You can have a seat in your back of that cruiser. You see? >> I don't mind. I go to jail. >> Okay. >> I just want to make sure. >> Could you please get a proper property? So you trespass also. >> Hold on. >> You want to raise this up? >> She the one who did the trespass. >> Yeah, I did that. >> No, there's no officer signs off on a no police officer's name on that road. >> Okay, come here. How long has she been here? >> Uh, probably about pass an hour. Within seconds, tensions rose as the woman began to show everyone who cared to know that she was a lousy Karen who wanted to have special privileges. We had to pull up off of the bus with being disorderly. We had an escort up off the uh PWA racial slur. She called out at the skateboard. She called my supervisor. >> Yeah, we we have it with her. >> Now, >> what's up? >> I ain't did nothing to be trespass. >> Okay. >> I got a right to ride the bus. >> Do me a favor. >> What? I got I go to court July 8th. >> Okay. Come over here. I got to put handcuffs on you. Come on. Don't make this difficult. Wanda, Wanda, you're going to be out tomorrow, okay? It's not a big deal. YOU CAN either get >> I got the court date. Listen to me. >> I got I got the court date for July 8. >> You can either get this very petty misdemeanor charge or I'm going to charge you with higher level misdemeanor. >> I don't give a >> So you're going to sit in jail longer and then I'm going to go to court and testify against you. It's going to be worse. What do you want to do? You want to go to jail for longer or you want to just go to jail for the night? >> I already went to jail. I already went down there for my warrant. I went on the fourth floor and I got a court date on July the 8th. >> Okay. So, why would you want to get more charges? >> I mean, I ain't the criminal justice. That's >> Well, I'm going to give you charges if you don't cooperate. >> Well, you know, >> why do you want to do that? You're over here getting upset about having to go to jail. Why would you want to add more charges to it when you just have to have one? I don't even want to do this because one, it's not going to end well for you, okay? Cuz now you're obstructing, okay? You're making my job difficult and I'm going to charge you with resisting cuz you're now under arrest. Okay? You're going to jail. Okay? I need you to slide over here so I can put handcuffs on you. >> The old woman thought she was making the officers pay for arresting her by giving them a hard time. Little did she know that she was only making things worse for herself. He told me to sit down. He was going to see what had to be done. >> He already looked. He told me. >> There's There's nothing. >> We're not arguing. We're not arguing. >> There's nothing. That's a war. >> Come on. Come on. >> I appreciate it. Thank you very much. Okay. Go ahead and face that way for me so I can get the and give me your other hand. Okay. Wanda. >> Help. >> Wanda, can you please cooperate with me? Okay. Come on. Come on. Come on. I do it. All right. I can almost guarantee we're going to have to drag her in here or not. She's probably not going to get out. She did swing on me. So, >> damn. I didn't see that. That's a problem. Oh, yeah. All right. Come on. >> All right. No. Yeah. It's always a n. >> It's always a mother. I can't get out like this. >> You have to let me out on that side. >> Okay. >> It's always a mother out there. >> It's always >> Come on. >> One would think after getting handcuffed that Wanda would calm her demeanor, but that was not the case. She continued being a total pain in the neck. Hope your goddamn mama, your kids or somebody. >> I hope you get in a car accident. If you got a baby in a car, I hope you slip and I hope you crash and hit a pole. And I hope you go through the door or go through the window. And sometimes it happens. It's always y'all me for no reason. >> God bless you, too. >> Now, y'all have to blast me. >> Come on, ma'am. >> I ain't You have to take me out cuz I can't get out. >> All right. You ready? I went on the fourth floor and I talked to her and to Daniel. Well, listen. >> You know what? I hope I hope you know what I do. I hope somebody when you get home for the next year. I hope you get nothing but bad news. I hope they die. Open your family action and into sorry about that. >> You're not going to jail for you going to jail for criminal trespass. >> Well, they trespass on the so you can't be there. Dad, they didn't give me no papers. >> They didn't give me no papers. >> Wanda just couldn't respect herself enough to behave properly and be cooperative with the officers. She thought being verbally abusive was going to make the officers go lenient on her. But the officers made sure she got what she deserved. >> Okay. They never gave me. The police, the worldwide cop, he never gave me no papers. Nobody never gave me no papers. >> I mean, is that something you want to argue when you face the judge? >> No. You know what? I can get an organization together and I'm had them to write them up. >> Okay. Jennifer Jennifer Good at Donald that blueeyed evil [ __ ] She a Catholic. They wor out in I don't give a [ __ ] about yass. >> She's fine. Wanda was eventually charged with criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. The next case is a case of this granny who refused to leave a hotel room after her allocated checkout time. >> I want you to open the door right now. >> Well, why? >> So that I can talk to you. >> You can talk to me through the door. >> Why are you taking me to jail? Feed my dog. If you come back to this property, you are going to go to jail. Do you understand? >> No problem. Did you feed the dog? >> On the 25th of December, 2023, officers were dispatched to a hotel regarding an older patron who, for reasons best known to her, refused to vacate the hotel room after her checkout time. Upon arrival, the officers met the hotel staff, who detailed the woman's arrogant attitude towards them. >> Today, um, he was supposed to have been gone by 12:00. It's now 2:00. He just called and was saying some very inappropriate things to me. Um, as far as I know, he's still in the room. I don't know, but I'd like him to be gone. >> You like him trespass from the property? >> Yes. Okay. I mean, >> you mind coming up with us today? >> Yeah, I can come back. >> Okay. >> What was he saying when he called? >> Probably would have put that on my head. >> That's not very nice. >> What? >> Would you stand over here, please? Police come to the door, please. >> Why can't you? Are you okay right now? Physically, what >> are you physically okay? Can you come to the door, please? >> What? >> Can you come to the door, please? >> Okay. Well, if you don't come to the door, I'm going to open the door. >> Well, where is your dog? >> All right. Please do put a leash on the dog. Black or white? >> I don't see the relevance. >> I do. My dog. >> Okay. >> Is your dog on a leash now? >> Not yet. >> I want you to open the door right now. >> After multiple warnings and instructions, asking the woman to open the [music] door. She remained and refused to open it. With that, the officers realized who they were dealing with and had no choice but to resort to desperate measures. >> You can talk to me through the door. >> If you don't open the door, I'm going to open the door. Whatever. You got a key, right? >> I do. Come unlock the door, please. Please come unlock the door. >> Christmas scar, mother. >> Well, I'm sorry that you're afraid. I'm not trying to scare you. Please come to the door. >> You better go. Go home. Get your ass on this. Where are you? I can't see you. >> Where are you? You ain't white. >> I'm concerned. >> What? >> Can you please open the door so I can talk to you? >> Hey, >> Harold. >> You know your name for something like that. >> Okay. My name is Corporal Harris. Actually, can you please un open the door? >> No. Merry Christmas. Leave me alone. >> Okay. Listen, if you don't open that door, I'm going to come in there and when I come in there, I'm going to take you to jail. >> Okay. I'm looking for you. Why are you taking >> Why are you