From a woman who seemed to mistake her [music] first class ticket for a free pass to stir up chaos in the cabin. >> So I'm very well aware of my rights. I'm very well educated. I am first class miss. >> Okay. All right. The other >> miss. There's something going on. >> You exhibited >> to this first classer who was put in her place [music] after hurling threats at an air hostess because she had one too many to drink. [snorts] >> There was an alcoholic beverage. I was in first class, but they were, you know, you know, obligated to give me that, which is fine and cool. Here are seven moments when first class passengers get humiliated at the airport. Starting with 25-year-old Neil McCarthy, who claimed to have a medical condition after he got caught [music] relieving himself on the aisle of an airplane. >> So, I'm thinking like, you know, something coming down, I hear him say, "Excuse me." Like, really? Oh wow. Okay. >> Just peeing everywhere. >> I was I I have a leaking problem kind of. I better say it. >> On July the 3rd, 2024, officers were dispatched to an airport following reports that an airplane was about to make an emergency stop to remove a passenger later identified as 25-year-old Neil McCarthy because he urinated on the aisle of the first class cabin during an inbound flight. With the aircraft still on route, [music] the officers took position on the ground and waited. That's the face of somebody that's excited to see us. >> Hi. How are you? >> Good. How are you? >> Got a bed right now. >> Okay. >> What's going on today? >> Nothing really. >> No, nothing really. >> Getting off. >> You're getting off? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, let's do that. >> Thank you. >> Well, stand by all those police officers right there for me. >> They need a picture. >> Yeah. What's going on? We have no information. here. The current clothes I was eating. I heard like water. >> So, I'm thinking like, you know, something coming down. I hear her say, "Excuse me." Like, really? >> Oh, wow. Okay. >> Just pee everywhere. >> Yeah. Put him in handcuffs. >> Great. Can I have you send that to me? >> And the gentleman up here came and got me. When I came up here, he was already sleeping and then he just was acting a little erratic like he was trying to pull up the emergency light thing and put your number. So, >> can you just airdrop it to me? >> Okay. >> So, yeah, if you just go to the picture and then hit the send button and then it should be an airdrop option. >> There you go. Half hour half hour. He was shaking. >> Has he been drinking? >> Yeah, he was drunk at the airport. >> Okay. >> I gave him a drink, but I hadn't even >> No, he was screaming on >> You're not on the plane though. >> They would have told me that I would haven't even stop. >> Sure. No, no, no. I get I get that. Totally get that. >> Yes, I dig. I get the picture. Um I need to uh just speak with the captain if that's okay. good information. >> You can take it back on station. >> Gentlemen, man, how's everybody doing today? >> I think he was in two out. >> Where's it? First seat right here. >> 2A. I think because of what happened to begin with. >> Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. >> How does this type work? No, no, no, no, no. >> What's your uh flight number? >> Uh 3921 >> origination? >> Uh Chicago versus the dude's name. My name is Grab his name. What was the dude's name, sir? >> I don't know. Where >> you sound familiar? >> I woke up. >> What was your uh destination? Um >> Manchester, New Hampshire. They're trying to get his name. >> Neil McCarthy. >> Neil McCarthy. >> Yeah. Uh pilot's name. >> Uh >> where are you based out of? >> Uh Chicago, lower. >> Okay. Uh and just confirming that you guys do not want him on the flight continuing and he is to be removed at this point. >> Yes, sir. Okay. Great. Gentlemen, have a great day. Is there any um anything broken in here or is it just >> Yep. I got their I got everything I need. Okay. >> Sorry about the delay, folks. >> Have you guys have a great day? Is that uh that child that's there was that child in view of anything? >> Child just adults. >> Okay, great. Okay, thank you so much. >> After speaking with the pilots and their air hostess, the officers returned back to the station with Neil for a thorough interrogation. Although they had strong evidence against him, they still wanted to hear his own side of the story. But nothing could have prepared them for the twisted tale he was about to come up with. >> His bag's still in the back. >> Yeah, it is. >> You have ID? >> I don't know. Where's your ID, boss? >> Is it on you? >> All right, just stand up. I'll get it from you. Is >> it your back pocket? >> Um, front pocket? >> No, it's not in my pockets right here. It should be in the my front pocket. >> Oh, no. It's in >> Yeah, there's nothing in them. That one. >> All right. Have a seat. >> Not that one. >> Yeah. Sorry, sir. >> Yeah, that one. >> Yep. You want >> it should be really good right there. Yeah. I sit tight for a couple minutes, right? Okay. And what happened on the plane? >> I I I really could not tell you why this is going on right now. >> Okay. >> Do you have any recollection about what happened or why the plane had to land? I remember getting on the flight and there was a gentleman that was upset about he hit his head and then he was upset the whole flight and then that started that flight the like the night flight and then >> I got off and we land we we landed on there and >> where did you where where did you lay over >> in Chicago? >> So you flew from Oregon to Chicago? >> Yes. >> And then you laid over. How long was your layover? It was about two It was two hours and then it carried over to more to more. So, >> okay. And when you laid over for two hours, were you drinking? >> I drank I had two drink three cocktails and then I waited and then we got carried then we got laid over more >> and stay in the gate and waited and then >> you're drinking some more then? >> No, no, no, no, >> no. I got on the plane and it's fine. Got on the flight and then >> any drinks on the plane? >> Yeah, I got Yeah. >> What was that? >> Uh Jack Daniel. >> That's what you like? The JDs? >> Yeah. You know, Jack Daniel and Coke or >> All right. Fine. Um so you're flying from Chicago. Your last leg to you're going right into New Hampshire. >> What airport do you know? >> Uh Manchester. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> What happened there on the on the plane? I I I I couldn't I didn't make any commotion, I don't think. Oh, >> okay. Did the flight staff come up to you at all? >> No. No. No one came to me. I I I didn't talk to anybody. >> Okay. >> The whole time. >> All right. >> I'm not trying to make this difficult for you guys. >> No, no, you you're you're being fine. We appreciate that. We're just trying to piece together. >> I I didn't talk to any flight staff or anything from me to you guys right now. Did they stop serving you alcohol at any point? >> No. >> Did they say anything to you? >> No. >> Okay. >> Nothing. >> All right. >> That's why I'm so shocked at what's going right now. >> Neil continued with his act, trying to maintain control of the conversation while the officer played along carefully. As if the full picture wasn't already clear. Sooner or later, they're going to bring whatever game [music] Neil thought he was playing to an abrupt end. Well, >> I'm going to show you a picture. Do you recognize anyone in that picture? Yeah. Me. >> Okay. What are you doing? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I don't >> Can you tell me what the picture shows? >> Yeah. Al. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> What are you doing? >> [ __ ] the >> Yeah. On the right. >> So that's why we're sitting here. cuz it looks like your pants down and you had to go to the bathroom, but you weren't in there. >> I I I I went I didn't go to the bathroom anywhere NYC or anything like that, so I wasn't doing it. >> Do you remember doing any of that? >> I I remember like standing up and doing that, but I didn't have any altercations with the staff or anything like that. So, >> did they have to restrain you on the plane? You remember anything about that? >> No. Okay. >> I didn't have I didn't think I was causing any problems on the flight, but >> you recognize that urinating in the middle of the aisle. >> I don't think I was okay. Yeah. But yeah, I understand what you're saying. >> I said you're flicking the bean. >> That's what it looks like is what I'm >> You said flicking the bean. >> So, you weren't urinating. You were whatever. >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> I Yes. I wasn't I I was not I went to the restroom and I was came back and that was it. I wasn't trying to >> So why did your pants come down? >> Well, I was trying to get the last residue off. I I have a I have a bladder control problem. I'm going to tell you honestly I have that. Yeah. >> So that's my my issue. So I I wasn't trying to do anything wrongful with that. I understand the picture. But >> so there's other people on the plane, you know, that were sitting next to you and across from you. They saw that children, women, all that type of stuff. All right. So that's why the plane had to land. The aircraft reports they had to restrain you. You became combative at some point. >> I I I I'm not an aggressive person at all. >> I understand. You've been totally fine with us. We appreciate that very much. Okay. So, that's why we're here. Um, you understand you know that's a crime. Can't do that. You can't pull your pants down. >> Yeah. I >> have you ever been arrested before? >> No, sir. All right. >> So, how many drinks total do you think you had? >> Four. >> All right. And no one said anything to you on the plane? >> Nothing. >> You don't remember having to be restrained by anyone? >> No. >> All right. How did you pass me back up? >> Yeah, I I just I I wasn't trying to do anything wrong with that, sir. It wasn't >> What do you mean by flicking the bean? You were trying to cut yourself? >> I was I have a leaking problem kind of. I'm embarrassed to say it, but >> No, don't be embarrassed. We We want to help you figure out what happened. Okay. >> I I I have a leaking problem. I flip like I was trying to like flick it off like like just like >> Okay. >> And it just came came down like I You see a doctor for that? >> Yeah, I have. I He said it was fine, but I just Okay. >> I just have like a little bit of a a little bit of issue, but it's it goes away after time. So, >> okay. >> Right now, I don't have a problem with it, but obviously, but >> the officers were careful not to dismiss the medical condition Neil claimed to have. It might have been easier to give him the benefit of the doubt had he been upfront from the beginning. But now with inconsistencies emerging, they were unable to determine whether he was genuinely unwell or simply attempting to misrepresent the situation in light of the evidence. >> You said you remember doing it. You remember that part of it? >> Yeah, I was I was I was [clears throat] I was trying I was I came out of the bathroom. I was I was like just I walked out. Yes. And it was going on and that's what happened. I just was like like I lifted up like this and I was trying to go like that to keep it away from everybody. And I never I never thought of it being an issue. I just >> Well, you you didn't think pulling your pants down and >> Well, >> you know what I mean, Neil? Was >> Yeah, I understand, sir. >> Problem. What? Why didn't you do it in the bathroom? >> I I did do I and I wiped and did all that in the bathroom. I just I guess I didn't. >> Is flicking the bean? >> No. No, it wasn't. No. No, no, no thing. It was just I'm trying to get clean so I can put my pants back on like my shorts. >> So you completely dry. Okay. >> Yeah. You exited the bathroom with your pants down. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. >> So you exited the bathroom, your pants were up. >> Yes. And just that happened, I guess, for a second and >> I was just like like just drying off and just >> Well, again, just I'm We're trying to walk through this here. >> So you exit the bathroom. >> Yeah. Yeah, >> you you do whatever in the bathroom. You clean up. You you do whatever. You walked out of the bathroom. >> There's no one next to me. There's no one to see you. >> What made you just just walk me through it? So, you're walking out of the bathroom. You shut the door and then you turn and then what drew your attention back to your >> I was just trying it was dripping probably. I think maybe. Yeah, I was dripping and I just I didn't think I wasn't thinking about facing towards the the public or anything like that. And >> so you you you pulled your pants down. You were how far you pulled them down? >> No. No, I was I wasn't I wasn't facing public. >> Right. But just so you but you pulled your pants down. How far did you pull them down? Do you remember? >> It was like to like this doll my thing right here like right there. And then I I wasn't I wasn't think I was showing anything. >> Yeah. I wasn't I was just doing like normal like just like >> cleaning off coming off and going to the going back. >> I I'm not trying to lie to you guys. >> No, I appreciate that. >> So after that happened then you you pulled your pants up. After you after you to use your words and not not after you flicked the mean your your attempt as you say to to to clean it, you pulled your pants up and then you sat down. >> Yes. Yes, sir. >> And then as far as you're concerned, the flight carried on. >> Yes. In the end, Neil was charged with indecent exposure aboard an aircraft. He was fined $5,000 and subsequently banned from flying with American Airlines. Up next is NBA player Marcus Morris Senior, who was knocked off his high horse after he refused to pay a debt of over $250,000 that he owed to Las Vegas casinos. >> You had a warrant, but we we'll explain, but we don't want to do anything in front of the kids. Does it make sense? >> We're going to treat you with respect. >> Appreciate that. They have like a I think they have like two weeks to come down and get you or something like that cuz they have to schedule somebody to come and it's minimum two people. >> On July the 22nd, 2025, [music] police in Florida received a report that Marcus Morris senior, a forward for the Cleveland Cavaliers, was attempting to board a flight at Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport while allegedly being wanted over unpaid debt [music] charges. Officers rushed over to the airport hoping to catch up with the superstar before he took to the >> Hey, how's it going everybody? Hey, >> which one of you guys is Marcus? >> Marcus, >> did you come? Did you you can just come over here? >> When we get there, I'm going to >> We don't want to make a scene or anything. We just need to We're going to We're going to We're going to have to take you into custody. Okay. >> Well, you have a warrant, but we we'll explain, but we don't want to do anything in front of the kids. Does that make sense? >> We're going to treat you with respect. >> Appreciate that. >> We can walk this way. We'll talk this way. We We'll get it. You'll have an opportunity. I'm not going over. Okay. So, just walk to my brother look like a We're treating him with respect. >> Marcus. Marcus. Let's walk over here. Walk around. >> I got you. We're going to treat you with respect, but we got to do our job, right? >> I got that. So, we So, we don't want to have them see you like that. Does that make sense? >> Yeah. >> So, we're going to we're going to bring you right around the corner over here. somebody so they don't see you going in the handcuffs or anything. >> We still have to >> Yeah. So I still got to confirm the warrant. Okay. >> We'll grab it in a sec. We're just going to do it right around this white wall. >> All right. I appreciate your cooperation. We're going to like I said, we're going to treat you with respect. >> But you do have to go in the handcuffs. So my partners are going to use uh when we get around this corner, my partners are going to use their handcuffs right here. >> Go ahead and just face the wall for me. >> Can we walk up a little further? >> We're right here. We got to do it. We got to do it right here. >> I'm going to put two cuffs on you. Hurt your shoulder. >> I'll get it. >> Yeah. >> I don't even know what a warrant is. We We'll be able to explain it more when we get it confirmed. >> Okay. I'm I'm going to loosen these two. All right. Big big risk, man. >> Please learn. >> Just get them on. Okay. Ain't no criminal. >> No. No. We're not trying. We >> ain't trying to do that. >> Trust me. No. >> That's why we That's why we had talk to you, right? Hey, hey, you got another pair? >> I got a shackle. >> All right. >> Is Brew, can you grab that the chair, >> man? >> Can you grab the chair over there? >> I start walking, bro. Like, >> unfortunately, based off of policy, we can't walk out. We have to actually have you sit down. >> Sit down. Where? >> In a wheelchair. >> How am I going to get my arms back in the wheelchair? >> Um, hey. [music] >> Hey, this is going to try to fit on my wrist. right here. He's going to he's rotating it so it'll it'll you'll be able to put your hands together behind my back. >> Behind you. >> So, he's going to he's just repositioning it. >> Cool. There you go. >> It should be a lot more comfortable in a wheelchair. What the hell? >> So, that's not that's not my decision. That's our new agency policy here at the airport. >> I'm trying to figure out what we even doing. Like, what's happening here? We I've explained that you do have a warrant. >> We'll be able to go talk to your family and >> update them. >> Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. One more. >> One more. What? Handcuff. >> Yep. >> Where? >> On the feet. >> Come on, bro. >> It's It's the new policy. That's why I'm explaining everything to you. Okay. Never said I had to go talk to my lady. >> That's fine. >> Not fine. >> Marcus' level of cooperation caught the officers off [music] guard. It didn't match the weight of the charges hanging over him. For a man accused of something that serious, he was almost too calm. Walker walk around the door. Watch your head. Knees are going to be uncomfortable. So switch in as much as you can. All right. >> You good? Hey, give me the give me the proper ration. I'll talk to him real quick. >> Good. Seat belt. >> Yeah. >> No. What the Hey, >> you good? >> Hey. Uh, >> just don't don't take off yet. >> After placing the NBA player at the back of the police cruiser, they decided to explain the situation to his family. >> All right. So, can't tell you is he's not going to be traveling with you guys today. >> This is his property. I'm going to go through each item with you that he wanted he asked me to give it to you, not to anyone else. You specifically. >> So, on my camera, just so you can see it, his wallet, [music] his ID is with us and one of his debit cards is with us. >> Okay. >> All right. Is there a reason why >> he um he wanted to keep it it's good to have an ID on you and a debit card just in case he does get released or something he at least has a way to pay for something. >> Okay. >> Um he's keeping his cell phone with him so when he gets out he has a contact and we can pull numbers out of it to write it on a paper for him. >> Okay. >> He'll be able to make phone calls. So this is one item I I'll I'll hand it to you one by one but you can use the bag if you want >> cuz he's got some jewelry. I know it's probably expensive. This is one of his rings. This is his big necklace. All right. His magnets. >> So my my question is so how would I how would I know like whatever decision was made on where he's going? That's my question. >> Um so right now we're in the I'm I'm on the I'm on our warrant channel to confirm the warrant. Hey buddy. Go back over there with mama. >> One bracelet. He's got three of them. >> Two. >> Oh, go back over there. We'll mark them off. >> So, if you want to use this, I just wanted to show on camera that I'm presenting to you that I'm not taking anything. >> Yeah, I can put it in there. >> Yeah, if you want to put it back in there, that's great. So, that's the update that I have for you. You guys, you guys travel, do whatever you need to do. I know. I'm assuming this is like a family vacation. This is what it looks like. >> Um, >> it was flagged on a flight coming over here that he was here. So, that's why we knew where you guys knew who you were. It wasn't like we're like targeting you guys or we looked you guys up. >> Well, we we is it because you're going international >> that could be part that could have been >> We just came from Vegas. >> So, so apparently >> Vegas. So, so apparently that it could have been that, but also the fact the warrant just dropped like a couple days ago is from my my buddy looked it up, my partner, he said it was like 3 days ago it came. So, if you were flying it, maybe something wasn't notified, >> but that's what it was. >> How do I find out information? >> You can go in Broward County um Broward County Jail and look at the pics, the booking pics, and you'll be able to see what his charge is there. If it says bond or no bond, that's how you'll get your information there. >> I'm just I'm just kind of I'm just confused on what do I do next? Like because y'all took him. So it's like I don't >> So he's going to be with us. He's going to be with us. Um you can when when you look at when he gets booked, which should be in a few hours, it will populate and you can see it virtually on your phone >> where he's booked, the time, date, his charges, his case number. >> There's no investigation here, right? >> It's just a warrant. So he's being he's being