I'm getting some of this information from Chula Vista as a man armed with a knife held another man hostage outside the front door of a Chula Vista Apartment a police officer inside the home slowly unlocked and cracked the door open then he took a shot at the armed man yeah you did take a shot at the arm man if you want to put that way in other words he stuck a 556 from his Patrol Rifle right in the guy's head from like 30 inches away somehow he didn't survive let's break it down February 4th 2023 Chula Vista not quite Tijuana but almost Tijuana did I ever tell you guys that when I was in Seal school down in San Diego they wouldn't let us go to Tijuana because one of our classmates strangled a hooker to death on with the video at around 8 pm at night residents at an apartment complex in Chula Vista California gross called 9-1-1 and said two homeless men were banging on doors and yelling if only the people of California had some type of weapon to defend themselves with that they don't allow there anyways police show up and there are in fact two homeless guys causing a bunch of ruckus but the Ruckus wasn't exactly what they were expecting there's a homeless person that's like under like where we live at the top apartment which they're banging on the apartment right below us and they've been yelling for the past two hours yeah he's literally getting louder and louder and he's just been banging on the doors and it's making one of my friends feel unsafe where she's trying to leave she can't even leave and so what is he doing he's knocking on people's doors yeah he's knocking on me uh my friend's neighbor's door downstairs now he's upstairs right in front of our door not our door but like across from our door and knocking hello hello open the door or something like that and you're just being really annoying just hearing the neighbors and everything everyone was looking at them sticking them through their windows so now we have multiple people in the apartment complex calling and saying there's these homeless people they've been screaming for hours they're kicking doors they're knocking on doors they want people to come out and these residents of California are scared to leave their Apartments basically what happened police show up and one of the homeless men is holding another man probably the second homeless man hostage he's got a knife to his throat and the officer doesn't realize that at first the officer walks up they're under a stairwell and a Breezeway in the apartment complex this is kind of hairy for the officer already because you can see there's one of their little homeless tent carts that they're rolling around with them that's blocking the officer's view of what's actually happening that means the guy could have a gun a knife which he does have a katana are nunchucks we don't know [Laughter] [Music] they finally moved the card out of the way and he can say holy [ __ ] that guy has a knife to that other guy's throat drop the knife because you have a knife to his neck drops the knife drop the knife drop the knife drop the knife is as far as I'm going drop the knife the knife the knife what is your name my father's gonna see the [ __ ] what is your name what is your name drop the knife drop the knife drop the knife drop the knife this goes on for another two minutes and finally the man with the knife stands up and walks backwards with his back to the door of an apartment this is going to come in handy later it's a bad situation because he's backed into a corner but like I said there's another uh option right there you can see that one officer has a taser to the right there's another officer that has a less than lethal shotgun with probably the beanbag hurdy rounds in it the only problem is they can't shoot through the hostage although according to Russia if you remove the hostages from the hostage situation it's no longer a haunted situation but we don't [ __ ] roll like that in the U.S do we most of the time so we got a taser we got a beanbag shotgun and then we got the officer whose body camera we're looking through with a lethal option what we don't have though is someone with Patrol rifle that could easily make that shot yet they tried to talk to him for more than 10 minutes one of the officers on scene was a a trained hostage negotiator also but they were getting nowhere that's when one officer with a patrol rifle decided Well you know what he's got his back to a door why don't we flank this [ __ ] as you can see right here before officers decided hey we're gonna just go see what's happening in this apartment right here where this door is that the dude who is taking someone hostage has a knife right to his throat this needs to be solved quick fast and in a hurry and the best way to do that is with speed surprise and violence of action one of the guys on scene who's on SWAT is like I know how to solve this situation here's how that went down on me oh let's go back up now I want him to open the door back over there yeah it doesn't show much but that one shot right there was exactly what you thought it was the hostage taker isn't alive anymore now let's watch it from the outside real quick back over there standby in the end the hostage was like ah that guy took me hostage earlier today I don't know what the hell is happening well I don't know but he had a