taking me to jail? >> James, man, >> hold on, baby. It's okay. >> Hey, puppy. Hey, puppy. >> No, she's my service dog. That's too tight. That's too tight. I'm telling you, it's too tight. >> I understand that. >> Okay, then loosen it. >> My fingers fit inside. Loosen the pops. Loosen them while I fart all over you. Okay, you're going to pay for this, brother. You know that, right? >> Corporal Harris, walk with me, please. We're going over there. >> We're going over there to have a seat. Come with me. >> I can't cuz you won't. >> Okay, I can bring you over there. You can stand up. We can walk now. >> Despite the officer breaking the [music] door open and putting her in handcuffs, the woman refused to cooperate with the officers. A decision she was going to regret soon. Is this how? Stay here. Come here. Don't touch. >> Have a seat, please. >> Over here. Come here. Don't touch my dog. It's a law. It's a federal law. >> Sit down. Please. >> Please sit down. >> Touch my dog. >> Okay. Is there a reason why you're still in here, >> Billy? Come here. Sit down. Sit down. >> Where's your ID at? >> It's on the bed. You No. Sit down. >> Keep her for a second. >> Touch my dog. Who are you? >> Prince 755 to base. Can you run a 27 for me? >> Trespassing. Why? >> Who asked me to go? >> Who? Lieutenant >> 104. >> Lieutenant, look at me, sir. Who asked me to go? >> I don't Who asked me to leave? >> The hotel. And then we came to talk to you and you didn't want to talk to >> No, I didn't want to talk to you. Of course, it's Christmas. Why would I want to talk to you? >> Yeah. >> And the hotel did not. I just checked out. >> If he checked out, why are you here? >> Because uh cuz you guys came to handcuff me. >> I was leaving. So, what's the problem? >> Miss Lombardo, are you from here? >> No. What? You think I'm from here? You saw my license. What's the address? >> I didn't see your license. It's very common to have licenses that are from other states. >> None of your business. My address is what's on that. What I'm trying to ask is cuz I'm trying to find out if somebody can come get your dog or if I'm calling animal control. If you don't want to work with me, I'll call animal control. >> You don't know the law. >> I can do that. >> Okay, whatever. Call the cops. >> Boss down here, brother. >> This is my boss. >> Then you know the law. You know you can't take this dog from me. >> The jail's not going to accept your dog. >> I'm not going to jail. >> You are going to jail. >> Okay. I got friends there. So, who do I do in the van? Hold on. >> Let us forgive these mother trespassingo. trespass against us. They don't have to be black. They can be white, pink, and purple. They still start over. Father, who art in heaven, thank you, my brother. Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done. Your be done, mother, as it is in heaven. undo. Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done. Give us this day our daily bread, forgive us our trespasses as we forgive these trespass against us. >> I'm going call a number on this. >> Start over. Father, >> she call she call me >> who art in heaven. Thy name is earth. Father, blacks, whites, Jews, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth. This is earth, mother earth, as it is in heaven. >> The officers had to wait for her to finish her prayer while they watched her in amusement as she displayed her unhinged behavior. >> Start over. He's touching my >> God. >> I saw him. You could always ask. It's probably now that I saw the jail service >> but you could always ask a senior a veteran who's just having Christmas. They broke in my room. They Oh, did I not tell you they me? Oh, you mother. Sorry. If all my Morgan and Morgan [clears throat] I own place, brother, shut the up. So this bald mother don't care who he is. I'll never with him if he's don't ever come near me looking like that. Son in a heartbeat. >> Hey, it's Coral Harris Van Airport. How are you? I'm just taking a dog. I'm pretty sure I already know the answer. I got some lady. I just had to kick the door down in the hotel room to get her out. She's going to be coming to y'all for criminal trespass and obstruction. She's got service dog. You guys take service dogs? It's a real nice, beautiful little golden retriever. Really well trained. But since they're both misdemeanors, I ain't trying to send this dog to animal control on Christmas. No, we don't have kennels. We don't have anything for 20 minutes. Oh, you guys want to rush her through an R? I'll do that. Yeah, I can do that. Yeah, that'd be great. Um, she's a little salty, though. She got real salty right around the point I said, "If you don't come to this door, I'm going to kick it down." Yeah. She was supposed to be out by 10:00. It's last day of this day. Apparently, when the front desk lady called her to talk to her about it, she received the front desk receptionist received some very choice words from her. All right. I'll let her know that if she's not nice, the dog goes to animal control. All right, ma'am. >> I'm not talking. You're the boss man. >> He's a peon. Shut up. >> I'm going to explain something to you, and if you don't like it, you don't have to like it, but you need to hear. >> Hold on. Let me let me break for your real quick. >> Okay. What I'm about to tell you is the difference between whether your dog goes to animal control or whether you get to keep your dog. Okay. Okay. >> So, I suggest you pay attention. >> All right. Hold on. I got to concentrate. Remember, I'm 100% veteran United States Air Force mother. >> Ma'am, >> you're smack at three military bases. You can't throw a rock without hitting. >> Focus. I've been trained by the United States government. You haven't. Don't touch my You just my bag. That's another one. You can't even fish because you have shoes. You definitely have a got one but you don't know how to use it. You got a plate holding your up. Uh badge. And why is your holster? Why is this on holstered? Mother Bobby police on holster. >> Okay. You going to listen to what he asked? >> No. I want to know why his unholstered. >> What makes you think it's unholstered? >> Because I can tell you marksman's but specialist. >> They'll put that thing back on before you talk to me. >> All right. >> Instead of allowing the officers to let her know her dog's fate, the woman continued being uncooperative and difficult to handle. >> So, I'm going to give you one more chance and then I'm going to call animal control and send your dog to animal control. >> All right. >> I've called the jail and they won't take the dog. >> I knew they wouldn't. >> They won't. But what they will do is RO you for some misdemeanor. >> What does that mean? >> That means that you're not going to be held on bail. They're going to process you and let you out the front door. >> If you cooperate with me and cooperate with them, >> I'll hold your dog till you come out the front door. You can have your dog back and we'll all go on about our day. >> And if you don't want to cooperate, release on own recgnissance. >> It means they're going to release you without you having to go see a judge. >> But I still haven't heard my rights yet. I'm under arrest. >> Well, that's irrelevant. >> No, it's not. But do you want the dog to go to animal control? >> Well, you know the answer. We both know the answer. So, do I really have to answer you? >> No, I do not want the dog. >> So, what we can do is if you cooperate once you get to the jail, they're going to let you out on your own recognance, which means you don't have to see a judge, but you have to cooperate. >> Can you undo these cuffs? >> Cannot do that till we get to the jail. >> Can you loosen them? Can you give me some water? >> Not right now. >> Can you read me my rights? Can you put my shoes on? We'll let you put your shoes on. >> How can I with my hands behind my back? >> I see sandals right here. >> Don't put them on, buddy. Here. >> Well, I can't do that. >> If you choose not to put them on, that is your choice. >> Sweet. >> I prefer my little black ones in there, buddy. >> I would prefer that I not had to