Um so what's in your back seat here? >> I don't Is that I have no idea. My dad's a martial artist. He has If you're talking about the training equipment, that's what he does. He trains, so. >> Okay, how old is your dad? >> He's probably Oh, not going to answer that. It's on there. >> Huh? >> His birthday should be on there, shouldn't it? >> Yeah, the SOS picture that pops up doesn't look like a dad to me. He He looks >> Well, thank you. But, uh huh? >> Why are you shaking? >> Cuz I'm dealing with the police. Y'all got guns, and you're known for hurting people. >> Okay. So, where where are you headed to tonight? >> I I like I said, I don't answer them type of questions. >> Okay. >> I don't like to self-incriminate. I mean, if you really want me to Sure. Well, one second. Hold on now. You don't got to Hold on. Hold on. >> Step out of the >> Yes, ma'am. I'm doing what you ask. Is that keys or something in your pocket? >> I don't I don't answer questions. >> So, if you want to keep filming, that's fine. We'll just put your put your phone in your pocket for me. You're not under arrest. You're just being detained, okay? >> I know. I know the process. >> Okay, go ahead and put your back on the car. >> I'm going to put my wallet in my pocket. Why am I being detained? >> Uh for your safety and mine. >> So, what's what's this all about? You stopped me for what's it called uh no light headlights on? What's that? So, why are you arresting me or detaining me now in cuffs? >> Well, because according to your bond, you're not allowed to possess any sort of weapons or anything like that. >> No deadly weapons. I don't have any deadly weapons. >> Well, we're going to check out what's in your seat and make sure you're not violating your bond. >> I'm not violating my bond. I know better. >> we're checking out. I'm going to have my partner stand with you, okay? You can just have a seat right here. >> That's fine. I'll stand. Where's your keys at? We're not playing this game, sir. >> I'm not playing any games. Your job's not a game to me. >> Okay, thank you and I don't think it's a game. >> Well, you're the one calling it a game. >> I would like to make sure that you're not in violation of your bond. So, where's your >> I'm not in violation of my bond. You don't have to I mean >> 35 central, I'm secure. >> You made sure I didn't have any weapons on me. >> Yeah, possessing is still being inside the vehicle. >> There's no weapons. Uh please don't do that. Just put it right there. Put it back. But I don't I don't consent to searches and seizures. I do not consent to searches and seizures. >> Okay. >> You can't take my keys. >> Have a seat, please. >> I'm just going to stand here if that's cool. Those aren't Oh lord. I don't answer questions. You're being ridiculous. Just use your plain view doctrine and look in the car. There's nothing uh deadly in there. I'm not allowed to have any deadly What? It's not It's not sharp, and it's a training equipment. I told you my dad's a martial artist. He trains. Well, who's it look like on there? I don't answer questions. And I'm just going to stand here. And this is her trying to use the keys to get it to the car, and look at her reaction when she realizes it's not the right key. And it's crazy they still got it muted. I think I see what you're talking about. All his stuff is dull. You know, he doesn't have no real weapons. He knows better. It's not his first time with the law, either. Can I Do you mind if I see who you looked up on the CAD? >> So, unfortunately, I can't. >> You can't show me? >> Show you, no. You have to be accredited for that. >> Right, right. >> LEIN account. If you have a LEIN account, hold on to these 20 so you don't lose them. >> Yeah. >> Just leave your documents there. >> Okay. >> We're going to enter them, okay? >> Yeah. >> So, listen. If you're going to roll around with that in your car, you probably shouldn't be on bond, okay? >> Well, I mean, I didn't know it that he had that in there. What's that? >> So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to write a report, and I'm going to send it over to Coldwater, okay? You need to read the Michigan statute if you think that's not a deadly weapon. >> Oh, I know it's not a deadly weapon. >> No, you need to read the Michigan statute if you think that's sharp. >> I mean, I study the law, ma'am. >> Okay. >> I do know. >> Okay. >> Thank you, though. And um did you know that it was 9:05 is duskier? I think we discussed that just a second ago. >> was 8:34, but I looked it up. >> You're free to go, okay? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yeah, I looked it up. >> Um can I get the uh incident report number? >> The stop report number? >> Yeah, and a and a business card? >> Yep, if you go to your car, I'll get it for you, okay? >> Okay. I don't even know how to get to my 2500. I'll blast it all over Facebook. >> You good? >> Yeah, I'm good. There you are. Have a good one. >> They are what they're made of, you know what I mean? These are training nunchuck. They are plastic hollow tubes, plastic hollow tubes, okay? With foam padding and flimsy chain. Okay? They're not harmful at all. This is a training jan. This is for meditation and tai chi sword practices. This is all it is. This is for meditation practice. That's all. Hand motions and practicing sword fingers. That is all it is. It is not a dagger. It is not a sharp edged weapon. >> And that's the end of that video. My take on that. So, you having this officer pull him over saying he didn't have his lights on past dusk. He when he asked her what time is dusk, she said, "Uh, I don't know." And then on top of that, they didn't even have their lights on like right here. >> Pulled you over cuz you didn't have your headlights on and it's past dusk. Well, I don't have my work phones on me right now, so I >> You guys didn't have your lights on, either. >> And then she has the nerve to say, "Well, you said this is your dad's car. He doesn't look like a dad to me." And that alone just says that they were really just trying to put this guy in jail. >> The SOS picture that pops up doesn't look like a dad to me. He He looks >> Well, thank you. Wow. >> He looks younger than you do, so >> And then proceeds to take his keys to try to open his car door. >> You can't take my keys. >> Have a seat, please. >> Then proceeds to get mad when she realizes that's not even the right key. And then she's like, "You know what? I'll just look at sign. I'm going to find something tonight." But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. How you feel about the Hillsdale County Sheriff officer for pulling this guy over for saying he didn't have his headlights on after dusk, but yet they didn't have their lights on. And then proceeds to ask her, "So, where you going? Oh, you know, can I search your car? Those looks like weapons back there." And it's just crazy because they were literally trying everything they could to put this guy in jail. And then tries to take his keys and then get mad when she realized it wasn't even the right key. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music] [music]