taken into custody here. Does it make sense? >> So, I'm not writing a big report or anything like that. The kids are with family. Um I did when I was walking over here, I saw I was like I was hoping that there was somebody that the kids could [music] be with cuz that would have been a problem. That would Child Protective Services get involved when we arrest somebody. >> Sure. >> So, that I'm glad that the families here that you guys are traveling together, >> right? >> All right. >> Do you have any other questions? uh few hours, right? Like so >> so we're only like 10 minutes, not even 10 minutes from the jail from the airport, but I have the forms in my pocket. I'm waiting on a channel. She's raising me now. Yeah. So that's a nice >> problem or anything like that. Everything is smooth, you know. So I don't think there's going to be any >> Yep. It's he's going down to the jail now. >> All right. I'm saying is he going >> uh that I don't know. That's you're going to have to wait to hear from him [music] inside the jail whether they're going to extradite. It says full extradition, but sometimes they they can do things depending on the county. They may have a judge do virtual court with him or not, >> but he may get extradited, which means he has to wait there here until he gets an officer to come pick him up and bring him back to that count. >> All right. >> After wrapping up their conversation with Marcus's brother, [music] the officers turned their attention back to Marcus. But what the officers were about to say, nothing could have prepared Marcus for it. >> Um, if you want to just peek the window, I'm going to let him talk to him and tell him that I gave his brother everything. And so I gave your brother everything. I handed it to him one by one. He put it back in the envelope, most of it back in the envelope. Um, I explained to him what the what the deal was. I said that yes. And while I was speaking to him, they did confirm everything. Um, that you're going to be booked at Brad County Fenny Main Jail. um that there is no bond right now, but there's and there they are going to extradite. There's a possibility depending on that county if they want to do some virtual court or something, they might be able to see a magistrate here and you might be able to postponder here or you're going to have to wait for an officer to come down from there and bring you back. And again, we treat you with the utmost of respect. I appreciate your cooperation. We tried to keep it low key. Yeah, I think you're probably end up getting extradited back and so uh there's there's a time frame on it, but they have like a I think they have like two weeks to come down and get you or something like that cuz they have to schedule somebody to come and it's minimum two people. >> You you may Yeah, you may. >> Hey, they're they're ready. Hey, they're ready. You can go for two weeks >> possible. But that's I again I don't I'm giving you as much information of a possibility as I can. Okay. All right. >> Uh, you have no you you have no bond right now. >> That's completely separate. That That's separate than what you the charges are right now. Okay. >> Marcus Morris Senior was charged withdrawing or passing a check for $1,200 or more with the intent to defraud and theft valued at $100,000 or more. He remained in custody and was denied bail for over 51 [music] hours. And yet another incident involving a first class passenger at an airport. Here comes the passenger who threatened to blow up an aircraft because she was [music] being deplaned. >> So you're not allowed to be on this flight now. Come on. >> She just yelled out, "I actually have aing bomb, but no one going anywhere. >> It's going to explode. Oh, it's going to explode." On September the 23rd, 2025, deputies responded to an airport [music] following reports of a passenger refusing to deplame after the airport employees [music] noticed that she was intoxicated. Upon arrival, they spoke briefly with some of the airport employees to gather details of the situation before moving in to take action. >> She's on the plane. >> She's on the plane. >> Yes. Now, I want to get off the plane. >> Okay. >> Yes. She's in four. The flight attendants are the ones that called it and stuff. Okay. >> Yeah, I'll go I'll go down there. Don't worry. >> Hey there. >> Uh the one in four on the left hand side. >> Four on the left hand side. >> Yep. With the brown. >> The brown. Okay. >> Excuse me, ma'am. Hey, I need you to get up and come to me. Why? >> Because you're not going to be on this flight. So, I need you to get up and come with me. Okay. >> To what? >> Give me a reason. >> Because you're not allowed on this flight. >> They're not letting you on this flight. That's my reason. So, you're not allowed to be on this flight now. Come on. So, we can do this two ways. I You can come off this flight with me or >> as I asked them, they [music] wanted some food. >> Okay. I'm not going to talk about it with you here. You can come off the flight with me or I can clear everybody out and then I can drag you off the plane. You >> clear everybody out? >> Okay. >> Nobody. >> Can you come down here, please? >> So, she's obviously not going to come willingly here. >> Yep. Um, so we're probably going to have to remove her off a plane. Do you want to clear out the area or >> your choice? We will leave it completely up to you. What are you more comfortable? >> Cuz my my worry is that if she starts, you know, fly kind of hit somebody else. >> So, if we could just kind of clear the first four rows, the first four, and then maybe the couple behind in case you like fling something back. Yep. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. All right. >> Yes. Just waiting. >> Sorry. Where are you guys heading to? >> Denver. >> Denver. >> Yeah. >> No, you're not making it out of Nashville today. It seems like >> Oh, yeah. >> Just the first couple rows. Sorry we had to do this to you guys. I just don't want anybody getting hit by anything if you start swinging or something, you know. >> I'll ski. She just yelled out, "I actually have a ball, but no one going anywhere." Cool. All right. Perfect. Upon hearing that information, the urgency to remove her from the aircraft immediately [music] increased. >> Oh no, an arrow. >> All right, let's go. >> Oh, I miss Oh, you want to It's going to explode. >> Let's go. We're We're not going to jump like that. >> It's going to explode. Oh, it's going to explode. It's right there. Hands behind your back. Thank you. >> Huh? Yeah. She said she had a bomb on the plan. >> Oh, that's fantastic. That's just another charge. Good job, L. Can I disconnect this or am I cutting it? >> Back is still up. >> It's still there. >> All right, guys. Find a difference. Get off. >> No. Bomb is still there. I promise God. >> Just keep making it worse. Take this. Hey, Jordan. Pull up sick. You can get her. I'm going to grab her legs cuz she's going to pull us both off of this. If you can get her torso. >> How could this wall? >> No, you've already proven you can't. Come on. >> Really? Stop hooking your feet. Here, I'll go. >> Here, let me get on that side and I can go. >> You want me to act, right? >> Let's go. Let's go to now. Hand off. And I think that's okay. >> Jordan, you need a