Without insurance, I can't let this vehicle back on the road. Yeah. >> What? Because I can't. You crash into someone. Yeah. So, what are we going to do? So, you can >> to go home. I know. I'll give you the same opportunity that I give everybody. You can get some insurance here on the side of the road, or I can tow the car. And I hate towing people's cars, so I'm going to hope you can get some insurance. It's too much of a liability to let the vehicle back on the road, cuz if I knowingly let you back on the road without insurance, and you hit somebody, or somebody hits you, I like it. then that's on me, because I allowed the vehicle back on the road. I like that philosophy. This moment, the officer checks the backseat, and notices something's missing. That bottle that was sitting right here. Where did it go? I'm going to reiterate a point that Sam and I have spoken about literally for years. Which is, if you're knowingly driving dirty, if you're you have a warrant, you know your license is suspended, um you know you don't have insurance, drawing attention to yourself in this case at 27 mph over the posted speed limit, like you're just asking for trouble. If she were to have been going the speed limit, 70 in a 70, she would have been down the road, and this never would have been a video. But instead, she is drawing attention to herself, begging this officer to take a little deeper look into, "Hey, do you have your registration and insurance?" When the answer to that is no, you've caused your own dilemma, and that's where we're at right now.
