I got their license plate and ran their license plate and I got a return that it came back out of the radar. Now they're from a place where I know there to be high narcotics and and um and being a former narcotics agent. Could this be somebody that's coming after me? >> Did you call for backup before you approached the vehicle? >> Uh no need to. I've worked with Officer Reyes and I knew he would be coming right away. >> But you didn't you didn't [clears throat] call Reyes until you realized you needed a Spanish speaker. >> Correct. His law says if you're acting suspicious in a suspicious place, I can get I can ID you. I can stop you. I can find you out what you're doing. So that's what I want to know. What are you doing? I am going to ID. >> Crime committed. You are in jeopardy. >> Okay. So are you of going to jail right now? If the driver doesn't ID, [laughter] >> I know what you're doing. I know what you're saying. And I'm not saying I disagree with you, you know. But >> you going to let him scare you? >> No, I'm not. It's not that, dude. It's just that if reasonable fishing, what's your reason for? >> I just told you they've been following me around town. So, if you believe you have probable cause for harassment, why didn't you state that uh to the plaintiffs during the detention? >> Because I don't tell the everybody what I'm doing as a police officer. >> Why didn't you tell it to Reyes? >> Do I have to tell him? I I don't need to tell him. That's why I didn't tell him. >> I don't take those tests. >> No. >> I invoke my fifth amendment right, sir. Put your car in park. I got to get you, SIR. WHERE YOU COMING FROM? I'm driving. This is not a traffic stop. Stop. Let's unviolate right here. Any officer that lies under oath is one dangerous officer. What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Livingston Police Department over here in Texas where you had this Livingston police officer pull this car over and said it was very suspicious. He wants to ask these guys why y'all following me? Why y'all recording me? You know, if you don't give me your name, I'm going to take all of y'all to jail. And you will see how stupid this officer ends up looking. And when he was under oath getting questioned, this officer has the nerves. It's a straight up lie. Like, you could just tell he's lying. Even when the proof is right there in their face, they just can't admit when they're wrong. I'm going to watch it, get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> If I understand your position correctly, uh, prior to you identifying, uh, Brandon White, you had no idea what these guys were doing, >> correct? Other than trying to kill me. >> Okay. Did trying to kill you. Okay. And and that's that's based on more than just a hunch that they were trying to kill you. >> That was based on my probable cause. Yes. >> Okay. What tell me specific articulable facts that existed on February 4th, 2022 that the plaintiffs were trying to kill you. >> I got their license plate and ran their license plate while the Tito was following them and I got a return that it came back out of the rado. So, uh, now they're from a place where I know there to be, um, high narcotics and and, um, uh, cartel members and being a former narcotics agent, could this be somebody that's coming after me? >> So, if you truly believe that the plaintiffs uh were coordinating a potential attack, why did you approach their vehicle alone without backup and without taking any precautions? Oh, precautions were taken. Um, >> well, let me do it this way. Did you call for backup before you approached the vehicle? >> Uh, no need to because, uh, I've worked with officer Reyes for a while and I knew he would be coming right away. >> But you didn't you didn't call Reyes until you realized you needed a Spanish speaker. >> Correct. >> So, when you approached the vehicle, right? When you approached the vehicle after you pulled up behind it, uh you did not call for backup, right? >> Correct. >> And then uh when you got out of your vehicle, uh you did not have your hand on your firearm. >> I did not. >> And you walked right up to the vehicle. >> I did. >> And you began communicating with the plaintiffs. >> Correct. >> And uh you observed that they were armed. >> I observed that they all had cell phones in their hands. >> Okay. But you knew they were armed. >> I knew they were armed. And you didn't care. >> Correct. >> Yes. Spanish speaking officer, please. >> And then once you called Reyes, it was because you needed him to help translate. >> Correct. >> And Reyes came and he walked right up as well. Right. >> Correct. >> He didn't have uh his weapon drawn. >> No, he did