At this point, you're saying you can bring it in. So, what you're doing is you're going against a lawful order. You are disturbing the peace. >> Well, not disturbing the peace. I came I'm coming up here and y'all disturbing the peace. You stopped me from going into an event. I didn't stop you. How am I disturbing the peace? >> This point right now, you are disturbing the peace. >> No, ma'am. Who's the complaintant? You You can't be the complaintant just cuz you say that. >> How can you enforce a rule? What comes first? Rule or law? >> You're you're >> What comes first? Because >> what law am I breaking? >> This is private property. >> This is not private property. This is not private property. No, it's not. >> You're absolutely 100% wrong. [Music] What's good, YouTube? It's BB back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Kin Police Department over there in Georgia. Well, you had these kitten police officers threatening to arrest this dude over a coffee and a tea. You having this guy that was going to go into this football game with his coffee and tea. And you having these officers literally say, "If you bring that coffee and that tea in here, we will arrest you." And then you even having these officers even say that this was private property, knowing damn well a football field is public property and your taxes pay for the football field. But yeah, I guess these officers just didn't get there. And they kept calling it private property. And they even said, "If you bring that coffee and tea on here, we will arrest you." I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> All right. Here's the thing. >> At this point, you're saying you can bring it in. So, what you're doing is you're going against a lawful order. The lawful order is >> That's not a lawful order, man. What's your What's your name and your badge number? >> You are disturbing the peace. >> What is your name and your badge number, man? I'm not disturbing the peace. I came out coming up here. Y'all disturbing the peace. You stopped me from going into an event. I didn't stop you. How am I disturbing the peace? >> Are you going to let me talk, >> man? I have every right to talk. >> You do, but I'm I do too. >> You may speak. It's a It's a give and take. By all means, speak. >> All right. So, at this point right now, you are disturbing the peace. >> No, ma'am. Who's the complaintant? You >> the school system and everything. >> Ma'am, who is the complaintant? You can't be the complaintant just cuz you say that. >> Okay. All right. >> The school does not allow. >> Ma'am, I know my laws, too. I'm not a fly by night. I know. I know. And y'all know you're wrong. You know that if I go in there, all you're going to do is cost the taxpayers and your department money. That's all you're going to do because I will fight it and I will see you in court. All of y'all. And you're going to lose your qualified immunity, too, because you absolutely know what I'm saying. >> Continue disturbing the peace. >> Ma'am, I'm not disturbing the peace. Who again has said I'm disturbing the peace? >> Talk yourself into it. That's fine. Who who judge your honor? No one here has said I'm disturbing the peace except for this officer right here. >> And prior to that you are being very loud. Ma'am, >> you stopped me from traveling >> for a tea and a coffee. I think it's petty. >> It is >> onto I don't care about policy, man. We're talking law. What law stops me from coming into a public place with a T? >> That's where you're wrong. This is not a public place. This is private. >> Sir, I'm still waiting for him. He's had two hours now to pull it up. >> Y'all haven't pulled it up. You know why you haven't pulled it up? Because you'll never pull it up. It is a public my tax dollars funded. >> And just cuz you can lie to me doesn't make it true. >> You're not bringing it in. I can't bring it in. >> You can say whatever you want, ma'am. You can say whatever you want. >> This says you can. >> GPT either side. >> You can say >> Oh, I can read it to you. >> I mean, it's not that I'm trying to be an ass. It's that I have a right to come on to public property that I fund. >> And they make the rule. I didn't like We didn't make these rules either. >> I don't care about rules, sir. What law would I be breaking? How can you enforce a rule? What comes first, rule or laws? >> You're you're >> once he asked what comes first, rule or law. That officer looked back right at his phone. He didn't want to answer that. >> What comes first? >> Because this is the administration. They allow. >> Sir, what comes first? >> High School and Georgia can afford law. What comes first? What did you take an oath to to to enforce? >> So, >> the Constitution or their rules? >> I don't care about that. have the right to not allow you into the premises if you don't follow the rules. >> No, they don't. How do they have a right? >> What law am I breaking? >> This is private property. >> This is