You have your ID on you? >> What you pulling me for? >> Reason I'm stopping you is cuz your tag's not legible from 100 ft. Man, get your supervisor out here. >> Okay. Do you have a medical marijuana card? >> No. I need a medical marijuana >> cuz I smell marijuana coming from the vehicle. Okay. >> And you don't have a medical marijuana card. >> Would you consent to search the vehicle? >> No. No. My house probably no. >> Does that window roll down? >> I don't answer questions. And then I asked him to come over and roll down the other window and he's like, I don't answer questions. He's been 108 from the get-go. >> Yeah. His hands are sweating. He's came over from you nowhere. So he did not consent. [music] [music] What's good, YouTube? It's BB back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Winter Haven Police Department over there in Florida where you had this Winter Haven Police officer pull this guy over to get straight to fishing. You having this officer pull him over for >> The reason I'm stopping you is cuz your tag's not legible. >> In reality, he was just trying to fish because you having this officer start asking this guy a whole bunch of questions saying, "Hey, do you got a medical marijuana car? Kind of smells like weed in here, but yeah, he's the only officer that smells weed." And then you having this officer even straight up admit that he was targeting him when he was telling the other officer that, "Yeah, he just left from this place, so I think he has something." It's just crazy how much fishing this officer was doing and you will see that he start catching an attitude when he wasn't getting what he wanted. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. Stay in the car. Stay in the car. >> Don't go out. >> Show me your hands, my man. >> Bro, don't go out. Open the door. >> Well, you don't need to open the door like that. >> Oh, this is my house. I open my door, bro. >> You have your ID on you? >> What you pulled me for? >> Reason I'm stopping you is cuz your tag's not legible. Okay. >> My tag ain't what? >> It's not legible from 100 ft. No. >> You have your license? >> You a lot. >> Registration and insurance as well, please. >> Yeah, man. Get your supervised out here. >> Okay. Do you have a medical marijuana card? >> No. I need a medical marijuana. >> Cuz I smell marijuana coming up in the vehicle. Okay. >> Lying, bro. Lying, bro. >> You have you have your information? >> Tell me you lying, bro. >> And you don't have a medical marijuana card. You want the insurance? >> Damn, bro. You don't even >> I'm giving you an opportunity. >> Okay, bro. >> Any weapons, drugs, anything in the vehicle I need to know about? Would you consider to search the vehicle? >> No. Okay. No, my house private. Nope. Nope. >> Nope. Nope. >> All right. >> You said my tag not legible. When you say that >> it's not legible. >> What you mean? >> So, it has to be visible for more than 100 ft. Okay. Your tag is faded. Okay. >> What tag faded? >> The lettering is faded. >> That tag is brand new, bro. The tag is brand new. >> The lettering is faded to the point where at night when lights are reflecting off of it, you can't read what it says. >> Okay. Bro. >> Okay. I'm going to have you step out of the car for right now, my man. >> Fine, bro. Step out the car. >> Right now. >> Uh, call your supervisor, bro. >> Okay, I'll call supervisor, but you need to step out of the car right now. Okay. >> Call your supervisor, bro. We're going to come over to the back of my car here. You can hang out right at the front of my car right there. Right at the front of my car right here where I'm pointing, my man. Thank you. Hang out there for me. There you go. You feel like you do that. >> You want to come roll your window down halfway for me? >> My woman, don't go down. >> Okay. >> When I open my door, >> then then we'll use that window. Does that >> close the [ __ ] door? >> Does that window roll down? >> Okay. >> An officer wants to check your tent at night. If that doesn't scream fishing, I don't know what does. >> Does that window roll down? I don't answer question right in the tent. >> We have to verify. >> Stopped him because his tags faded and when I'm driving behind him, the glare from the lights, I can't see it at all. Now it's visible. Um, but he's also got the tent, so I haven't checked the tent yet. I was asking him to roll down the window. He says the windows don't roll down. And then I asked him to come over and roll down the other window. And he's like, I don't answer questions. He's been ting from the get- go. >> Well, yeah. Yeah, his hands are sweating. He's came over from you nowhere. So, um, he did not consent. >> In other words, oh, you know, he came from this place, so you know, I had to target him. >> I mean, I've got one already, but the tent wasn't always. >> Yeah, man. You can't use my tag. you always. >> So, I'm going to explain it this way. Okay. If I can't verify the violation, that's a problem. Okay. So, you're telling me that window works. I'm trying to check that window, but the door's locked. Okay. So, I'm going to go into your car and unlock that door from the inside and verify the violation. >> I just don't give you permission to go in my vehicle. >> Okay. I'm not searching it. I'm explaining why I'm going into the caric vehicle. What? >> Okay. He'll probably [ __ ] >> 23. >> Antonio, what's your phone number? >> Okay. >> Cuz it's required to the citation. That's all. >> Okay. Yeah. >> When did they build that house right there? >> All right, my man. $214 citation. Okay. Citation numbers in bold. Get it taken care of within 30 days. The citation is for again the tag. The lettering on the tag's faded. Okay. So, when >> you lie, you can fly and get my ID back. I don't want to hear that [ __ ] >> I got to explain it. Okay. >> I don't want to hear that [ __ ] >> I'll just take care of the citation on the back. You can refer about it. Get it taken care of within 30 days. >> Get it taken care of. >> Hey, name the bad number. >> It's on the citation. It's on the citation. >> Don't stop getting my yard. >> Have a good night. >> You on the property. >> Just for this officer to forget to give this guy his registration. It's another good example of a officer on that fishing expedition because in the beginning this officer saying that he pulled him over for his license plate but yet wants to switch. Hey, do you got a medical marijuana card? >> I'm stopping you is cuz your tag's not legible. Do you have a medical marijuana card? Cuz I smell marijuana coming from the vehicle. Okay, bro. This officer was the only person that was smelling any type of weed and obviously he had to ask that question if he could search his car. >> You can set to a search the vehicle. >> No. >> No. My house private. No. >> Why don't you open? >> Another example of officer that's on a fishb edition is when they want to check your tent at night. >> You want to come roll your window down halfway for me? >> My woman don't go out. >> Okay. >> When I open my door, >> then you just having this officer just straight up admit that he was targeting him. >> He's been ting from the get- go. >> Well, yeah. >> Yeah. His hands are sweating. He's came over from nowhere. So, um, he's been on consent. >> Other words, I'm just trying to fish for everything possible. So, hopefully we can find something. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. How you feel about this Weather Haven police officer for pulling this guy over and was just straight up on a fish expedition. You have him saying that he stopped him for his license plate, but yet he wants to switch it from his license plate to his tent. And then on top of that, he's asking him if he could search his car, saying that he smells marijuana, wants to ask him about a miracle marijuana car. Like this officer was really just on a fishback edition cuz then even later on he even admitted it to say oh you know he left from what you call it place. Like this officer was clearly just trying to target this guy and this guy was just sick of it and how he was acting. I do not blame him because he knew that this officer was also BS and he knew that he was just targeting him for no reason. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. [music]