not. >> Right. And Reyes came up and was able to immediately communicate. >> I'm sorry. >> Reyes came up and was able to immediately communicate with everybody. >> Correct. Yes, sir. >> Okay. And once you identify, once you realized uh one of the individuals was Brandon White, uh the stop had terminated. >> Officer Simmons with the police department saying you don't speak English. >> No. >> Okay. Well, just give me a second and I'll get a Spanish speaking officer here. >> 217 211. No, no, understand. Uno moment. >> Just a second. >> I don't know what you're saying, but give me one second. We'll find out. >> Simmons. They say they don't speak English. So, I'm trying to find out >> why they're here, what they're doing, why are they being suspicious? Okay. >> I don't care cuz yeah. >> Okay. And uh so I guess they're recording. Do you have what you said? >> I don't care if he has a weapon, but why are they following the police around? >> I thought you felt your life was in danger. Looks like somebody's lying. >> So I guess they're recording. Do you have what you said? >> I don't care if he has a weapon, but why are they following the police around? >> Why are they acting suspicious? Who are they? I want a driver license because he's suspicious. You stop it. >> What are we saying? >> So, I'm telling him not to move his hands like that if he if he doesn't have a gun. Obviously, he has ammo. So, which indicated. So, what's what's going on? What do you What do you want to do? 's law says if you're acting suspicious in a suspicious place, I can get I can ID you. I can stop you. I can find you out what you're doing. So that's what I want to know. What are you doing? Okay. Okay. Okay. Give me a license or get out of the car. He's saying, "Why are you >> I just told him he's suspicious. Step out of the vehicle >> or give me your license. One of the two. Which one are you going to do? >> Right now, you're failing to ID. So, I'm about to arrest you for that. >> Hey, jackass. Ever heard of 382? You dumb [ __ ] >> Hey, so again, give me a driver's license. >> Give me a driver's license or step out of the vehicle. All right. So, step out of the vehicle. >> So, you're about to commit a felony. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> I'm going to tell you something. Okay. What is this? So obviously >> you're not going to tell me what the law is. I know what the law is. >> Failure to ID requires an arrest. >> Okay. And that's what I'm about to do. >> For what? >> For being suspicious for failing to ID. >> Failure to ID is a secondary charge. >> Take it back a note, bro. But obviously >> there's no notches. >> Listen. Okay. Just put the line. Okay. Okay. Okay. So, whenever they went over there, I was going to stop and talk, ask them if they were okay. They need any help or anything? >> No. No. They've been following me around. They're suspicious as far as I'm concerned. I don't know if they're got partners that are committing crime somewhere else and they're keeping an eye on our location. So, you're going to give me your ID or I'm going to arrest you for fail to ID >> and you're going to go to an FBI federal >> and that's fine. >> You're going to be committing a federal felony. >> Okay. So, you're either going to do it or that's what's going to happen. >> Class A misdemeanor. >> So, you're knowingly committing a class A state misdemeanor and a federal felony. >> Okay. >> That's what that's what's at jeopardy for you, sir. Okay. >> You are in jeopardy. Okay. So are you of going to jail right now if the driver doesn't ID? [laughter] So we're going to all get >> Hey guys, this is Austin. >> Some ask you this, Texas. I'm ask Okay. You know, okay. So, right now you're failing ID. Give me your license. What's the reason why you're asking him for suspicious? I want to know who he is. And why is he at Huh? He is detained. >> No, he said it has to be a crime for him to show you his face. >> No, it doesn't. He has to be legally detained by the police. That's it. So, you're legally detained by the police. Show me your ID. Under detention, you may not give false identity. When arrested, you must identify straight up. No question. Okay. Okay. Okay. Do you have any any firearm on you? >> It doesn't matter if they have a firearm. >> I mean, I'm not saying that it matters. Like, obviously, I'm going to assume that they do. 5 years. What's that? >> Civil. I'm trying. >> All right, buddy. Hold on. So, let me talk to him. He's a driver. I was talking to him. I wasn't talking to you about it. Okay. >> I'm talking to the guy you >> Well, I don't know about that. Give me a second. Let me talk to you. >> I just want a license. >> What's his