You don't have the right to detain a hunter. I'm out here legally hunting and you got five officers here. Why are you all doing this? I don't understand. >> Yeah, I don't understand why you're It's my right to ask you for your hunting license. >> No, it's not. You're not the warden. >> That's why you're detained. >> What makes you think you have the right, not being a warden, to ask me for my license? You don't have that right. Tell me what code you have that right. >> North Carolina state law. >> State law what? What's the number? I didn't think you do. Are you going to charge me, sir? >> I'm not going to charge you with anything cuz you've done nothing wrong. >> Okay, then. Why are we here? But yet you're here giving me instead of arresting her and taking her to jail. >> you to pull your hunting license out for me and show it to me as required by law. >> Okay, where's your driver's license at? >> I don't know what >> I don't think those thoughts >> You don't? >> No. >> I invoke my Fifth Amendment rights. >> Sir, put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> And you're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. WHAT THE >> WHERE ARE YOU COMING FROM? >> I'm driving left. >> This is not a traffic stop. >> It is, actually. >> traffic stopped. >> I'm in the road. Let's unviolate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BBKicks back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from Clay County over there in Hayesville, North Carolina, where you had these sheriff officers come up to this guy because they got a call from a lady that said that this dude was shooting. This guy was outside duck hunting and while he actually just shot a duck and he was trying to go get it. He was trying to tell these officers, "Can I go get this duck?" You know, he doesn't want the duck to drift away and everything. And these officers said, "No, no, you're going to wait right here." You're just going to see how these sheriff officers were treating this dude and it was just unbelievable just the stuff that they was dealing with. And this is the type of stuff I'm talking about, bro, where you just have people that just trying to enjoy their day. officers that come acting like this that just ruin it. I'm going to watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section and let's get into the video. >> So, here we got a sheriff harassing an illegal hunter. >> [clears throat] >> I got a bird to go get. And he won't let me go. >> I tried to call game play. I called wildlife to as far as shooting towards the the residence. >> Towards a resident? There's no law against shooting towards a resident. >> So uh >> There's a minimum distance of 600 ft. >> sincerely tried to identify who was, refused to give me identification, says that we can't enforce uh wildlife >> That's fishing game's law, not y'alls. >> Who's this other gentleman >> It's my son. We've got a wounded bird down on the lake we need to go get. Why you all over doing this? I don't understand. >> Yeah, I don't understand why you're doing what you're doing. >> Why what? >> Okay. >> Look at y'all. Y'all ridiculous. You look like something on YouTube, man. I'm out here legally hunting and you got five officers here? Sir. For real? >> And for a world record. >> Don't give me a license. It ain't his right. Just leave the boat. Walk up here, son. Don't give me a license. He ain't got no right. So we're automatically guilty cuz somebody else called? >> No, sir. >> I mean, come on, man. This is ridiculous. I've got a bird dead in the water over there. >> Just trying to document who you were. >> I already told you who I was. I guess nobody realizes that's TVA land over there. Do you know that you're allowed to hunt? Do you realize that? >> I did, sir. >> Okay. Well, why are we here? Why are we here? >> Because we got a complaint >> Okay. There's also got a lot of complaints of [ __ ] filth laying everywhere that nobody does anything about. Nobody does anything. Just cuz somebody complains don't mean that I'm guilty of a charge. So, when are you going to let us go so we can go get this bird? Huh? I got a dead bird. What are you investigating? It's illegal. I'm out here hunting. >> All right, we're just here to check on the complaint. >> Okay, well, why don't you go over there and talk to the lady that called and screamed at me and harassed me? >> Oh, did somebody scream at you? She sure did. >> What's the first time I heard about that? >> Well, we didn't talk much because I've got a dead bird I want to go get. But for some reason you think it's okay for that