I pulled you over for a reason, okay? >> What's the reason? >> Can I explain myself? >> So, what's the reason? >> Okay, I pulled you over because there was a domestic that went out in this vehicle, a silver Honda. >> I'm not doing domestic violence because you stopped me and I'm in the middle of driving Lyft. Can I get back to work? >> Sure. Where you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft, so I'm coming from dropping somebody off and going to pick somebody else up. I'm showing you an app. There's no female in the car which you walked up and just said, and I'm showing you an active ride. >> All right, it's cool. Stand by. The person you dropped off, the last person, what's her name? >> I can't even >> Sir, what was her name? Don't make this more difficult than it >> tell you that. >> can tell me. >> You're not listening. You're not listening. You're talking. I'm literally showing you I'm driving Lyft. Once the ride is over, I don't have the information. You don't have This is not a traffic stop. >> It is actually What is the domestic >> It's not a traffic stop. Why you >> We can make it >> Why but why want to Why want to >> I'm also taking it as a traffic stop. >> I pulled over for the concern of what? >> take those tests. >> No. >> I invoke my Fifth Amendment rights. >> Sir, put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> Where you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is actually >> I would like to be on my way. Let's unviolate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the Camden County Police Department over there in New Jersey where you had these Camden County police officers pull over this guy saying that his car matched the description of a domestic violence call. He's telling these officers that he's literally driving for Lyft, that he's literally on his way to pick somebody else up. And these officers weren't believing him. They started asking, "Well, where you coming from?" Well, he's not going to tell these officers where he's coming from because one, that's somebody's whole address and he's just not going to say that. And then two, he's not going to remember that because in the Lyft and Uber apps, you know, that deletes after the ride is over with. But these officers kept on asking more questions over questions to the point that they just said, "Let me see your ID." Which I guess if they get his ID, that's going to determine if he was the person or not. When in reality, these officers just wasting their time when the actual person is still out there. I'mma watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> What's up? What's up? >> What's up? >> You tell me. >> All right, I pulled you over for a reason, okay? >> What's the reason? >> Can I explain myself? >> What's the reason? >> Okay, I pulled you over cuz there was a domestic that went on in this vehicle, a silver Honda Accord. >> This is a dark silver Honda Accord. And I'm not doing domestic violence because you stopped me in the middle of driving Lyft. So, how could I be in a domestic violence? >> asking. I see you don't got no female in here. I was just making sure. >> Apparently. >> Yes. >> All right, so I can get back to work? I can get back to work? >> Sure. Where you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft, so I'm coming from dropping somebody off and going to pick somebody else up. >> I'm saying, where you drop them off at? >> If I wasn't in a domestic, there's no female in the car, right? >> Yeah. >> So, that would say that I'm apparently doing something. And if I'm showing you an app that shows that I'm going with somebody else. >> came from, your last drop-off. >> Camden. >> I know, but where? What street? >> Why? Why does that even matter? >> What street, sir? >> Why does that matter? >> I'm trying to see what street you came from, which >> Why does that matter? Ain't then you Wasn't you just right there where you pulled up and then you see me coming down uh Southwest Freeway? This is a dark silver Honda Accord, though. >> matter. It don't matter still, so >> I was driving Lyft, so where I Where I was coming from, I can't really tell you because that's somebody else's personal crib. >> Okay. >> Regardless of anything. But, if I'm showing you an app, there's no female in the car, which you walked up and just said. And I'm showing you an active ride. >> All right, it's cool. Stand by. >> Watch me for what? That is wild, man. >> Are you aware of this aware of the situation? >> I don't care about it. Ain't got nothing to do with me. This ain't even a traffic stop. >> Who was the person you dropped off, the last person? What's her name? >> I I can't even tell you that. >> Don't make this more difficult. >> I can't tell you that. >> can tell me because you was called. >> You was dropping somebody off. That's exactly what you was saying. You was working. >> Yeah, and I was nowhere