[Music] [Music] yo what's up YouTube it's bpc back again with another video and another reaction and in today's video I'm reacting to the uh hendri County Sheriff that b slammed this dude to the ground and got investigated and he ended up getting a charge and apparently he had like other charges like he got fired from like other police department like I think a year or so before this incident so I'm watch it get I'm going watch well I'm going watch the backstory it is get my reaction let me know what y'all think about let's get into the video County sheriff depy is now facing federal charges after the FBI says he slammed a man to the ground and then lied about it in a police report I'm senior reporter Ryan Krueger at the US federal courthouse in downtown Fort Meyers and I spoke with the US attorney investigating the case this is body cam video from July 4th of last year now former deputy Tyler Williams has a man in handcuffs leaning against his Patrol vehicle what happens next can be difficult to watch Williams throws the man to the ground causing his chin to hit the asphalt bro that that's some ho ass [ __ ] like bro I'm not even lying bro that is cuz you this is the [ __ ] that be making me mad when it comes to these police officers bro like the ones that be doing this type of [ __ ] and he just standing over him like you know he the type to beat his wife bro like he has no business having a uniform on and the fact that he had a prior incident at another Police Department that's another thing they got to quit that [ __ ] bro they got to quit letting the [ __ ] get rehired bro like damn like [ __ ] you know Regular People Like Us [ __ ] we we be trying to go you know apply one job but you know we we didn't put a two weeks in at the other one and you know they call the job and then we am not getting it bro it seems like with cops they could like murder somebody and just go to the next town over like nothing happened like that that's really [ __ ] wild to me honestly and just just he slammed that dude down bro was just unnecessary like man I hope they man I I hope he get I hope he gets his in prison Williams throws the man to the ground causing his chin to hit the asphalt and lose Consciousness meanwhile Williams stands over him yelling according to the US attorney Williams then lied on the incident report claiming he feared the man might have had a weapon Hendry County Sheriff Steve Whitten says he was shocked when he saw the video for himself you know when uh we where a deputy in he has great power and with that comes great responsibility and what I saw on this body camera violated the trust of our community and if Williams is convicted on both of those charges he faces up to 30 years in federal prison ran krer narrative that we hold accountable those who VI violate the very principles that they are sworn to uphold and that we work to strengthen oversight and promote a culture of accountability and integrity and that is why we are here today last year on the 4th of July former deputy Tyler Williams of the Henry County Sheriff's Office arrested a man suspected of burglarizing a residence as captured on his bodyw warn camera former deputy Williams placed the suspect in handcuffs and walked the man to the rear of his police vehicle to conduct a search former deputy Williams Supervisor was also on the scene and the two had a conversation about the events leading to the suspect being placed in handcuffs during this conversation the suspect attempted to talk to former deputy Williams and to interject himself into the conversation on multiple occasions in response to one of those times former deputy Williams grabbed the man by the shoulders and threw him to the ground handcuffed the victim was unable to brace himself for the fall for Deputy Williams threw the man to the ground with sufficient force that he was rendered unconscious after his chin hit the asphalt as the body camera shows former deputy Williams stood over the man as he lay motionless and yelled at him telling and that that was another thing that really pissed me off in that video too how he was standing over him and I'm really glad this dude mentioned that in this whole press conference because that was a real disturbing thing to even see just him standing over that dude and like yelling at him you know it's like bro he going to meet the right one when he in prison bro I hope he meets the right one and I hope he gets that Karma him that he was warned to not push against former deputy Williams thanks to the dedicated work of the Henry County Sheriff's Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation a thorough investigation was conducted into this incident the Henry County Sheriff's Office terminated Williams employment for multiple policy violations and last multiple man this [ __ ] probably did some other [ __ ] too that they ain't even talking about week a Federal grand jury sitting here in Fort Myers Florida returned a criminal indictment against former deputy Williams charging him with two counts one count which is a civil rights violation and a second count which is a count for obstructing justice by falsifying a police report these are merely allegations in former deputy Williams is to be presed Presumed Innocent un Len until proven guilty they charge man I know we's innocent until proven guilty but bro we saw that body C footage and come on man ain't no that [ __ ] ain't innocent that Bry guilty bro that have been brought against him in federal court are serious he is facing up to 30 years in federal prison I feel like 30 years is honestly not enough because he's going I mean if he's like 30 so he'll get out maybe no probably like 60-ish or something I don't know I feel like 30 years ain't enough especially for what he did I feel like he got to get like 50 to 60 bro because especially like being an officer like I really feel like being an officer and you do something like that I feel like you should get more time than a regular person because you're just held to a higher standard but you know that's a conversation they don't want to have this case is an excellent example of how my office through our Partnerships with our local and federal law enforcement agencies seeks to hold accountable those in positions of public trust but we are equally committed to protecting those persons when their safety is jeopardized law enforcement officials and public servants should not be threatened with harm for doing their jobs the work that they do is important and my office is firmly committed to protecting them in just the last two years for example my office has criminally prosecuted a number of cases good evening I'm going to keep it short and sweet um but I tell you what I when I watched the uh body camera I was shocked and I was appalled you know when uh we swear a deputy in he has great power and with that comes great responsibility and what I saw on this body camera it violated the trust of our community and that that trust is so sacred and we work very hard to keep that trust between our deputies in our our community of Hendry County uh which is one reasons why we have body cameras because it it it documents everything that they do and you know initially when I saw this again shock and awe um he was placed on administrative leave immediately uh we forwarded it over to the uh the United States attorneys for a a federal investigation and uh he was ultimately terminated so I I just want to thank uh the attorneys for the the job that they did and for the cooperation so uh with that I just hope that the community knows that that we will still strive to keep that trust within our community thank then the um the thing is I'm really am happy that they got this dude and they get fired and you know that's good that's that's amazing we still got like a we still got like a 100,000 out there bro do the same [ __ ] that won't get noticed and that's why I always will encourage people bro y'all man always have some cameras on you record um dash cam like I even got a dash cam too and it's it helps man like it really does because you just never know what these offices these days bro Williams throws the man like this bro like that's just so unnecessary like and man I hope like I said 30 years ain't enough bro especially if you're a comp and you held to a higher standard like 30 years is just not enough and like I said he worked at another uh Department I'm not 100% sure which department it was um I'll look into it because I'm honestly probably gonna do another video on this anyway but he already had like some history anyway and the fact that like he could just get hired at another place to just do the same [ __ ] and like I said bro is way more than just this one this is just this is just the one they found this is the one they caught when it's like a 100,000 out there and that's why we said man just make sure y'all keep them cameras on you bro CU man they really be doing that [ __ ] like that but that's my um honestly my honest opinion on that though let me know what y'all think about this in the comment section uh make sure to like And subscribe too and man I'm telling you bro like 30 years y'all think 30 years is enough or y'all think homeboy should get for 50 me I think he should get 50 to life because you're a cop bro you're supposed to be held to higher standard you feel me but y'all have a wonderful day though