come here at all, ma'am. >> Well, to help you put your shoes on, but I will let you put those >> black ones out. I don't want those. I want those. It's holding gel, not those. Man, when you get inside the jail, you won't be wearing these shoes anyway. You'll be wearing their sandals. >> No, I won't. I'll be wearing my shoes, not those, cuz they have leases. So, I'll take these ones, though. Can you wipe my for me? >> No, man. No, I can't. >> Who the son of you? You're no friend of mine. >> Yes, you are. >> You can't even play. >> No, I like you. What is your name? >> Corporal B. Harris. >> Harris D. Where's your father from? New Mexico. >> No, >> you can't be related to me. There's no way you're related to me. >> Ma'am, how much have you had to drink today? >> Not enough. I need to drink a lot more with you. So, >> all right. >> Can you I need something. Can I spray this in my mouth? >> No. >> Okay. >> I have a condition that will cause me to go into cardiac arrest. >> What's that condition? >> Dry mouth. See, I need some water or that spray in my mouth. >> You want me to spray this in your mouth? >> Yep. It's alcohol. It's from my doctor. It's a prescription. >> How many times? >> Three. Can you scram my >> No. >> Okay. In here. Come on. Where's the bag? We need a bag. >> We don't need a bag. >> Yes, we do. >> No, we don't. >> We're getting a bag. Grab that bag, sweetheart. >> We're not getting a bag. Is your car outside? >> Get the bag, >> ma'am. >> All right. Listen. >> If I have to if I have to push you into doing anything. >> Now, listen. You have my wallet. The woman continued to tense things by stalling the officers from taking her out of the room. >> So, it's right there. You know, my ID is on the front. Where's my ID? >> On in front of my vest. >> Why is on your vest? >> Because I took your ID to run you. >> Honey, I'll never do you. You got to sit on the top of your head. That's a bad spot. So, >> you have $9 in cash. >> That's all I got. >> That's all that was there. >> Okay. Put the key and that in there. Ma'am, I'm not putting the hotel room in here. You don't stay at this hotel anymore. >> I need proof when I sue you. So, I want my key. >> This is a nice little video >> when you get an attorney. >> Hold on. Hey. Uhuh. I can't. >> What does your dog need? >> My dog need >> Yes. What does your dog need? >> She needs her best. >> What are we bringing with? What are we taking with her? >> Slow your roll, baby. Jelly roll. I know who you are, brother. You better smile. Oh, we're not going to smile. Her mask is right there. >> We are very rapidly approaching your dog going to animal control. >> You know what? I'm So, all right. Can I tell you how to put it on? >> Yes, you can. >> Goes over her head and then pull the leash through it. >> Good puppy. >> She doesn't like you. >> She doesn't have to like me. >> I know. I told her not to like you. No. Hey, you're Oh, you're son. Go ahead and um Yep. Can you figure it out? Now, everything on this bed except for this blow dryer is mine. >> Ma'am, I'm not taking your things to jail. You can coordinate with this facility to get your things back when you're done. >> I don't want And I'm not coming back here. >> Is this your key? >> Let's take it with us cuz I'm not coming back to this home. >> Okay. You can come back here to coordinate the release of your things. [clears throat] >> No. In the meantime, we're leaving now. We're taking the dog. >> You can have her wallet, your keys. >> We need her. She's got to have her toy. >> All right. >> I need my sunglasses cuz I can't see. You can keep the gun. Oh, it's not. It's a knife. I need that. I don't need that phone with you, by the way, >> I need this. You taking that with you or we take >> cuz I can't breathe. And guess what? >> With me. Give it to the >> You keep the rest. >> Okay. I have no attention. >> So, look. I got I need a jacket. It's going to be cold in Jeff. >> Ma'am, you can drop those things. They won't let you take any of those into the jail. >> They will. One of them is a prescription for my doctor. >> That's nice. They won't let you bring it into the jail. >> Yes, they will. I've been to jail. >> Have you been to the Chattam County Detention Center before? >> No, but how am I going to put my sweatshirt on? >> You're not. Let's go. >> I need it. No, I'm not, >> ma'am. You're not. >> Grab that sweatshirt. It's cold in jail. It's Sunday. >> They're going to take the sweatshirt from you as soon as you get in there. >> No, they won't. They just take the sleeves out. >> Okay. You can't touch my dog, so just hand her my leash. Hold on. No, you can't touch my dog. >> Come on, Billy. >> Leave my dog alone against the law. >> The officers soon decided that they had enough of her impulsive behavior and they made sure they took the woman out of the room, even if she was ready or not. >> Federal law. Where's my There's my boo. Federal law. Come on, Billy. Give me a release. You're not allowed to touch her. All righty. I'll your dad up, too. I'm a beat. You know who he is? You can't erase me. >> I'm not under arrest, am I? >> You are under arrest. >> Okay, put her back here with me. She's going to go to the bathroom first. >> I got to pee, too. >> That's unfortunate. Please hold it. Have a seat, ma'am. >> Okay, let go. >> Ma'am, have a seat in the car. >> I have to get in my own way. >> That's fine. Have a seat in the car. >> I will. Give me a second. You like it rough. >> Let go of the seat belt. >> Oh, you like it rough. >> The door frame's not damaged. That thing's just bent a little. It just needs to be back. I wasn't here. I don't know. >> I know. >> Okay. I was mulling and she slammed the door open and the CDs went whoop. >> But that's what I'm doing in there. Picking them all up. >> Okay. Do you want to make any complaints or statements against her? What is her name? Dawn or whatever her name is. >> Dawn across the way. I want her to get a disloyal. She had no right to call me nothing. >> And then Ashley is your son's girlfriend. Yes. >> She's the one that pushed the door open, right? >> Yes. And and so you the only place you live though right now is here. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> But I own that green minivan. >> Okay. >> After listening to the old woman go on and on with her rants, the officer decided to meet with Ashley and her boyfriend in order to hear their side of the story. This was the moment when the situation started to take a surprising turn. All right. Um, >> but she said, "You're getting out of here, [ __ ] You getting out of here." >> Okay. Well, I'm going to go try and talk to them and figure out what their half of the the deal is, and we'll try and figure out what to do. Okay. >> Yeah, because I was back there rolling my mouth and she didn't like what I said, >> so she pushed in the door. >> I heard I heard. I DON'T >> THEY'RE NOT INVOLVED. >> WELL, IT SOUNDS like they came over here afterwards. >> They did and banging on THE DOOR CUSSING ME OUT. >> YEP. >> THE OFFICER was still on THE PHONE. SHE HEARD IT. >> OKAY. All right. So, I guess >> I told her to mind her own business. >> Okay. WHY DO I GO TO JAIL? >> The old woman became increasingly loud and in no time, she escalated the situation >> cuz she's all scratched up and hurt and stuff and and you said you said you did. So, >> I CAN BARELY EVEN WALK or anything. >> I mean, HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE TAKING CARE OF ME. I know that. And it sounds like they're probably not the best people to be doing that. >> I see that now. >> Yeah. No doubt. >> Well, let me call my son AND TELL HIM I'M GOING TO JAIL. >> I'VE NEVER been in jail. >> Okay. You >> Mommy had me arrested in 44. >> Okay. You can happily stand there and record all you want. right now. Let us do our thing. Supervisors on their way. They will talk to you. We are done talking. >> Deputy Mer with the flag Sheriff's Office. Star number 967. >> I told you to give me a speeding ticket, which I don't even believe I was speeding. And then you come back. >> He's right now talking. Please don't be disrespectful. Take her to