not private property. This is not private property. No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. >> You're absolutely 100% wrong. >> Do you think that you have access to that building right now? >> I can go into your department. Tell me I can't. >> It's closed right now. >> I can go in there. I can film. I have a right to film you in the ports of your business. >> Business hours. You can, >> but in a controlled access point, which this is a controlled access point. >> I don't care about this controlled access point. You're here. >> The only thing I had to do was pay an admission and walk in. >> This is not controlled. This is not a secured. >> Sure is. >> How is it secured, sir? >> Because we have administrators that are checking to make sure nobody carries in water bottles. You're not allowed to carry in bags. Georgia law sets school board to adopt policy conducting control and access. If a visitor refuses to go by, they can be directed to leave. >> That's where we're at right now. So again, Georgia law lets the school board adopt policies for their property. >> Where did you read that at? Where are you getting this from? >> I'm getting from online. OCGA16721. >> I like to hear. >> That's the law. >> So anyways, what was your name and badge number? >> I'm officer Chapman. My badge number is 109. >> And yours? >> Officer Conrad. Officer Conrad 128. >> And yours, Mike 129. and yours in the background, sir. What was your name again? >> I appreciate it. And again, I'm not trying to be a butt, but again, you're being a little >> You think that's very professional? >> No, I think that you're acting very irrational and your tune. As soon as you started recording that, your attitude's changed 100%. >> Sir, and I have it all recorded, too. So, we're going to >> again, I'm going to request it. So, that's fine. You can have it recorded, but I'm telling you, >> do you want to come into the game? >> I'm going to go into the game. Whether you arrest me or not, I'll take the arrest again. I'm happy to take the game. >> Get your ticket and go in the game. >> You know, if y'all want to pay off my mortgage, let's do it. >> I'll take the night of jail. >> You're welcome to come in the game. We don't have >> So, if you want to buy your ticket, this is going to everyone to be happy and come in. I mean, there's no reason for this. >> Want you to come in and I want to go into the game. And I didn't want all this confrontation. I just wanted to go and pay my money, walk in, sit down, drink my sweet tea that I can't get here, and drink my frappuccino that I paid for. Unfortunately, >> what is so what is what is what is so >> you're just being condescending. You're not anything. >> Unfortunately, >> the regulations for the school game. >> You're just pissed off. You couldn't do anything about it. >> You're doing my job. >> And that's a process. Every high school >> to stop me from walking on the public property. That's your job. >> That's every every high school. >> I've already explained it to you. I'm not going to explain it to you. >> So, you're welcome to come into the game. You just can't bring everything that you have. Okay. God bless you. >> You too. Have a good night. >> Thank you. You too. >> And just another example how bad officers eagles will get because in the beginning you having this lady officer said if he brings his coffee and his tea and he's disturbing the peace. >> You are disturbing the peace. >> What is your name and your badge number? I'm not disturbing the peace. I came out coming up here. Y'all disturbing the peace. >> You stopped me from going into an event. >> Then when he asked who the complainant is, you having this office and not want to answer that >> point right now. You are disturbing the peace. >> No, ma'am. Who's the complaintant? You >> for the school system and everything. >> Ma'am, who is the complaintant? You can't be the complaintant just cuz you >> She had a smile because she know she couldn't say nothing. And I'm sorry. Once I hear officer call public property private property, I'm not even going to deal with it. >> What law am I breaking? >> This is private property. >> This is not private property. This is not private property. No, it's not. And just another example how officers will try to lie to get what they want. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about these king police officers willing to arrest this guy over his coffee and tea. Then you having this officer even say you're disturbing the peace if you bring that coffee and that tea in. And when he was telling these officers what comes first, law, rule, rules or law? Like which one comes first? They didn't want to answer that. Then you having the other officer said that this is private property. And once that officer said that this is private property, I already know you dealing with some officers that put their ego first before the laws. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