hand down there. You good? on. You got >> I can walk. >> You got a holler. Thank you. >> Sit down here. >> Ow. >> Sit down. You got a hobble. I've got one up in my bag. Should be one in the glove box. Stop. >> We're going to have to pull her legs back out. >> This time we do. I do it. >> We've already told you what to do multiple times. >> I'm done playing with you. So, let's offer joy. Thank you. But you still >> Whether her claims were valid or not, the officers were not prepared to take any chances with more than half of the passengers still on board. Following her claim, incident command was activated and a full sweep of the aircraft was conducted. No explosive devices were discovered. Once the situation was brought under control, she was charged with falsely reporting a bomb threat, public intoxication, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. [music] Her bond was set at $31,000. Just like that crazy first classer, Nash convinced herself that being a first class passenger gave her the right to be disorderly on an aircraft. >> Well, I told her she wasn't going to board until we had a conversation. She ran down the jet bridge and kept going after I told her repeatedly to come back up here and continued. Now she refuses to get off the aircraft. >> I am first class, miss. >> Okay. All right. >> Keep going. Come on. >> On April the 1st, 2025, officers of the Tampa Police Department received a call from the security office at Tampa International Airport, reporting that a woman simply identified as Miss Nash was causing a disturbance. When they arrived at the airport, they approached one of the airport's employees who was about to explain to them in detail the kind of chaos they were about to walk into. She's drunk and I I just walked in and saying, "And then she ran up the jet bridge to go get a bag because she left her bag of gas grill." Then I was going to have a conversation. They know she'd been drinking blah blah blah. Well, I told her she wasn't going to board until we had a conversation. She ran down the jet bridge and kept going after I told her repeatedly to come back up here and continue. Now, she refuses to get off the aircraft. So, we're removing her off the aircraft, but she will not come off the aircraft. Get out of here. >> No, that is what you're walking into. >> Considering what the officers had just heard about Nash, they knew that handling the situation would be a walk in the park. Now, they had to find a less chaotic way to ease her off the aircraft without escalating the situation further. >> Hi, Miss. Can you come off the plane with me? Um, >> well, if you can explain to me the reason why, >> I'll explain out there. No. No. >> Miss, this is what's going to happen. Everybody's going to get off the airplane and then we're going to have to take you against your will. And we don't want to do that cuz you're going to upset all these other passengers. >> Here. Now, here's the thing is I'm not really worried about the other passengers. What I I am worried about is my rights. >> And my rights are that you are to explain to me what it is that is going on. I have done nothing wrong. >> Okay. So, let me explain it to you. >> Nope. But you are going to listen to me for I'm going to explain to you and you can after I'm done. Okay. So I'm very well aware of my rights. I'm very well educated. Clearly I'm sitting here. >> I paid for this seat >> two weeks ago. >> Okay. >> I have done absolutely nothing wrong. There is something wrong with people that work for this airline that are outside >> which have made the complaint against me. I've done nothing wrong. So, if you guys want to tell me what it is that I did wrong, then maybe it'll cooperate. >> Well, well, the the the captain of the >> No, the captain of the airplane is right there. And him and I had a very clear conversation. He does not believe that this should be happening. >> Well, he he's there and we're here >> and he's right here. And he told me to my eyes, he said this is out of his control. >> Right. So that's why we come in. >> Please come talk. Please. >> No, but you did. >> I am first class, miss. >> Miss, there's something going on. >> You exhibited, Miss Nash. You exhibited some some behavior that's not conducive to them. >> Am I exhibiting that behavior? >> There's you. You've either ingested or taken something that's getting in the front of your judgment. That's what I'm saying. >> I have not. >> So, we're going to have everybody come out and then we're going to have to take out. >> That's fine. Can you take my bag? That is >> No, ma'am. You're refusing to You're refusing to come. >> I'm not leaving here without my bag. >> Grab your bag and we'll take it. We'll take a look. >> You can do that. >> You can do it cuz that's your bag. That's your bag. So, you do it. >> Are you guys really this thick? Are you Are you conversation? Are you kidding? >> And it's beyond his control. >> No. Listen to him. You're going to want to stand up. If you don't, it's gonna be worse. >> Are you kidding me? >> No, he's not. >> Just grab your bag. And >> I haven't done anything wrong. >> Well, you've exhibited some kind of behavior. And that's concerned. >> No. What we're going to do now, what we're going to do right now is we are going to start recording this. >> I'm recording YouTube, too, so that's fine. I have no problem going on YouTube. But grab your bag and let's and let's get off the plane so you don't upset the rest of the airplane. >> I've already upset. >> You have? Yes. So, let's just get out, get your bag, and we'll leave. >> Here's the deal, sir. >> Uh-huh. >> Oh, I'm just going to have first class. >> Okay. >> First class. >> You know what? You know what I don't like? >> You know what? I don't like >> um Let's see if first class is okay. >> Do we leave or something? Uh, you don't have to unless you want to. >> We can though. >> You don't have to. >> Is this your green one? >> There we go. >> All right. >> Don't you guys have more important things to do? >> We do. Yeah, we do. But this is one of the important ones. >> No, it's not. >> It is. >> No, it's really not. It's You know what it is and then we'll tell you what it is. All right, grab your bag and we can talk while you're walking. No, >> but you're telling me what to do. It doesn't work that way, Miss Nash. It doesn't work that way. Grab your bag. >> Grab your bag and listen. >> What's going to happen? >> What's going to happen is in about 5 seconds, you're going to hand get in hand. >> What are you going to do? >> We're going to arrest you for disorderly conduct. How's that? >> Thank you so much. Sorry guys. Uh, we are >> for the second. The officers thought that the young woman had finally gotten off her high horse and was willing to cooperate with them. But like a peacock showing off, she carried herself with obvious pride, completely unbothered and acting like she had no intention of backing down. bus. Would you >> please go and walk? >> Grab your bag and walk. >> Let's go. Come on. Come on. We'll talk. >> Sorry, folks. >> Keep going. Come on. >> Very sorry. Okay, one more and we can do 1050. >> Give me a second. >> Give me a second. >> Got to walk, ma'am. You got to get off. >> Give me a second. >> We can get a second. We're going to