It's BB Cass back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, you had this Border Patrol agent pull this guy over and just got straight to harassing him. You had this guy that went around the checkpoint and so this officer pulled him over and said, "Hey man, you went around the checkpoint. I need your ID. Is that illegal?" Obviously not. But this officer wasn't trying to hear that. And then you having another Border Patrol agent come around and say, "Well, you know, you're in a high smuggling area." And he straight up told him like, "That's not illegal." Like, and it just goes to show like a lot of these Border Patrol agents, man, they really do get used to just violating people rights. And down here in Texas, it's really bad. like they just pull people over for literally no reason. Expect you to hand over your ID and if you don't, you just going to be sitting there wasting your time while they just try to find something. That's what happened in this case, too. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. [Music] [Applause] down. >> Come through this side. >> It doesn't roll down. Right. >> Right now we're going to have our K9 come in and do a territory. Is there anybody in the vehicle? >> Do you have reasonable suspicion? >> Yes. It's under Terry versus Ohio United States. >> The agent has renal suspicion because you you're going around the checkpoint, sir. >> So that's enough reasonable suspicion. >> Yes, sir. >> Going around the checkpoint. >> You're going around the checkpoint. It's a highly trafficked. >> So that's illegal. >> I'm not here to argue. I you >> Is that illegal? >> It's not illegal, but reasonable suspicion for for stopping you for an >> Okay. Reasonable suspicion of what? >> Because of immigration. Immigration. >> You wanted to talk to a supervisor, right? >> You believe I'm not a US citizen or >> I I don't believe. Is that illegal? >> It's not illegal, sir. >> Okay. >> It's not illegal, but you he has real suspicion to stop you because there was no traffic through the >> reasonable suspicion means I've you believe I've committed some sort of illegal activity. >> No, there's no probable cause is when you have when you have committed >> probable cause is a higher standard than reasonable suspicion. Reasonable suspicion still means that you must suspect I committed some sort of crime of immigration. Are you a lawyer here or do you work for law enforcement? >> I am very competent in the law. I am very competent in the law. >> Okay. So, is is there a campaign from you? They call the supervisor, >> right? Cuz I'm being I'm being detained I'm being detained without reasonable suspicion. >> You're you're not >> You haven't articulated reasonable suspicion. The the officer agent articulated >> the agent has not articulated any sort of reasonable suspicion. >> I already told you you went around the checker when there's no traffic. >> That's not illegal. >> It's a highly it's a highly trafficked area. That's not illegal. >> Tractor, trailers, vehicles. >> That's not illegal. >> That's not illegal. >> How does that, >> sir? Let me talk. >> How does that tie? >> You want to talk to supervisor? Let me talk to supervisor. >> How does that tie me to some sort of crime? >> Me personally, sir. Previous cases through there >> ties you up to a possible smuggling scheme. >> Okay. There's previous cases through there. >> In the last in the last week, we've gotten 10 to 15 smuggling cases through there. >> They they use that. They use that road a lot. >> What do I have to do with any of them? >> We need to check every vehicle, right? >> Every vehicle that goes through around the checkpoint, we check it. Especially that there was no traffic going through the checkpoint and you went around. >> You didn't break a law. Officer would do so much cosplaying to you. They're just going to go around in circles. >> I'm part of some sort of scheme or >> that's what we're here to investigate. >> So, you don't believe any of that, but you're still detaining me? I'm detaining you for to he's detaining you for an immigration inspection to conduct a further investigation >> because you went around the checkpoint. >> That's there was no traffic. >> That's his reasonable suspicion there. >> All right. The reasonable suspicion, you need some sort of >> Sir, I'm not going to argue here with you, >> right? I mean, >> we're going to wait for the K9. You're not going to allow us to check. >> I'm still being detained, right? >> You are. >> Okay. Even though there are those lines still on, sir. >> Even though Rodriguez turn, sir. Even though US versus Rodriguez says you cannot detain me beyond I don't know if you're >> beyond the scope of your detainment of your detained right now for the because of investigative >> stop terror versus Ohio court case supreme court case you're competent right what's ter >> what is it >> you know what you need is it >> a crime you need a crime you need to believe that I you agent >> I'm not going to argue with you I'm not going to argue with cuz you're stupid. You're dumb. You're dumb. You're stupid. Okay. Terry versus talk to me. >> Yes. Terry versus Ohio requires I'm talking to you. >> Requires you to believe that I committed some sort of a crime. >> Okay. We're going to wait for the Ohio. I don't want to talk to you anymore. Okay. >> You don't? >> No. >> So, you're still being detained? >> You're being detained. >> You're still >> Yes. >> You still have me detained. >> We need to check inside the vehicle if there's any anything illegal in there. >> You suspect You suspect I have >> I didn't make the stop, sir. >> All right. Where's your agent make the stop? Where's your agent? >> He He already spoke to you. >> You wanted to talk to supervisor. >> Your agent didn't suspect I have narcotics. Didn't suspect I have bodies. >> Could you explain to him? >> I said he went around the checkpoint and after immigration, I asked him, "Is there anybody in the vehicle?" He didn't want to answer any questions. >> Right. >> Why didn't you go through the checkpoint? >> Do I have to go through the checkpoint? >> Yes, you do. >> Oh, really? >> Yes. >> So, going going through the access road is >> I'm not going to talk to you because you you believe everything that I say is stupid. So, I'm not going to talk to you. cuz you're >> you said you wanted to talk to a intelligent person, right? >> Did I say that? >> No, you're being an [ __ ] with me. I'm trying to talk to you. >> I'm trying I'm not >> You're being an [ __ ] with me. You're detaining