this is an incident where a motorist
was trying to intentionally elicit a
response
from a police officer i will just give
you a word of advice
that if you want to get traffic tickets
this is probably the best way to do that
if you're trying to avoid getting
traffic tickets
i would probably do the exact opposite
of what the guy does in this video
another interesting thing about this one
that you actually get to hear
an instance where the officer is using
the body camera to his advantage
because he has a feeling that this might
be played in court later
so he's going to narrate some things
into the
the camera that will tell the uh
the viewer why he's interacting with
this male
and he's going to narrate some of the
observations that he has
that aren't necessarily picked up on the

he questioned me about that and got mad
that i told him to turn his music down

stop playing profanities in front of
children he promptly
went around the side of the building
where he waited for me to get done
pumping gas and come out of the store
he then drove by me blaring

parking lot so as to be heard by
from well over 50 feet away numerous
citizens were also complaining about him
in the parking lot
so he went out of his way to circle me
and try to engage me the initial
time is on 363.
