this guy was working late at night setting up a yard sale for the morning then these cops showed up and began making all the illegal requests but the guy stood his ground and educated them okay so I'm being told I have to show ID yes I'm setting up my yard sale for first thing in the morning okay I'm not doing anything illegal I have I have to be doing something illegal for you to get my ID actually you're in a public place and it is currently 1:15 in the morning okay and all I'm doing is trying to make sure that you guys can be here okay then you can run my tags if you want but either way I'm not giving up my right I'm not asking you to give up your rights I have a legal justification to be here then we're going to have an issue cuz I'm not giving up my ID dude if I'm not doing anything illegal you don't have a right to harass me it's not harassing when you're holding me up when I'm doing nothing wrong it's not illegal to be out at night just cuz you're out at night does it mean you can get ided at all times I'm pulling stuff out laying stuff on tables for a yard s in the morning it's obvious what I'm doing you should be able to move along man I'm standing up from my rights and you're you'll learn you can't just step on people's rights well y'all carry on with what you're doing good luck with your yard sale
