It's BB case back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video it's from the Palm Bay Police Department over there in Florida where you have these Palm Bay police officers stop this lady all because of she was asleep in her vehicle. These officers say, "Oh yeah, we got word that you were sleeping in your vehicle. We think you're drunk. Can we look at your eyes?" Like it's just sad the simple fact that you can't even fall asleep in your vehicle, take a little rest without officers assuming that you're under the influence. And this is a prime example of that. I'm going to watch it and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> Am I detained or am I free to go? For what crime? For what crime? Hello, what's the crime that I'm being detained for? I'm human. I work my ass off. Hello. >> So, at this time you are not free to leave. >> Okay, what do you want? >> So, we are going to I need you to smell I need you to smell my fear that you're not impaired. >> You didn't smell any alcohol. That's a lie. >> It might not have been from your vehicle. I smelled something. It might have been from your vehicle. >> It's not from my vehicle. That's a lie. And you can't use that anyway. >> Saying you were sleeping behind the wheel. >> Okay. >> They saw you on the behind the wheel. >> Do you know how long I've been here? >> Lights. Lights. At this point we're conducting a DUI investigation. >> Okay, so what do you want? >> I Let me just check your eyes real quick like I was telling you. >> Okay, check them. Let's go. Let's go. >> Okay, can you stand step out of the vehicle for me? All I'm going to check your eyes. If your eyes are good then you'll be out of here. >> Okay, let's go. That's fine. >> Do me a favor. >> Yep. >> Just Just sit my finger, okay? >> By the way, your flashlight is like a strobe light or there is a strobe light somewhere in here. >> That's from behind you. >> Oh, okay. >> It could be a reflection. >> Yeah, it is. >> Just try to keep keep your head still. Keep your head straight and just follow my eyes. >> Oh, yeah. I lost two. >> I'm going to go up now, okay? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm not seeing nice segments, okay? So >> I know. >> Okay. Well, like I said, we all >> Have a good night, guys. >> All we do is check. >> I understand. Thank you. >> Have a good night. >> You, too. Good night. Not all citizens are are liars. >> This officer sounded disappointed when he found out that she wasn't drunk. Because even from the beginning when she asked them what crime was she being detained for, for some reason they didn't want to answer that. >> detained or am I free to go? For what crime? Hello. What's the crime that I'm being detained for? >> Whenever you ask an officer what crime, for some reason they just pretend to act deaf. Then you have an officer straight up lying saying that he smelled alcohol. >> You didn't smell any alcohol. That's a lie. >> It might have been from your vehicle. I smelled something. It might have been from your vehicle. >> You could just hear in this officer's voice how disappointed he was when he found out that she wasn't drunk. >> seeing nice segments, okay? So >> Okay. Well, like I said, we all >> Have a good night, guys. >> All we do is check. >> I understand. Thank you. >> She was not finna hear that cos playing. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. How you feel about these Palm Bay police officers for stopping this lady all because of she fell asleep in her car. There's nothing wrong with taking a little rest, but yeah, you having these officers assume that she's under the influence. Even having this one officer straight up lie saying that he smelled alcohol. And then even when she asked what crime she's being detained for, they didn't want to say nothing. Like I said, when you ask an officer what crime, for some reason they act deaf. And it's just funny how disappointed this officer was when he found out that she wasn't drunk. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music]
