She's like yelling like pass me and saying to me and then she like hit me right in my face. She just came up and behind me and yanked my face. >> We should have came. Yes. >> Go out of the ground. >> She said, "Oh, I wasn't being racist. It's just true." >> And then that's when I >> Sometimes some employees misunderstand workplace boundaries and think an employment letter gives them license to attack customers. But most times such illusion often collides with the law and quickly spirals into a situation they can't easily walk out from. So he starts doing all this [ __ ] punches me in my face, starts pounding on my hood. My son is right here. >> Can I be honest with you guys? >> You can be as honest as you want. >> I didn't even notice I punched you in the face. >> Here are some moments when dumb employees get some harsh doses of reality for attacking customers. Starting with this dumb employee who didn't just attack some customers but went as far as taking their property as if she were licensed to do so. >> Somebody always come here around this every week and I just got tired of it. >> So say you have the phone. Did she take it >> or did you have it and she had it like this? >> No [ __ ] Remember the cuts again? >> Oh my this and this. Yeah, I have my many >> I I saw blood earlier, right? You can never open somebody's car and touch them. >> Late into the night in Florida, a group of furious customers grabbed their phones and dialed 911, reporting that a McDonald's employee had completely snapped and assaulted them in the most cruel way that they had ever seen before. The moment the officers arrived, they headed straight inside the restaurant to confront the suspect, who of course had cooked up a very convincing story for them. >> So tell me what occurred. >> Say it again. >> Tell me what occurred today. What happened? posting service >> the window >> 23 >> only me and him me and him got no both on the headset so I'm trying to tell I'm trying to tell them I when they was coming to the thing see how our time look right now when they came to the thing they was like oh you didn't take my order I said yeah I know I know I didn't take your order busy it's only me and him I got other car crimes and other fools I'm like can you go I'm like can you go back around she was like no I'm not going back around the man in the front seat he wasn't saying anything. It was two ladies that it was one in the passenger seat and it was one in the back seat. >> Mhm. >> The lady in the passenger seat, she says, "No, we're not going around." I said, "Well, then I can't put your order in right here because I have other car and I have other food. I didn't want any food to go cold." So, she was like, "Well," I said, "Okay, well, I'm going to call the police." I called the police the first time. They was like, "Okay, that they was going to send somebody out." So, I went outside to give the people and I think the second party behind him had a crime cafe. So I was just accidentally have cash. I had him go to the window to try to pay them out. I have to squeeze through right there. So when I'm squeezing through right there, both of them like this in my face sticking the middle finger just with her tongue out. I'm like, "Okay." So next thing you know, I see this all in my face. So I'm like, and I just move her phone on her hand. She got phone all in my face. And I'm trying to walk past. I'm this little Dory right here. When I'm walking past, she about to hit me. He about to hit me. No. Matter of fact, she was about to hit me on the floor. He was out the car and that's when the other girl came around from the passenger seat with the other girl and tried to walk up on me. You think I'm going to bump that hit me? No. I was trying to I was trying to be the bigger person, but it's every week is something. Somebody always come here every week and I just got tired of it. That's all. >> Do you have your ID with you? >> I don't have my purse. >> Okay. >> I think I have a picture of my ID. I don't. >> You have a picture? >> Yeah. My boss said if um y'all want to come to get the camera and stuff, y'all can come back to the park when the other manager comes. >> Okay, that's fine. After speaking with the employee, the officer circled back to the customers, expecting to clear up a few loose ends. Instead, he was hit with a completely different version of events from the one the employee had just given him. >> How's it going, you guys? >> Hello. Okay, I am going to have you guys fill out some papers. Okay. Um, when she reached in the car, did she take the phone? >> Yes. >> So, she actually grabbed the phone >> and had I know I saw the video. I'm asking. I have to ask. >> So, she reached in the car, she grabbed the phone. When she