Ooh, getting pulled over. What are you pulling me over for? >> You were driving in a construction zone in the middle of the night. >> So, do you suspect me of a crime? >> First of all, yes. >> What uh traffic violation do you suspect me of committing? You're not going to answer my question or >> There is a traffic violation. >> Okay, so you're pulling me Is that a misdemeanor or felony? >> I was sitting up there. I saw you come down. >> And >> All right, then I saw you make Hold on. I saw you make a left. >> Mhm. >> Then you went up, came back around, and I saw you go out, then you turned around and came back. Now you're back here. >> Okay. >> That's what makes it suspicious, okay? And the fact that it's past midnight. >> Well, no, because this is a public street. >> I don't take those tests. >> You don't? >> No. I invoke my Fifth Amendment right. >> Sir, put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> What are you coming from? >> I'm driving live. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is actually a traffic stop. >> Get off the road. Let's unviolate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BBK's back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, so from the Elmendorf Police Department over here in Texas, where you have this Elmendorf police officer pull this guy over because driving past midnight is suspicious. You will see where this officer stopped this guy. This guy did not break not one traffic violation. He did not even do anything at all. Only thing he was doing was just minding his own business. And apparently, that's suspicious to officers. You will see that this officer was doing nothing but just fishing or he was just bored cuz he had nothing better to do or he just didn't feel like handling real crime. I'mma watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section and let's get it to the video. Ooh, getting pulled over. >> Hello. >> Yes, sir. >> Can you roll down your window, please? >> For what? >> Can you roll down your window, please? >> Is that a lawful order? >> Yes, it is. >> It is? >> Yes. It's not a big deal, bro. >> All right. >> My name is Officer Bain. >> Yes, sir. How can I help you? >> your driver's license? >> Why are you pulling me over for? >> Well, first of all, you're driving in a construction zone in the middle of the night. >> Mhm. >> All right? And we just had a recent uh stolen stolen wires and stuff. >> So, do you suspect me of a crime? >> You're First of all, yes, I do. >> You do? So, I'm going to remove my safety belt so I can reach for my driver's license. >> All right, that's fine. Do you work for a construction company out here? >> I don't answer questions. >> Okay. >> And what what uh traffic violation do you suspect me of committing? >> This officer is not saying anything at the moment cuz he's trying to collect all of his lies to tell this guy. >> What uh traffic violation do you suspect me of committing? >> Appreciate it. >> You're not going to answer my question or >> I already explained it to you. There isn't a traffic violation. >> Okay, so you're pulling me >> Is that a misdemeanor or a felony? >> Right now, it's nothing. >> Okay. >> it's suspicious activity, I can investigate it. >> Oh, yeah. I'm not tell I'm not saying you can't investigate it, but >> you want me to explain to you why it's suspicious? Cuz I was sitting up there, I saw you come down. >> And >> All right? Then I saw you make a Hold on. I saw you make a left. >> Mhm. >> Then you went up, came back around. and you go out, and you turned around and came back. Now you're back here. >> Okay. >> All right, where there's a school that's under construction. >> Mhm. >> And there's houses that have yet to be built, but there's wires back there. >> Okay. >> All right? That's what makes it suspicious. Okay, and the fact that it's past midnight. >> Oh, so there's a curfew out here? Is there a curfew out here? >> No, there's not a curfew, but it's just like if you're at a business that's closed and you're there after hours, then you think that's kind of suspicious. >> Well, no, because this is a public street. >> Back there's not open yet. >> Okay. Well, I didn't know cuz there's street signs. I'm I'm going by street signs. >> All right. I mean, you could be like I asked, you could be as well as working for one of the companies, driving around checking the sites. You could be out here looking for homes and looking in the area. That's what I'm investigating. >> Okay. >> All right? >> You're still not going to know. >> That's why I'm investigating, right? >> All right. So, did my ID tell you if I'm looking for a house or going to break into a house? I mean, I don't I don't understand what the ID was for. >> You don't understand what? >> I don't understand what the ID was for. >> To identify who I'm dealing with. Under suspicious circumstances. >> Yeah, but are you familiar with 38.02? I have to be lawfully arrested for me to present an ID, don't I? I mean, I haven't committed a traffic infraction. >> No, you're under suspicious circumstances. All right? >> All right. And who are you with? You never told me your name or what department. >> you my name. Officer Vane. >> But what that Okay, city of Elmendorf. Okay, I thought it was Bear County out here. >> You thought it was Bear County? >> I thought it was Bear County that pulled me over cuz I mean, you just said officer so-and-so. I didn't know what department you're with or what agency, so. Okay. All right. You have yourself a good night. >> You also. Just another example how bored these officers get. Because from the beginning when this officer gave him the reason why he stopped him, you already knew it was going to be some BS. >> You're driving in a construction zone in the middle of the night. >> Mhm. >> All right. We just had a recent uh stolen stolen wires and stuff. >> So, do you suspect me of a crime? >> First of all, yes, I do. >> That hesitation that this officer gave him was the only answer I needed. And then when he asked what traffic violation he committed, you having this officer just be quiet. >> What uh traffic violation do you suspect me of committing? >> That silence that that officer gave him was definitely loud. But for some reason in Texas whenever you mention 38.02, they just act like they don't know what you're talking about. >> my detail you if I'm looking for a house or going to break into a house? I mean, I don't I don't understand what the idea was for. But are you familiar with 38.02? I mean, I haven't committed a traffic infraction. >> No, there's only suspicious circumstances. >> I guess this officer's going to stop every car that he sees that's driving past midnight. But that's my take on the throw. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. How you feel about this El Dorado police officer for pulling this guy over for literally no reason at all. This guy was just doing nothing but just minding his own business. But you having this officer saying, "Well, you know, uh you're driving past midnight, so I need to get your ID." And even this guy asked him like, "What traffic violation did I commit?" This officer didn't want to say nothing. And then when he mentioned 38.02, this officer act like he didn't know what he was talking about. And it just goes to show, man, especially in Texas, you have these cops that they ain't got nothing better to do. So, they just go out harassing people that just minding their own business. As soon as a real crime happen and real situations happening, they're nowhere to be found. Trust me, I seen it plenty of times down here. That's my take on the throw. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. Make sure you like and subscribe. Y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music]
