YouTube is bpc back again with another video and another reaction and in today's video These officers pulled over to this lady for apparently a a DUI and she had a uh a gas pump nozzle attached to her car so I will watch you give my reaction let me know what y'all think about it comment section let's get into the video I'm officer monre fway police department uh I turned on my lights and sirens and you didn't stop or turn on my lights I did I just back my rocket spot sorry okay usually like if it's a traffic stop you just kind of stop where you are know there's a lot of raids around here a lot of raids you say raids as in like there was just a bunch of police that was over there and whatnot there's a lot of police that cing around here oh okay so I don't necessarily like pull I just pull to my spot what's up okay man first off she ain't even Park May hold I feel like she parked a little crooked maybe I'm tripping no she well um so the reason I pulled you over if you want to look over here to your the side of your car you have a um were you at the gas station yeah she is parking a little crooked okay I was you're [ __ ] kidding me for said it's imp possible dii she already knew what was up she like possible I mean bro I mean I seen it happen to some people when they drive out with the gas nozle thing wher from the gas station like the pump I seen it happen usually they stop right then and there so I don't know what type of stuff how many drinks she had to not notice that but unless she did and she just trying to pretend like nothing happened which which uh gas station were you at I was at the gas station um over there on campus from my okay yeah I was over there with my boyfriend he just put gas in my car that's what I'm trying to figure out like if I can get that back to the gas station or whatnot uh definitely definitely I didn't know he hadn't put it back in there I L literally just like drove off cuz he told me what's good interesting I feel like cursing him the [ __ ] out are you [ __ ] get this been writing on me but she know she going to jail dog she know come on man I would just at this point I'll just turn and put my hands behind my back at this point cuz man I don't get how you don't notice that like how do you drive off and not notice that block that's that's what I saw nobody has said anything well that's why I stopped you is cuz I I saw be honest with you um with this and your driving and all this do you have your license on you by chance so so this is a traffic stop so I'm I need your license registration and insurance just because just because stopped I already parked I was already in my parking lot I'm really confused so this is I had not even pumped the gas okay but because I stopped you initially it doesn't matter that you parked your car this is a traffic stop so so I need your license please that's perfectly fine I don't have it on me I have my passport right now okay Molina right yeah so Molina I'll be honest with you um I have reason to believe that you're impaired tonight while you're driving your vehicle uh correct like under the under the under the influence of a substance correct no um so so would you be willing to do volunteer filter vary test to yeah I'm fine okay awesome um can I have you just step over here for me it'll be like a quick test of your eyes and like a walking test and things like that do you want my shoes off or anything no go ahead and keep your shoes on if your shoes are comfortable uh do you wear contacts or glasses or have any visual impairments no man I ain't going to lie most of the time even if you just have a little bit of alcohol you always going to fail this test man I they they this this test is literally designed for you to fail not for you to pass and she it's just like man even if you have like one or two drinks just just call a uber a friend cuz I'm telling you once these cops pull you over and you actually are drunk like that's it and they would do everything to them they yeah they're going to pretend to be nice and everything with you but trust they G to slap them charges on you and it's always just best just always stay clean you know so just always call a ride man cuz I I hate when people get into situations because the officers can act like a complete dick and just because you know you're drunk you know uh um it it's just simple but like I said bro like just just just get a ride man but if you so drunk that you can't even notice that the gas the uh gas nozzle is like or pump is like connected to your car where you're driving you should not be driving at all bro I'm sorry ain't lying to you like she are uncomfortable okay sure take them off so all I have you do is just yep stand with your feet together hands down by your side okay can you see my pen right here I can what color is that like green perfect so all I'm going to have you do is just stay in this position I want you to follow the light with only your eyes and not your head do you understand only my eyes and not my head so meaning I can't move my head I can only move my eyes don't move your head uh-huh and only follow it with your eyes got it okay remember to follow the green light with your eyes okay I am there you go okay good job um the next test is going to be just a Walkin turn test so what I want you to do right now is just imagine that there's a straight line coming out of your left foot and I want you to put your right foot on that line with your heel touching your toe just like this okay and when you're ready you can begin one two 3 four five and a heel to toe manner seven eight n small sets mhm one 2 three 4 five 6 78 okay uh for the next test it's just going to be a oneel leg stand do you have any physical impairments with your hips at all or anything that might make it difficult to stand on one leg I fractioned my hip when I was about 12 but which hip was that right right hip so would you feel more comfortable standing on your left leg no my my right is my strong side so you'd feel more comfortable standing on your right leg yes ma'am just not for a long period of time but I do feel comfortable I ran CH in high school okay so it would be for about 30 seconds you think that's doable I think so pretty much okay so I'm going to give you the instructions real quick okay so what you're going to do is pick the leg of your choice I think you said your right leg what you're going to do is raise the opposite leg about 6 in off the ground you're going to point your toe so imagine you have like a soda can under your foot okay you're going to keep your hands down by your side look down at your foot and you're going to count like this 1001 10002 1003 until I tell you to stop do you understand the instructions yes I do all right you may I'm in the parking lot of my own home mhm correct I initiated a traffic stop and instead of stopping you went and backed into a parking stall that's why you're in the stall of your apartment complex that's not why so listen I'm trying to do your courtesy can you tell me what unit your mother is in and where your child is so we can at least talk to her and tell her what's happening well she does not want to tell her mom she had that pause for a second well I guess now she's saying it cuz they muted it it's not my mom it's my brother Anthony G okay not go to tell honey my my daughter it's already listen there's already you cannot drive a vehicle intoxicated I'm not okay so I'm going to grab that you grab that passport for me and the purse I'm not in the phone I'll come back for un my daughter no I'll go with I'll take you with me like I said man there there's no excuse for um drinking and driving whatsoever you know you ever get a little too drunk you just always got to call a friend to come get you or Uber you know Uber is like 10 $15 and I I don't I don't condone no drinking and driving whatsoever I think I don't agree with none of that but it it I'm just going to say with this is like it just don't do it because I hate when people get in these situation with these officers because I mean this one isn't so bad it was you know regular procedure but in some cases like you be having an officers that do be like doing a little bit too much and and be like violent people's rights while they intoxicated that's why it's always best just always stay sober and like have a right mind where you're driving so when you do come across some officers and they try to be on some BS you're always on point but but like I said I don't condone any of this and man I just like you get so drunk and you don't you have this gas like this literally gas P attached to your car and you don't notice it you got no business driving I'm sorry but uh let me know what y'all think about