grabbed the phone, she had possession of it or you and her had possession of it. What happened? Like, did So, where's your phone? Grab that phone. >> Grab it. >> Okay. So, say you have the phone. Did she take it >> or did you have it and she had it like this? >> No, you don't. She took it. >> You don't expect she can >> come back and girls come to she and what to do. >> I got you. >> At this point, the officers were not only confused but visibly frustrated. Both parties kept giving completely different accounts of what had happened and by doing so turned the entire situation into a maze of conflicting stories. >> What's your name again? Can I get more pictures of you again? >> Yes. Yes. >> The first one. >> Perfect. Thank you. >> Just stand right there. >> And where are the cuts again? >> Oh, my this and this. Yeah, I have my >> I think I I saw blood earlier, right? You see your finger? >> Is that Is that it right there? >> Yeah. >> Mhm. >> Okay. It's It's already going down. Okay. So, from what it seems like, she's going to be going to jail. Okay. I'm sorry. >> Um, she's going to go to jail, be arrested. >> Not you guys. Her. >> She is. >> Okay. >> For when you guys were in the car and she's reaching in. It's this door. >> Yeah. >> The driver door. >> I'm sitting. >> You were sitting here. >> And she grabbed You're in the front seat, right? >> It's the door. And she saw >> we sit here. We could sit here. Was she upset that you were recording, you think? >> Yes. My sister start to recording it and uh and she saw it and start to grab the phone. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All this time, the employee remained inside, holding on to the hope that the officers wouldn't find anything against her. Little did she know that the officers had already uncovered more than enough evidence to decide exactly how that night was going to end. >> So, look, here's the problem. What you were saying and what happened are not the same thing. >> I I understand, but listen to me. Listen. Listen what you were you're saying they they were recording you know they were recording >> that whole it's on camera >> she literally like I literally literally >> I'm telling you okay you're going to jail >> for real >> yes you are. So I'm going to have you turn around put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> Can I um call my mom really fast? >> I'll let you call your mom when we get to the car. >> Oh yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, look. >> You can never open somebody's car and touch them. >> But she had her door open. >> No, she didn't. It's on video you opening the door. >> I don't remember me opening no door, dog. I would have told you. I want y'all. I already know how y'all feel. >> I understand that we don't have a choice because they're, >> you know, it's not our choice to make. This incident occurred and now we kind of have to do our job. That's [music] That's what it is. >> Can I call my mom? >> I'm going to let you call your I'm going to let you call your mom. You have your phone? >> It's over there. >> We'll get it. >> Okay. >> I'll have him get your phone. Is your wallet here? >> Is your ID already? >> Yeah. >> Fortunately, they want to prosecute. Um it's all on video of you going in the car. So, >> she like I won't even tell y'all no lie because I already >> in the future. You just got to with yourself. >> I already know. I already >> And if they're going to if they're going to sit at the window, >> take off your headset. >> If they're going to sit at the window and call cause a disturbance, call us. We can do things. >> I know, but we can we can come and do something about that. But then when we come and you've taken these actions, [music] >> I already called her and is detained. >> Can I call? >> I already called her. >> Yeah, she can talk tomorrow. Like I said, we'll get this done as fast as we can. Okay. You're probably not going to get out tonight. You'll see a judge first thing in the morning and then you'll go from there. >> I just want to laugh at this cuz they that's all they want. Like >> don't have to laugh. Don't Don't worry about it. >> Man, I'm not even >> We're going this way. Are you taking it? >> Yep. >> Oh, you are? >> No. >> Oh, we just did. >> You said >> Okay, go ahead. >> No, do it. No. Sign you an offense number, guys. >> Easy to fill. Let's We're going over here. >> Okay. >> All right. Look, say your goodbyes real quick cuz we we got >> I'm going to Let me Let me cuz I I wasn't sure what was the last word. I just got to call you. >> We'll let you get your phone numbers out of your phone down there. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. They're going to let me get my phone. All right. I love you. I'll talk to you later. >> Let me see your phone. >> All right. Look, you don't have anything on your pockets that's going to be contraband in the jail. No type of drugs, grenades, anything like that. Okay, perfect. >> Can you ask her and tell my cousin that >> I don't know what she's going to ask? >> I could just speak. >> Hello. >> Um, can can y'all tell her can y'all let her send me? >> Um, >> can you put it up for her? >> Say mommy. I'm still on my face. >> I don't know why your phone like completely >> um cuz it's cracked. You probably have to swipe up and swipe all the swipe. No, like swipe up to all the apps like Yeah. And then swipe up. >> Just No, the other one. >> We got to go. Um so look, she I will make sure she gets your phone number when she gets to the jail and she'll call you and she'll be able to get her mom's number then. But her phone's not working right now. >> Oh my god. Okay. >> All right. Thank you. In the end, she was charged with burglary, robbery, assault, and battery. The previous girl was dumb, but she was nothing compared to this employee who thought that she could beat up customers however she liked because her mother owns the store. >> I was completely walking away and she comes up behind me and yaks out my hair [laughter] in my head and then I fall to the ground. >> She said, "Oh, I wasn't being racist. It's just true." And then that's when I pulled up. On February the 4th, 2025, at around 2 p.m. in Orlando, officers responded to a frantic distress call from a woman reporting that she had been assaulted by a young girl inside a Chinese store. But the moment officers arrived, they could already tell something was seriously [music] off as the woman was emotionally wrecked, drowning in her own tears. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> How you doing? >> Fine. Tell them what happened. >> Say that again. I was doing fine until what happened? What happened? >> Well, I walked in here and the first thing they looked at was the Hello Kitty stuff and this girl comes up and says, "Are you looking at something and help you look for something?" And I said, "Oh, I just walked in here." I just started looking if that's okay. And then she walked away and then immediately came back and said, "Oh, I was just asking. You don't have to be such a about it." And I walked as I was walking away, I said, "Oh, I was just trying to match your attitude." And as I'm walking away, she's like, "Oh, I was just trying to tell you that." "Oh, cuz your lipstick's all messed up." And I said, "Oh, okay. I think so. It's your face." And I my back is turned. I was completely walking away. And she comes up behind me and yakes out my [laughter] hair in my head. And then I fall to the ground. And as I'm on the ground, she's like yelling like nothing and saying anything to me. She like hits me right in my face, unprovoked. I wasn't even My back was turned. It was just like strange words and then she just attacked me. And it's just not okay. >> All this while, the officers had no idea that the woman sitting close to the customer was actually the suspect's mother, who happened to be the owner of the store. And without even realizing it, they were moments away from stepping into the most twisted, complicated, and eyeopening part of the entire story. >> Where is she at? >> Uh, [music] she's my daughter. She's crying. She's crying. She's in the back. >> I didn't see what happened, but she told me that >> there's all those cameras. Yeah. >> Where Where did it happen? >> Right in front. >> Right there. >> Right in front of the door. >> In between the registers and where the Hello Kitt stuff is. She just came up in behind me and yanked my >> We should have cam. Yes. Go to the ground. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I didn't know what happened to the ground. She still continued to beat me down. >> How How long have this happened? >> Oh gosh. I don't know. Maybe it was like 20 30 minutes ago now. I'm not sure. >> About over an hour ago. >> Yeah, I think so. Because I was trying to calm her down like maybe half an hour. So >> half an hour, 40 minutes. >> So you're saying this on camera? Uh I I think we should have cancer. When did Sorry. I didn't I was >> No, you're good. You're good. You're good. >> It happened right here. >> This is very Hello. >> Okay. All right. I think we have our camera. >> Hello Kitty. Okay. >> It happened right here. >> Nobody see anything for the work exchange. >> Did anyone see anybody? >> I was here. Yeah, I didn't see I didn't see nothing. >> Okay. All right. >> I know. That's why I >> Did anyone know? >> Nobody see anything. That's a problem. >> So, your cameras record right here? >> Yeah. >> They got They got some facing there. >> Yeah. >> Are you able to pull up your cameras right here? >> I'm asking him to Yeah, >> because they exchange. I think she's on some kind of medication. So, I got to come after she drinks. She feel >> I just want to clear your daughter. Of >> course. Of course. That's why I want you to come here. You know, she said, "I I want to charge it. I want to sue this. Sue that." But >> it's it's very >> very odd. >> Yeah. >> Because I Where is your daughter? >> She's in the back cuz she's crying, too. >> Can we talk to her, too? >> Of course. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> While you get the cameras and everything. >> Yeah. We'll go talk to your daughter real quick. >> You said this way. >> Yeah, this way. I said >> I never been here before. >> I was about to go that way, too. >> Sorry. It is kind of like a whole big market. >> Yeah, I know. And today, too. I say, you know, this is my money making day. >> This is your money making day. >> I've never been in there. It looks very nice in there. >> Oh, thank you. >> While the store owner instructed an employee to pull up the surveillance footage, the officer searched the store for the suspect, who, in a shocking twist, had vanished into thin air after being quietly tipped off by another employee. >> Step right here. >> So, what? Tell us what happened. Can I have my mic? >> Yes. Go inside. Mom, she doesn't want to talk in front of me. >> So, what happened? I I went up to and so over here. I asked her like get away from everybody. otherwise you can get >> and she basically said like Chinese people never give me a chance to do any like work or shop around and I'm not even Chinese so I took that as racism and I really don't tolerate that at all with my family cuz I know like it really affected my mom back then. So when she was racist to me I just like started it just escalated from there like after she was being racist to me cuz after she said the Chinese thing like I thought she was being racist cuz that's how I took it. She said, "Chinese people never give other people a chance to shop around." And then she I said, "Excuse me." And then she said like, "Yeah, I said it." And then I was like I was in shock for a little bit and then I after a little bit I thought I thought about what she said. I came back. I said, "Okay." Like you don't have to be about it. Like just because I asked if you needed help or anything, you don't have to say anything about it. Like you don't have to be racist towards me about it. And then >> she said, "Oh, I wasn't being racist. It's just true." And then that's when I >> Her story was quite convincing and even pulled at the heartstrings a little. But if she had been thinking straight instead of acting off of pure emotion, she would have known that employees don't put their hands on customers and expect to walk away clean. >> Place up on the wrist. So you got to turn around. >> You realize what you did was >> All right. How old are you? >> I'm 19. >> All right. Have you ever been in trouble before? >> No. >> Never. Okay. Calm down. Yes, >> sir. 49ers. >> Calm down. [laughter] >> I'm not We're not I'm not This is what's going to happen. Okay. >> All right. You want to go take a ride? [clears throat] >> Okay. It's just a battery. All right. Your parents can come and get you out today. [laughter] I need you to calm down. All right. Sorry. >> All right. We're going to walk over to my car. So, I'm not going to do it right here in front of everybody and [laughter] I need you to be compliant and I need you to be calm about it and be a big girl about it. Okay. >> All right. We're going to be we're going to be we're going to be humble about it and everything. Okay. [laughter] Do you have anything on? Do you have anything? Anything? Do you have anything sharp on you? Anything that you want you to keep with your mom? Anything like that? You want to keep jewelry with your mom or anything like that? >> Take your necklace. You want your necklace to your mom? >> Yes. >> All right. >> All right. Well, we're going to give you a >> chance with [laughter] fine. >> I'm nervous. >> You're just nervous right now. I'm sorry. I know. >> I said it's not a felony. [crying] >> So scary. [laughter] But she was racist. I've never had be racist to me. >> You can use that in your defense. Okay. The statue doesn't protect that. Okay. All right. Here. We're [laughter] going to go over here. All right. Just come with us. Okay. Don't run off. Don't do anything. Okay. Let's go. We're going to do out of sight of everybody. Okay. And we'll explain your mom. >> Whatever. My phone. >> Yeah. Yeah. We're going to give you your phone. It's going to come with everybody. while they pull a semi off of it. >> Just one second. Okay, >> all right. [laughter] There you