the the area that you're not listening. You're not listening. You're talking. The area that you were in cuz I seen you pull up, right? And the domestic violence was in this area, right? I was not even in this area. I was all the way near Cooper Hospital and came in this direction. So when I got here, I saw you pull up. And then I seen you pull up behind me. I'm literally showing you I'm driving Lyft. So how could I have been anywhere in the vicinity if I was over by Cooper? >> That's what I'm saying. You still have to answer my question though. What was the name of the >> can't tell you because once the ride is over, I don't have the information. You don't have This is not a traffic stop. >> What is the >> It's not a traffic stop. Why you Why but why >> It's not a traffic stop but you can make it a traffic stop. >> I want Why I want to I pulled over cuz of what? What is the investigation of? Domestic violence, right? Domestic violence, right? I'm telling you Listen, I can't tell you the name because once the ride is over, the information is gone. Literally. The best thing I can tell you is I dropped this person off and it was near Cooper. That's the best thing I can tell you. >> Your driver's license. >> How you wild. Look, I'm getting texts now. This is This is stupid, y'all. Here. I you going You What you want? You want You just want to check my name see if you find anything. You're not. I'm a good person. >> We can make this a traffic stop. >> Can't make nothing a traffic stop. There's nothing illegal. >> Your window tints illegal. >> That's secondary. >> Camera right there is illegal. >> That's for my safety. >> Still illegal. >> That's crazy, yo. >> [clears throat] >> Give me let's give you two things right there. >> This is literally they tell us to do this for safety. >> It's still illegal. >> So >> I mean it's still illegal. >> That is crazy. Y'all like y'all really just want to >> I'm just saying I'm letting you know. >> That's it. >> That just makes no sense though. It's like you would have bothered somebody that's telling you the truth. Can Can you uh show me anything of saying or showing that there is a domestic violence in the area? >> No, I can't show you nothing. >> Then how how I know that's even true? >> You think that we would come search your car? >> I don't trust none of y'all. Especially after this right here, I would never trust y'all. >> That's fine. >> So yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I wouldn't leave you alone with me. >> I don't really care if you do or don't. >> I didn't. >> What I'm saying though, think about it. You realistic for 1 second. >> No, I'm not. >> think we're going to pull you over >> Yeah. The way she The way she just The way she just did it. >> There are various things. >> The way she just did it. >> I don't know how she did it. I put up eight. So I'm just saying. >> The way she did it I can't I can't say I can't say I would agree or nothing like that. >> a domestic violence. It was actually somebody calling saying that they were trying to force her into the car. >> Then why she say domestic violence then? >> That's how that's how our our captain works. That's it. We can put it in as a domestic >> Force them in a car. That would have mean I would have had somebody in I would have had a I'm single. >> That's what I'm saying. >> So I'm good. >> Okay, that's fine. But she asked you some simple [laughter] All you got >> I did. I get You I gave her direct answers, bro. But I can't give you somebody's information. I can't give you somebody's whereabouts. Like >> We're not asking for information. >> She just asked me the name of the person, right? >> All we need is the first name. That's all All we need is it. >> I I I can't give that because literally I only I can't even go to the drone because I'm still in the ride right now. >> Yeah, that's fine. I understand. >> Even if I was even if I was able to go back to the ride, there's no information. You know what I'm saying? Like there's nothing there for me to be like, "Yo, this person." There's no address, there's no name. There's just this the area that I was in. In a silver Honda Accord. Was it a small one? Did they say a year? >> No, she said silver Honda Accord. >> That's wild. >> They're driving silver Honda Accord. >> But I mean, they didn't give you a year. They didn't say anything. >> She said she was being forced into a car. How should we know it's a year? She's being forced into a car. >> I mean, most people know. These are easy bodies. This is a 2015 and then the 2010 you see around here a lot. Then you got like the '99 you see around here a lot. A lot of people like to have a '99 Honda. >> Yeah, you think the common person knows that? >> Yeah, hell yeah. This This This 2024. >> No, they don't. That's what I'm trying to say. >> All right. Uh I'm downtown. Somebody so-called tried to push somebody