Are you going to try and talk over the top of me? >> No, I ain't trying to talk over the top of you. I'm trying to see who's surrounding me. Y'all have firearms. I ain't got nothing. Y'all sitting there surrounding me. >> This is a very >> And he just told me he can go one or two other ways. >> You are making this so much. >> You guys are threatening my I'm Call your superior. No, y'all. He just go one or two ways. That's a threat. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. >> It's a very simple statement about what's going on. >> I need you to call your superior. >> Anyway, I'm Canon officer man, Michigan City Police Department. So to for me to run my dog around your car, you are going to step out of your vehicle. Okay? If you refuse to step out of your vehicle, then you're going to start resisting law enforcement. >> That's a How is that resisting? >> Because in order to safely search your vehicle, >> No, no, no. See, I got rights. >> Yes, you do. And I'm not going to violate any >> No, you violated them already. No, it's not. >> Yes. You You guys already violated my rights. Don't worry about it. I got you. Give me Give me a minute. I got to make a >> step out. Step out. Turn around. Face your vehicle. >> All right. You ain't putting the cuffs on me. >> Turn around. Face your vehicle so I can pat you down for weapons. It's not to put cuffs on you. >> And what's your badge number? >> You'll get it off your report. Turn around. You ran a stop sign. I'm not ticketing you. Oh, your tag's covered up. Look at my tag, people. >> It is covered up. They they can't tell you where where the hell I'm from. >> So I can run my dog. >> Don't worry about it. >> I am worried about it because you just very >> go grab the dog. >> The only thing you're worried about is suing me. If my dog >> Why you talking to me? Why you talking to me? Do your job, sir. Do your job, sir. >> I'm trying to. You're never >> I'm about to walk over here. >> Stay on the side. >> You're going to end up in custod if you think you just walking where you want to go. >> Do not walk up towards the vehicle while I'm running my dog around the vehicle. >> Walk your dog, man. >> Do you understand what I told you? >> Walk your dog. >> Do you understand what I told you? Do you understand what I told you? If you do not say anything, I'm going to have him put you in custody. >> Then I'll be wrongfully detained. >> No, you wouldn't be. >> Yes. >> Yes or no? >> You You wrongfully stopped me. >> Yes or no? >> What' you say? >> Will you stay away from the vehicle? >> I'm not I'm I'm be right here. >> Yes or no question? >> I'll be right here. >> Yes or no question. >> That evil starts popping out their eyes when you don't answer their questions. >> Say, I'm agreeing with you. I'mma stand right here, dog. Yes or no? That's what I asked for. A 2-year-old supposed to say yes or no if you ask for a yes or no question. >> Yes, sir. >> You said, "Hey, what's what's your name and your badge number?" >> Just don't worry about it. Get it from the station. >> Everybody respectful. Hey, hell no. >> Yeah. All right. Look at this guy. >> Look at this. >> By the way, I took a close look at the plate. You actually correct a sticker. However, >> however, you did still roll the stop sign. So the >> even though I stopped and let a car go before me, >> you did not come. >> Oh, now my my my plate's not. So y'all just making [ __ ] up. >> I'm letting you know that you violated my disregarded the stop sign. Appreciate it. I'm going to need that video, too. >> I'm walking over here watching this car. You putting that dog up >> now. You going to keep walking around? >> I'm about to see what he's doing to my car. You walked over and put your hand in my in your pocket and then walked up to that car and it put me in cuffs illegally. >> I got you on video. >> You have no idea what the law is. >> Go where you pull me over for nothing. >> You know how many how many cars we search? Almost every car we we run a dog on. It has weed in it. We search it. We We They got a little bit bud. We throw it out. We We call it a day. We don't We're not over here. >> Weed. I don't do [ __ ] I drive a semi for a living. I don't play with none of this goofy. >> Yeah. We're not trying to trip anybody up on a little bit. We give it the best day. >> A long day. You done yet? >> As soon as you you're done running your mouth, this will go a lot faster. >> Y'all, you knew you pulled me over some bogus [ __ ] Anyway, now I watched you follow me the whole time I was waiting for you, too. Y'all, it's crazy. I I literally sat there and watched him the whole ride waiting for him. That's why I did what, 28, 29 all the way up Ohio Street. I was waiting for you. I knew you were going to pull me over and I knew I was going to get you. I knew I was going to get you. >> I usually try and focus on the road. It's a lot safer for you, >> man. I was definitely focused. >> Well, not if you were watching him. I mean, I'm just I'm trying to get some recommendations to help you out. >> Got it. You got to take your code. Yeah. >> The guy that grabbed me up by my arm. >> Yes. I I prevented you from going in the center of the road and getting hit by a car. Yes. >> You grabbed me like I was your child or something. >> I would also like that. >> Yeah. I I don't want anybody running in the middle of the road. >> All right, buddy. >> All right, my guy. >> Just a warning. Like I told you before, I didn't get no tickets. >> Just a warning cuz you knew you was going to pull me over when you seen me bend that corner over down uh uh uh what is that? Before 11th there on the 10th. You see me hit that corner. You came around me. I was watching you the whole time. >> Came around. Hold on. >> No, you pulled up on the back of me. You followed me all the way down. I watched you in my eyes and I knew you was going to pull me over. And that's how I knew y'all was going to act like this. Especially when these two Y'all are excuses. Hey, look. This man right here grabbed me. I asked him for why was the what was the probable cause of that? And he had Paul the dog. It's all right. I appreciate you. What's your name? Badge number. >> Officer Lewis. Badge number 312. Name and badge number, sir. >> You already got it. It's on the recording. >> What' you say it was? >> I got it. >> This guy. >> Davis 346. >> Good way to identify yourself. Hey, y'all. Fellas, be safe. >> Turn signal. Okay. >> And that's just another prime example of officers being on a fishing trip. Because in the beginning, when you hear this officer say what he stopped this guy for, you already know it's complete BS just for them to get that dog. >> You said what? What did you stop me for? >> So, two reasons. license plate bracket on the vehicle is blocking the county. They issued >> I can get out. Look at that. >> Not right now. >> People covered up. >> They they can't tell you where where the hell I'm from. >> So I can run my dog. >> They definitely get mad when they get caught in a lie. And then you even having to obviously even admit that he was right that yeah, I didn't pull you over for that. >> I took a close look at the plate. You actually correct? A sticker. However, >> however, you did still roll the stop sign. >> Oh, now my my plate's not. So y'all just make it up. I'm letting you know that now you violate my right. >> Basically just admitted that all they're doing is just fishing tonight. Officer was in his feelings so bad that he couldn't find nothing. He still didn't want to give his badge number. >> Gave badge number. Sir, >> you already got it. It's on the recording. >> What' you say it was? >> Got it. >> In other words, I ain't trying to say it on camera. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about these Michigan City police officers who pulling this guy over just straight up lied in the beginning saying, "Oh, you know, your license plate was covered up and you ain't stopped at the stop sign." Yeah, when he called that officer out, showed that his license plate was definitely showing. He wants to backtrack and say, "You know what? Yeah, you all right, but you still didn't stop at the stop sign." And that's why it's important to get a dash cam because, bro, these officers be lying just to do some BS like this. And then you having this officer just getting his feelings because he couldn't find anything. Still didn't want to give his badge number because y'all already know how it is when officer don't want to give a badge number. It's because you're recording. They don't want to say it on camera cuz they don't want to look embarrassed. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
