So, if my dog hits on your vehicle, obviously there's a narcotic in here, okay? Since you're the owner of the vehicle, you more than likely probably would go to jail then, okay? Or you can give us consent to search your vehicle. Then if anything's found, you know, we can go about it then. So, my dog didn't hit. So, you must be honest about nothing being in the car. Do you mind if we just like for my knowledge know if there's anything in there? >> I don't take those tests. >> You don't? >> No. I invoke my fifth amendment right, sir. >> Put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> Where are you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is, actually. You were speeding in a truck. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Gang back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the Akron Police Department over there in Ohio fishing so hard to catch these people on something. You having these Akron police officers follow this guy saying that he left from a drug house. Then you having these officers just get straight to fishing. They having him in the back of the car. They had her on the outside of the car and they was asking her, "Hey, do you mind if we run a K9?" They ran the K9 and then the K9 didn't find nothing. Then you having these officers say, "Well, you know, do you mind if we just check?" And this is why it's very important to know your rights. You will have officers like this that will try to snake their way into violating your rights. Without further ado, let's get into the video. >> License and registration, sir. You rolled the stop sign back there at Easton and Carey. Do you have your ID on you? >> No, sir. >> We need her ID and passport. Do you have your ID on you? >> No, sir. >> What's your name? >> Jared. >> Does she have her >> ID? Say again? >> John Junior is his partner. >> Yeah. Good to transport her. >> All right, hold on. Hold on. >> Hey. >> You got any firearms in the car? >> No. >> Any weapons in the car? >> No, sir. No, sir. >> Any drugs in the car? >> No, sir. >> Any drugs on your person? >> No. >> All right, thanks. Anything else in the car? All right, guys. Please Is that your cousin? What's your cousin's name? >> Thomas. >> Thomas, last name? You got anything on you that I missed? >> No, sir. You can check me 15 times. I don't have nothing on me. We don't do that. >> You got any shorts under your jeans or anything? >> No, this is just jeans. >> All right. Yeah, I mean, you're able to stop saying I can get my phone yet pretty fast. >> Yeah, but why did you keep asking me do guns and drugs? >> I do that every time. Ohio law states you don't have to disclose that you have a firearm unless I ask you specifically if you have a firearm. >> Oh, okay. >> So, we always do that. >> I wonder why. I've never pulled in in that driveway ever in my life. >> Well, if that's it, you're just driving on a suspension, I see. Charnez, was her name? Is that it? >> Yeah. >> She's valid. She can drive you guys away. >> Okay. >> So, if you, you know, work with me, there's nothing in the car that shouldn't be, I can get you guys on your way, okay? >> Okay. >> All right. >> Hi. Uh I'm Officer Height. So, I have a K9 and a narcotic K9, okay? Um yeah, but I just I like to give the rundown anyways. Um so, if my dog hits on your vehicle, um obviously there's a narcotic in here, okay? Um and since you're the owner of the vehicle, you more than likely probably would go to jail then, okay? If there was something in here. Um or you can give us consent to search your vehicle, um and if anything's found, you know, we can go about it then, but I'm just saying. Do you consent or no? You don't care? All right. >> So, you you you we can search? I asked earlier, you said no. >> Um do you mind stepping out then for us? Officer, when my dog you want to go over with her? >> Oh. >> Okay. Giuseppe. Got Giuseppe. Giuseppe. >> Have y'all ever seen a K9 dog get this deep into somebody's car? >> Come here. Giuseppe. Giuseppe. Come here. Giuseppe. Good boy. Giuseppe, good boy. >> I I get it out. >> So, my dog didn't hit. I know. So, you must be honest about nothing being in my pockets. Do you mind if we just like for my knowledge know if there's anything in there or not? Do you care if we look? Okay. >> Obviously, she has nothing to hide and there's nothing wrong with that. Man, I'm telling you it really is good just to use your eyes because you just never know how dirty these offices can get. >> There's nothing in there. >> Huh? >> I appreciate that, though. >> Say hi. Say hi. I got a scale and two suboxone strips. I found a scale in the center console and a suboxone strip. Obviously, he's not prescribed that. >> prescribed that. >> Scale. >> Yeah. >> Small amount of residue on it. So, yeah. >> Yeah, you can smell that. He was interested in that coat you had too, but I don't know if >> Yeah, I'm going to check on that. Do you have anything in your pockets at all? We got to follow the scale and the suboxone in the car. Do you have a prescription for suboxone? >> No. >> No. >> Is it prescribed that? Um no, not really. >> You sure what it is? I'm going to let you do this real quick. Can I use your right to mind you wish to talk to me now? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, obviously we found the scale, right? She made the canine came out, she gave us consent to check. Is there anything else in the car that I need to be aware of that I might have found? >> No. >> No. Are you Do you have a prescription for any medication? >> Yes, Suboxone. >> Suboxone? Where's that prescription at? >> Uh I don't have it on me. I'm going to the uh I got it from prison. I told them I didn't want to pop pills and do drugs. >> Mhm. >> And they uh gave me Suboxone strips. >> So, you have you have a prescription from a doctor? >> Yeah, from a uh the uh medical center. >> Okay. Which medical center is >> I think CHC on Carson Street from there cuz I'll be going to both of them. The drive and I go >> Like the community health place over on Market Street? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um Do they tell you got to carry the Suboxone in the prescription container? >> No, cuz there's only one of them I had on me so I didn't I was just about to do that today. >> Are you supposed to take Where is Where would that Suboxone be at? Right here on me. >> In the in the car. Either on the floor cuz it was on my lap. I was just about to take it, put it in my tongue. >> Mhm. >> I ain't take my dose today. >> Why didn't you take it when they give it to you? Or isn't that how it's supposed to give it to you? You're supposed to take it there? >> 50 at a time. >> 50 at a time but it should have a in a package with your name on it and stuff like that. >> No. >> I don't see how they get away with that. That's what make Cuz that's the only way that we know that you're supposed to possess the medication that you're supposed to possess when it's a controlled substance. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. Well, I as in you say it like that, I get what you're saying but they don't do it like that. They give you a rubber band wrapped in a piece of paper with your name on it and your dose. >> Your dose and it's it should have like a prescription number on it, >> Got a number on there. You should grab it real quick. It should have a card. >> It's in the car? Where at in the car? >> Probably on the floor. It should be with the >> Like the strip or the the paper with your name on it? >> Oh, the strip. >> Okay. Yeah, I found the strip and it was >> All right. >> So, Okay. So, this is what's going to happen, okay? I'm going to give you a summons for possession of this Suboxone. What you need to do is you're going to Listen. Listen. If you bring in your prescription and showing that you're prescribed Suboxone or that you're being given it to you for a medical purpose like that, >> Yeah. >> then I'll We'll have the prosecutor dismiss the charges. You're not going to jail today. >> Well, why don't you just I think you can follow me to my house and I bring you the prescription out. >> Where do you guys live? >> Where do you Where do you guys live at? >> I live on Cole Street. Just came home from prison, so I don't >> So, you're You guys are living on Cole? >> Yeah. I got it in my phone and I'm talking to my people that they the the program everything in my phone right there and they just was ringing. Can you hand me my phone and I could just show you? >> There's a prescription on the >> I can show you the prescription the visor I go through the program. >> Well, just like I'm just But, you need to have So, you have a like the package that has your name on it. >> This just proves how officers will try to ruin your life, especially when you just get out of prison. >> to have a doctor prescribe it. >> God so they don't do you like that. I promise >> I I I understand. But, I'm telling because this is it's a prescription only. It's a prescription only. You need to have a prescription for this. So, you have to have some sort of doctor or nurse practitioner or uh physician's assistant prescribe medication. It's one of those things that has to have a requires a doctor. So, you should have some sort of prescription that gives you that. Just like when you go and get methadone. Methadone is like that. That's what I'm saying. I've been going through the methadone clinic. Do you have some sort of prescription that you have file there or if to have some on your house and how you call them Well, I We need to have you should It's supposed to be carried in the specific container. >> Well, can I see if he can send me the uh >> a picture of it? >> Yeah, totally. >> Yeah, sure. Turn that way. I'm going to take these cuffs off you, and then I'll let you So, we're going to cut you a break. And he's not getting a ticket, you're not getting a ticket. Next time he's riding this car, expect him to get a ticket and you get a ticket. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. >> They The state can actually take your license for allowing him to drive your car if you knowing that he doesn't have a license. >> Okay. >> So, I don't want to do that. Okay. You've been cooperative with us, and we're going to do our best to work with you. >> Okay. >> So, he's going to call about his prescription for the Suboxone. At worst case, if they can't send him a picture of his prescription, he'll get a summons, and then all he's got to do is take the the you know, like on any medication you get, the pill bottle which should come in a bag with his prescription >> on it. All he's got to do is come in and show that to a officer here in the district attorney's office. >> Okay. >> Okay. Uh But that that's worst case. >> Okay. >> He's not going to jail today. We're just It's going to be a few more minutes, and then we'll get you guys out of here. >> Okay. >> But you can roll the window up and get warm. And what not. >> Can I go get my receipt and come back? >> Yeah, absolutely. That's I'm I'm okay with that. Just don't leave because he's probably He's not going anywhere. Call the anybody? >> No, they didn't pick up. I guess it's a holiday or something. >> Yeah, it's New Year's Day. They're not going to pick up. >> Look, look, this is December 19th. So, he's come >> complete a It's asking you to complete that I get >> And I called and I completed it. I mean, this is the paperwork, I mean. >> Yeah, but that doesn't show us that you have a prescription. So, like I said, the what what's going to happen is is we're going to cut you a summons, and that'll give you time to get that paperwork in order. >> What if I get in trouble for a summons? >> You Just tell your PO >> But I showed the paperwork, you know what I'm saying? >> Yeah, but you don't have it on you. I mean, that's the only way that we know that you're legally allowed to possess it. And this a summons is better than us sending you to county, right? >> Yeah, but at the same time you >> You can explain this. You on probation? >> No, I'm not on probation. I'm just saying >> You on parole? >> No. >> Okay, so you get a summons and then if you show and again, I'm telling you right now and it's on my camera. If you provide a prescription that shows you have a prescription for Suboxone, I'm going to tell the prosecutor we're going to drop the charges. >> Okay, so what's your name? >> I'm Officer Thore. It's going to be on the paperwork, okay? So again, like I said, you're not getting a ticket for driving. We're cutting her a break, but she knew you weren't going to have a license to drive. And but it's called wrongful trust. So if you drive her car without a license, you're going to get her license suspended and the state's going to take her car from her. All right. So we're cutting you guys a break and I'm giving you the chance to show and I believe you, but just because I unfortunately, I can't that's not 100% certain. If you had a picture of it That shows that you completed an assessment. That doesn't show that you were prescribed this medication. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> So >> I don't want to sleep I got to work >> All right. >> I'm going to issue you a jail just acknowledging that you know when your court date is and the time. >> I'm going to give you this ticket. >> To me, it's just crazy how they had this K9 do all of this and they're still asking you mind if we search? >> I know. So you must be honest. >> Saying that she must be honest, but yeah, you still want to ask you mind if we search the car still? >> Do you mind if we just like for my knowledge know if there's anything in there or not? Do you care if we look? Okay. I mean, yeah. >> Me personally, since these officers couldn't find what they were looking for in the car because they saw him leave a drug house. >> I swear to god. I swear to god. So, they don't do that to you like that. I promise >> I I I understand. But I'm telling you because this is it's it's a prescription only. >> And that's the only thing that sucked about it that this was New Year's Day, so he couldn't even be able to call those people, so this officer would actually leave him alone about it. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. How you feel about these accurate police officers for pulling this guy over all because that he was leaving a suspected drug house. Then you having these officers pull the K9 out. Even though the K9 didn't alert to anything, you having them say, "Well, you know, can we just check?" And obviously, like I said, that this lady didn't have nothing to hide, so she just didn't care. Which like I said is understandable. You know, everybody's different, but like at the same time, these officers will be dirty and you have them cases they be putting stuff in your car just hoping be like, "Oh yeah, we found this right here." And take everybody to jail. It has happened. It's documented. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section.
