This could not be no regular person. They would literally go to jail right now. And she just, man, this is wild, bro. She don't even care that the fact that she was speeding. But like I said, if it was any other person, they would not be so nice. And I don't know, like I mean, these are these are the people that, you know, people elect in office, you know, district attorney and, you know, all that great stuff. Like these are what people elect and this is their true color, sadly. Yep. All right, ma'am. Come outside. You can't just go inside. This is a traffic stop. Here's your phone back. I understand the law better than you. Would you 953? Can you have a supervisor come to the scene? No. Get out of my [ __ ] house. I don't know why. I don't know why you're acting like this towards me. Because can you please go to the back of the vehicle? I'm not going to. I'm home. I was going. I was Okay. 50. I don't care if you got home. You were supposed to stop at Phillips Road when I pulled you over when my lights were initiated. I didn't know you were stopping me. There was lots of other people on the road. I was right behind you. Yeah, there were other people on the road, too. Okay. I was directly behind you dealing with you right now. Can you please step over here? I'm not going to. What is the And this is the person that puts people in jail. Just remember that. This is how they act. Listen, you're you're so against what I'm doing. I'm doing my job. You say you're a DA? I am the DA. Okay. Okay. Let me She's the the DA. Get you my badge. I am the DA in of Monro County. I just don't understand the hostility towards me. I'm doing my job. You're being [ __ ] How am I being an [ __ ] I am the DA of Mro County. I understand that. But that doesn't give you a right to go 55 and a 35. And you even admitted to me that you went 50. I understand that, ma'am. I understand that. I don't You know what? If you give me a traffic ticket, that's fine. I'm the one who prosecutes it. Okay. Just go ahead and do it. Go ahead. I just don't understand the hostility. I understand you're coming home from work. And half the time I was on the phone with Dennis telling him, "Why are you pulling me over?" You're not even supposed to be on the phone to begin with. You should know that. Oh. Oh. Oh. On handsfree. Absolutely. You should know the law. Okay. If it is handsree, that's great. But at the end of the day, you're going 55 and a 35. That's 20 miles over the speed limit. Okay. You know what? That's fine. You know what I've been dealing with all day? Three murders in the city. And do you think I really care if I was going 20 miles over the speed limit? Hey, I'm just doing my job. If you pulled If you pulled over when you saw my lights, which obviously you did, I thought you were going somewhere else because I thought no one would ever pull a black SUV. If you ran my plates, I didn't run your plate. I just called your plate out. And then I'm following you because you're not stopping. So, I had to take the air from dispatch. Just please 953. You can have the air back. By the way, just come outside over here. No, I'm not going outside. Okay. I'm waiting for you just to leave. I'm just saying, bro, this was any other regular person, this officer would not be this nice. Like, bro, like, come on. And she's not even like wanting to listen to him at all. like she really thinks that she runs everything. Yes, she's the DA, but the law applies to anybody. It doesn't matter if you're DA. You could be Superman. It's the law still going to apply to you, bro. Having a supervisor come because that's what my chief told me to do. No. Do you have your driver's license? I just showed you my driver. You show me your You showed me your badge. Really? with EMS. A 14y old having a seizure. 200 East River Road 200 on the third because I was going 55. And I was She's a DA. Yep. I know. And I was just trying to pull into my driveway. I was on the phone with Dennis Colemire saying, "Would you please tell the person who's following me that I'm almost home?" Ma'am, I understand you were going home, but I started my lights back at Phillips Road. On Philips Road? Yes, you did. And there are other cars. I was right behind you. Directly behind you at at the Gohead at the end of the day. Go ahead. If you want to write me a traffic ticket, that's okay. At the end of the day, at the end of the day, I was stopping you for speed. If you just stop bad day. I've been dealing with And I get it. And I get it. We have bad days also, ma'am. Sorry. I'm sorry. We have bad days also. I'm gonna just add it to the job real quick. You can just go and actually add it. You don't have to use the error. At the end of the day, I was just making a traffic stop doing my job. What I was supposed to do. Well, fine. Thank you. Okay. So, now supervisor's on his way and then we'll go from there. Supervisor's coming up here. Huh? Who? Sergeant Johnson. I understand you had like I get it. I We all have bad days at work. Yeah, I'm going to go in the house. Seriously, this is ridiculous. No, this is a traffic stop and you out of everyone should know that if there's a legal traffic stop, which I have, I have the right to detain you until this is done. Then just write me the [ __ ] ticket. I really don't care. Okay. Well, then just hang out at the back of the car because man, I don't know about y'all, bro. That that smile she gave is lowkey kind of creepy. It's like, man, bro, I can't get over that grin she gave. Eat the [ __ ] ticket. I really don't care. Like she look like she dirty, bro. Like not even like not like dirty like I mean maybe that but like