bird to just drift off. >> No, we really don't. >> So, why can't I just leave and let me park my truck and I'll be back? >> investigating right now. >> But I'll be right back and you can investigate when I get done. >> will not. We will stay right here and that's just the way it is, okay? >> No, it's not the way it is. You don't have the right to even detain me. No, you don't. You do not have the right to retain me. It is fishing game only. You don't have the right. Come on, man. Y'all need to figure out your job. You don't have the right to detain a hunter. You don't even have the right to ask for his ID. That's why I'm refusing cuz you're bothering us. That lady over there is harassing us by yelling at us when we're hunting. She has no right to do that. You should go charge her and arrest her and put her in jail. Where'd she go? >> I've no idea. I went to go check the area. >> That's a [ __ ] man. >> That's not cuz I went to go check. >> It's a [ __ ] >> If If you don't mind me asking everything, I'm not I just got here for this. Where were you all hunting for? Were you all hunting on the prop- on the land? >> On the boat, you know, the boat. >> On the land over to the yeah, you know, across from the church? >> Okay. >> It's more than 600 ft away from where we was at. That's the only legality that we have to have. We have to be farther than 600 ft from a house. We were way farther than that. >> And there there was no way that whatever property it was on it was no one's actual property either. It was on the >> TVA. >> I'm I'm not I'm just asking. That's what I don't >> I've been hunting here 33 years. >> I just >> 33 years. And every time I go hunting I got to deal with you guys cuz some [ __ ] don't know the rules, calls the law and then I get harassed. You wasted my morning and I got a dead bird floating away right now. I need to go get. He comes up here and he starts me off and getting out and barking and going. So you got the right to do that? >> No. >> You don't have the right to detain me. Where is the [ __ ] I got to wait 2 hours for the warden to get here now? >> No. There's I'm waiting on them. I'm >> This is [ __ ] man. Absolute [ __ ] What's your officer? You're barked. What's your name? >> It's Medina. >> Medina. What are those two fellows there? You guys are going on YouTube. Guess what? The full video all the way from start to finish. You're going on YouTube. >> Don't worry, sir. That's your right. >> That's right. It is. And it's also my right to hunt. >> Yes, sir. >> It sure is. I got a license. I got duck stamp. I got the legal steel shot in my shell. >> It's my right asking you for your hunting license. >> No, it's not. You're not the warden. What makes you think that? >> That's why you're detained. >> What makes you think you have the right, not being a warden, to ask me for my license? You don't have that right. Tell me what code you have that right. Tell me the code number. >> I can ask you state law, sir. >> State law what? What's the number? >> Stated this officer says it's a state law and he couldn't label the law and he just stayed silent because he know what he's saying is wrong and he just really just in his feelings that he couldn't get his ID. >> I didn't think you do. >> I wish you all the luck on your YouTube channel. >> No. I just wish you all the luck I can go get my dead bird. Can I go get my dead bird? >> No. >> God. So, what are we waiting on now? What are they doing? Jacking off? Isn't this fun, Bryce? A guy goes out to try and feed his family and this is what he's got to deal with. Ain't this fun? Unbelievable. So, how long are we going to wait here? How long are we going to wait here? Does he just ignore me or what? I don't understand. I've done nothing to nobody and I get my moment This just ain't right, guys. This ain't right. Do you know the code? I didn't think you did. He don't either. How long are you going to waste my time, sir? How long is that? And what are you trying to accomplish? >> We're just investigating, making sure that you're safe, that you're okay to be out on the water >> I'm in my boat. >> and everything else. We're talking with our law enforcement >> Mhm. >> Just getting to you. >> I'm I want to go get my bird. >> You're going to stay right here until we're done. >> Okay, well, I want to go get my bird. >> Like I said, you're going to stay here until we're done. >> Maybe if I just jump in my boat, I won't be here no more, will I? >> And that would be fleeing. >> Would it? Really? >> Yeah. >> You never told me you're charging me with anything, so how can I flee? Come