FHF. >> Where? >> Get in the car, please. No, you I need these off of me. >> Nope. Step in the car. >> Wait. Get your hands off of me. I will. >> I'm assisting. >> I will get it. I don't need your assistance. >> Okay. Go. >> Despite the presence of more officers, Joyce remained adamant, making things more complicated every second. >> Are you bleeding? >> Yeah. Her whole army. >> Did the par did you not want the paramedics to check you out? >> I did. >> She wants to go to the hospital, so we're just >> Okay. All right. Well, get in get into the car then and we'll take you to the hospital. And this is my wrist. >> Well, you have stainless steel against your wristbone. It's not supposed to feel good. That's what happens when you resist. >> You resisted. Not me. You did. >> Sure. Okay, here's here's what's going on right now. Do you want the paramedics to check you out? >> Yes, I do. >> We're going to have them check you out. Okay. And then you're going to get in the car. You understand? >> Pretty much. I'm not stupid. >> Okay. >> Yes. Be proud of yourself. Official. >> She'll do it. Okay. >> Can you change? Eventually, Joyce was charged with resisting arrest, battery on a law enforcement officer, and aggravated. If you thought that granny was insane, is the case of another grandma named Jamie who went ballistic after calling the cops on herself. >> I never WENT IN THE HOUSE. >> Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I NEVER WENT IN THE HOUSE. >> GET IN THERE. >> SIT DOWN. >> SHE'S mentally unstable. >> Okay. >> On the 5th of May 2025, officers arrived at an apartment after receiving a call from a granny named Jamie. However, the officers found out that Jaime had a no contact order from the apartment that she was in. Upon arrival, things took a messy turn. >> Hello. Hi. Are you Jamie? >> Yeah. >> Hi. How are you doing? I'm Deputy St from the Sheriff's Office. >> Yeah. I'm going to get some of my clothes. >> Okay. I need you to stand up for me. >> Okay. >> All right. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> Why? >> You can't be here. There's no contact order in place. So, put your hands behind your back. >> Oh, no. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I was told I could get stuff. >> Okay. You need to come with the sheriff's up. Put your hands behind your back. >> I didn't know that. >> I didn't I never WENT IN THE HOUSE. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I NEVER WENT IN THE HOUSE. I didn't go in the house. >> Charlie 224. I'm 1012 [music] resisting. >> I didn't go in the house. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You got to be kidding me. I didn't eat all day. I got to eat. >> I understand that. But you got a no contact order. >> I didn't go. I didn't go in the house. >> Keep your hand behind your back. You got to be kidding me. >> I didn't have I didn't HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH THEM. >> You going to let me get my stuff? >> No, we're going to go over here to my car. >> I got my car. >> I understand that. Come over here. >> You're not going to let me get my car. >> So, we're going to read the no contact order. >> Holy [ __ ] Please. >> So, come over here. >> Okay. I didn't go near the house. >> 500t radius of the house. >> I didn't know that. >> Okay. They they gave you paperwork at the jail room. Oh, I got lost. Somebody had to give me a ride. >> Okay. >> You can't do this to me. >> You got any weapons on you? >> No. >> Okay. >> I can't be put in here again. I just can't. >> All right, Jimmy. Just stand right here for me. >> I'm so sorry. >> So, you got no weapons, right? Nothing. All right. Just lean up against the car. >> I never did anything. >> 224. Clear channel. >> I swear to God, I didn't. I just want to get my stuff so motel. >> Okay. Lean up against the car for me. Okay. So, I'm gonna pat you down with the back of my hand. Okay. My camera's on. So, you got nothing on you, right? >> No. >> Okay. Nothing on me. I've been up all night. >> Okay. I'm sorry about that. All right. Spread your feet apart for me. >> I swear before. I never went in the house. >> I understand that, dear, but you can't come within 500 ft of the residence without it. >> So, you're going to take me. >> So, you're in violation right now. Go ahead and have a seat. >> Can you put close my my trunk? >> All right. We'll get to that. I got somebody else coming. Actually, let me close these cuffs so they don't close up on you. Okay. >> You're kidding me. >> All right. Not too tight, right? >> You're kidding me. I don't do nothing. >> Can you go get my phone? >> Where's it at? >> It's in my car, please. >> All right. When my other unit gets here, we'll get your phone. Okay. You have purse in there, too? >> My wallet. >> Your wallet? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Did he call you? >> No, you did. >> When did I call? >> You called for a ride. >> Oh. or for somebody to come to the house with you, right? >> You can't be within 500 ft without an escort. >> I didn't know that. >> All right. >> I didn't eat or nothing. I'm like 70 years old. >> Guys, that's fine. Sit in there and I'll read you your no contact order again. >> In no time, Jaime's demeanor changed in several ways, putting the officer in surprise. But she still had more surprises UP HER SLEEVES. [screaming] >> GET IN THERE. >> SIT DOWN. Get your feet. >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> ALL RIGHT. SIT DOWN. >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> YOU'RE HURTING YOURSELF. >> I can't believe this. >> All right, Miss Jamie. I told you to sit down and you started screaming. We're not going to stand on the road and scream. You're going to sit down in the car like I asked you. >> I didn't do nothing. >> So, here's your >> If I did, you I'm not going back to jail, am I? >> So, if you're in violation, Yes. >> Please, no. I'm I'm sorry. I haven't eaten for days. You didn't eat at the jail? >> NO. THEIR FOOD'S AWFUL. >> OKAY. IT was afforded to you, though. >> Has been updated. >> Yeah, it's terrible. I threw it away. >> All right. So, what's your no contact order here? Says that was dated today. >> Please. I can't. >> This no contact order is in place from this point forward. >> Whether or not you're released from incarceration until the case has been closed. >> Until further order of the court, whichever should occur first. >> 50. 500 500 ft. I CAN'T GO. I [screaming] CAN'T. >> SO, >> right here, no contact order means no direct or indirect messages or communications by the defendant. No direct or indirect communications by third person on behalf of the defendant. >> Please, I can't go. >> No communication of any kind. And the last part, the defendant must stay at least 500 ft away from the alleged victim, the victim's home, place of employment, andor school at all times. >> IT'S MY HOME, TOO. SO, >> you can't >> if if you were walking on the road, that'd be one thing, but you're in the driveway. >> I DIDN'T KNOW THAT. >> I DIDN'T BOTHER TO HIM. I WAITED FOR YOU. PLEASE DON'T TAKE ME HERE. PLEASE, I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. HE'S NUTS. HE'S THE CRAZY ONE. >> SO, I don't I don't make the rules. >> So, when I see a violation, especially this, >> I would have NEVER DONE THIS. NEVER. OKAY. I know. >> So, if you would have waited at the park or something >> and we came and went with you to get your stuff, >> you have to give me a ride cuz I was lost. >> So, for your civil standby, >> we have to be with you when you go back to the residence to gather your belongings. >> It's my house, too. I've paid for this house. >> $300,000. He wants me out of the house so he can have it himself. You don't realize I'm 70 years old. >> I understand that. >> I've never been incarcerated. I've been in the back of a cop car before. >> Did you Did you like Did he call you? >> No, you called. But as I explained before with the no contact order, you sitting in the driveway is violation. You can't be there without law enforcement. >> You can't even come to the house without an escort. >> I'm here now. >> How long it took you? >> So