'd be having her good
and all this other stuff to make it seem
like i'm just this this
this criminal crook when she going off
the record
making up stories it's entrapment
make notes about me where i'm what i
just wanted to take notes about what
you're saying that way we we understand
everything that you're telling us
so you might send some a love letter to
somebody
no i mean if that's what you wanted
right now you said i'm gonna send him a
love letter no
i heard you
but why are y'all letting me plant this
left stuff oh my pants and clothes
it's all over my clothes do you want me
to look under this to make sure there's
nothing
when you do forensics on this tiffany
tyler just tell me she said they use
super glue
and they and they put meth on y'all she
all been doing it on my beer cans and
everything
like everything i drank in the night
beer fans have you been drinking
on sunday night do you know what today
is
here comes the squad go check it
[Music]
so i asked you i like cause she do this
she'll she'll take the audio recorder
off and then
she'll she'll use a different phone
she act like her phone got broke or
whatever okay
do you have any weapons
check you out okay
please don't hurt me archer specifically
just tell me y'all go arrest me tonight
in front of this gas station and plant
false
brian you haven't done anything wrong we
just want to make sure you don't have
anything on you before the medics get
here
they're going to come and take you to
the hospital make sure you're okay but
she told me all the medics was federal
agents
that's not that's not true brian those
guys are
i'm telling you she be pointing them out
to me she said those the guys
she said then the guys right there that
kind of foster evidence on you
they told me to lie on you she said
she's been writing statements brian look
at me
he's going to pat you down real quick
okay just hold still and everything
can you find okay where is she looking
hey brian
i'm up i'm going to touch you okay sir
can i whatever you want me to do but
both of my hands are out i don't know no
person name
okay i have no angel i thank you for
keeping your hands out can i put him
behind your back
i'm not going to put cuffs on you okay
no i don't have a cadillac sir please
okay i'll get out on the ground if you
want me to please don't no no
it's cold you don't have to do that we
don't want you get on the ground i'm
just gonna i'm gonna put your hand
behind your back okay
i'm not oh i'm gonna put your hand
behind your back okay bud
all right thank you brian i'm gonna grab
your other hand okay
can you bring your arms back here can
you tell me what this guy's doing
it's gonna be it's probably gonna be
gonna put drugs in my pocket it would
never be it's all
i'm recording this okay look right here
this is a camera
see my camera see brian i'm all done i'm
all done
you will use will you go with these
medics i'm all done um
[Music]
so we think brian is all uh i think his
name is possibly brian
uh possibly uh high on matthew he's
mentioning that he thinks that he's
playing the drugs everywhere around him
um other than that he's not real
responsible he thinks we're all federal
agents
[Music]
brian can these guys take a look at you
to help you out
i did pet down his pockets and stuff he
didn't have it hey
so they particularly trying to tell me
that they use
kids to come to the gas station where
you act
and she said they don't they they use
kids to falsify
evidence on me so i can keep is this why
kids keep popping up wherever i'm at
because y'all gonna have the kids lying
across churches with me
so what is that about why is tiffany
tyler seeing y'all doing that
hey hey bud what's your name brian
what's your name brian
right and then she's saying that defense
gave her a spectrum paper
so i'm supposed to inhale these masks
and these masks
yeah it's going to make me unconscious
the spray you've got on here and it's
going to put meth and crystal meth on my
lips and so then i put this on and then
kids say oh yeah
he had on the same type of blue mass as
one of the keys hey bud
it's just like the mass we're wearing
it's for cobalt
you might want to tell everybody okay
it's just to protect everyone else
hey bud how about we walk over this
truck real quick so we can check me out
you're not in any kind of trouble okay
listen
chiefly tyler said y'all were using a
blue face mask
to to put pistol meth into it to to set
me up why y'all doing that
she said y'all
groups of kids to make false charges why
does she tell me y'all doing that okay
i'll tell you what you don't have to
wear it right now okay but how about we
walk over here so we can check your
vital signs
and make sure that everything's okay
we'll run you over the hospital
okay would that be okay brian
yeah hey we're the paramedics
we're here to help you
[Music]
brian they just want to help you bud hey
brian how about i ask you some questions
okay if you can answer these questions
what do you have right now bro
i don't have no witness so i'll tell you
this okay
that's the last part of that i didn't
see what's on the left
[Music]
cause y'all flattened her entire time
like her tire was flat
there's no room right here
hey brian
hey brian she said y'all paid for like