name? >> Officer Simmons. >> Earlier, I think it was earlier. Yeah, it was earlier. They were over there on Bank Street. >> They've been following me around all night. I just remembered. So we're on Bank Street. It was like these two back here. I think the guy was on Ronnie and Scott Beverly and they're that America first thing. >> Okay. >> With the with Mr. White or whatever. >> Sure. >> And obviously that's what they're doing. They're going to search trying to pull you drawing. So I remember whenever I >> You're still failing the ID. I remember when I spoke to the lieutenant like you know you know there's there's that communication or whatever you know obviously try to be careful and uh have you seen okay that's all I'm trying to tell you. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So again you're a suspicious person. I need your ID >> because being suspicious is a crime to these police officers. >> You're a suspicious person. I need your ID. [snorts] Tito, >> you're going to lose the next 5 years of your life in court, bro. >> Are you going to give me your license or I'm going to arrest you for failed ID? >> Which one is it? >> Are are you of equal rank? >> Tell him if he doesn't give me a license. >> Are y'all of equal rank? Yes, we are. We're both officers. >> Just so you know, if you let him do this, you're in jeopardy also for failing to intervene. So, you don't >> listen to me, okay? You don't know our communication. You know, you don't know what I just said. >> I know the law. >> Listen, you don't know what I just said. And like I said, I was talking to him. Okay? >> It doesn't matter if you let me all you want to rank. If you let him do it, he's not your superior officer. You get a failure to intervene. So, that's up to you. >> Listen to what I'm trying to tell you. I wasn't thinking of you. I was talking to this guy right here. He's the driver. already stolen. Both of you and I'm already communicating with him entails. >> I don't have to tell you what I've communicated to him. Okay. >> Not asking what you communicated to. I'm >> fully understand the risk of what you're doing. >> Okay. I understand. >> I still don't have ID. >> Qualified immunity. We're talking Monday. I don't know. No, no, no. the most. Okay. Well, he think he need a supervisor. >> Okay. Well, I am the supervisor. There you go. >> It doesn't matter what you need. You need to give me your license. >> What is he saying? >> He needs your supervisor. >> It's not That doesn't matter. >> That's what he's saying. You ask me what he's saying. >> Okay. Give me your license or step out of the vehicle. >> Which one are you going to do? He's asking why would he get out? What's the >> cuz I'm going to ID him. >> What his what has >> cuz I am going to ID crime he committed is what he >> he's being suspicious person in a suspicious place. >> Therefore I have every right to ID him. >> You have every right to make contact and investigate. That's it. >> Nothing isn't stop. Honestly, bro, I know what you're doing. I know what you're saying. And I'm not saying I disagree with you. You know, but >> you going to let them scare you? >> No, I'm not. It's not bad, dude. It's just that if reasonable suspicion, what's your reasonable suspicion? >> I just told you they've been following me around town. >> And so now >> and and they could very well be somebody watching us to uh have another team. >> Determined right now. >> Okay. >> We already know who they are and what they're doing. >> Do we know who they are? >> Yeah, that's >> Huh? >> That's Mr. What back there? That's America first. That's what they call it in media. >> Oh, so we do know who they are then. >> Okay, >> we determine that. What do you have? You can let him go. >> Yeah, >> we can let him go. >> Yeah. I did not realize that was Mr. White back there. Who's Mr. White? >> Which one? Mr. Popular right here. >> How you doing, Mr. White? >> Did y'all get some phone calls? >> No. >> No, man. >> Light my eyes. It's kind of bright. Yes, sir. That way I can see through this window. >> Well, and and obviously he he >> Well, now I know who you are, so I will be happy to let you go. >> So, if you have probable cause for harassment, uh why would learning one passenger's identity uh in the stop? Because at that time I felt that they weren't there to uh kill us any longer and that they were there to uh just record us and and bait us into doing something that uh they could post on their YouTube channel. And uh I was so relieved at that fact that I let him go. >> Okay. >> But Huh. >> Let him explain to you why he's Well, he's killing you. >> I've already explained it to him. I already told him that when I walked