there's 130,000 people in this town. >> It took you forever to get here. I don't have no clothes. >> Jaime thought mixing apologies and arrogance would get her out of the handcuffs. Little did she know that there was no way out of the trouble that she had put herself in. >> You shouldn't take me. >> So, it's really >> It's not my choice. >> Yeah, it is your choice. Ow. >> What? What's hurting you? >> The hand off. >> All right. Don't I left enough space. Don't twist your wrist cuz the >> the way they're shaped Would you do this to your mother? >> Depends on what she did. [laughter] >> He's a [ __ ] a piece of [ __ ] He wants me. He wants the house by himself. I paid for that house. I worked all my life. I made thousands of dollars. He didn't do [ __ ] working at a gas station. He wants to take over my house. I can't come back there. >> So, you have your wallet and your phone in your car? >> Yes. >> Okay. You have shoes in there, too? >> No. >> Okay. How you doing, sir? >> Can you grab me a pair of flipflops or sandals? >> Yeah. >> For Jamie? >> Yeah. If you could get me a pair of shoes for her. >> Thank you, sir. >> Put a pair of socks in there. >> All right. Thank you. >> Wait a sec. I check my truck cuz she was walking out on my truck and I'm >> Okay. Yeah. Check your truck. All right. Jamie, we putting your socks on. >> I I really don't want them kind of shoes. I want >> Well, that that's what I got. >> That's what I got. Um, you want your socks on? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> I know he called you guys. >> No, you called me. That's the whole reason I'm here. You called for a civil standby, but you can't be at the house when we show up. You have to wait off sight. >> I didn't know that. So, now what will happen? >> Well, if you're in violation, the same process that just happened. Yes. Was it yesterday? When did you go to the jail? >> Yesterday. >> Yesterday? >> Yeah. It'll be the same thing. >> But I didn't do nothing today. >> Well, if you got the no contact order while you were getting released, you're in violation of it for being at the house. >> So now what? I have to >> It just be the same process. >> myself out again. >> Yeah, it's a different charge this time. >> So now it's a worse charge. >> No, it's just an additional charge from what you had yesterday. Still misdemeanor. It was just battery. Is that what it was? I don't know anything about why you got arrested. That's what I'm trying to figure out. >> Did they say it was domestic? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah. So, if you are in violation, if you did receive the no contact order, we're just going to go back to the jail. You're going to have to see the judge again in the morning because it's domestic in nature. And then before you come back to the house, you have to be escorted. But I'm going to get that figured out. >> It's my house. >> I understand. >> So when when can I go in there? >> It's also his house. He lives there. >> Exactly. So >> So whenever the judge Whenever the judge sees fit that you can return home is is when you can. >> Despite her screams and arguments, the officer made sure Jamie would pay for her thoughtless actions. But >> are you getting the air conditioning back there? >> I need shampoo and stuff to wash my hair. I'll give it to you in there. >> Is that blowing it at all? >> Yeah, it's >> okay. Is it cold enough for you? >> It's all right. >> Okay. >> It's explained when there everybody's let out the stipulations of the no contact order and stuff. >> Her ability to understand and comprehend is not there. >> Okay. >> That's what I'm trying to tell you. I'm not defending her. Yeah, >> she's mentally unstable. >> Okay. Well, I like this. I don't have any say in >> when it's domestic. >> That's good because she needs to >> but it's going to be the same process as yesterday. >> They'll just keep her overnight again and come back tomorrow. >> Yeah. She has to see a judge in the morning. So, >> all righty. Jamie was eventually taken to jail before being sent to court for violating the no contact order. The next case is the case of this granny who had to be arrested after refusing to put her mask on in a store. >> Prohibits the unlawful discrimination by denying >> these are my federal rights. >> Grab your stuff. Let's go. >> No, I'm not going. Ma'am, what are you doing? >> Don't jerk. Don't jerk away from me. >> Listen to me. >> Don't jerk away from me. Have a seat. >> Where's They got to wash her. In 2021, officers received a call from a local business about a woman who refused to wear a mask inside the store premises. What should have been a simple removal process became difficult when the officer saw just how unreasonable the old lady was. >> Hello there. She refused to leave. We told her to put on a mask cuz she would use she's yelling. >> Prohibits from unlawful discrimination by denying >> ma'am the entry of member of the public. >> Ma'am, if you refuse to leave, you're going to go to jail for trespassing. >> You can't. You want to read this? These are my >> I'm not going to ask you. >> These are my federal rights. >> Grab your stuff. Let's go. >> No, I'm not going. >> Okay. You're in violation of the law. You want to hear this or not? Ma'am, what are you doing? >> Don't jerk. Don't jerk away from me. >> Listen to me. >> Don't jerk away from me. >> You see this? >> Yeah, I saw it. >> Okay. You see this? You know where it came from? >> Turn around. >> Do you know where it came from? Ma'am, >> turn around. >> Okay. I hope everyone's filming this because this is a major violation. >> Listen, I don't want to hurt you. >> A major violation. Please give me your arm. You going to take me down? >> Yeah. >> Oh, well that's great. >> Okay. You guys are in such trouble. Oh my god. >> Yes. I'm sorry. That's my personal business. You may not have it. That is my personal business. You may not have it. You are taking my rights away. >> That's what happens. >> Despite being placed in cuffs, the old lady was nowhere near done with her ranting. You know what? That is really, really tight. What happens when you resist pull away from all? >> No, I'm trying to fool you people. I'm trying to school you people on my right. What's your name? >> Terry Wright. >> Oh, you were a lady the other day causing issues in Galveston. >> No, I was a lady the other day. Uh, >> you didn't learn your lesson. >> What are you doing? >> Taking your bag off. >> Oh, wow. Lady, that's my business. >> It's officer. >> Is this uh >> Have a seat. Have a seat. Where's my feet? They got a war. >> Have a seat. >> After that, she even made the process of sitting inside the police car a struggle. >> This is getting fun. >> Where's my phone? Please have a seat. Where's my phone? Sarah, >> can you contact GPD? >> Go ahead. around. >> Okay. You have ID in here? >> Uh, actually, I think it's my my license is in my pickup truck. >> Okay, go ahead. Put your leg in. >> There's not enough room, ma'am. >> There's not enough room, ma'am. >> Listen, >> I'm asking you nicely to put your leg in. If not, I'm gonna drag you in. >> Ma'am, >> you going to wash her? >> Bank of America. >> So, she just look at the store. >> Oh, I saw >> she had some kind of put or something on her phone, but I asked her to leave and I told her if she refused to leave, she's going to go to jail. Trust her. >> How do you do? Yeah, we all have body cameras on. >> Okay, good. >> It was unclear what charges were made against her when she was taken down to the station. This intoxicated old lady turned it up a notch by throwing the biggest tantrum in an airport. >> HEY, >> SHAME ON ALL OF YOU. >> CALM DOWN. >> I DON'T GIVE ME SOMEBODY THAT CAN HELP ME. >> MA'AM, I'm here to help you. >> No, you're not helping me. >> I'm here to help you. >> No, YOU'RE NOT HELPING ME. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU. TERRY, calm down. >> I don't give a Stop. >> On the 25th of May, 2021, police officers responded to a public disturbance that was ongoing at the airport, [music] which had been reported by one of the air hostesses involving a passenger by the name of Terry, who seemed intoxicated and totally out of everyone's control. >> I did nothing. >> Ma'am, what happened? >> THIS GUY CHOKEOLDED ME. >> MA'AM, >> WHAT THE wrong with him? Calm down. Keep down. >> NO, YOU NEED TO TALK TO HIM. HE CHOKEOLDED ME. They >> ma'am, >> Ma'am, calm down. >> LISTEN, I'M FINE. I NEED TO GET TO MY GREAT AUNT'S MEMORIAL SERVICE. HE CHOKEOLDED ME. >> Despite the officer's patience and attempts to calm the situation, her confrontational behavior persisted. She kept on throwing blame on anyone she could and was not ready to cooperate. Funny enough, Terry pleaded to be helped. I >> tried TO GET MY ASS FUNERAL. GOD DAMN IT. I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. >> Oh god. So, >> what happened? [laughter] >> He threw me to the ground cuz I tried to enter the door because this woman said I had >> stay over here. >> THAT WOMAN CAUSING PROBLEMS. >> MA'AM, did you try to go into the door? >> I don't know, [gasps] dude. Let go. >> Oh, you let go of me. Please let go. >> Terry's crazy energy was of another level. [screaming] I CAN'T MISS THIS FLIGHT. I CAN'T MISS THIS FLIGHT. TERRY'S level of disturbance and interaction with law enforcement became more heated. Even though the cops were trying hard to put up with her attitude, she kept pushing her boundaries. DON'T TOUCH ME. >> Get >> there. Step in. >> I want to know where I'm going. >> You're going to the jail. That's where you're going. >> FOR WHAT? I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> I WANT to know where I'm going. >> You're going to the jail. She attempted to physically fight the patient officer and also held insults and blame at the officers and fellow passengers. However, now she had to face the consequences. >> LET ME ALONE, TERRY. LET ME ALONE. THEY'RE BREAKING MY ARMS. GOD DAMN YOU. HELP ME. >> You take these cops OFF OF ME. I'LL GO QUIETLY. YOU TAKE THESE GODDAMN COPS OFF OF ME. >> NO. THEY'RE CUTTING MY ARMS. >> Godamn you. PLEASE. >> THERE WE GO. >> How's that customer? >> Better you. >> IS THAT BETTER? >> NO, IT'S NOT. >> YOU WANT TO GET IN THE CAR NOW? >> I'm not getting in your car. >> The quicker you get in the car, THE QUICKER YOU'LL BE OUT IN THE CAR. >> POSITION. >> I didn't do anything. Terry exited the police vehicle in a confrontational manner, [music] ignoring the efforts of yet another compassionate police officer who tried to assist her. At that point, the situation had escalated beyond repair. And despite attempts to help her, Terry was ultimately placed [music] in jail, awaiting her trial. >> Fine. I want my lawyers. All right. No, no, no. You're not playing anymore. >> I'm not playing any game, ma'am. I just want to have a right to what I deserve to and I want to call my lawyer. I need my phone. My lawyer's name is Casey Cox. It's on my phone. >> Okay. >> Which is one of your bags that you for me. >> We got all your stuff, >> girl. You leave me alone. Whatever. Get off of me, you fat pig. >> I got him. I got him. Your weight's too heavy. Get off of me. >> I'm not on this. I'm next to you. Coming up. >> Whatever. You suck. All of you suck. You go to hell. You ask God about this tonight. You especially ask God about what you did tonight. Get out of here. I don't want TO TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT MY LAWYER. OH, I DON'T CARE. I WANT A PHONE CALL. THAT'S WHAT I'M ON issue to. I want my phone call. >> When you cooperate for booking, then you get your phone call until then. >> I ain't do anything. What am I cooperating with? [music] >> Eventually, Terry was left with an option of cooperating with the police first to get help as she was [music] charged with resisting arrest. If you thought that granny was crazy, wait till you meet this old woman who had to be trespassed after refusing to leave a store. >> Ma'am, you're not free to leave. You're intoxicated and you're not free to leave. >> Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch you under arrest. >> Don't touch me. >> Have a seat. >> Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Get off me. >> Bite me and I'll spray you. On March the 26th, 2023, police officers were caught up in a scene at a Wendy's restaurant in Palm City, where an old lady was found lying on the streets unconscious, whereby it was reported earlier that she was trespassing. She seemingly did not really understand where she was and perhaps how she got there. The old Wendy's fire rough night last night. Do you know where you are? The old lady, whose name is Stephanie, seemed intoxicated and refused to comply, acting very entitled, which left the law enforcement officers with no choice but to take action. How about we start off with your name? Do you have any ID with you, ma'am? Ma'am, do you have any identification with you? Ma'am, you're not free to leave. You're intoxicated and you're not free to leave. Ma'am, please don't make me do this. Where do you live? Look at me. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> I'll put you under arrest. >> Don't touch me. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. Ow. Ow. Ow. Have a second. Yeah, please. Now, now that we've explained this, have a seat. Have a seat. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Do you know where you are? >> Yes. >> Where are you? >> Don't touch me. >> Sit down. >> Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> The law enforcement officers tried to keep their calm so as to make the old lady comply, but she acted like she deserved some special kind of treatment. Little did she know, the officers were on a duty call. Put your hands behind your back. Get your knee off me. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Get your knee off me. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Get your knee off me. >> Oh my gosh. Stop. Stop. Get off me. Get off me. >> Bite me and I'll spray you. >> You have no reason to arrest me. >> Put your hands >> [screaming] >> Get off my knees. Get off my knees. >> Stop resisting. I'LL GET OFF YOUR KNEES. >> GET OFF MY KNEES. >> YES, SIR. >> Get off my knees. I >> get off your knees when you stop. >> I didn't touch you. Get off my knees. Where's the female? Get off my knees. Where's the female? Get off my knees. >> 15. >> I didn't do anything wrong. There's no reason to arrest me. Where's the female? >> As the conversation progressed, the old lady continued to resist, making demands on how the officers should conduct their investigation on her. But to her surprise, the officers were not there for a fight. >> Where's the female? >> Where's the female? >> You don't need one. >> Yes, he's on my crotch. Get him off my crotch now, please. I am not resisting. >> I'm not going to get some gloves on. I'm going to get jumping in the car. >> Get off my knee. Ready? Roll this way. Roll on your side. On your side. >> Hold on a second. Hold on a second. >> Yep. >> Hold on a second. >> No, Jordan. >> Yeah. >> From that. Didn't Didn't you trespass her from that or uh we had a complaint about her at Oander Mini Park? >> Yes. >> No. No. No trespassing. I was never >> We didn't trespass you, but you just left, >> right? You left on your own. >> No, never ever written anything down. Never. Nothing. You came up and >> written anything down. He came up and started to me and you know by law that the um government has done this to my body. >> Calm claim. >> So you can go ahead and arrest me and um I'm not I'm not above the law. I'm under the law. This is lawless >> for my claw. Yes. >> Hold still. Do you have anything in your pockets? >> No. >> Do you have anything on your person at all? >> Nope. >> Nothing in your undergarments or anything like that? >> I don't own any undergarments. Okay. Nothing under your clothing, under your shirt. We should just have a cam shot. Just laying on the ground. Okay. >> Just sit tight. >> What's your name, ma'am? >> Um, Stephanie. >> What is it? >> Can I talk to someone else? Can I talk to you? >> No, I don't want to talk to him. >> What's your me? I will not speak to him. >> All right, Stephanie. >> I'll speak to you. >> Okay. >> After being a nuisance