go. You know, don't don't don't cross your fingers. All right. All right. We're going to let you Is that dad, too? Okay. We're going to let them talk to you real quick and we're going to explain to them what they can come do right after this. Okay. >> All right. >> Just Just search real quick. I'll talk to my wife. >> Her stuff is on the hood if you want to get it, too. The suspect caught up in her mess could only wish that she could turn back the hands of time and undo the chaos that she had stirred up. But as it stood, she was bound to sink in the consequences of her own actions as she dragged her parents right into it. >> She should be in that long. If you're able to go pay her bond, she'll be able to get out today. She'll be able to get out today. >> As soon as like she's done getting process and everything, as soon as he has the bond money, you you can actually go there right now and then just wait there and they'll be like, "Wait till she gets processed. When she's in, you get the bond money, she gets out." Yeah. So, what's the cav? >> Um, mom, her stuff is on the trunk of the car. Her um if you just grab it right here. >> She's going to have her phone on her, too. So, she can make >> Oh, you want her to keep her phone >> so when she gets when she get out, she can >> Oh, that's always phone. Who has her phone? >> That's my phone up there. >> Oh, >> I'm sorry. I forgot I put You can get the numbers out of your phone. All right. >> Is your phone off? Yeah, she's good. >> I think Oh, never mind. How do you >> uh you you hold it. >> I'm going to turn it off because to save the battery. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Okay. So when you get out it'll be charged so you can call your parents. Okay. >> Once we get in the car, >> let's have this. >> Let me put the seat belt on you. go in there. We're going to go in there. Give it like about >> we get there and then we have to grab the real quick and then get it once he's in. She'll be in the system and then we'll have her scoot off a little bit. I'm grabbing the window. Yep. And then Orange County. Yes. Orange County Corrections. Um, >> yeah. >> Booking. Yes. >> Booking. >> Yeah. Booking center is what it's called. If you type in Orange County on Google, it'll come up. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, I'll explain to you what what happened. Okay. So, I get She's claiming that um she said something racist to her which caused her to do what she did. >> Unfortunately, statue doesn't allow that to go bad or something. >> Absolutely. >> So, we explained that to her. We're trying to keep her calm. So, we want to put her handcuffs over there and talk to her. So, we wanted to do it over away from people. >> In the end, she was charged with battery. Next is 25-year-old Miguel Garcia, who thought the best way to defend the company was to throw some punches at customers. >> I hate him because he was for me. For me, he was disrespecting. He was like, "Oh, if you don't got my order, then why are you working here?" To be honest, I tried to defend the Burger King because >> he got his order even a talk to us like that. On July the 14th, 2024, late in the evening in Florida, officers responded to a call from a Burger King after a customer reported that he had been punched in the face several times by an employee, later identified as 25-year-old Miguel Garcia. At first, it sounded like a straightforward disturbance call, but the moment the officers approached Miguel to hear his side of the story, the situation went completely off the rails in a matter of seconds. Yo, lock me up. I don't give a Stop. Get over here. Put your hands behind the back. >> I don't give a >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> They ain't going to do this. Yo, >> I'm sorry now. Yo, you see what you see what you saying? Yo, so fend me 101. Fend me 101. >> They can go to jail. They're disorderly at the very least. >> I'm sorry. No. >> No. Hey, fix the deal. >> Bye. Have a seat. >> Up to this point, the officers were still in the dark trying to figure out exactly what had happened and how the situation had spiraled so badly before they even arrived. But the moment they started questioning witnesses who had watched the entire incident unfold, the pieces of the puzzle finally began falling into place. >> Was anybody here to seen what happened? >> Yes. All of us. >> I know you just said it, but can can you mind repeating it? Well, what I seen I don't like what I seen I just seen the bags on the floor. I see I guess he threw the food at bro face or whatever. But I >> Who threw the food? >> Him. >> This guy. >> Yeah. >> Is he a customer or something? >> Yeah, he's a customer. He wanted to he wanted a refund. >> Okay. >> That's what all