Uh, so they were asked to leave about 9:30 and came back and he was the one that was originally asked to leave for being intoxicated and aggressive with other guests. And now they just keep going every door and harassing all my security guards to get them back in. >> All right, everyone. I'm Frank Slope, coming up on 25 years as a deputy sheriff here in Arizona. We're going to be doing some body cam breakdown today. We found a video on the channel Uncovered. Uh, they're a channel we've used before. We're going to use it again. We definitely like their stuff and they seem to put out some pretty good videos. So while we're watching this today, we've got card number one of body cam bingo. >> [cheering and screaming] >> Um, we we go one through five. We sell them in a set. If you want to, you can check them out on our website and if you order them, I'll send them to you. But uh, let's see what Uncovered and card number one can do together today. >> Here's the deal. You cannot come back here. Do you understand? >> I don't want to go in. I don't want to go in. >> Okay, so leave the property. [music] Yes, go. So I'm going to >> Ryan. >> No. >> We're leaving. >> Go. >> We're leaving now. >> Go. >> Ryan, go. >> Haley. [music] >> No, I want to make a full >> Haley and Ryan. >> I'm ignoring you. >> Let's go. >> I would like to make a formal complaint. >> About what? >> ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT. >> RYAN. >> THAT'S NOT WHAT THAT'S NOT WHAT WE DO. PICK up your stuff and let's go. I can't make a formal complaint. >> No. >> No, let's go. >> Why? >> Because they are They do not want you here. YOU KEEP COMING BACK AND you keep harassing the staff. >> We're leaving. >> Okay, no, wait, hold on. You, go away. You're pissing me off. >> Fine. We got caught, Ryan. We got to go to jail. >> Haley. >> No, no. >> Let's go. >> No, no, no. Everyone, shut up. I want to ask a question. Excuse me. >> I don't know what I'm doing. >> First off, no. That's rude. >> Haley. >> You're going to act like a child, you're going to get treated like a child. They are telling you to go. >> No. >> I am not in their establishment. >> You are. You're under their convergence, okay? Let's go. >> Sawyer, we're going home. >> Can't stand the road. >> Chester. >> You're walking away. You're going home. >> I want to ask a question. >> You're going home. >> I want to ask a question. >> I suggest you listen to him and you go home for the night. >> My best friend is a cop. Do you want to walk away? >> I don't care who you think I am. I want to talk. Wait. No. >> You can try AND YOU CAN TAKE HER THINGS AND YOU CAN LEAVE. >> SOMETHING. I just want to ask a question. I will leave if you tell me to leave. That's fine. I want to ask why can I not ask questions about the establishment? You said you just wanted to file a formal complaint. No, I want to. >> Listen. Listen. I've been as nice as I can be. >> Ah. Please. >> Your dress passed from here. Your dress passed from Bowen Whiskey. If we get another call, listen, stop [ __ ] interrupting me. >> I'm not interrupting you. >> Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> If we get called about you one more time, I will take you to jail for public nuisance. Do you understand? >> I understand. >> Stop trying to yell. You do what you got to do. Go home. >> Go away. >> Can I call? >> All right. So, she was trespassed apparently from a different bar before this bar. So, she's just a continuous problem, which is why, and I say this all the time and I practice it in my time on the street, if I can arrest someone who's causing a disturbance, I put handcuffs on them, I book them into jail. It's it's cuz no matter what, they're not going to stop causing a problem. They're just going to go somewhere else and cause a problem there. So, all you're doing is kicking the ball down the road, especially someone who's drunk. Like, you're in a bar district, which obviously Key West is, um she's going to go find somewhere else. She's going to cause a disturbance there. So, it is I I just I'm sure it's possible maybe the cops didn't get called to the first bar, um but that should have been taken care of the first time. Like, were you Were you thrown out of there? Yes. Leave. No. Boop, you're under arrest. It solves the problem. >> Can I go? >> We're done talking. >> WE'RE DONE TALKING. GO HOME. >> YOU GOT TO GO HOME. >> NO, I'M ALLOWED to >> You're going >> I get a call by you again for ANY REASON >> AM REALLY SORRY. >> Here we go. Before we go any further, I got to bring something up. Medicare changes every year. A recent report just said patients