me without reasonable suspicion. I'm not detaining. >> You don't even know what Terry versus Ohio is, man. >> Okay. Did you go to school? Did you go to immigration law school? Did you go to Border Patrol Academy? >> What? 5 months, 6 months? That that makes you competent in the law now? >> 6 months training? Yeah, we'll call DPS. He doesn't want to identify himself. >> You have a supervisor? >> I'm the supervisor. >> You have a supervisor? >> What do you mean a supervisor? >> You have a supervisor? >> I'm the supervisor. You see this in the color? This is being a is a >> You have a supervisor? >> You don't have to talk to anybody above me. I'm the supervisor in the field, sir. >> You have I'm asking if you have a supervisor. I'm not I'm not I'm not requesting a super your supervisor. I'm just asking do you have a supervisor? >> I am the supervisor. >> Do you have a supervisor? I'm not asking for supervisor. I don't have a supervisor above me right now. >> You don't? >> No, >> I'm the one in charge. >> So, you don't report You don't report to any >> in charge of this area, sir. >> I'm not asking right at this moment. I'm just asking if you have >> Yes. If you want to do a formal complaint station, >> what is the name of your supervisor? >> My name is supervisor uh J Man. >> J man. And what is his name? >> Huh? >> He's a watch commander. >> Watch commander. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. That's his rank? >> Yes, sir. >> And your rank? >> Supervisor patrol. >> All right. What what's the R stand for? >> R Garcia. Rahul Garcia. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Well, just wait for DPS and do a K9 search and you're good to go. Okay. >> So, waiting you're waiting for DPS to K9? >> Oh, >> I need to know if you're wanted or anything like that. >> Oh, you need to know that, too? So, you suspect I'm wanted? >> I don't suspect that I'm wanted, but that's that's procedure that we have to do. >> So, you don't suspect I committed a crime? You don't suspect I have narcotics? You don't suspect I have bodies. You don't suspect I have I have warrants. You still detain me. It's not my fault. >> You're the supervisor. >> I'm here to talk to you if you have a complaint. >> You're the supervisor. >> I'm not here to to argue with the agent why he stopped you or ask him why he stopped. >> So even though you now you know that the agent doesn't have reasonable suspicion, you're still allowing >> Have you Have you seen talk to him? Let me go talk to him. >> Any weapons in the vehicle, sir? >> I don't answer questions, man. >> Okay. Right now. >> Right now, we need Right now, safety's priority for us. >> Right. My safety is is more important than you. >> Okay. >> Yeah. My safety. >> There's no weapons in there. >> My safety is important, right? >> We're good to go. Dress safely. Okay. If you need anything from us, give us a call. Okay. >> All right. So, you determined what? You're good to go. We only needed a K9 sniff. You're good to go. Um I understand you don't want us to let it We're doing it more for safety, sir. >> Right. >> We don't know what we You know how you don't know what you encounter in this video. I >> I understand. I I understand uh >> what you're trying to do, >> but I mean that's >> it's you need to think think in the you need to think in the situation that we are at right now. Like there's a lot of there's a lot of uh smuggling attempts that go through that road. >> I understand. I don't know if you know about that, right? >> No, no, no. Of course, I understand. >> She's notorious for human narcotics, m smuggling, u pursuits that lead to accidents and stuff like that. >> I I understand that she's doing her job, >> right? And I completely understand, but that doesn't mean that everyone is >> No, I I understand. I understand >> the border patrol agents get a little too comfortable when it comes to violate people rights. Because at the beginning, you having this first border patrol agent not even trying to name a crime that this guy committed, but just says, "Oh, you know, you went around a checkpoint. Uh, can I get that ID?" And you could just see by his expression, bro, he was really feing for that idea or he really was drunk. >> You went around the checkpoints. I need to >> Is that illegal? >> He was like, "What? >> Is that illegal? Do you have >> Is going around the checkpoint illegal?" >> And even when the supervisor came, he was letting his supervisor know like he literally not committed no crimes. And you can see where this supervisor starts getting mad and starts getting his feelings. >> Are those lights still on? Sir, >> even though Rodriguez turn us versus Rodriguez says you cannot detain me beyond >> I don't know. All right. Beyond >> you're competent, right? Terrorist. >> What's terrorist Ohio? >> Terrorist Ohio. You know, you know what? >> What is it? >> You know what you need? >> What is it? >> You know what you need? >> What is it? >> A crime. >> And then he wants to mention about, oh, did you go to Border Patrol school? But when he mentions about that 6 months, you can see that he got hurt about that comment. >> How long school? Did you go to Border Patrol Academy? >> What? 5 months, 6 months. That that makes you competent in the law now. >> 6 months. >> It shows how power- hungry these Border Patrol agents really are. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. And how you feel about these border patrol agents for pulling this guy over all because of he went around a checkpoint. You having that first officer, oh, you know, you went around a checkpoint. Yeah, you didn't commit a crime, but can I get your ID? And I don't know if this officer was just drunk or he was really feeling really bad. But I would not trust that officer to conduct any Travis styles, bro, cuz how he was acting and everything was kind of a little bit off. And then when the supervisor came, he was letting the supervisor know like how dumb he was and you having that supervisor start getting mad and start getting his feelings just for them just to waste this guy's time calling the K9, not finding nothing just to let him go. And like that's what I'm saying. Like a lot of these Border Patrol agents, man, they get so used to just violating people rights. But whenever you do stick up for your rights, they just over here just waste your time calling the K9 and then just for them say, "Oh yeah, you're free to go." They just completely waste your time and all for no reason. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