walk. >> Listen, I'm not >> 1050. It's just >> Don't resist, man. Relax. How do you guys even do your job? Are you kidding me? >> Are you kidding me? >> Don't [laughter] Don't hurt me. Just let me walk. Just give me a second. >> Is this your first stop? >> Stop. I won't. >> You're going to get another card. >> No, you're No, you're you're hurrying. >> We're not walk. You won't get >> embarrassing. Yeah, that's >> Are you This is you. >> We're going to go down to >> Not okay. It's not okay. >> Ma'am, you got an ID in this purse? My ID's in my purse. >> And your other purse. This is what you guys are paid for. It's not okay. [laughter] The girl with the red hair. It's not okay. >> Don't walk. >> You don't listen. Here's the thing is I can walk, but you don't have to. >> Um, she got said her ID was in that purse. >> Yeah. Where is my other bag? >> We got your stuff. >> I have your bag. >> Can you please just let me >> They have to hold you. >> I'm not going I'm not going to run. Just let me for your safety. >> These guys are crazy. >> I'm not a criminal. >> Trump in the art of the deal. He'd be like, "This is so [ __ ] up. [laughter] This is not right." You guys go home every night. You're like, "This is not right." What I'm doing up, I don't I listen. Can you do me a favor? I will walk wherever you guys want me. >> I am. You don't have to hold me. No, you do not. >> No, you do not. You do not me. I'm not. >> Are you kidding me? Just let me just give me breathe for a second. >> No, I I can't. Just let go. >> Let go. >> I don't know where >> it don't matter. You want me to transform? >> There are so many things that you guys need to concentrate on. It's not me. >> Can you please I I don't hop in. >> I can't hop in. Hey, >> I'm holding you so you don't fall, but put your left foot on first. >> Miss Nash was later charged with disorderly conduct. Just as Nash was brought down a peg, this woman received a muchneeded reality check after becoming unruly toward aircraft staff while under the influence. >> We got a call that it was a level one threat. Someone was was >> making threats to someone else and they were concerned for your wellbeing. So we just had to do a check-in. >> Really? >> It was an alcoholic beverage. I was in first class. They were, you know, you know, obligated to give me that. >> So I just am what? Stuck in what? Dallas jail. >> So we have our hair. >> On October the 22nd, 2023, officers with the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Police [music] Department responded to the airport following reports of a woman making threats aboard an aircraft. Upon their arrival, they decided to talk to one of the air hostesses. >> She got out. I don't know what happened. I was back. >> Okay. >> Okay. If you want to what are what are you guys >> do you like? >> Okay. >> And then just >> Yeah. The officers were no strangers to incidents where first class passengers act as though their ticket bought more than just a [music] seat. So treating it like a routine call, they approached the woman and began to question her, unaware that she wasn't just another entitled passenger. There was more to her and they're about to find out what. >> No, I was really >> I was just asking if you knew why we were called. >> No, I don't. That's why I just said I don't know why you're talking to me right now other than to get off the plane. >> Okay. Yeah, I don't. No. But if you want to explain to me, I would be open to listening. >> Okay. Well, we got a call that >> Okay. Well, we got a call that it was a level one threat. Someone was >> making threats to someone else and they were concerned for your wellbeing. So, we just had to do a check. literally they literally said if I give them all my belongings I can get off [music] you know plane with no problem. >> Okay. >> So I don't understand what you mean by that. >> I mean it's cool. I mean it could have been somebody very well. So this is my first time on like a plane outside of my mom. >> Um I was on a plane when I was like what 16. My first time as um an elderly adult on my own physically. >> Yeah. Um, so you know, whenever they had a problem with me or whatever they had a problem with, you know, I did whatever they asked me to do. >> Okay. >> So, I really don't know what the problem is right now cuz I did what you guys asked me to do. >> Okay. You want to stand over here? >> Whatever you want me to do. You can look in my bag. No, you're fine. Whatever you want. I don't >> Do you have your ID on you? >> Um, yeah. It's in my um >> Yep. It's right here. >> Okay. >> Yep. Right there. Oh, it was right there. Or it might actually be. >> They have your ID. >> Is this your final destination? >> Yeah. Texas Dallas. Yeah. Somebody's supposed to be here to pick me up. Like I just went all this way and like I had no problems up until now. I don't want my And I'm like, >> listen, I'm just I just got to figure out what's going on cuz we got to call. So I just got to make sure that you're okay. one thing. I'm so quiet. Respectful literally the whole way. >> Did you say anything to them that made them a concern? >> I asked for a drink and they let me have my drink. >> So, how is that disrespectful or out of place? >> What kind of drink was it? >> It was an alcoholic beverage. I was in first class. They were, you know, you know, obligated to give me that, which is fine and cool. Okay. >> But I don't understand where they're coming from. Did you threaten anyone by anything? >> I didn't do anything. I was sitting on someone like by my side and I stay with my mom and my son >> and I'm just going out of town for just weekend. >> Okay. >> I don't understand why you guys are interrogating me and all my >> Okay. >> Because I'm legally fine to be where I am. >> I explain to you why >> I have I like what do you want more from? I I just have to ask these questions because we were fine. I understand it, but I just don't understand why like all you've been doing all this and I didn't do anything different like >> I understand why they're there to be bro. >> What were they saying? >> I No, I know. What were they saying to you, >> bro? They just be rude. They're like, I'm not even trying to be racist, but they just want to be rude to me. I did not do anything. I gave them my ticket and I just sat there like it bro you know your first class if you want to get a drink or something you can and I and I was able to but they didn't even like me or anything you know I said something about it but I said I'm sorry that's what I said >> um >> do I need to call my mom or something or do I need to call my ride or something for me to like go freely from you guys because I did not do anything wrong. >> Okay, we just have to finish talking to >> That's cool. But I don't like how he's assessing me. Maybe you so I respect it, but I don't like how he is. So >> the reason he wanted to ask >> Okay, that's cool. I'm just I just rather talk to you cuz I don't like how he's assessing me. He's sorry. >> I just rather talk to you cuz I don't like how he's assessing me. He's sorry. He can do his protocol, whatever. I just don't like how he's talking to me. That's all. Period. That's it. I'm a human being and I would like to be talked to with respect to the reason I have 100% respect for you guys and