might see benefits cut in 2027. That's why you need an advocate. So, I want to tell you about today's sponsor, Chapter. My dad's on Medicare and it's frustrating. Especially if you're trying to navigate your options with a flip phone like he is. That's what's great about Chapter. They handle most of their business over the phone. Chapter advisors compare every plan nationwide. And unlike other companies, they don't just push the plan with the highest commission. They're independent and above all honest. They'll look at your doctors, your prescriptions, and your budget to find a plan that's actually right for you. On average, seniors who work with Chapter have saved $1,100 a year. It's free and it takes under 20 minutes. Call Chapter today at 805-604-5905. Even if all you have is a flip phone like my dad, a real human will help you find the best plan. Give Chapter a call at 805-604-5905. You're who making it hard. All right, so we don't really know where this possible suspect is from yet, but seems like an English accent, so you know, maybe down in the islands, maybe across in the UK somewhere. But, no matter what, it sounds like she's not a US citizen full-time US citizen. So, she's visiting from somewhere else. When I visit other places, I try to behave cuz I don't want to have contact with law enforcement except for trading patches. Like I go out of country, that's all I want to do. I trade some patches, find someone that speaks English, quick dialogue, get a picture with them, have a great day. That's it. I don't want them to have contact with me in their official capacity. So, maybe I'm an anomaly, but I feel like if this suspect had the cops walk up to her and she said, "Oh, those are law enforcement officers. Whatever they say, I'm going to do it." This would be over. This wouldn't be a video. But I guarantee she's not going to do that because this is a video. So, let's see. >> We're staying at her mom's [ __ ] boat house right now. I don't know where it is. I Dude, honestly, I don't know the exact address. I If I can call her [ __ ] mom, don't [ __ ] worry about her. She's [ __ ] anyone. >> She's just trying to be a [ __ ] Okay, you know where How are you getting home? >> Honestly, I was going to take an Uber back to the [ __ ] boat house right around >> That's what we need to do. >> That's exactly what we need to do, but I need her to know the address. >> Okay. >> That is the [ __ ] problem. >> I might call her mom. >> It's a fair problem. >> I'm going to call her mom as soon as I pick up this [ __ ] >> I'm sure mom wants to get called at 11:30 at night. >> Please don't let her I just want to go [ __ ] I'm trying to get her home for good. >> I'm trying to backtrack to understand the reasoning behind the original dispute. And I Can I just Can I go back to negotiate the understanding so that this DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN? NO. SO, YOU'RE TELLING ME the reasoning behind the understanding of the reasoning that I can't go back to the establishment cannot be understood. So, I cannot understand >> That's some word salad. >> I have told you already. That's not good policing. I have told you already. I need to know the policing reason as to why I AM >> OKAY, THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY YOU THEY DON'T WANT you to >> Place her under arrest. >> Yes, that's it. That's it. I'm on public ground. That's it. >> Actually, you're in the roadway. >> Okay, well, I can stand here >> No, you're in the roadway. >> Can't stand in the roadway. >> No, it's not cuz now you're obstructing traffic. Let's go. >> Can't stand in the roadway. >> Ryan. >> Stop. If you want to arrest me, that's absolutely fine, and I won't I won't resist. I just really genuinely want to understand as to why >> I wanted What a dumb statement. >> know. You're really drunk and you're not making any sense. >> I am making sense. >> I've already explained this to you. They don't want you here because you're really drunk and you're acting like an [ __ ] to everyone. >> Give me your phone. Call your mom. >> Ryan, no. >> My phone is dead. Give me your phone. >> You need to go home. You need to go home. >> Your father is my uncle. >> Mr. Redmond, Mr. Ashley. >> Shut up. We are walking away right now. Haley, Haley. You are going to [ __ ] jail if you don't walk away right now. >> Get out of THE ROAD. >> HALEY. >> OKAY, YOU'RE DONE. YOU'RE DONE. NOW YOU'RE DONE. >> Oh my god. >> Haley, Haley. >> Haley. >> Stop. >> Haley, Haley, stop and talk. >> Back up. BACK UP. >> STOP AND TALK. >> NO. >> Don't resist. >> All right. >> Just let it happen. The