forty thousand like twenty thousand
dollars per week
to set me up sorry so she was in the
payroll
i mean uh obviously he needs to go to
the hospital
[Music]
[Music]
you're not going to hurt you i want to
get you some knives for your mouth take
me already tell me what you're about to
do
why are you about to do are you about to
put more drugs on me y'all already got
it on my clothes
take me tiffany said you always put it
on my clothes with super glue
and christian man hey brian listen bud
let's walk over here so you can see what
we're doing
bro you want me to walk off camera so
y'all can keep hugging me bro
i got a camera right here no y'all gonna
cut it off y'all all ages tiffany told
me tonight
i'm going to jail she's celebrating with
her mama and her sisters
and all her family and she said her her
kids and everybody
helped set me up bro she told me bro
she said the roku channel beyond and
when the roku channel be on
you're gonna see channels on that's the
feds watching you in the living room
this is she telling me
she said they installed microphones in
the bathroom
she said defense had her illegal illegal
evidence
we're not gonna we're not going to go to
jail we're going to the hospital brian
bro y'all are wrong listen see these two
do you mind if i hold it
listen listen see these two signs right
here that
they was on a street called hamilton she
said the feds be over there too the fake
food parts
that's the fish she told
she said she got an apple watch she got
another samsung watch
this is what she told me i remember hey
brian remember how i held your hands
before
bro can i do that again listen hey
listen i just
know my mama name crystal scott that's
all i know
i don't know nothing else but i know i
know the crystal meth that's on my
clothes
in my head just sir sir
i don't
hey i'm scared of you brother but why
are you brother or your brother
i said hi to you brother i'm here for
you i said hi to you
why are you going to plant drugs on me
he got his fish barred up
somebody coming from behind me oh hey
brian just right over here
sir this man is pushing me to force me
off camera no
i'm just trying to walk in here we're
doing good hey brian
sir they sticking out at that building
and not building over there tiffany
tyler said that's why
she pointed out and then she said
they're gonna take you off camera and
they're gonna kill you
like oh my god so y'all go both just
push me
you just put some drugs up my sleeve you
just put
dope you just put meth up my sleeve she
already tell me what y'all gonna do it's
gonna be in my pockets
in my pants it's gonna be all over my
lips right i got it on my back
i got meth on my back right now hi brian
do you listen to me
why did y'all play the drugs on me on
brian why did y'all plant the judges on
me officer we're not going to talk
about any of that right now we're
concerned about your health but she said
frankly
undercovers are setting you up with
columbus hey brian where are you guys
about it
[Music]
why are y'all throwing drugs on me we're
not throwing drugs on you brian why are
y'all playing drugs
federal agents from youngstown oh
oh okay so y'all were sitting her ass
and her emails
and those with encrypted messages she
said from the fifth it makes sense now
so oh when i go over to the deer y'all
gonna see
you gotta come to all this evidence and
left up and down each this street called
broad street
it's gonna be rainfall over here
[Music]
[Music]
see how he just put more more stuff on
me
[Music]
brian can you have a seat for me go
ahead and pull me
because we're gonna get you sitting down
on our cop you're okay okay
y'all just put dope in the seat though
oh it's dope under me
why are y'all planting drugs all around
me there's a foot butt to the back
brother
cause she said him back she said she
punched a cold into the house
she said she punches the code into the
house we're just moving back we're gonna
move your back
so why do y'all do that why did you why
you put my pants down there you go
wait i'll put my pants down legs up okay
why did y'all pull my pants down we got
strapped man why are my pants pulled
down man
why are y'all putting all of these drugs
in my in my clothes bro
i'm just putting it on the inside of my
hands you just put drugs in the inside
of my pants bro
you can see where it was spread it up
right here that the thread is up
why did y'all put she said timmy tyler
said
y'all was gonna have drugs sown in a
jargon suit
so y'all put drugs in the drawing suit
and on the uh and on the ambulance here
where do you want to go doctors yeah
i saw a white town yeah um and then did
you see the other side by chance
okay are you are you riding or no
[Music]
yeah there's that fine line when you're
dealing with people like that where he
very easily could turn explosive and
even when we were pulling on him a
little bit to like
escort him out he's like pulling back
against and he was
solid yeah he was when i had his arms
behind his back
and i had him um he was trying to
separate a little bit
a big thing too with these people in
mental health
crisis or on drugs is
[Music]
so that's why i just talked to him
trying to be super patient
[Music]
explained everything we're gonna do
[Music]
so