in a car and they had a Honda Accord, so they pulled me over. So, that's what I'm waiting on. >> Even when you're just out here making honest living, officers will find a way to ruin it. >> I will you How long are you going to take? >> I don't know. I mean, I like I said, they pulled me over cuz they think or they somebody in the same type car apparently tried to force somebody into a car. So, now I'm sitting here waiting. >> I will you can cancel the ride cuz I'm not trying to be late for work. >> I can't cancel it. If you want to cancel it, you would have to cancel it. >> No, I can't cancel it cuz it's going to make me pay again. I'm not paying it. >> I can't cancel it. Said he tried to force him in the car but wasn't successful at it. >> We don't know what the [ __ ] our circle is looking for 100 points. >> Anybody else searching? >> No, it's only us two right now. What we searching for like like three three to five minutes. >> Oh, they long gone then. >> I just seen his direction of travel. >> What direction was it? >> She said 7th towards 6th. That was the last last thing she said. >> I wasn't even going towards 6th cuz I if I'm going this way >> about it though. You can easy turn around at any point in time. >> Nah, not right there. Not if it was like I mean if you in that big ass intersection then yeah, you can turn around pretty quick. If you not near there, then you going to have a little bit of a tighter turn most places. I mean 7th Street got wider down here and [ __ ] cuz they cleaned it up. >> 6th Street. >> 6th Street would be a hard ass U-turn at intersection intersection. >> Nah, it's just a K-turn. >> That'd be yo, 6th Street? Man, if somebody hit a K-turn on 6th Street, they going to have to do it by the open lot or something like that. They ain't going to hit it like anywhere. >> Dude, if you drive out here, you'd be surprised. >> I grew up out here. I know how people drive out here, but I'm just saying. >> Exactly. So, just think about it. >> But not on I'm telling you literally, 6th Street is not going to happen. See, y'all just made me lose the route. 6th Street is not going to happen. 7th Street, you guaranteed. 6th Street, like I said, open lot somewhere, you can get it cuz you're going to hit a little bit of a curve. >> Traffic stop in the morning. Nobody's out right now. That's Sunday morning. >> Okay, so you continue working. >> Have a good night. >> You too, bro. >> Made him lose a ride by telling him to continue working. Because in the beginning, when he was telling this officer that he was literally driving for Lyft, you having this officer start asking questions talking about where where you were coming from. What's their name? >> I'm coming from dropping somebody off and going to pick somebody else up. >> I'm saying where you dropped them off at. >> Can't really tell you because that's somebody else's personal crib. >> Person. What's her name? >> I That I can't even tell you that. >> Don't make this more difficult. >> tell you that. >> tell me. >> She's over here trying to ask him all these questions while he's telling her there's literally nothing he could do and she wants to get mad about that. But when he said it's not a traffic stop, you having that other officer say we can make it a traffic stop and starts nitpicking. >> Traffic stop? Why you >> We can make it a traffic stop. >> why want why want to >> I think I can give you this traffic stop. >> I pulled over cuz of what? What is the investigation? That's a secondary. >> Can right there is illegal. >> That's for my safety. >> Still illegal. >> Prime definition, nitpicking. And they made this man miss out on a ride. This officer has the nerve to say continue working. >> Okay, well, so you continue working. >> Not even a hey, sorry, we got the wrong person. But what can you expect coming from tyrants? But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. How you feel about these Camden County police officers for pulling over this Lyft driver accusing him saying that hey man, we got a call for a domestic. Your car match the description. He's telling these officers that he's literally driving for Lyft right now. He's currently on a ride and they just wasn't believing him. You having that lady officer say well, where you were coming from? What's the address? Who was the person's name? Asking all these questions that he does not have to answer. He couldn't even give her those answers even if he wanted to. But for some reason, she wasn't believing him. And then you having that other officer say we can make this a traffic stop, start nitpicking at his tint and his dash camera. And it just goes to show when you don't answer officer's questions and even though that you can't even give them the answers that they want, they will still get mad and act like complete crybabies. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music]
