Where is he? >> He somehow managed to make a double stop him. >> Somehow managed. I think that means that he just pushed his way through. All right, everyone. I'm Frank Slope. I'm a 24-year veteran of the sheriff's office out here in Arizona. Today, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. Body cam pro is the channel that we found today's video. It's in an airport. We know I love airport videos. While we do that, body cam bingo is the game. We've got card number one today. Uh, check out our website, sell cards one through five. They come in a pack, you buy them, I'll send them to you. Uh, also you can find a mug just like the mug that I drink from. Those are all on there. So, let's check out today's video. See if we can fill card number one. >> Excuse me. Get out of the way, please. >> Thank you. >> Yo, let's go. >> Great. >> Let's go. Come with me. Let's go. What are you doing? >> What are you doing? Let's go. >> I'm doing nothing. >> Get off the bridge. Let's go. >> You don't listen to people. Is that your problem? >> Come on. Let's go. Keep walking. >> Look. Wait. >> Listen. >> We get to the end. We talk. All right. >> I like it. >> Let's go. >> Can I talk? >> No. You walk at the end. Talk. Walk now. We talk later. >> Listen. You got a problem listening to people? >> I keep going. Keep walking. >> Why can't you walk and talk at the same time? >> They tell you you're not flying. You're not flying. >> Why not? Yeah. They They understand. They're right. Come on. Keep going. >> They are racist. >> Okay. Well, that >> they are racist. >> They are racist. >> I wish I had this car. Keep walking. >> I'm wrong. >> Keep walking. >> They are racist and I'm wrong. >> If they tell you you're not flying, you're not flying. So, you have to listen to them. How about that? >> I mean, let's go. Keep walking. >> I listen to the cops and listen you the foolish. >> Well, you got to listen to them, too. >> You don't HAVE TO LISTEN TO, BUDDY. Come on. Let's go. >> Come on, man. Don't worry. Please >> move. >> No vinyl still, right? >> Listen, don't make us don't make this. >> Sometimes you have to go on the plane. Why Why don't you listen to them if they tell you that? >> So, our suspect here is saying that he doesn't want he doesn't want violence. And as someone that uses violence um to to overcome certain levels of force that comes against me, sometimes violence is the answer. Sometimes you need to physically put your hands on someone. someone has to physically been taken into custody and sometimes there are control holds and sometimes we take people to the ground and that is the answer to the problem that is presented that is someone being physical towards us. Um this guy wants to keep stopping and blocking the jetway so he is pushed away. That's not violence. That is absolutely not violent. That is simply letting him know, hey, you can do two things like walking and chewing gum, but instead of your mouth moving, chewing gum, you could just talk and walk. And he could do those two at the same time. And the fact that this officer pretty gently put his hands on him. I don't call that violence, but I feel like feel like he's going to figure out what violence is here shortly. >> It's not up to you. It's up to them. You have your ID. >> What's wrong, sir? >> But Cynthia, >> you want your license, sir? >> You got your license? >> True. I was >> I was invited. >> So, it's is really necessary. >> Yes. >> If they tell you you're not flying, you're not flying. >> I don't know what happened. >> He He me >> whatever the situation. >> What you going to do? >> I was over here at 882. He came over this. Why are you >> screaming for no reason? I had no idea what happened. >> The captain was here at the gate. The captain heard him screaming, threatening, and the captain said he doesn't want him on the flight. >> If you think people in my videos are annoying, wait until you hear what's happening with your personal data online. We can't let you." >> He was supposed to go at 82. >> No, he was supposed to go here, but I was working at 82. >> Okay. >> So, the captain heard him screaming at me and screaming at him and the captain said he doesn't want to come on the flight. >> She's telling I discriminate her. >> Just relax. I had discrimination. >> Say you discriminated me. >> What? >> You I discriminate to you. >> Why are you being so loud? >> You have two people both claiming discrimination. I love it. >> I mean, >> I think we can all agree that English is probably this guy's second language, right? He's an ESL dude. But somehow in learning English, he also learned how to play the race card. Maybe that's a thing that you learn here in America. Maybe you're like, "Hey, I'm not from here, and any slightest bit of adversity that comes my way, I'm going to blame it on the fact that I'm not from here." And that's exactly what he's doing. Because if you look at him, he just looks like a dude. He just looks like any other guy. Like, I don't know what race card it is. I don't even know where this guy's from, but wherever he's from, he came to America and learned the race card. And I didn't have a race card box on card number one. I was very disappointed about that. >> We're trying to help you. We're trying to help them. >> When you were to help me, I need to take this plane. >> You're not going to get on that plane. You're not flying on that plane. And I'm just not after this. They're probably not going to let you fly. You're not going to fly on a plane. They told you no. No means no. >> No means no. >> Sir, >> they run the show. >> I passed through the the the security. >> It doesn't matter. >> I did anything. I did nothing. >> It doesn't matter. Right. >> I love American Airlines. I am I've documented it. I American is one I fly two airlines fairly consistently and American is one of them. I have their credit card. I love it. Um great job on the captain of this airplane