this officer. I talked to this black guy that I know because he's he's homeless. I used to see him at the at Trinity Church and now he thinks it's a drug transaction. >> Did I say that? I said a transaction. >> What other kind of transaction would there be, sir? >> I don't know. I'm just asking, man. >> All right, so what I'm going to have you do is I'm going to have you step out of the car. >> You don't have anything to say about that transaction? >> No. >> There was no transaction. What you saw was your own judgment that you poured it you poured into me and him, a black man walking up to a white man in a store. That's your judgment. >> What's my judgment? >> That's your judgment. That's the judgment you have, man. >> No, sir. >> Yes, sir. Free. I've been homeless for 4 years. I know that guy from Trinity Church. >> So, we can prove me wrong. Would you consent to me searching your car? >> You are not searching my car. That's illegal. >> Just so you know, based off of what I saw, I can search you as well. >> I'm not I'm going to be right back, but that's >> most likely going to be my next course of action. >> I don't take those tests. >> You don't? >> No. >> I invoke my Fifth Amendment right, sir. Put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> And you're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the What are you coming from? >> I'm driving a Lyft. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is, actually. >> This is not a traffic stop. Get the hell off of the road. Let's unviolate my rights, okay? >> Harassing homeless people, that's something officers love to do. >> What's good, YouTubers? BBKicks back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video from Asbury Park Police Department over there in New Jersey, we have this Asbury Park police officer harasses homeless guy all because that he was talking to a black guy. Literally, this officer pulled him over, you know, he threw in that little BS lie talking about, "Oh, you didn't use your signal 100 feet away." When in reality, he told him to say, "Hey, man, what were you talking to that guy about? Looks like it was transactional." And he kept telling this officer he was just talking to him. There was no drugs involved. And yet, this officer still was trying to profile him. I'm going to watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> tonight and in Asbury Avenue on Memorial Drive and this officer I talked to this black guy that I know because he's homeless. I used to see him at the at Trinity Church and now he thinks it's a drug transaction. >> Did I say that? >> Did you say those words come out of your mouth? >> Yes, yes, I did. >> I said a transaction. >> What other kind of transaction would there be, sir? >> I don't know. >> Okay. >> All right, sir. I'm just asking, man. >> I'm I'm not answering your question. >> All right, so what I'm going to have you do is I'm going to have you step out of the car. >> Why? >> Get to the back of the car, okay? >> Why? >> Well, number one, there's cars driving by here. So, it's a lawful order. You have to comply with it. >> I have to I have to go sit at the car. >> Yes. >> For what for what what am I being charged for? >> I don't need to give you a reason. You're not being charged at this point. But, it's a lawful order to get out of the car. >> Thank you. >> So, we don't lose these documents. Put them back in the bag. >> Can I put them back in my pocket? >> I'm going to put them back in the car kind of productive. >> I have no money. No, I I did not give him any money. I did not give him any money, sir. I did not. I did not. I doesn't matter. I did not give him any money. >> I'm going to record. Okay. So, you don't have anything to say about that transaction. >> No, there was no transaction. >> No. >> You saw you what you saw was was was was your own judgment that you poured it you poured it into me and him, a black man walking up to a white man in a store. That's your judgment. >> What's my judgment? >> That's your judgment. That's the judgment you have, man. >> No, sir. >> Yes, sir. >> No, sir. >> Yes, sir. >> No, sir. >> Am I might be charged with anything, sir? Kelly. >> Fair enough. We'll let you know. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I know people from the street. I've been homeless for 4 years. I know that guy from Trinity Church. Yeah, I said, "What's up, bro? You doing good? Yo, can you can you spare a couple of dollars?" I said, "No." I only had enough for a for a soda and then and then and then a slice. But, I don't even have enough for a soda. >> Both guys said that to you. >> The this guy that I knew from from Trinity Church. He was back there. It's the guy the guy the guy who walked up to me. That's it. That's it. That's it. I did not have any drug any no no transaction whatsoever other than the two loosies that I bought for $2. You can ask the guy in the store. >> I believe that. I know they sell loosies. I just don't believe the other part. >> Okay. Well, I'm sorry. >> Okay. Um your license is good, you said, right? >> Yep. >> Okay. Um Listen, so we can prove me wrong. >> Hm? >> Would you consent to me searching your car? >> No. No. No. >> You already know this officer is trying to sneak that question in. >> I get the dog here. There's nothing in my car, sir. So, I have no problem getting the dog here. But, I'm not letting you search my car. That's that's illegal. >> Listen, just so you know, based off of what I saw, I can search you as well. >> Man, search me if you want. >> I'm