What's the officer saying with regard to the tail light? >> You can talk to him. Go ahead. >> Okay. Hi, officer. >> Hello. >> How you doing? >> Not bad. How are you? Is this normal? >> Pretty good. >> I don't get pulled over often. >> I mean, it's not necessary, but that's fine. Need your attorney. It's just interact. That's it. >> None of your business. That's where I'm headed to. This is my attorney also. >> So, >> go ahead. Go ahead. >> Yes, you do. This is my attorney. >> It's okay. It's okay, Miss Mr. What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is these cops that got left speechless once they saw the person they pulled over had their lawyer on the phone. And just another example why it really is good to get attorney shield because officers never see it coming and for some reason a traffic stop goes a little bit faster and the officers are on their best behavior. I'm going to watch and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Hello. >> Hi there. I'm in a traffic stop. My journey. >> Okay. >> Was out so. >> Okay. Well, what's the story? It's hard for see if Okay. Try to keep the camera there. Uh what's go what did you get pulled over for? >> Um a tail light. >> Okay. Uh what's the officer saying with regard to the tail light? >> Uh you can talk to him. Go ahead. >> Okay. Hi officer. >> Hello. >> How you doing? >> Not bad. How are you? Is this normal? It's >> pretty good. Don't get pulled over off the >> I mean it's not necessary, but that's fine. Hello. >> Hi. >> Yeah, normally with a with a broken tail light, things like that, that's not a moving violation and you don't get points. And typically typically you should talk to the officer. You get it fixed, you show you got it fixed, that's the end of the story. But check with the officer on how to handle that. That's typical. Ask him. >> Okay. Yeah. Is that typical? >> I mean, whether it's a whether it's a non moving or body, you don't need your attorney present. It's just it's an interact. That's it. And then >> No, no. I mean, um, as far as getting it fixed is like a fix it. >> That's if I even chose to do it. I >> got you. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. It's hard for me to hear him. Could you tell me what he said? >> Oh, yeah. He just said if he even chooses to give a ticket, that's typically what it is. >> Okay. Yeah. Normally, like I said, it's not those are not moving violations. And again, in my experience, typically like registration, tags, things like that, which doesn't have anything to do with driving. Okay? Even if you got to go to court, typically say, "Hey, I got the tag. I got I got the registration." They say, "Okay, we're done. Have a nice day." But the one thing I will tell you, take care of it, you know, so it doesn't happen again. >> Oh, for sure. >> Yeah. It's either the B. Do you have a cracked tail light or it's just not working? >> So the the tail light, it does not emit light. The whole driver's side uh light does not work. >> Oh, okay. The whole driver's side light doesn't work when you step. >> Oh, okay. Probably like a bulb, you know, something like that. >> Yeah, that's Yeah, like any auto stop, any of those places, you can you can pick one up and if you have anybody who you know who's handy, it's pretty easy to change the bowl. pretty easy. >> Okay. Yeah, I do. >> All right. Well, you know, if there's anything else I can help you with. >> No, I think that's probably it. >> Well, I'll stay with you to the end of the traffic stop. You know, that's part of my job. So, if you want me to stay with you, I'm more than happy to. >> Yeah, that'd be great. >> Okay, I'm here. Whatever you need. >> Cool. Thank you. >> No, that's uh that's what we're here for. >> Right on. Hold attorney shield. track. >> What's the [Music] >> I'll be right back. >> All right. Yeah, those things are inconvenient, but in terms of traffic, it's about as good as it gets. >> Yeah. Yeah. Thank you so much. >> No, that's what Listen, this is what we're here for. This is, you know, tell your friends. >> Yeah. >> Tell your friends about what we're doing and that, you know, we're here to help and that, you know, you you're not alone. >> Absolutely. >> And officers be on their best behavior, too. You know, listen, I can tell you even when I get pulled over and I'm a lawyer, okay, it's not it's not pleasant. It's not a pleasant experience for anybody. It's just it's no fun. But he seems the officer seems like a really decent guy. >> Yeah. Yeah. He seems pretty cool. >> Yeah. It Yeah. I mean, that's also luck of the draw. Occasionally, it's like any other any other business, you know, you get people who are mad at the world, you know, and it can happen. It doesn't have to be police officers. It can be the person