saying, "I don't want that guy on my plane." He's the captain. He gets to make those rules. And I love that he saw this guy causing a disturbance in the terminal and said, "I don't want that guy locked in a tube for however many hours this flight is and then have to deal with him in a confined space where there's no there's no ability to remove him and stop him from causing all of the disturbances that he is and being disorderly and rude um and condescending and entitled and all the other things that this guy is." Um, so good and I love it. I tried to shut the door. He ran through my arm and I'm still kind of feeling the numbness of my fingers actually physically. You want to press charges? >> Do it. >> You want to press charges? >> I think I do. >> Yes, you do. We've seen it in a whole bunch of other videos where law enforcement officer asks the victim of a crime, hey, do you want to press charges? Pretty much what that means is except for a couple exceptions, if there is no victim, there is no crime. Um, especially when it's you start talking about stuff about like crimes against persons like assault and battery and um, you know, criminal damage, things like that. Um, so someone has to be willing to say, I am the victim. This crime was committed against me. Um, we needed this employee of American to say, "Yes, he committed a crime. He touched me," which in the state of Florida is a battery. Um, he touched me. I didn't want him to touch me, and yes, I'm willing to be a victim. That allows these law enforcement officers to put hands on this guy and place him under arrest, take him into custody for that offense. Now, if that American Airlines employee would have said, "No, I don't want anything to happen." That's it. There there is no then there is no crime because there is no victim. So, that this portion of this video is very important because it allows the officers to make an arrest. >> That means why they don't have to have a reason. It's a private private company. No, >> they can tell you anybody they want. >> Is that a discrimination? >> Well, I'm not here for that. I'm here because they told you no. >> They say no. I'm here because they told you no. And no means no. >> There we go. >> I like it. >> No, it doesn't mean maybe. It doesn't mean it's up to you. Cuz it's not up to you. It's not up to you. It's a private business. They said no. That means no. >> That's what it means. >> Your license. >> I'm going to get a translator over here. I'm going to get a translator over here. Okay. Boarding >> Lencia Poravore. If he asks you that, we're going to have a problem. >> I don't have a problem. >> Oh, I'm going to have a problem. >> I I I >> I'm going to tell you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Nothing. >> It's pretty bad for you right now. You're ridiculous. It's bad for you now and you're making it worse. >> So rude to me. >> I'm not rude to you. I asked you for your license. >> But I am >> You're like a 2-year-old kid. You have >> your boarding pass. >> That's why I'm >> I don't know why. >> License or boarding pass? >> Need a translator and I need >> translator. >> I don't know why. >> You you have a clear problem with listening. >> You have a very clear problem with listening. >> Do you not have to listen when you're on vacation? >> Okay. So what? I'm not here to to get a problem. >> Well, you already are a problem. >> You are the problem. All right. So, our suspect here multiple times says that he's on vacation. And I don't know. I don't know how to take that. Like, does it mean that laws and rules don't apply to you? You can just act like a degenerate um because you're on vacation. If you act like this on vacation, how do you act at home? Like when you go home, do all of a sudden do you develop manners and and a sense of respect for people around you? Like this guy is just I don't I don't know what being on vacation has to do with acting like this, but I don't I don't understand the correlation. >> Let me see the your boarding pass or your license. >> I'm waiting. You >> can wait all you want. It's not going to change anything. You're making this a lot worse and a lot harder than you have like a 2-year-old. >> I like that guy. 2-year-old baby. >> That guy's got too much gray hair to mess with them. You just You can't mess with an old cop. >> You think you're going to just walk onto the plane after they told you no? That's like a 2-year-old. >> Why would they say no means the cops? >> No means no. >> I need to get on. >> No, you're not going on the plane. You missed that flight. It's over with. >> No, don't. Thank you very much. >> You're done. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> You're welcome. We're here to help you. >> We're here to help you. >> So, he's he's going to go for battery. He hit him. >> Trying to get down to the gate. >> I get do them for disorderly and do him for battery. >> What happened, sir? >> You're being arrested for battery. >> What happened, son? >> Let's take this off. Okay. Okay. I'll take it off. I'll >> take it off. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Don't put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I just want to put my phone on the bag. >> She's broken my >> I think he understands. >> Hand behind your back. >> I'll put this. >> Okay. Stop. >> Okay. I I just want to take >> This is what's going to happen. You're going to go to the ground. >> I just want I don't I just put here behind your back. I got this. >> You're not You're not >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Dump him. There we go. >> You sure are. >> Put your hand behind your back. Stop resisting. And put your hand behind your back. >> I got I got I got I got I got it. I GOT IT. HELP IT. Help it. >> There you go. >> Help it. Help it. Not killing me. >> We're okay. >> You're like a little baby. >> We're okay, >> man. What are you doing, man? I'm a vacation, man. >> What you doing, man? >> You clear have a very hard time listening. >> Okay. I mean, listen. You >> I asked for no. >> You haven't listened yet, >> man. It's too tight. It's too tight. >> There we go. Complains about handcuffs. Please. Help me. Yeah, this one tight. >> Somebody help me. >> It's the sign. >> Okay, relax. >> Those are not tight. [screaming] >> Move your hands. >> What are you doing? >> Wait a minute. I can fix it. Stop moving. >> Help me. >> No. >> What is this guy's deal? >> Catching everything, man. >> No. >> Somebody's catching everything. >> What are you doing, man? >> I'm trying to think. I'm a little violent racist down. >> I ask you for a lawyer. I asking FOR A LAWYER. JUST >> go mentions lawyer court. >> I can't fix it while >> I can't get to it. >> We should stand up. You >> stand, man. WHY DO WE DIE? >> THERE YOU GO. >> It's good. It's good. Now you going to stand up OR WHAT? STOP YELLING. [screaming] >> HELP ME. [laughter] You're getting arrested, man. Stop making a big deal. >> Why am I arrested, man? Why am I arrested? >> I did nothing. >> Please, guys. >> Oh, you need to go to jail so bad. >> Can I get my phone in my bed, please? >> No. >> Just touch it. >> No. >> Just that's what I'm asking for. >> Sir, you need to stop resisting. You still resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> I said no virus. I just want to take my bag, please. Sir, >> I have no idea where this this suspect is from. It sounds like it maybe it's another country. So, if he's from another country and he's visiting the United States, you would think that you would come and you would be you would you would acquies to any request made of you, especially by law enforcement. When I go to other countries and I go to I went to Costa Rica last year, Mexico, I'm going to go to Canada this year, do some fishing. Um, when I go there, I am as overly polite and accommodating as I can possibly be because I don't want to cause a problem in another country. I just I want to go there and enjoy it and just and soak up everything that has to do with that country and the culture and food and sites. And the last thing I want to do is have any sort of negative contact with law enforcement. But maybe not everyone thinks like me. >> Walk that way. >> What are you doing? My bad. My My bad. >> I search all the time here. >> Put my phone in the bag, please. I will lost it. >> Walk that way. Hey sir, >> stop yelling. Stop. >> What did you do? >> To hurt them. >> Come on. >> You really are. >> Who's my victim? >> To do the job of this. >> All you were going to do is get rebooked and you made it completely worse. >> Yep. >> All right. Anything else? >> Yeah, we got a There's a victim for battery. I got to get him statements. If you can get that for me. Okay. >> Um, it's the one talking to uh Jabari, >> the American Airlines guy. Put >> the shirt on. >> Uh, yeah. >> Okay. You can you can you can you can I don't go anywhere, man. Okay. You can you can let me. >> It's necessary. I I don't go anywhere. >> You resisted up until 2 seconds. >> I don't resist, sir. >> Sure you did. Absolutely dead. >> It's not the camera. No means. No means no. >> The camera says no means it's all on here. Absolutely. You're right. >> I just got >> When you say, >> buddy, I say put your hands behind your back. It doesn't mean you start reaching for stuff. When you say put your hands behind your back, is that what that means? >> I was just trying. >> It was fine. You're going to have to do it. All right. >> You don't get to just try to do anything. I just want to know what I may have in accused him. >> Lady, you could you tell me what I I don't >> battery >> battery >> battery >> battery. What is it? >> Means you touched somebody that you shouldn't have. >> Yep. >> I touch somebody. >> You don't get to touch people. >> I didn't. >> Keep your hands to yourself. >> And the camera will show it. >> Yes, sir. I can go with you. >> You're really careful, man. >> Can I go over here? >> Yeah, bro. Place the other all the sides. >> So, I should I should watch what you're doing. You are messing my things and I not in my presence. Not in my presence. >> You should mess my things. in my presence. The camera is filing. All right. >> Everything's on camera. Everything's on camera. Look, his camera is on camera. >> All the different terrible things that you did are all on camera. >> That's why we're watching this. >> You You don't You don't >> Everything's recorded. >> This This just with a warning. You have a warning. You have a warning. >> I don't I don't Okay. You You don't need >> You want passport? >> I mean, anything with a name of birthday. You take that. Okay. All right, we're going the other side. We're going in the car. All right. Okay. >> Everything's recorded, my friend. Everything. I'm afraid >> the whole encounter. >> I I I you all the time, >> my man. You >> take it off. >> No, we're not taking it off. >> Absolutely not. >> Nope. You want to uh go outside and put this on? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> No. like so you got battery and you got resist violence. >> Yeah. >> Is he resistant from the second we tried to put him? >> Is there any type of charge for um going on the Jeopardy when you film it? No. It's not like a kind of I figured that >> racist is not a crime to you. >> I'm sorry. >> Racist is not crime to you. >> Sure it is. >> Racist, >> per se, but if you do a crime with it, it makes it worse, which is good. >> Crime is a crime or not. >> Well, >> no. >> Yeah, it depends on the circumstance. Absolutely. I agree with you. >> It is or not. >> It is. >> Depends. It is a crime if it goes along with a crime. I'm pretty sure that's how that works. >> Hate crime. >> It's a hate crime. >> But when they told you not to get on the plane, that means you can't get on the plane. >> He is facing charges of battery and resisting arrest with violence. >> All right, card one.