going to I'm going to be right back, but that's most likely going to be my next course of action. Okay. If you can, take a seat on the curb there, please. >> Why, man? >> Cuz I'm asking you to take a seat on the curb. >> Why though? Why do why do why why do I You know, this is it nothing different than a drug transaction. >> You can say that to your camera then. >> I am. And it's I'm on YouTube, too. And you're going to be all you're you're going to be all over YouTube tonight, sir. >> That's great. >> Guys, he's in front of a store, sitting in his car, waiting for somebody to to to go in. A white guy goes in there, talks to a black guy, comes out of the store, and all of a sudden he follows him all the way all the way to two, three blocks, and then stops him for no reason. No reason whatsoever. I made my turn signal, sir. You You stopped me for no reason other than profiling me. And this guy This guy has a problem with me walking into a store and talking to a black guy? How about if it was a black guy talking to another black guy? Would that be okay? >> I don't know why you're making a video of me. >> Because you know what? This is ridiculous. This guy [ __ ] chased me for three blocks because I walked into a store. God damn it, I talked to somebody in a store. I got to Next next next time I go into a store, I'll make sure I don't talk to anybody. No, no. Don't Hurry up. The police is out there. I don't want the police to see me talking to you. Nothing is a drug transaction. >> So, if there's going to be a video of me, I at least want to look good, right? >> Yeah, you do, man. >> [laughter] >> Yeah, look good, man. Look good. I like the mustache, too. Look good. >> Good to be back. >> Yeah. I used to have one. I had I had one for years, man, the mustache. But here here the there's so much segregation that, you know, you walk into a store that that you happen to be white and then a black and then a drug transaction. You know what >> [laughter] >> I mean? Really, man. You know, I mean >> though, but >> What? >> You'd be surprised. >> Yeah, yeah. >> Big drug area, right? >> Is that the that store is? I don't know, dude. I don't know I don't know anybody in there other than the people that I know from going to church. >> Now now you know. It is that's a high >> All right. I mean, but but but dude, I but I up in in in New York. I see that [ __ ] all the time. You walk in there, you get the slice, say hello to everybody, and you know you know they're not going to rob you, man. You know when you have anybody walking walking down the street one day. I mean, I don't want When I don't have this car, I'm walking, you know, and I'm not going to make sure that I don't get robbed by these people. At least they know me, you know what I mean? >> Yeah, that's a high crime, high drug area. >> Yeah, is it? Okay. Okay. So, I was going to pause this when I was talking to some guy. You finished this? >> And your summons were not properly >> I I signaled, man. I I always signal properly. >> You have to signal 100 ft before turning. That's the way the law reads. It's actually >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. Any questions? >> No, no questions, sir. >> All right, so you're free to go. Have a good night. >> You too. Yeah, no problem. No problem. You take care. Yeah, no problem. And next time you see a white guy And then next time All right, next time Next time you >> You can't play that card, so >> Next time you see a white guy going into a store, make make sure you really really see >> You can't even go in a store without getting harassed. >> Because in this video, you having this officer first pull him over saying he uses turn signal 100 ft away, but then this mister the part say, "Hey, man, when you was talking to that dude, looks like it was transactional, like right here." >> I have this officer I talked to this black guy that I know because he's homeless. I used to see him at the at Trinity Church, and now he thinks it's a drug transaction. >> Did I say that? Did you hear those words come out of my >> Yes, yes, they did. >> I said a transaction. >> A trans- Yeah, he's just asking. He's trying to fish really hard. And obviously, this officer had a stick in that question, "Do you mind if I search your car to prove me wrong?" >> So, we can prove me wrong. Would you consent to me searching your car? >> No. No, you got to get that dog in here. This is just >> Just so you know, based off of what I saw, I can search you as well. >> Whatever this officer sees gives him probable cause to search you. And like I always say, when an officer stops you for not using a turn signal 100 ft away, nine times out of 10, it's just a BS reason just to give you a ticket. When in reality, this officer's attention was to search this guy. >> Summons were not properly signaling 100 ft. >> I I signaled, man. I I always signal properly. >> You have to signal 100 ft before turning. >> And that's why it's always good to have a dash cam cuz these officers be lying. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it the section. How you feel about this Asbury police officer for stopping this guy all because that he was talking to a guy in the gas station he thought it was transactional. So he decides to make up a BS traffic stop saying he didn't use his turn signal 100 ft away which is always a BS reason why officers stop people when in reality their main objective is to try to search you, try to find something or fish. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