up to the window. >> No, no. What I'm trying to say is the reason why he needs to identify you is because he doesn't know who you are. I know who Mr. White is. Okay. >> And you could be a and you could be a team radioing to another team to commit a crime. >> And you know the really fun thing is >> what's that? >> Peanut 382 throws you in jail if you actually >> No, it doesn't. But good luck with that. >> All right. Well, y'all be safe. Okay. Like I said, I didn't know if you were lost or not. >> You just >> I don't know what he's saying. Take the light off. >> It's not. It's right there on the dashboard. >> Like I said, if you if you're good and y'all just recording for the media purposes like y'all said, like Mr. White says, we we're done here. Brother, >> did you understand the law? >> I do understand the law. >> Hence the reason I'm I'm doing this job and you are not. >> Do you know 382? >> Yeah, >> obviously, man. Yeah, I know all kinds of stuff. [laughter] >> Hey, by the way, your English got real good. 217 PD. That's going to be >> [clears throat] >> uh the guy that goes by the name of Mr. White. He's driving around videoing uh police action. We'll be back in. >> So, when [snorts] you uh went to uh when you pulled up behind them at the bank, uh what investigation is it that you needed to do? >> Uh get them out of the car and find out who they were so I could put them in jail. >> Okay. Uh, why didn't you do that? >> Uh, cuz after learning that it was Mr. White and learning that uh they weren't there to kill me, just so relieved I didn't arrest him. >> Okay. So, prior to you even pulling them over, you thought prior >> didn't arrest him that it was Mr. fight and learning that uh they weren't there to kill me, just so relieved I didn't arrest them. Okay. So, prior to you even pulling them over, you thought uh your intent was to arrest them for harassment, >> correct? >> Okay. Uh but but you didn't do that. >> I did not. >> Okay. Cops be lying so much they can't even keep up with their lies because you having this officer saying, "Oh, well, you know, my life felt in danger, but I didn't need to call backup. I knew Officer Reyes was coming." Well, if you knew he was coming, why didn't you ask him to come to help you translate? >> I've worked with Officer Reyes for a while, and I knew he would be coming right away. >> But you didn't you didn't call Reyes until you realized you needed a Spanish speaker. >> Correct. So when you approached the vehicle, right? When you approached the vehicle after you pulled up behind it, uh you did not call for backup, right? >> Correct. >> And then uh when you got out of your vehicle, uh you did not have your hand on your firearm. >> I did not. >> And you walked right up to the vehicle. >> I did. >> But he felt like he was in danger. And you know it's bad when you got your own partner even saying, "Hey man, I I ain't saying I'm disagreeing with you, but you kind of tripping." And I'm not saying I disagree with you, you know, but >> you going to let them scare you? >> No, I'm not. It's not that, dude. There's that if reasonable suspicion. What's your reasonable suspicion? >> I just told you they've been following me around town. >> And so now >> and and they could very well be somebody watching us to uh have another team admit determined right now. >> And then you have in this line officer saying, "Oh, you know, I don't tell anybody what I'm doing. Why you didn't tell officer Reyes this?" Oh, well, I didn't need to tell him either. Like, what? >> Why didn't you tell it to Reyes? >> Do I have to tell him? >> I I don't need to tell him. That's why I didn't tell him. >> You didn't want to tell him because you knew you was going to look stupid. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about this limited police officer, Officer Simmons, for pulling this car over, saying, "Oh, man. My life's in danger. Why is this car following me? Oh, I feel like they're going to kill me." But yet you did not call officer Reyes over, nor did you even think about feeling in danger when you walked up to the car. You only called your officer when you needed some translation. And you even have his partner saying, "Look, man, I'm not disagreeing with you, but you really don't have no probable cause." And that's when he wants to say, "Oh, well, they're being suspicious." Like, what? Like, bro, this is Texas. Like, that old being suspicious ain't going to fly down here. And clearly, you can just tell by this deposition that he's lying. He can't even keep up with his own lines. And it just goes to show how bad these officers are at lying. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] [music]
