Department where this guy was walking outside of a grocery store some sort and these officers said that apparently they got a tip in that someone called saying that this guy had stolen merchandise in his van or something and they just ran up like not ran up on him but they surrounded him put him in handcuffs illegally detained him and just a whole bunch of BS so I'm going watch you get my reaction uh this is against my rights and uh you guys have no reason to search me for some accusation of a stolen laptop where's the person who says it's pinging in my car where's my accuser officer stop nice okay is it the guy in the black SUV who was following me who have him on film following me what's your name sir okay I'm not giving my information right now I'd like to know who the person is who's accusing me and you guys have no reason to touch any of my property and I don't give you any permission to search my vehicle either or my person already which I told you which you're making a big mistake paying on the supposed stolen laptop no I am not cuz I haven't committed a crime yes that officer did press charges on him for uh false accusations of the Starbucks having drinks to Starbucks never seen him in my life I have his plate number on my phone though I read it out as he was sped off okay well he's a liar and I want him detained and I want press charges on him for uh false accusations of a theft oh really so I just got to have this happen to me nothing's going to happen to that guy for doing this are you serious how is that legal how is that legal to accuse me something reasonable to think that there may be stolen property inside your and he showed you this ping and this evidence you should other officers that and you told me what this is suspicion of theft um hey you're are you a sergeant no Corporal Corporal Corporal sorry Corporal um so what a suspicion is that a felony or is that a misdemeanor which one is that suspicion suspicion of something yeah well he has suspicion of the the dollar you're telling me that's reasonable suspicion of a crime is what you're telling me right now based on a ping yeah okay and you have the evidence of that ping oh so that was just hearsay let's say that's just hearsay say let's say I just go around I'm like hey I want to [ __ ] with somebody let me just make something up and call the police and SWAT them not heay because they have it on there so it's okay I want that information it's private property okay if you want to go talk to the other individual sure he can okay sgv 0330 black SUV that's the guy that was me this is a legal detainment then right now what happened I'm trying to figure out what you want to what you're asking of me okay I want I'm going to file charges whoever this person is accusing me of a crime I did not do first off what do I need to do to do that to pursue that pursue charges on the guy who called on you yeah What charges would you like to call on people can this officer really guys and have you guys come and detain somebody so from what I understand no evidence what I understand is that he was tracking his items and then he tracked it and he thought it was you now people can have a mistake of that really true followed me all the way down the road a [ __ ] half mile still thought it was me and I don't have any stolen property I can't say for what he did or why so how can someone stalk me accuse me of a theft have me illegally detained and arrested that's an arrest detainment correct no yes it is are you in handcuffs right now I was are you going to jail you're not
