This goes That thing goes pretty fast, man. >> Why don't you have a any registration or anything for it? >> Uh they don't allow that for one. As far as I know, there's no laws on it. You guys don't have any. >> Well, how many uh volt size is it? >> You mean what size? >> For volts. >> What? >> Um I What do you mean? I don't understand. >> Volted in wattage, like >> Yeah. >> Does that have to do with anything? Like >> It does. You can't be riding on the road. >> Why can't I ride on the road? >> It's not registered for the road. >> You don't have any laws against it. >> Yeah, we do. >> I literally looked up everything I could, man. I'm busted. >> I don't take those tests. >> You don't? >> No. I invoke my Fifth Amendment right. >> Sir, put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> Who are you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is, actually. >> stop. >> Can I walk away from the road? Let's un-violate. >> All right. Go. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Gang is back again with another video and another reaction. Look, man, I know I said that I was taking a break and then I said I was back. It's been a lot of stuff going on and I'm very sorry for that, but just know I'm back fully 100% with new videos every single day and we going to get to it. And in today's video, it's from the Peoria Police Department over there in Arizona, where you had this guy that was on this unicycle going to work. It's crazy, man. When you're going to work, you all of a sudden you just get messed with police officers. You have these officers saying, "Hey, man, do you got insurance on that thing? Do you have that thing registered?" And it just goes to show, man, when these officers got nothing better to do, they just going to go out there and try to collect that revenue. Because for the simple fact that they gave him a whole bunch of tickets for this and that they ended up costing him $1,500, it's just crazy for the fact that this is a unicycle. Why are you giving him tickets for this? I'm going to watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> With the gun? >> What are you doing? >> On the work. >> Okay. Do you have a plate on that thing? >> No, sir. >> Do you have any registration for it? >> No, sir. >> Do you have your ID with you? >> I do. >> Can I see that? >> Absolutely. >> That thing goes That thing goes pretty fast, man. >> I would do 93 if you want. >> 93? >> 93, yep. >> Okay. Why don't you have a any registration or anything for it? >> Uh they don't allow that for one. For two, it's As far as I know, there's no laws on it. You guys don't have any. >> Well, how many uh what size is it? >> You mean wattage? >> Or volts. >> Watts. >> Um like What do you mean? I don't I don't understand. Like voltage and wattage? Like >> Yeah. >> And here comes the fishing questions. >> Like What do you mean? [snorts] I I don't understand. Like voltage and wattage? Like >> Yeah. >> Does that have to do with anything? Like >> It does. >> Yeah, I think it's like >> It can't be riding on the road. >> I think it's a 220 V. Why can't I ride on the road? >> It's not registered for the road. >> Okay, but the road doesn't Is that like a a sign requirement somewhere? >> Huh. >> It's There's no You don't have any laws against it. >> Yeah, we do. >> I literally looked up everything I could, man. >> Okay. >> [snorts] >> All right, just hang tight. We're going to check your license and uh do a research on that and uh get back to you. >> All right. You're not even recording me. >> Recording me? They got me. I'm busted. >> What model is this? >> It's a Inmotion P6. >> Inmotion P6? >> Yep. Thank you very much. >> All right, so there's going to be three citations today. >> Awesome. >> All right, you want me to go through them or you want to read them? >> Uh you can go through them, sir. >> Okay, so there's no mandatory insurance on it. No registration. >> Yeah, but you can't get that, so. >> And okay, and you're operating it in the roadway, which technically >> You're not allowed to do. >> Why? Why why can't people be in the roadway? >> What do you want to consider that? What would you consider that? >> I would consider that a unicycle. >> So um >> You have zero laws for it, so. >> driven cycle, would that was that was It kind of came >> No. It's Nope. It's a single wheel. >> about 5 months ago with a bunch of >> scooter and and bicycle laws, and I've read through them all, and none of them once mention a unicycle. However, I do see on signs throughout all of the park system that say unicycles are allowed on all of the park system. So, I know I'm fine there. So, I assume that if I'm allowed in there, I'd be allowed on the bicycle areas. So, but I figured there would no laws on it at all. So, why would What would stop me from being in the road? >> The city made this illegal to be on the road. >> They haven't mentioned this in a law at all. >> It's 2,000 W, okay? It's actually considered >> Is it a scooter or a bicycle? Which one? Which one are you guys labeling? Cuz I consider a unicycle. >> It's considered an electric play vehicle. Okay? >> Okay. >> It doesn't fit under >> It's not a play vehicle, for sure. >> Obviously. All right. That's the category it fits under. >> Right. >> Okay? For as far as the city's concerned. Um It's over 2,000 W, which over 750 makes it a vehicle. >> Okay, cool. So, it is a vehicle, you're saying. Is a unicycle vehicle? >> has to have registration. It has to have vehicle insurance. >> Okay. >> You have to have a driver's license to drive it. Okay? But all that has to be addressed. >> So, that's fine. I'll check with the DMV, but I'm pretty sure there's no way I can register it. >> Yeah. >> But I'll check, you know? And I'll check for insurance as well, but I don't I don't want to own insurance. I'm not Like, you can't say I have to have insurance when they won't even give it. >> So, what? >> They won't give the insurance. So, like >> Tell me how it goes. If you're out like lane splitting at a light and you hit a car or just you're acting like >> Well, I was lane filtering for one and >> So, >> I I was in front of the vehicles and I go I accelerate faster than they do. So, I'm just like a motorcycle, I can get out of the way. >> Yeah, so like I'm saying, if you hit a vehicle or you get hit, what insurance do you have? >> What do you do when they don't have insurance? What do you do? You sue them, right? So, that's that's how they're supposed to handle it. >> So, >> So, they have to sue me, yes. That's the legal way to handle everything. Is you sue. That's what insurance does, too. Is you You use insurance so they can sue each other. That's what the purpose of it is. So. But I appreciate this. I will see you guys in court. Thank you very much. You got back up, too. >> Hi everyone. >> It was a fun time. >> Giving him tickets for not having it registered, but yet y'all letting him drive away in it make you make sense. But y'all really can't be falling for these tricks that these officers be pulling. >> This goes That thing goes pretty fast, man. >> It will do 93 if you want. >> 93? >> 93, yep. >> Okay. >> Oh, it goes 93? Oh, bet. We're finna give you some tickets. And that's when they started fishing. >> How many uh full sizes is it? >> You mean what size? >> Or volts? Watts? >> Um I What do you mean? >> I I understand. Like voltage and wattage, like >> Yeah. >> Does that have to do with anything? Like >> It does. >> My answer would have been just enough. Enough for me to get to work and back. And then this officer wants to say, "So, what if you get hit? What insurance do you have?" Same thing can be said about bicycles. >> Like I'm saying, if you hit a vehicle or you get hit, what insurance do you have? >> What do you do when they don't have insurance? >> I'm not even going to lie. Just give me the ticket and I'll deal with this in court. But that's my take on the deal. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about these pair police officers for stopping this guy all because he was on a unicycle? You having this guy just going to work, minding his own business. These officers who clearly have nothing better to do. They're like, "Ooh, let's go collect some revenue." I'm not going to lie. This guy really shouldn't have just said anything because they were trying to be sneaky with it. They said, "Oh man, this thing goes pretty fast." And then he wants to say, "Yeah, man, it goes 90 miles an hour." Only thing going through that officer's head is, "Oh yeah, we finna give him some tickets. And I understand, man, you know, you want to be talkative and everything, but these officers are not your friends. They are literally there just to give you tickets or to throw you in jail. But, that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music] [music]