on, tell me. How can I flee if I'm not charged with nothing? Huh? How can I flee if I'm not charged with nothing? Are you going to charge me? Are you going to charge me? Are you going to charge me, sir? >> I'm not going to charge you with anything cuz you've done nothing wrong. >> Okay then, why are we here? >> We are investigating. Just stand by. >> That basically sums it up. You're not doing anything wrong, but we're investigating. They're investigating nothing cuz he ain't did nothing wrong. It's ridiculous. But we'll have to get this bird down and if we find it Put on the plate dead plate county sheriff tried to piss out of our mouth. Isn't that nice? He knows I'm [ __ ] right. 33 years of this life, man. >> It's It's the same people that always complain to >> No, it's different every time. You want a video of somebody jumping up and down and screaming and honking an air horn at me? I got one of those videos, too. Cuz people [ __ ] >> Well, I agree. I agree with you, bro. Trust me, I You know the fish you get where people are out there and thing and first comes up >> Yeah, and wasting your time and wasting my time. Both of us. And he tried to tell me I'm going to flee. How can I flee if I'm not charged with anything? You want to baby sit my truck while I take my boat and go get my bird? >> I They said they want you here for right now at the time. So, until I have to follow what what they say right now. >> You like your job? >> I love my job. >> Do you really? No way. >> I love it. It's job. Look at me. People are out there really truly love their job. >> I love mine. I don't have to have to work. But I got to deal with this [ __ ] just to be able to enjoy my day. >> I got >> I mean, look. Five officers. Really? >> Are you all Are you all locals here? >> Yes. >> You are. Okay. >> Of course. Can't tell? >> Well, when I say local, I don't know. >> No, I'm not a redneck from way back. No. I'm a smart, intelligent dude from California that moved here and been here 38 years, whatever. You know? >> I had to try to accommodate you about 6 minutes while I off so I'll be with you. Um like any other state law, there's hundreds, if not thousands, of state laws. Uh the sheriff of a county and his officers are allowed to enforce state law. >> But why are you choosing to enforce a state law when there's no charge? Come on, tell me. >> We're simply asking you for your hunting license. >> Okay, but you don't have the right. You're not the warden. Where's your warden badge? >> I just explained to you it's state law. >> Okay, where's your warden badge? >> State law says we are allowed to enforce all laws. We're going to stop. >> Really? >> Absolutely. >> Since when? Because you can't enforce fishing game laws. >> Sure we can. >> No, you can't. Then charge me. [ __ ] charge me then. >> wildlife officer >> Charge me. >> wildlife >> Why don't you charge me if you can? Charge me. You don't have a charge and you're illegally detaining me right now. >> I'm certainly hoping you have a hunting license. >> You know I do. >> I I would >> I am with duck stamps. I have everything I need. >> I told we lie. All abiding state >> Then why are you out here harassing me? >> We simply asked you for your hunting license. >> No, because some other lady over there that is harassing us when we're hunting. Did she not scream at us, son? >> Yes, she did. >> There's a witness. Screaming at me, "Why are you here and not over there?" >> We'll go over there next. Absolutely. >> Can we come with you? >> before or after Was that before or after you discharged your firearm? >> What's that? Was she screaming? >> Yes. >> After. >> After you discharged your firearm? Yes, after. >> Just asking sir. But we're still trying to shoot the active ducks. Why is she screaming at me? >> We'll find out. >> Are you going to arrest her? Do you have anything against that lady that's harassing me? You don't have anything against it? She broke the law. >> She'll tell us who she is. >> She broke the law. I didn't. But yet you're here giving me [ __ ] instead of arresting her and taking her to jail. >> No, and show it to me as required by law. >> It's not required by law for you to ask. You're not a warden. We've already been here down this road. >> Okay, where's your driver's license at? >> I don't know where I put it at the moment. When he gets When he gets here, we'll see what happens, okay? Now, you don't want to have any other conversation that might incriminate you guys. Huh? Isn't this crazy? >> This is ridiculous. >> It's just so stupid. I love you, son. >> Love you, too. >> Look