at the drugstore. It can be your boss. You know, people wake up angry at the world for whatever reason. >> For sure. For sure. >> This is the copy of the morning back. Looks like there's damage to the tail light. >> Yeah, I'm actually going to get that fixed probably today. >> Whatever happened? >> Nope. No sir. >> That's it. >> Thank you. Have a good day. >> All right. Cool. >> Fantastic. >> Okay. You know, >> I love happy I love a happy ending. >> Me, too. A lot of that probably has to do with the fact that you were here and I think you was a little bit >> Well, obsessed with that. >> I als I also think you got lucky that you got a you got a nice you got a nice cop, you know, uh you know, people, you know, >> doesn't happen all the time. >> Well, you know what? Listen, like I said, most of them I can tell you from experience, most of them are are just people doing their job, okay? And occasionally you get the guy who's on a power trip, but it's rare. And most of them, if you're pleasant, cooperative, you'd be surprised. You know, they're they can be very cool when they want to be. >> For sure. I've been pulled over twice in the last like couple of years and both times it's been cool. I haven't always had good interactions with cops. >> It it like I said, listen, it's no different. Listen, I go to court, you know, sometimes you're in front of judges. They wouldn't know the they wouldn't know the law if it was a pitbull that bit them. And I have to say, yes, your honor. Good morning, your honor. But again, it happens. But most of them they're okay. They're okay. They're people and that's just how it is. So I'm glad everything worked out for you. But like I said, get it taken care of so it doesn't happen again. >> I will. Thank you. >> Were you speeding or do you think it's just >> No, >> I just left the light. >> Oh, okay. >> Okay. >> Pretty good. >> Off police department. >> Yep. >> Stops the tag on. >> Okay. >> Can't read the plate. driver's license, insurance, and your registration. >> Yep. >> Yep. >> Yep. >> West. >> Yeah. >> Huh? >> None of your business. That's where I'm heading to. This is my attorney also. Yeah. >> Reason you have such a illum. >> So, >> go ahead. Go ahead. >> Yes, you do. It's my attorney. >> It's okay. It's okay. Miss Mr. Mr. >> Officers be feeling some type of way when they see that attorney on the phone. Just >> get your information and and you know, we can just keep the conversation at minimum just to, you know, make sure we don't mess. >> Well, that's what I like to do, but he wants to [ __ ] an attitude. So, Has he left to go run your information? >> No, he's still here. He's still here. >> Do you have the original copy from your insurance instead of the print out that you that's on the computer? >> What do you mean original copy? That would be the copy. >> This isn't insurance. Do you have the original? >> Sure it is. That's right off the the app. I printed it right off the app. >> That's what I'm asking. Okay. So, you have the appble to pull the >> No, because it'll cut my attorney off. So, I'm not >> Oh. So, so Mr. Mr. Um, so it's it should be on your app. You're you're probably able to pull it up. Is this the progressive policy? >> Yeah, I did that last time and it almost cut y'all off. >> Um, >> that what I gave him is right off the app. I printed that right off the app. >> So, let's just say that I can prove that >> my VIN number's on there. It's right off the app. >> Right. >> They already know if you have the insurance or not. >> He He wants to harass me over this insurance thing. >> Know it. All they got to do is >> I printed that right off. >> And so Mr. Mr. Terry and And you know, just to >> Hold on. Hold on. I'm I'm getting it pulled up myself. >> Okay, perfect. Sounds good. >> Printed it right off the app. I don't know my login because my phone memorizes it. You do what you want to do. That's right off my That's right off the app. >> So, what we can do is I can just site you in the court and the city court. Then when you get to city court, you're able you can able to pull it up on your app. And >> you know what? Let let me hang on a minute. Let me show Let me show this guy because he wants to write me a ticket. I printed that right off the app. So, give me a minute. I'm going to try not to disconnect you because he wants he wants to harass me. >> All right. You still there? >> Thank you. I appreciate it. Don't argue with him. He's letting him have his ego. >> So, this is all because my license plate cover is a little dark. >> But the real reason why they do this to me is cuz I'm driving a Scat Pack. >> Okay, >> that's the bottom line. We all know how that works. >> Okay, >> so yeah, that's why they pull me over. I got them on video now. So they they use that as an excuse to pull me over because they say the license plate cover is a little too dark. >> Okay. Yeah. >> But it's really because I drive a Dodge Charger Scat Pack. That's the real reason why I got pulled over. >> Okay. Yeah. Is it Is it a specific color? Is it a like a red? >> It's a like a No, it's like a uh like a gray almost believe it or not. >> Okay. Yeah. Typically they go for like yellow red cars, green cars. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Think about it. And I'm in a little town and they got nothing else better to do. Honestly, >> he knew he had the insurance the moment you got pulled over and read the tags. >> Yeah. >> I mean, I gave him a copy of what I printed off right off the, you know, right off the app. >> Yeah. >> Right. >> But I appreciate you uh being there. an attorney. >> And hopefully that'll just be, you know, the end of the stop and if you would like to, you know, go to court. I'm sure you've probably been through it before in your vehicle, but you know, if you want to go to court and challenge it >> just cuz >> Well, I don't think he's going to write me a ticket now because I did pull it up on the phone. >> Oh, I mean for because he I mean for improper plating because sometimes they do do that um if he's not able to read your license plate or he may just give you a warning. Yeah, >> I think that's just a warning in this area. >> Yeah, >> I I believe >> I guess the sticker on the window didn't help either. All right, Mr. Terry. So, just information, you are in violation of Tennessee law and Arkansas law. I don't know if you're aware of that or not, but just inform you. Tag cover, you can't have anything on your tag. that can affect the reflectiveness or the visibility of the plate. So you pass by tag cover, can't see if there's a tag behind you. Get behind you, can't even read the tag. So I get up to the car. Okay. Can't even see if there's a registration sticker on it. So complete violation of Arkansas and Tennessee law. So just a warning through tag cover because that's typically all I ever do for tag covers. Just a warning. Didn't sight you and you have any ill attitude or anything like that. But >> you're a member of attorneybutton.com shield advise you follow those rules right there that are on driver checklist. Main called be respectful law enforcement. >> You going to give me my stuff and end this traffic stop or you going to extend it? >> First responders. >> Okay. >> Are you going to hold my stuff and extend this traffic stop? Stop. >> Yes, you are. You're holding my stuff. >> It's got the reason for stop. >> It's got my information, >> my Well, I I don't need you to cop this plane. You can you can hand me my stuff. >> Well, I I am I do have places to go, so I appreciate it if you grab the traffic stop up. >> Okay, great. You're the one. >> Have any questions, concerns, or complaints, feel free to call Brighton and speak with the clerk or the front desk or one of my spirits. Okay. I've placed all your information back inside this just like you gave it to me as well as your warrant. Stop. >> Officers get left speeches when they see that attorney because in the first video you can see how this officer's face expression. He did not know what to say when he saw her attorney. >> Hi officer. >> Hello. >> How you doing? >> Not bad. How are you? Is this normal? >> Then once I asked, is this normal? He definitely made sure to keep on saying, you know, it's not necessary to have your attorney. >> I mean, it's not necessary, but that's fine. You don't need your attorney present. It's just it's an interact. And the fact that she was asking him a completely different question. He was still on about the attorney. But then you have those other officers that just catch a straight attitude when they see that attorney. >> Huh? >> None of your business. That's where I'm heading to. This is my attorney also. >> Go ahead. >> Yes, you do. This is my attorney. >> It's okay. It's okay. >> They don't want to talk to that attorney when they trying to fish at the same time. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about these cops left speechless when they saw the people they pulled over had their attorney on the phone. It's really good to have this app because you have officers that try to fish, they see that attorney, they backtrack. Then you have another officer where they just keep on repeating, oh, you know, you don't need your attorney. Yeah, you do. Cuz in a lot of situation, you have officers that lie and everything. When they see that attorney, they be on their best behavior or they just be petty and they just leave you off with a warrant because they're upset that they can't fish. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