and failing to comply, the old lady suddenly decided to cooperate. So ironic compared to her previous behavior. >> What's your middle initial? >> A. >> A. >> Yes. >> And your last name? >> Sylvestri. >> What are you doing back here at Wendy's? >> I fell asleep. I was throwing a couple away and I found >> How do you spell Stephanie? >> S E P H A N I E. >> What' you say your middle number was? >> A as in apple. >> And how do you spell Sylvester? >> S I L. It's Sylvester. S I L B S. Okay. What's your birthday? >> 12873. >> Thank you. >> So sarcastically, the old lady pretended not to understand why the officers were keeping her, questioned everything as if the current situation was different from how everything had started. Her confusion didn't add up in any way. >> Since you're in handcuffs right now and you're not free to leave, I'm going to read you this. Okay. >> You have the right to remain. >> Why are you Why are you free to leave? >> Like I just said, because you're in handcuffs and you're not free to leave. >> Why am I not free to leave? >> Because you're detained. >> Why? >> Why am I >> the events that led up to this? >> No. No. Why am I detained? What did I do wrong? >> Not sure if you're trespassing or resisting arrest, but you're be you're detained. So, >> I didn't do either. >> Do you want me to read your rights? >> Nope. I didn't do either one. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to read your rights anyway. You understand your rights? >> No. I've been hit in the head. >> Where did you get hit in the head? >> In the park two days ago, I got hit in the head and I got threatened last night again that they would punch me in the head. So, I do not haveity to the uh understanding as to what you just read at all. >> Okay. Who threatened you? >> I don't know who they were. >> Which park were you at? >> Um the one up by the marina. >> I don't know how that >> by Sailor's Return. >> Yes. >> Like Shepherd's Park. >> I don't know what it's called. It's the one with the little playground in the sand and it's got uh the riverw walk on it. >> I don't know where all the sailboats. I have something wrong with my head. >> Okay. >> So, I don't have the capacity to understand. >> Do you need an ambulance? >> No, thank you. >> Anything else? >> She said, "No, thank you." >> The old lady gathered courage and boldly asked the officer the next step. Her approach to the situation at this point indicated some kind of surrender. As the officers posed some questions to the old lady, her response gave a hint of her mental state. >> I didn't do anything wrong. He came up me and now you're saying I'm detained. So, what do we do from here? >> But when I got here, they were detaining you in handcuffs. Okay. >> So, what are we doing from here? >> That's all I'm asking. I don't understand. Well, the investigating officer is making a determination. >> Stephanie, have you ever diagnosed with any mental illnesses? >> Have you ever been diagnosed with any mental illness? >> Not that I know of. >> Excuse me, ma'am. >> Not that I know of. I don't know. >> Okay. She said she got hit in the head a couple days ago. She doesn't really remember much. Well, >> Stephanie, do you know what city you're in right now? Do >> you know what city [music] you're in right now? >> Yes. >> What city are you in? >> Who's the president of the United States? [music] >> Biden. I met him. >> You met Biden? >> When did you meet Biden? >> He was a senator. >> Oh, and what year is it? >> 2023. >> Did you particular reason why you didn't listen to the sergeant when he asked you to stop? I don't understand. I what happened. I don't understand why he was so aggressive. I wasn't doing anything to him. >> I understand that because initially >> he wasn't he wasn't comfortable with me. He was too aggressive and too verbally right. He got too into my space for me to handle that. >> Okay. So I tried to move away from him and he is the one that made it physical. >> The officers driven by their commitment to accuracy proceeded to question the old lady further where they aimed at eliminating any doubt and verify the information they had on her as they led her to the police car. >> Where did you get hit on your head? >> What part of your head did they hit? >> My left ear. You bother my look? >> I don't know. >> Did you have any bleeding when this happened? >> No. >> Did you lose consciousness? >> No. >> Did you see what the person looked like? >> A homeless man with a cart. >> A homeless man with a cart. Was he white, black, Hispanic? >> What? >> What kind of build? >> I don't know. >> Okay. >> Had dark like light gray hair. Like right here with the cart. >> Target. >> Rock up on that knee. Then we're going to stand up. Right. >> I don't know if I can cuz I have trouble with my balance. >> Okay, we got you. We won't let you fall. All right. We're walk over this way. Walk over to uh Officer Lee here. I don't need >> I don't I don't want already. Try to sit still for a second. Why don't you one of us, too? We got gloves on. >> Just putting a band-aid on you. >> You're going to need one to go to jail. Go ahead and have a seat in there. The old lady kept on blaming the government for her loss of balance, but this wasn't going to change the officer's decision. >> I've been hit by the government so hard with my balance, and they my calm clam. They ruined it. I cannot get up in there without some assistance. >> Okay. All right. >> I have no use of my right leg. They made me a rocket. Who's going up? That air balloon. >> Yes, ma'am. Put your left leg up on that step. >> I can't. I can't. >> You can't lift your left leg. Okay. Down and sit right here. >> I cannot. I cannot. I do not have the use of my body. >> You were just standing pretty. >> That's crazy. >> You do not understand. I do not have the use of my body. >> Okay. >> Let's see if whoever else has control of your body can get it out of there. >> Go ahead. There you go. >> Sit back so this doesn't hit you. There you go. here. Put your head back. >> At the end, the old lady is charged with trespassing and resisting arrest. With this case, we learn that no matter how much rage you have within your grandmotherly bones, you can't simply set the homeless on fire with aerosol. I'm going to check on the smoke down here. >> But I told her you can leave or I will light your tent on fire. >> Okay. And then what did you do next? >> I went to AutoZone. >> In the early morning of what it seemed it was going to be a peaceful day. An elderly woman called the police while she tried to kick a bunch of homeless people out of her quote unquote property. But when the police arrived, they were not prepared for this kind of defiance. >> Check on the smoke down here. >> Yeah. One of the guys said that heard a big >> Okay. Everything okay? >> I don't know what's going on there. >> What's going on down here? >> Okay. Can you come up here and talk to me, please? >> I can stand right here. >> Okay, I'll come to you. >> That's whenever you're out of your jurisdiction to step down here. >> I'm not out of my jurisdiction. >> Yes, you are. You stepped out here and you're out of your jurisdiction with that badge on it. >> I'm not. >> You better call in. Call in what? You >> never call in and check if what I'm saying is right or not. >> Well, I'm telling you the truth and that's the law. >> That's what I'm trying to investigate. What's going on down here? >> I want these people off my husband's land. >> Who? >> And I have every right to remove them in whatever way I need to remove. >> Who do you need to remove? Okay. >> Go by purple. Miss Purple. I want these people off my husband's land. I got this fire under control. They believe >> Can I come down there? Not trying to I'm trying to help you out. >> Check it. Check before you come down here. Check what? >> Call into your superior and check first before you come down here. That way, >> you're in right standing and you stay. >> Okay. But if I come down there, you're not going to threaten me. >> I'm not threatening you. Okay. >> I would like for you to call your superior to make sure you