I'm hearing when I come outside basically. And then like I see food on the floor. I'm trying to like break up the fight. There's a kid in the car and stuff. >> Okay. >> Leave alone driving and like >> I guess like bro >> So what happened with him? How did he get involved? That's the one that he threw the phone at his face. >> So, were they talking about a refund or like how did he get to be out here? >> He was the one talking about the refund at him. >> Okay. >> And then like I guess I don't know what happened, but I I just seen the food on the floor. I But I did witness that man throw the cups at the man face and stuff. That's why he start Yeah. That's why he started um beating on the man car and like he ran back in his car like Yeah. He provoked that man. We told that man leaving off. >> Did they get physical with each other at any point? Both of them got physical. He He not in the wrong. They both got physical. They both started fighting. I don't know why he just booted up cuz the food got thrown in the face. I know you wouldn't like food getting th >> No, he's he just needs to calm down for a second. That's why he's right there. >> So, he's I don't need him making any decisions that's going to make things worse for himself. >> So, but yeah. >> All right. >> That's That's Do you Are you Are you management or >> I am the GM. >> GM? Do you guys have cameras out here at all? >> Not out here. No. >> Do anything from inside show anything that happened right out here? >> Doesn't point. It all points towards the front counter. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Counters that pointed out there. I'm going have to talk to a queen about that. >> All right. >> Gradually, the officers began piecing together a clearer picture of how the entire situation had unfolded. From everything they had gathered so far, it was becoming obvious that Miguel, who hadn't exactly built a solid reputation for himself in the company, was in serious trouble. But years on the job had taught the officers that sometimes the person who looks like the victim at first glance, might be the very one who helped spark the chaos in the first place. >> What's going on? >> Talk to me. What happened? >> I ordered food. All right. They said, "Could you took my money? Said, could you come over here and wait for the food?" This clown keeps coming out, asking me if my car's for sale, talking like the way he's talking, >> but I don't want to do nothing because he's got my food in there. I don't want to spit in it and whatnot. So, I let it I let it go. Keeps coming out asking to see my ticket about what my food is. I said, "It's three junior hoppers of chicken. It's the $5 bags. There's three of them." Oh, four of them. And then it all started bad, right? I said, "Three sodas and a diet coke." He hands me four soda. I go, "Which one's your diet coke?" He goes, "I don't know." I go, "This is serious." Cuz my mother's a diabetic. So he just makes another soda. Gives me. So now I got five sodas, but they got this. They got everything back. So then I get out of the car and I was like, I don't want I want my money back now at this point cuz I don't know what they did to my food. So he starts doing all this [ __ ] punches me in my face, starts pounding on my hood. My son is right here. The only reason he's not flat on his back with a broken face right now is because of him. Got you. Okay. You give us a statement. Do you want to press charges? >> Yes, I want him gone. >> No, he's going. Regardless, he's going. Okay. Car the damage to it. >> I don't think there is >> right over here. Come here. >> There is right here. >> Okay. I'll grab my camera. that while you drive this course the car if you want a small >> but he works here and he did all this >> I think he works here does he even work here >> I don't know touching my food come on >> at this point the officers had confirmed that the customer wasn't the suspect at least not in this case but for the sake of fairness they still needed to hear from Miguel before making their next move and upon doing that the officers knew that they had to tread carefully because one wrong step could easily turn one of them into his next victim. >> All I want to do is tell my manager. >> Okay, we go. All right. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. I'm going to pull you out. I'm going to pat you down. Make sure you have nothing on you. Okay. >> Can I talk to my manager before you pat me down? >> No. Not before I patch you down. No. >> No, that's fine. After. After. After after. >> I'm pulling you out. I'll pat you down. Make sure you don't have anything on. >> No, it's perfect. Can I talk to my manager after? >> Step out first. We do one thing at a time. >> Yeah. >> Can I Wait, wait, wait. Can I talk to my manager after? >> Listen to me. This is my situation. You're going to step out. I'm going to pat you down. Okay. I got nothing on me. >> I'm not here to negotiate with you. Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah, that's fine. I got nothing on me. >> Okay. Well, you do have some stuff on you. >> Personal belonging. We're talking about personal belongings. >> Okay. All right. This can't be >> now your pants falling down here. >> I mean, I'm here cuz I can't. >> Now, listen. Let me pull back up for you. All right. Hold that for me there, sir. >> We got on you. >> Okay. Listen, I don't know what you got on you. I don't know if you have any >> We still have to We still have >> weapons or anything like that? >> We still have to get your personal property. >> Can Can I Can I Can I Can I Can I get you guys Higgins? >> Yep. >> Sarah Kenis. >> You guys are good officers. >> Thank you, sir. I appreciate. >> I ain't going to lie. You guys checking me before anything. >> What? What's your name? >> Sergeant Sarah. Hey, if you guys don't mind, my my my my my ID is right there. >> Can you guys write your name on the paper because I want to have >> I want to give a review to you guys because yo, I'm not going to lie. Out of Orlando here, y'all treat me better than Orlando. >> We'll give you our business cards and your and make sure you have that. >> All right, we're not going to fall down now. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right, >> bro. I'm just trying to work, make a living, make a living. I'll sit here. Whatever you want. Whatever you want. >> Hold on. Pull away. >> Yeah. Take that. Take that. Whatever. Hey, see what that says. See what that says. >> I I got you. I just want to make sure there's nothing. >> No. No. No. >> All right. >> I'm a Christian. >> I love God before anything. >> Ironically, Miguel turned out to be not as aggressive as the officers had initially assumed, at least for the moment. Even with that realization, they weren't ready to let their guard down. Not until Miguel laid out exactly how everything had unfolded from the onset. >> What happened? >> What happened? >> Yeah. Tell me what happened. So I So I'm going tell you right now >> I am going to um and if you don't want to believe me that's fine. I'm going through this. >> Okay. >> Where got to be where someone can hear me. >> Okay. >> Right now I I I jumped into this job. Where's um Burger King? >> Great job. Great job. And officer, I'm sorry. I'm a handcuff. I can't. >> Mhm. >> I'm sorry. Th This is a great job right here. Burger King. Great job. >> Okay. >> Only thing that happened was that guy. >> Okay. What happened between you and him though? >> So, he wanted to um be specific in some kind of order where that kind of order we didn't have. Let's say let's say your job didn't have tomato, lettuce, whatever extra whatever the >> they don't got where they supposed to have. >> So I didn't have them when they're supposed to have it. >> So I didn't have it. >> Okay. So he started talking >> I'm I'm going to be straight honest with you. >> Mhm. >> And I'll put this on the record or whatever. He started talking to you. >> Okay. I don't have that he was talking to me. Hey, you got to have lettuce because we don't have lettuce. You got to have tomato because we don't got tomatoes. And and when you pull up, it don't say we got tomatoes, but two seconds ago we ran out of tomatoes. You feel me? >> Gotcha. >> So, because of that, I got caught wrong. But, but it don't have to do with that. Hey, officer. Officer, please listen to me. Sergeant, >> I'm listening. >> Sergeant. >> Sergeant. Yes, sir. >> It don't got to do with with with what what they got. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to lie to you. I got to do what I got and what I don't got. >> Miguel was clearly beating around the bush, trying to dodge details and avoid saying exactly what went down. But with the officers pressing him from every single angle, the pressure kept building and he could no longer hold back the truth. >> Drinking or anything today? >> Yes. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yes. But that made me feel so much better because you guys got my name on the record. >> Yeah. Yeah. We got you. We got you. >> Oh my god. That made me feel so Why did you hit him? >> I hit him because he was for me. For me, he was disrespecting. He was like, "Oh, if you don't got my order, then why are you working here? If you can't if you can't get my order and you can't have whatever I asked for, why you can't have my That's literally how I felt off." >> Okay. So, you felt Okay. I felt like I had to like do his [ __ ] If I don't do his and I'm going to get a problem. That's literally why I push him. And and you can ask all my my my coworkers that that's why I even came outside because I wouldn't even came outside. >> Okay. >> Thank you, >> officer. I promise. >> I got you. >> Yo, officer, please. Yo, you can call my mama. I'll give you her phone number. She ain't she a >> I'll give you her phone number. She told me about him. She said, >> she would have said the same thing I'm saying. >> She can come over here. All right. I'm going to have your manager's going to come over and talk to you. Okay. >> Yes. Yes. >> Then my man Jordan. She in that car right there in that liquid. >> Yeah. >> So, please tell her to come. Please tell her. >> She's on her way. >> Yeah. >> Yo, can I ask you a question? >> Yes, sir. >> Why these cup get quicker every time we intent? >> What's that? Why do cuffs get >> Are they getting tighter? >> Yeah. [screaming] Yeah, bro. >> So soon as we're done with her, we'll rejust. >> No, no, no. They're not. >> You know why? Cuz there's a lock in them. So what happens? The more you're moving, they're probably they're probably getting tighter on you. Hey, >> we can we can lock it. >> You got a face. You got a faith that I could trust you. >> Okay. >> And then if you're not Can I Can I Can I Can I >> just talk to her and then we'll fix your cuffs. Okay. >> Can I shake your hand right here? >> You already did. Yep. You're good. >> At this moment, it was obvious that Miguel was intoxicated. But even in that intoxicated state, he was willing to open up some bitter truths to his manager and from their conversation could [music] be concluded that everybody wanted peace. But life has a funny way of teaching lessons through chaos. >> All right. >> I'm sorry. >> What? What are you doing? >> A guy came out here. >> You smell like alcohol right now. >> See, now if you went home when I told you to go home, this wouldn't even happen. >> I know. I know, >> but to be honest, I didn't want to go home because I wanted to go home and live. >> I'm going be honest with you. I wanted to go home. I didn't want to go home because I want to make the hours. It's not about going home. But now >> I got no job without you guys. I got no job. I ain't got no >> Listen, when when you get out, you come and talk to me, okay? You got my number still in your phone. That mean I ain't got no >> When you say that, that means I ain't got no behind me. >> That means when I get out of here, I ain't got no even though I wasn't even like the guy tried coming at me because he ain't got no order. So I tried defending to be honest. I tried to defend the Burger King because >> we got his order even he ain't got to talk to us like that. >> All you got to do is act nicely. If you could have just said >> I know I could have avoided I know that you know >> and I dug my officers before. That's what I'm telling you boss. >> You could look look you could look at my record in Orlando. >> I had so many in Orlando because I was trying to do my and I ain't and I ain't listen to the I was supposed to do. >> Miguel, you're you're a good get yourself together, baby. >> Trust me. I don't have a sleeper clean. I'm not sleeping. >> I know he's going to want me to stay here until late. I know. I know you want me to stay here until until 5. >> Call you when he gets out, then he's going to go down. Okay, >> baby. You can always change your mind. >> Give her a call when you get out. Okay. >> Can Can I get something to like I ain't even like like you telling me to I'm I get I get a free free jail card, but like I'm not even asking for that. I want you all to help me. >> Listen, you punch this guy in the face, okay? He's pressing charges. You're going to jail >> and that's it. >> Can I Can I be honest with you guys? >> You can be as honest as you want. >> I didn't even notice I punched you in the face. >> Yeah. Well, you did. >> But you did. Okay. So, that's why you're going to jail. Okay. So, >> it's never too late to change your life around. Trust me. >> Actually, step out first so I can fix those cuffs. >> Am I going to jail? >> Yes, you are. >> Yep. Yep. You punch some guy in the face, man. You can't just punch people in the face cuz then you go to jail. >> Even if he disappointment, >> doesn't matter. Yeah. You can't. They can disrespect you. There's no longer disrespecting you. >> Just spin for me. Let me fix these. Oh, you got >> I'm tight. I'm tight. >> Hey, your wrist is turned. >> I'm tight, man. My wrist is hurting. I didn't even t >> All right. Listen, I'm fixing it. Calm down. >> This is the Stop. >> Please. I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. >> It's okay. >> I'm sorry. >> There you go. Have a seat back in there. In the end, he was charged with battery and disorderly intoxication.