at them. Four officers to detain me cuz I'm [clears throat] legally shooting a bird. Yeah. They're sheriffs. They're not even law enforcement officers of wildlife. >> [clears throat] >> Bunch of [ __ ] >> I got I got mine on me. >> Yeah, I got mine, too, son. But they don't have the right to ask for it. Well, this is a part two of our video for the Clay County Sheriff's Department. I just want to address what happened this morning. How morally incorrect you guys were. And how over stressed that you stressed my son. I know you don't know it. Okay, but he's epileptic, okay? He's on medicine. And he's a very emotional guy. And I want you to know the turmoil by you surrounding him this morning really upset him. So, we went and we got my other truck. Okay? To go get firewood. Okay? We went to Hidden Valley and got firewood. But he was so distraught. He just got his learner's permit. He was crying, sir. He was crying because of you guys this morning. And you know what he did? He backed right into a tree and broke the mirror on his grandfather's truck. That's how messed up what y'all did this morning was, man. And then to [ __ ] ticket me like you did? They give me a ticket for refusing after I told you who you were? Y'all some low low-class. Where the hell's Tony Woody, man? He was a better sheriff than what the hell y'all running now. Part two. It's crazy. Man can't even go hunting and feed his own family with all the [ __ ] that's got to happen. Y'all are wrong. You was wrong as could be. Whatever your name is, I didn't get your name. But you're wrong, man. And you ought to drop that damn stupid charge you gave me. Some [ __ ] [ __ ] Oh, not providing my ID after I told you who I was. [ __ ] You some low-class departments. >> And that's the end of that video. My take on that, this is a prime example of an officer not getting what he wanted. Because in this case, like this guy didn't want to give his ID or any type of information to this officer. He was clearly in his feelings. In this case right here when he said what why y'all got five officers on me when I'm legally hunting? Like right here. >> Why y'all would do this? I don't understand. >> Yeah, I don't understand why you're doing this. >> I'm out here legally hunting and you got five officers here? >> And a perfect example, when you tell the officer no, they just try to find anything to get your name. And in this case, you having this officer say it's state law. And then when he asked him, "What's the code?" He didn't want to say it because he knew he was lying. Like right here. >> right to ask you for your hunting license. >> No, it's not. You're not the warden. Tell me what code do you have that right? Tell me the code number. >> It's under state law, sir. >> State law what? What's the number? I didn't think you did. >> And then when you had this officer literally say that he didn't do anything wrong and then they're investigating. They're investigating nothing. Like right here. >> Are you going to charge me, sir? >> I'm not going to charge you with anything cuz you've done nothing. >> Okay then, why are we here? >> We're investigating. Just stand by. >> And then when he kept telling this sheriff, "You're not a warden. You ain't finna get my hunting license." That's when he wants to switch up and say, "Well, y'all want to get his ID?" And that's when they start asking for his ID. Like right here. >> We've already been here down this road. >> Uh I did. Okay, where's your driver's license at? >> I don't know where I've put it at the moment. >> Well, I need it. You got it? >> When he gets here, we'll see what happens, okay? >> Okay, we'll do that. >> And that's just typical a lot of these officers. When you tell them no, don't give them what they want, they act like kids and start pounding cuz in this case with these Clay Sheriff officers right here, that's how they were acting like complete kids. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. How do you feel about the Clay County Sheriff officers for coming and detaining this dude and then not even letting him to go get his duck. And then on top of that, they over here getting so butt hurt they couldn't get his hunting license. That's when you having this one sheriff talking about, "Let's get his ID." And then when he wouldn't give his ID, they gave him a charge for failure to ID. All because that they were upset and they were in their feelings cuz they didn't get his ID. And this dude ain't doing nothing wrong but just trying to hunt and enjoy his day. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music]