dirty minded. Like I feel like she she does some evil stuff behind the scene. Okay. Well then just hang out at the back of the car because I'm the one that's going to prosecute myself. You know what I'll do with the ticket. Okay. Just come out here for me and just stand walking out there. I'm not I'm not Hey, baby. You ready? Cory, you just want to stand up here. Yeah, as long as it's added to the job. Sergeant on his way. Cuz you said 104. Okay. How are you? I I was speeding. He turned around. I didn't know if it was me. I wasn't sure because there are other cars going back and forth that I got to turn you to the field press. So I'm like, I'm just going to drive home. That's what I did. So I got on the phone. I don't know even before I turned when I turned in and said, you know, it's me that they're stopping. Just tell them it's me. So I don't that's general rule of thumb. behind 942 other cars. I'm just going to pull in. Yeah, me too. I would advise against that. I mean, you're supposed to pull off to the side of the road if somebody with their emergency lights is coming behind you. Anyways, yeah, I just Cory, it's fine. Just we're having supervisors come and then we'll go from there. Oh, come on. Just This is what my chief wants. That's at the end of the day. You called him. I spoke to him on your phone and this is what he wants. I'm going to call him again. Seriously? Seriously. There's three officers here already and I'm waiting for You guys can go. You guys go. I'll wait here with wait for Sergeant LT. Sounds like LT is coming though. Only thing is I was going 20 miles hour over the speed limit on Phillips. I didn't pull over. I just figured I'd drive to my driveway instead. What's up, puppy? So, I attempted to stop her on Phillips Road. Yeah. Going 55 and a 35. Yeah. Didn't see the plate. I was just keeping an eye on the vehicle because she wasn't stopping. Drove all the way here, pulled into her garage, got out, was just being aggressive towards me for no reason. I was being respectful telling her this is legal traffic stop. Come to the back of the vehicle. No. So she called chief then that's why I requested supervisor and now she was wanted to go inside. Told her no you can't go inside and this is where we're at. So bro, I feel like all she had to do was just be normal and just stop and just take the ticket and go home. Like I feel like she she would have been home and like she would have already would have been about her day cuz even going 20 miles over the speed limit is still just going to give you a ticket. The you know especially with the status that she has she probably would have just got a warning. It's just the fact that she is so up her own like you know that she does she really thinks that the law doesn't apply to her and she really I'm sorry but the looks that she's given man like that's that's some dirty ass looks I'm seeing bro. Like I feel like man she prosecuted some people wrongfully and I don't know just that evil look she has man it's a really bigger deal start calling me it's a much bigger deal you contact what do you want us to do not do our job is you no it's fine I said write me a ticket but I was just saying I was stuck in road at You broke it because you should know this arrest. 717. I got nothing. Why would you stop? ID. I gave it back to her. It's attached to the job and everything. So, I didn't want to stop until I was right down the street. I figured I would just stop in my drive. That's what I figured. I thought I thought it would be easier. that were yelling to one another. Like I I don't care just writing her the speeding ticket and being done with it. But technically, it's a restable offense. She didn't stop. 713 713. And that's another thing I'm saying too, like even what this officer is saying, like it it could have just been a simple tick and she's making it like a restable offense because she did not stop. And that's what I mean. She could have really just stopped and took the ticket when I'm about a day and now they're like wasting time for no reason. Like literally like that's I don't know. I can't even say this a ego thing. She just straight evil. Like she just straight evil. That's all I'm seeing. working today. It's arrestable offense. She came home. She failed the stop. I mean, it's arrestable offense. I'm not trying to arrest the DA of the county, but also I want I don't want to not do my job in I mean, it's a restable offense. I'm not trying to arrest the DA of the county, but also I want I don't want to not do my job in not at least render something. So, no, I get it. And I'm not like I said, I'm not going to I'll at least render the freaking going 55 and a 20. Okay. At the end of the day, I got discretion whether or not. No, I get it. I understand. though. I mean, it's still favoritism because they not they didn't arrest her cuz he's like, you know, I don't want to cuz I mean man, I I feel like you would have got some cookie points if he would arrest the district attorney honestly because I mean she's breaking the law regardless. Like that just means you standing on business and you standing with her job. But this is what I mean by the fair like how she's getting favored like if she would have just stopped and took the ticket, she would have been fine or got a warning. She made it very uncomfortable for them to the point like, you know, they can arrest her, but then it's going to be backlash and then this is the backlash that they're getting from it. Hello. Let's get All right, ma'am. So, I'm issuing you speed in zone 55 and a 35. I'll take care of it since I'll be prosecuting myself. Okay. At the