[Music] [Music] what's up YouTube It's BBC back and with another video another reaction and in today's video is from the is the Lafayette Police Department man they like ran into these people house and rawfully arrested these two guys so I'm going watch you get my reaction let me know what y'all think about the comment section too if you're new to the channel uh make sure to subscribe and all that and let's get into to the video residents are filing a complaint against the Lafayette Police Department after a wellness check on Wong you got a war you better have a warrant turn that record on you better have a warant this video taken by William Neil's son the night of May 21st shows multiple Lafayette Police Officers entering their home without a warrant Neil says the incident stems from a wellness check in which Lafia police say they had significant reason to believe someone was hurt inside have a Lafayette Police confirms they did not have a warrant Neil says the officer claims a call was made to 911 and Neil his son and his girlfriend Tammy needed to step outside and speak with officers Lafayette Police confirms no call was made from the house we had a call that you know we need to check on you you need to come out here that's not no lawful order you need to come out here we need to come out and speak with you like that don't make no sense in a statement to news 18 Lafayette Police Chief Scott Galloway says quote officers had received compelling evidence suggesting a domestic battery and confinement had occurred with persons at the address a video of somebody being beat inside of this house Neil says that evidence is a 7-year-old video it shows a domestic violence situation in another town between his other son and another woman bro this dude was talking about a video from seven years ago they ain't got nothing to do with this situ man this is how dumb these cops are bro and the fact that they bust in these people house okay domestic batteries assault whatever if the lady say ain't nothing happening and she letting y'all know and they still doing this bro like be for real son and another woman Neil says that son no long longer lives in the house Neil and his girlfriend were wrongly addressed by the police as the names of the people in the video they talking about they want to bus in my house because I'm Michael and this is lesie and I'm like you're wrong that's when four heavily armed officers barged into the house and began removing Neil and his family in his statement Galloway says officers were quote unable to verify the of the individuals inside officers entered the residence and encountered two adult males who were then arrested for misdemeanor resisting law enforcement Tammy was left behind pull me down the steps I trip I hurt my knee you know if you're here for a wellness check on a female but yet you're going to manhandle a female that that doesn't make sense to me after being released from the Tipico County Jail Neil filed a complaint against the Lafayette Police Department they had me post it all on the the typical new uh booking sheet or whatever you know like I'm some type of common criminal man you know that lawsuit F to be nice bro that was rape rape of my rights Man Neil says those officers do not belong on the force and he wants their badges taken from them reporting man what do y'all think about that bro my honest take man that's going to be one nice lawsuit bro especially how they was doing that dude like right where was said that they was like yanking him like right here bro like unable to verify and the fact that they got the wrong people and none of this was valid that's going to be a sweet lawsuit man they G I don't I can't say what the number would be but I know it's going to be a definitely a good lawsuit especially for what they put them through and to also post his mug shot all over Facebook everywhere blasting him and it was a wrongful arrest like bro and on top of that man like I hope all the officers lose their Badges and they they need to they need to rehire some officers or figure something out bro cuz this is uncalled for man but let me know what y'all think about the comment section how do y'all feel about this incident bro like I said my take it's going to be a nice lawsuit that's what I'm going say man they better get that good law and they they gonna get some out of that cuz that was uncalled for for the lady to even tell them that nothing was wrong and all of that and they still buged in had the guns pointed out all this or a video that was seven years ago had nothing to do with these people as wild bro but let me know what y'all think about about it though uh make sure to leave it down in the comment section make sure like subscribe if you're new to the channel also man and y'all have a wonderful day [Music]