actual victim here is not this establishment. The victim is Ryan. All right, so first I thought like Ryan was a boyfriend and I was like, man, she sure talks to him terrible. When you find out that they're family. So, it would be better if Ryan was a boyfriend cuz then he could tell her to get lost and not have to deal with her anymore. But she's family. He's going to have to see her at Thanksgiving. He's going to be like, "Remember that time when I tried to get you to not be arrested and you thought you knew more than me and then had to spend the night in jail? Remember that?" And then he was stuck cuz he had nowhere to go cuz he didn't know where he was. Just I feel bad for Ryan. I mean, he was man, he was giving it the old junior college try. Trying to trying to keep her out of jail, but she just she's just too dumb to know the difference and she's going to go and Ryan still doesn't know where he's staying tonight. >> 871 in custody. >> You taking her? >> Yeah, I'll take her. I'm back there. I don't get this man. This is not a game. Do you understand? >> You got anything illegal on you? >> I got nothing illegal on me. You can touch me anywhere you want. >> I'm not touching you. >> Well, you. Anyone. >> Actually, grab her passport from him cuz I need an ID for her. >> All right, you got her? >> Where's my keys? >> All right. >> Where's her custody going? I'll bail her out. >> We're running in the county. >> Where's her Do you have her ID? >> I do not have her ID, so >> Monroe County. >> Her bag with her ID and then you can go through it all you want. >> This is all you. >> Sloppy Joe. >> I'll let you know what's going on with her. >> I'm 31 years old, man. Like >> Well, you should have dealt with it a long way actually. >> I'm fine. I'll have my cousin call for me. >> You had your chance. >> Ryan, just keep a hold of my stuff. It's fine. >> He's my younger cousin. I want to >> Ryan! >> He's so dumb. >> Jail. >> Ryan, you're going all the way down there to do whatever they say. >> Oh my god, it's fine. What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? >> No, it's not fine because guess what? Now you're going to jail. >> That's fine. I have no reason. >> Not right NOW. I'M NOT IN THE MOOD. >> I HAVE NO reason to be going in and that's why I don't mind. Watch your head. >> I love it. >> What do you want? >> Pardon? >> Oh, I just I just want my rights. >> No, that's not how this goes. >> So, wait. I have a question then. Genuine question. >> Your last question. >> What are my rights? >> Huh? >> What are my rights? >> You're You're detained >> My rights. >> You're You're You're detained right now. >> No, but >> You haven't been told What are you talking about? >> I haven't been told my rights. >> You You have the rights of every US citizen. What are you talking about? >> Yeah, I don't know that. I'm I live in the UK, so I don't know what my rights are. Thank you. >> All right, so she's asking about I don't know what my rights are. Like, well, first of all, you have the right to shut up and she couldn't do that. She couldn't exercise that. Um but she's obviously under a misconception that there's some magical thing that happens when you get arrested. And when in fact, especially in a case like this where the violation is trespassing, where she was given multiple multiple multiple multiple orders simply to leave. All she had to do is walk away. So, once they say, "Hey, you're under arrest." They don't need to talk to her anymore. They don't need to get a statement. They don't need to get what her what she thinks happened or her version of events. They don't need any of that. All they know is she was told to leave and she didn't, now you're under arrest. So, she never has to be read her Miranda rights. It's possible through this entire contact that they're not going to read her her rights because they don't have to. The The violation of law was observed by law enforcement. They don't need her input for anything. So, if from the second that those handcuffs went on until the second she goes and sees the judge, if she doesn't say a single word, totally fine. We can absolutely do our our no problem at all. But now, she has the right to remain silent. It's one of her Miranda rights. What she doesn't have is the ability. >> So, your rights start Right now, you're being arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct. >> Okay, cool. >> You were asked to leave multiple times. So, your your rights right now are to go to jail and bond out in the morning. >> So, I can't talk to anyone? >> Nope. Okay, you're going to go to jail because you've been