you gave me that. So I don't >> think that I want to talk to you. >> Okay. The reason that we have to ask for your name, we just have to have a problem with giving my I don't have a problem with giving my >> After talking to the woman, the situation was still far from being resolved. They knew she was acting all offended and defensive because she was trying to hide something. So they decided to turn to one of the aircraft captains who was about to spill all the tea. >> If you want to talk to me this way, she's sitting right there. >> Yeah. I said, "Hey, here's >> you know said hey if we want to go you'll probably be met by some." >> She couldn't even comprehend that. >> That pissed her off sit down. So 10 minutes after that, that's when she was screaming right here. >> Okay. >> So that's when I told the cat and said, "Hey, that's what we did." >> Okay. >> Can I put add that in our report? >> With just enough evidence stacked against the woman, the officers decided to give her a reality check. >> Okay. If you want to go ahead and stand up for me. >> You want to put your phone down? >> Okay. >> All right. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. Okay. You're going to be placed under a public intoxication. Okay. >> Well, talk to anybody or anything. >> Yeah. So, as soon as >> you got whatever you need. I'm not like a not as soon as you get down to the jail. Um, it'll be unlimited calls. Okay. Uh, so you can make as many phone calls as you want. It's just a classy Mr. >> All this number. >> I got you. So if as long as you stay cool and all that stuff like you have been, they'll let you get all the calls out your phone. Okay. So just Yeah. Just take a deep breath. All it is So just hear me out real quick. It's just a class C misdemeanor. So it's like the same level as like a traffic ticket. Okay. You're just going to go down to our facility for a minimum of 4 hours. Okay. Just >> the only way I can get out. >> I get you a minimum of 4 hours. Okay. Just until you sober up and then you can be released. Okay. That's all this is. >> But they're like here or on the way here. Like how can I just tell them like, "Hey, I got arrested or whatever." >> Say, "Copy." Just set the time. Um, like I said, as soon as you get down to our facility, as soon as you get down to our facility, you can make all the phone calls you want. Okay? Just as long as you stay cool, they'll let you take the numbers out of your phone. Okay? >> I had somebody come to pick me up. I wasn't driving on my own or leaving on my own. So, like, why you don't bother me? I had somebody pick me up on you guys asking if I was. So why am I being bothered right now? >> So you can't answer my question. >> Or you just ignore me or what? Cuz you're not answering nothing. You're just like I'm not listening you at all. No. >> Okay. Well, can you actually go? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, I'm listening. >> I told you that the reason that we met you there is because they >> because they called us from the plane. So, no matter if you were out here or you were in there, we were going to meet you at the plane because they called us and they were not going to unboard the plane until we talked to you. >> So, I just said what? Stuck in what? Dallas jail. >> So, we have our own jail here. >> That's crazy. >> The airport has their own jail here. So, you'll be here. >> Yeah. I'm getting arrested by the way. I don't know what to do. They just want to >> I don't know what to do. >> What she do? >> What's that? >> What she do >> right now? She's under arrest for public intoxication. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, she's going to go to jail with us. >> They're going to cut her off at the at the plane. >> That's That's on her to act like this. This isn't on the plan. >> What does she do? >> She's under arrest for public intoxication. though right at this point. >> You can keep doing what you're doing. >> I don't even have to do anything. Can I have it, please? Like literally, I'm not going anywhere. I'm right here. I'm not getting no [ __ ] Oh, y'all barely make more than I probably made like $17 an hour. >> You have a diff. >> Why don't you unzip it? You want to look at me so hard the up. >> LIKE YOU GUYS GOT ME. You owe me. So, YOU GOT ME. YOU GOT ME. >> Stand up. >> Why? >> Because I have to search you before we put you in the car. >> Oh my god. Cuz I got something on me. Oh my >> have something on me. Look at me. You're touching me. to our house. >> Nothing. >> Somehow, the officers expected her to calm down at that point, but what she did next made it clear that she either hadn't learned her lesson or that the reality of the situation still hadn't fully sunk in. >> You have to go inside. >> That's fine. I will do whatever you want, but please do not. >> Okay, we have >> whatever you want, but do not touch me. Whatever you want I will do. Do not touch me. >> I will do whatever you want. >> Okay. >> Okay. That's fine. She's a woman. I'll let her do it. Let you do it. >> You can't go in. >> Okay. Well, I went for her. So, can you stop touching me now? So, can you touch me now, please? >> Okay. Well, you got it now, right? >> What else do you want from me, man? You already got me. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. We can do this. It was so embarrassed that you guys are manhandling. I mean, you want me to answer you questions like dignity left. I feel like dignity left for you guys. >> We can do this, too. >> It's embarrassment. >> Take me then. Here you go. We got it. Here you go. You got it. >> You got it. You got it. Here you go. >> She was charged with public intoxication as well as disorderly conduct. The next case takes us to Orlando, Florida, where a 19-year-old airplane passenger an airport employee for no reasonable [music] cause. >> She literally threw her phone at me. Threw the phone at the back of whatever. I don't know what it was. She hit me with it. >> Wrap her up. >> I threw my phone. He weaved it. >> So, it never hit him. I'm okay with going to jail cuz guess what? I got money to burn out. So, it's never been an issue with going to jail. On January the 20th, 2025, [music] dispatch responded to the Orlando International Airport. After receiving a report that a woman threw her phone at an airport staff member hearing that objects were being hurled [music] during the brawl, the officers rushed over quickly. Aware that the situation could get really ugly if there was no timely intervention. >> Oh, that's silver. She went to silver and and she had to situate her stuff with silver. >> You know what I mean? >> That's her yelling over there. >> That's her yelling over there. She has I was like, "Okay, I'm sorry. I took over here to Gus. Gus reinstated her and said, "Hey, all right. Now, since I reinstate you, you got to go back to Silver." I guess she didn't want to do that. She came to me. Oh, y'all don't know. I said, "I can't do nothing for you." >> You're the one who assisted her. So, the person she was going to go off. >> Yeah. I told her I said, "I can't do anything for you. I am just a bags guy." So, you remember at the whole time >> her name, >> you remember the whole time, the whole time I was saying I can't [music] >> You know what I get to this? What do you