stay in right standing. If you come down here, you're not in right standing. >> Okay. You guys close. They're being combative down here. >> All right. Hang out right here for me. >> For what? >> I'm going to talk with them. See what's going on. She has that aerosma lighter. >> Ma'am, what's your name again? Do you remember me? >> Yes, I do. >> Whenever I I >> would you call your double check for y'all? >> He's on his way. >> Could you call and make sure? Because if y'all are on this dirt right here, you're not in right standing anymore. >> Why is that? >> Because it's the imminent transient domain. Call and check it out. >> There's no such thing. >> Call it. Call and check it out. >> Okay. >> Don't tell me there's no such thing. There's no reason I have to lie to you. >> Okay. Okay. That's whenever I have fought hard for for y'all >> and for the sheriff's department. I have fought hard for y'all. >> Okay. >> All right. So, hold on one second. >> All right. Tell me what Tell me what happened. >> Things took a wild turn when one of the homeless people showed what had been done to him. >> I was asleep in my camp and she was out here like schizophrenic yelling stuff or whatever. It's not uncommon, you know. >> Okay. >> And she was telling us to leave and we just ignored her. And then next thing I know, she has that spray bottle and a liner and she lit my I had a blanket wall on that side with mattresses and stuff. She lit it on fire. >> Okay. Can you show me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And then uh when everybody everybody came out, >> she started trying to set everybody trying to help her daughter two mattresses >> and I had a blanket wall just like that side and she set the mattresses on fire >> and it was hanging from this wire like this. >> Yes. And this is what burned. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Do you know this girl? Does she stay down here? >> No, she lives over there. >> Oh, she lives on. >> So, did she just walk up on the couch? >> Yeah. >> And was saying, >> "Dad, just started talking nonsense about odor or something to daughter. I don't know what she was talking about. This is >> what she was saying to me." >> Yeah. She said, "You need to get off my leg." I said, "Oh, well, get me off." I told her. >> And then she grabs aing that thing and tries to [music] torch me with it. Oh, the the aerosol in the lighter. Did she spray it and light it or at all? >> Exactly. >> Just like that. She tried to spray she tried to spray me with it. I had to run away from her. >> She sprayed him and got him on the back then tried to light him on fire. >> Do you have it on your jacket? >> Yeah. >> Somewhere. >> I don't know where it's at though. I know. She tried to spray me with that. >> So, how close was she standing to you? >> Probably where you like this. >> Then y'all can just stand down here and be not in right standing. And that's not cool cuz that's who we need y'all to be. >> Okay. >> We need y'all to be in right standing. >> So this is >> at all times. >> What is this again? What is this called? >> Imminent transient domain. >> Okay. Well, the imminent transient domain is to pick up their trash. >> That's what I am here doing. This is my husband's land. That's what I have been coming down here doing steadily. >> What's your husband's name? >> My husband's name is Apoaka. My first born was attacked out on King Kade Road about three or four years ago and there was 27 of them jump on her. >> Okay. >> And I mean they several time they they beat her with a tire jewel and uh that female stood there and bragged it one more one more to my face and everybody that stood up for her. I want them off. >> Yes, I am picking up the trash. That's what I'm doing down here. up here. >> Please understand that she almost fires those mattresses on fire. >> Yeah, she keeps saying she's trying to pick this all up. >> Well, this is ridiculous. >> The more she talked, the more all of this seemed outlandish. >> Believe me, I'm going to light them on fire. >> I want him out of here. And I told him, I said, "You need to butt out or you are my enemy also." >> Uhhuh. Did you spray him with the airsaw? >> Sure did. >> Did you try to light him on fire? I sure did. >> Okay. H how like what what did you try to do? Are you reaching for it? >> Demonstrate. >> No, no, no. Cuz that >> I won't point it out to you. I'm sure. >> No demonstration. >> I'm sure one of you guys know what >> No demonstration needed. Yeah. How close were you? >> Obviously not close enough. >> Okay. >> Obviously not close enough. >> Where did you put that lighter? >> It's in my pocket. >> Okay. After your plan of lighting stuff on fire, what were you going to do after? >> They're going to leave. >> And then what? >> They're going to leave. and they're going to stay gone and I'm going to continue to pick up this mess and haul it out and get it to the dumpsters. >> Uhhuh. >> Uh the lady at the selfch checkout at Lienda. >> We're the Crossb Police Department, >> right? >> So we we have we have jurisdiction down here. >> Imminent transient domain. >> What does that mean? >> Check it out. >> What does that mean? >> Check it out. He'll know where to find it. >> He'll know where officer He'll know how to find it. >> Just hang out right here for me, Colobby. Okay. claims that the cops were out of jurisdiction or had to read her rights. All fell flat to the harsh reality of the law. Everyone saw the evil grandma's arrest coming except for her. She kept rambling on. Even with the cold handcuffs gripping her wrists. >> All right. Well, stand up for me. >> No, ma'am. Don't >> put your hands on y'all. Don't put your hands on me. >> Look at how this man's doing me. >> Stand up. >> Listen, you're under arrest. Okay. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you Put your other hand behind your back, please. I don't want to force it back. >> That's whenever. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> You need to read me my rights [music] again for arrest. >> I know. Put your hand behind your back. >> Y'all are out of Y'all are out of jurisdiction. Y'all are not in your jurisdiction to be down here. Period. >> All right. Stand up for me. >> Nope. >> Okay. >> Nope. >> Nope. Y'all are in the wrong. Y'all shouldn't even be walking down here. And that's the law. I'm being serious. You need to check it out before you drag me off. >> No, you do not. You didn't check it out. >> No, you didn't. >> You need to check it out before y'all are y'all end up sued. >> You just put her in. I'll put her in. >> Y'all need to check out standing. I'm serious. You know what it is? >> No, you don't. No, you don't. >> Call them. >> Call whoever you can call to check that out. >> Please cooperate. >> Do it before you put me in that firm. >> I can't. I don't have my phone. >> Y'all don't have the right to be digging in my pocket. That is my constitutional right. >> They got their hands in my pockets and they're men. >> They're men with their hands in my pocket. Y'all are breaking my constitutional rights. >> Yes, you are. You are violating my constitutional rights. It's my constitutional rights that you can't put your hands in my pockets and that a man can't have his hands in my pockets. >> You're infringing upon my constitutional rights right here. >> You are exactly me. >> Look at Look at your hands all up inside my clothes. You don't have the right to dig through my And that isn't mine. I found it along with those round things. Do you have my name and my birthday? >> That's what you told me. >> No, it isn't. >> If it's not, then you're concealing. >> No, it isn't. >> Okay. >> I said it three times, you can review your camera. >> Okay. That's when I believe that you were in on setting those little children's bodies on fire under not that long ago and it is on satellite state. It's okay because I looked very closely. >> Which one are you talking about? >> You okay? >> No. She think today >> you have infringed upon my constitutional rights and you broke the law. >> Okay. >> She was charged with arson resisting and possession of controlled substance.