asked to leave already multiple times. >> Okay, cool. >> This is the second place you've been trespassed from tonight. You're already trespassed from the Bowl and Whistle earlier tonight, okay? >> Yeah, because I couldn't find my bag. >> Yeah. >> That's not a good reason. >> It's not. When you're asked to leave, you leave. >> Okay. >> Uh so, now you're going to go to jail. You'll get booked in. You'll see a judge in the morning. >> I think the most agreeable suspect. >> A judge? >> A judge, like a magistrate. >> So, I have to >> You're going to sit in jail all night. You'll see a judge in the morning. >> Can I get my jacket when I'm in prison? >> Where's your jacket? >> I I don't know. >> They'll They'll probably >> Okay, cool. >> Okay? >> I'll find someone. >> So, just hang tight. >> Okay. >> What? >> Can I ask my cousin for the password to her phone so I can call her mom? >> Nope. >> No? >> Nope. >> All right. >> Can you just tell my cousin not to worry? >> tell your cousin nothing. >> Well, he's worried and I want him not to worry. >> Ain't got nothing to do with me. We We was worried about everybody else and you wasn't listening. >> Yeah. >> The United States of America. >> I'm probably here. >> I like it. >> You kick this door again, we going to have a problem. >> I'm probably here. >> [laughter] >> Yes. >> Cuz this is your [ __ ] living room. So, here's the deal. You're under arrest. If you want to keep showing your ass, I can show my ass. And what that means is >> I like that. I like that saying. >> to where you can't relax and just sit back here. Or you can sit back here like an adult and act like an adult and then I'll treat you like an adult. But, if you want to act like a child, I can treat you like a child. I don't care I don't care where you're from. So, keep your feet off of my ceiling, off of my windows, quit kicking my door, quit hollering. You can sit here, you'll go to jail, and you'll be done with this. If you want to act out, then I can act out, and I'm going to put you in leg shackles, and it's going to be uncomfortable for you. Understood? Is that understood? >> I understand but >> Okay. >> There we go. >> I've been to Key West. I was just there in October. I was doing some fishing. I was doing Fantasy Fest. So, for those of you that know, you know. And I'm going back this year also to fish. I'm going to be fishing for tuna off the Marathon Hump. What I didn't do was go to Key West at 11:30 at night because that downtown area is just loud. It's just lots of people, drunk girls like this. Just absolutely no part of that is my scene. But I was there during the day, and the food was great, and the people were super nice, and I still need to get a patch from Key West PD. So, I'm going to take care of that in June when I go back, and hopefully catch some fish, but when I go on vacation, this is not what I'm looking for. And I feel bad for Ryan cuz sounds like he's not from there either, and he has no idea where he's going. So, I sure wouldn't want to be down there filled with in an area filled with drunk people and not know where I was going to sleep. >> Here's the deal. Your cousin wants the password to your phone. Are you willing to give that to him so he can contact your mom? >> Oh, my last phone >> I just asked you a question. >> Well, you can call that from the jail. How about that? >> Yeah, we'll just we'll [ __ ] do this. >> we'll we'll call it from You call it from the jail. >> During transport, the suspect slips out of her handcuffs. >> You want to play games? >> Of course she did. >> Ah! >> Get out. >> Ah! Ow! I can't. I need the [ __ ] seat belt. Ow! Ow! >> That's how I got the cuffs. You can try to act like you're innocent there. We both know you're not. Turn around. >> Oh! What did you pop in your mouth? >> I didn't pop anything in my mouth. >> Yes, you did. I saw you on camera. >> We'll pull this one off. >> Is there anything else you'd like to do? Take a seat. Let's go. Want to strip? >> Oh, my. >> It's tiny. The right one is. >> Yeah. >> So, I have to pull them off. >> Well, the right one never came off. Thank you. >> The suspect was charged with resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and escaping lawful restraints. >> All right, I got nothing on card one. So, even though she was incredibly annoying um and ornery and argumentative, uh what she didn't do was say anything on this card. So, I got I got nothing. Um what I do want is I want a gold play button that YouTube sends you when you get a million subscribers. Uh Sam and I were just talking about it. It is It's something we're really looking for.