guys want? You guys need to do anything. >> She literally threw her phone at me. Threw the phone at the back of whatever. I don't know what she hit me with it. >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry42. Following the officer's conversation with the airport employee, they went over to the suspect [music] to get her own side of the story. >> Sir, you need ma'am. >> I got here before my flight. >> Okay. >> This man right here, I asked him for help. >> The man with a dress, I asked him [music] for help. He told me it's not my problem. >> I said, "Okay, cool. I'm not going to argue with nobody." >> Okay. >> I come over to her next. She helped me. She's nice. She said she couldn't find my stuff. So, she sent me over to this man. Him. I'm asking him all type of questions trying to get on my fight cuz my fight is going to leave at 7:10. >> Okay. >> Okay. He's not helping me. He finally found something and sent me back over here. >> Okay. Then I went back over there to him. >> Okay. >> I asked him over there when you talking about something. You know what [music] I said? When he was over here, I said, "I don't understand why you couldn't just um help me in the first place." >> That's exactly what I said. Okay. >> He's talking about, "Oh, since you said all that, I'm going to go cancel your flight." You didn't even want to help me. So then he's like, >> "This is the one with the drugs." Yes. I don't want to touch you, but this is what you like. You know what I'm saying? Like that. So then, >> you feel me? I told my phone cuz back up. You're a man. I'm a whole female. Why? Why are you Why are you in my face like this? >> He never once told you that he works to like push people or anything? >> No. When I first got here, he offered to help me. Why are you walking up to me? He offered and he took over there. So, I'm thinking that he I'm thinking that he he's here because he offered to help me. He came to me. [music] I didn't come to him. >> He walked up to me. So, I'm letting him help me. Now, all of a sudden, you talking about, "Oh, it's not my problem. I pushed up." So, why did you walk up to me? You could have left me alone. I wasn't even worried about him. I was going to stop by. I was going to go to somebody at a desk. >> Okay. >> I didn't do nothing to this man. I've got here just to backtrack. So, he came up to you with his fingers or was it you came up to him with his finger? >> I went over there. He kept talking about fat. You 25 with braces. This and that. Matter of fact, I'm 19 with braces. Okay. We going to go ahead and make that clear. from 19. He talking about fat as braces. You fat as doing that. His other people came back there holding him back. When I felt that finger touch me in my face, I threw my phone. My phone never hit him though. My phone My phone was on the ground. And this how I know my phone never hit him cuz somebody had gave him my phone. My phone never hit him. I throw my phone. He weaved it. >> So it never hit him. But if he would never put his hand in my face, then I would never throw my phone. But when I >> when I told Yeah, I know it's not for me. When I throw when I throw my phone when I throw my phone, it it fell on the ground. My phone just cracked. That's how I know it never My phone just cracked. I didn't It didn't hit him. My phone went face on the ground. >> Let me see. [music] This is your ticket. Your Williams. >> Listen, I'm not even going I'm not trying to be disrespectful to y'all. I promise to God. I'm already frustrated cuz I can't get where I'm going. >> If y'all can just try to get me where I'm going, that'll be great. If not, let me call my people so they can come pick me back up cuz >> this is convenience for me. It ain't like Hey, you know what I'm saying? >> Okay, I'm still going to need your ID. >> Oh, thank you. Okay. >> Now, it was a 19-year-old's word against the airport employees, [music] and the statements weren't lining up. With the accounts in clear conflict, the officers paused to assess the situation and began working out a way to determine what really happened. Know why she was so angry. Like, I'm I'm actually It confused me why she was so angry cuz I was the only one that was helping her. So I when I when I told her, "Hey, go go go speak to him." I She went to go speak to him and he was like, "Oh, you um you're flying with Silver. Where are you going?" Fort Lauderdale. So she went to Silver, went to Silver, talked to the lady. The lady then try to make her go to fix her stuff here. She went to me and I was like, "Okay, let's try to let's try to figure it out. I'm going to go take you to Gus." Took her to Gus. Gus reinstated her and then he told her to go to Silver. I guess she didn't know what to after that. She mad as hell. Uhuh. Uhuh. Y'all supposed to fix my ticket. I said, "I can't do anything for you cuz I can't fix tickets. I am a bad guy. I can't do anything for you." That pissed her off when I told her I can't do anything for you. >> That's when she threw the phone. >> That's No. Therefore, we go we go over there. She's like, "Oh, this right here. Sorry for my language. I know I'm not going right here and I'm like, "Bro, what the did I do? I'm helping you." She uh uh uh uh uh So, at this point, I'm done. I'm about to go to Gus. Hey, Gus. She hit in the back of the head. I go walk. Oh, we go walking. She follows me over here. We bicker for a little bit. I'm like, "Bro, I'm not uh uh uh" And then I turn around to walk this way. She throws the So therefore, >> which is she's back in the house. >> She hit me probably around this area. She hit me in the back. I don't need no medical cuz I'm not I'm not going to say no [ __ ] like that. >> Fill us out for me. I don't need just basically you were trying to assist this lady. Describe what she looks like. >> Um she got aggravated just like you told me. Um and then go on to where >> bring it up to where >> she threw the bag and that you would like the prosecute. I'll give you this and that. >> I got you. >> At the other end of the airport, the young woman continued to insist that she had reasonable cause for throwing her phone at the airport employee, maintaining her version of events despite the growing doubts around her account. I would never come over here again. Y'all are rude. Y'all are disrespectful. Not you. Whoever is over here in this area, I would never come back over here. They're rude. They're disrespectful. For him to be a man on the end of the day and get into a woman face like that and put your hand in the face and think I wasn't going to pop off. Well, he had me all the way. Okay, I'm going go ahead and let you know that right now. Soon as he stepped to me, that's when he had me all the way. So, whatever happened after that just happened. I don't even moment. I can't even go to my my thing. I don't even care what happened. Well, like I said, you know, >> his job is done, though. I know for a fact that he's fired. >> Like I said, if you came up came up, too. Absolutely. Yeah. He's going to have an issue because he's going to have to deal with his boss. >> Yeah. And I'm not going to lie, you did you're going to see me on the camera walking over there. But the only reason why I was walking over there is because he was telling him to cancel my flight.