end of the day, if you see my lights and sirens behind you and obviously they're going off, just pull over. We going to have a conversation. Wait, is that like really true? Like if they get like a speedy ticket, they could just prosecute it themselves. I thought that Man, what the Okay. I mean, she knew that. I feel like she should have just stopped anyway and just not said that and be on her way. I kept my eye on your vehicle. I'm not going to check my computer to see what plate it is. If a vehicle is not stopping for me, I want to keep my eyes on that vehicle for my safety so I can hold it at the end of the day. Okay. I I'm sorry that you had a bad day and I'm sorry it went this way, but I do respect what you do. Have a good day, ma'am. But I would say on this radio completely unreadable directly across from what? If you're the stop signal camera. Okay. I got to put the job in. Do you know her location? I believe she's trying to say she's at the pier park. All right. Thanks. All right. We'll see. Sorry. Thank you. He's just happy. that cont. The fact that she even just got a ticket though and didn't go to jail. Like I feel like she already not like one, but what did they even say about that? I wonder. Hold on. Well, new tonight, members of Rochester City Council are unanimously calling on the Attorney General's office to investigate matters involving Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Dory. Now, this comes following officer warned body camera footage from the town of Webster Police Department showing Dorley repeatedly invoking her position as DA and refusing to follow orders. Gio Betaglia joins us in studio with greater details and reaction from one city council member. Gio Isabelle, the letter specifically requests the attorney general's office to investigate if her actions in the body camera footage violates any public official standards and whether her actions quote reflect the fair administration of justice of Monroe County end quote. Now, all nine members of Rochester City Council signed the letter referring to a situation that took place Monday evening where a Webster police officer says he was trying to pull over District Attorney Dory on Phillips Road. The officer claims Dorley did not pull over, kept driving, and didn't stop until she pulled into her own garage. She then immediately got on the phone with the Webster police chief and argued with the officer in front of her. I sat down with Rochester City Council member Mary Lupian today, who says there are council members who feel an investigation wouldn't go far enough. She says the video already shows enough detail and they would welcome a resignation. I would like to see an investigation into what actually did happen with the ticket, you know, if she followed through on her threat to not prosecute it. Um, and it makes me curious to the cases that she's decided where her head was at. You know, are there other um people that she felt were above the law? Law enforcement for example. That's what I'm talking about. like you know the the other cases that she dealt with cuz she man the looks she giving bro she look like she evil bro like like I'm talking about like evil character off a movie like she will ruin your life. Now, we have reached out to the attorney general's office following the letter from city council. And as of yesterday, district attorney Dory is sticking by a statement released on Thursday where she says, quote, "I acknowledged that I was speeding and I accepted the ticket. By 1 p.m. the following day, I plead guilty and sent the ticket to the Webster Town Court because I believe in accepting responsibility for my actions and had no intention of using my position to receive a benefit." That's man, that's wild, bro. If it was any other regular person, they would have been in jail immediately. Like thrown in the back of the cop car, don't talk till we get there. Like it would have been over with cuz they ain't just ain't no way. Like what? I don't know what y'all tell me what y'all think about that, bro. Like if she would have just stopped and just would have got a warning, she would have been good. But she had to make it a bigger situation than what it was and put everybody in such an awkward position. Even like the chief, too. So, but y'all let me know what y'all think about that. Let's see what else. Do this one. Body cam of a trigger New Yorker. He keys a Trump supporter's car in Florida. What? How's it going? I got the Florida. How are you? Good. Um, stop. So, I'm guessing you probably know what this is about, right? No. No. I just checked my truck to see if I hit anything. Okay. Um, so what I'm going to do, I'm I'm investigating a criminal. It's a criminal investigation. Okay? So before I ask you anything, I'm going to read you your rights real quick. Okay? And then I'm going to show you a video and you can tell me if you remember what it's about after that. Okay? You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning. If you wish, you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of the rights I've explained to you? Yeah, I understand. Okay. Have you asked any law enforcement officer to speak to an attorney? No. Okay. Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to us now? Yeah. Okay. So, anything you don't want to answer, you don't have to. Okay. So, I'm going to show you a video real quick and I'm just going to see if it jogs your memory about what happened in Wendixie on Sunday night. I was at Wind Dixie to pick up some coffee and key lime pie. Okay. Do you remember what you did when you walked out of Wind Dixie? Uh to the green Toyota Tundra. It wasn't all raining. Okay. I don't recall. Yeah. I thought it was raining, but Okay. The green Toyota Tundra pickup truck that you walked up to. You don't remember what you did? I walked by a truck. Yeah. Okay. What did you do to it? I scratched it. Why? Um was it the bumper sticker? Cuz when you I they've got a ton of security footage there, man. Okay. So So I see you walking behind it and you look over at it and she's got a sticker that says, "Let's go Brandon" or something? Yeah. I guess it infuriated me. Okay. Yep. Okay. Was that it? That that's the only reason you did it? You don't know who owns the truck or anything? Uh yeah, that's the only reason I did it. Okay. So you went So the fact that this dude had a Trump sticker in the back of his car, this guy decided to go scrape it, bro. So, like people's political views really makes them crash out cuz if you just don't agree with something, just walk away, bro. It ain't that serious. On the P I could see you going on the passenger side and you uh left a big scrape on that side and then I saw you do a circle in the parking lot to come back to it and then go to the That's the only side I did. Okay. She's She's already got a few dents and stuff on it, but she somehow knew that those were new scratches. And I can see like something black in your in your left hand. Yeah. Was it a key or did it Was it a key? It was my keypad. Yeah. Okay. Do you have that with you? It's in the truck. Yeah. Do you have your ID with you as well? Delta 5084. Jed5084 on a black GMC pickup truck. So, if y'all just joining a live, basically this dude right here um scratched um somebody's truck because they had a Trump sticker on it, which is to me is honestly just stupid cuz man, these like people with these political views, bro, like I understand, you know, politics and all that, how, you know, ser it is and everything, but if it's going to make you crash out, maybe you shouldn't worry about politics. Do you do you live here full time or do you know which key you use? No, I have no idea. Okay. I'm guessing you know it's expensive to repaint the truck. Going to have to repaint the truck. Stupid idiotic. I am going to get stick truck. I'm guessing you knew why I called you. Well, do you even at first I I I didn't recall. Um I couldn't even There was no date or 3:24. Yes, it was. It was Sunday night. Sunday. Yes. So I went there to get the street. Okay. And it's stupid to do but this whole no excuses pay you. Yeah. Can you copy a New York deal? All right. I made a stupid mistake. His wife pissed off as hell. She you could tell pissed off she uh I don't I don't think she'll divorce him, but she ain't she she ain't when she picks him up for the station, she ain't going to be pretty out of New York. Okay, so Mr. Brothers, here's the unfortunate news. She wants to press charges, so I have to take you to jail. Sir, put your hands behind back. Take my watch off. Yeah, I'll take it off. Okay. Uh, do you want her to take anything from you? Well, she needs to get the individual to the airport. So, okay. Do you want her to take your car keys? Yes. I mean, dude, it costs about 6,000. It's a It's a felony. When you damage someone's property over $1,000, it's a felony. So, normally I would get a warrant for you, but since it's a felony and it just happened two days ago, I don't need a warrant. Echo. Do you have your phone with you? Uh, I do not for a felony criminal mischief. That's a felony. Over $1,000 of damage is a felony. It's about 6,000. Bro, how do you not know that? What the [ __ ] Like, she did not think that's a felony to [ __ ] up somebody's [ __ ] especially a car when you key it. Cuz like in reality, it just depend what kind of car it is. But bro, you scratch up a painting, it's going it's going to cost a lot of money to like get that like fixed, you know, $1,000 to repaint a truck. So, what does he have to do? What do we have to do? He has to go to jail. And tomorrow morning, he'll have first appearance in front of a judge. Tomorrow morning, first appearance for today is already over. Man, the more and more I watch these videos, the more I realize, bro, people are allergic to freedom. You have anything else in your pockets? No. Do you want to give her this stuff? Yes, please. What about your hat? You want to take it with you? Yeah. Hat and sunglasses. You want her to take it? Yes, please. All you can grab. Oh, sorry. I have cuffs on my hands. Does he need anything with him or do you want to bring your phone so you can have phone numbers? Um, my phone? Yeah, you can bring your phone. I'm going to let you get phone numbers out of it. All right, fair. I'll walk you over here. I got to keep the phone up front with me. Okay. So, one's a little tight. Which one? The right wrist. The right. Okay. I'll fix it before I get you. Yeah. One left one in custody here. Just face strip. Um, I wonder if I should have him bring me some shoes if that's okay. As opposed to flip-flops. It's all right. You'll get those when you get out. They'll give you back. They give you shoes when you're in there. Great. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. Man, it happens. How old are you? 62. When I watched the video, I was like, there's no way it's that guy. You should know better. Yeah, I should know better. Okay, so you got nothing else on you, right? No, I don't. Just one sec. Okay. Okay. Go and take a seat. I'm going put the seat belt on over. Watch your head. You're tall, so be careful. It's not the most comfiest I know. Yeah. Wow. Okay. Should have waited till after I got it to the airport. Oh well. Sorry, man. I didn't know you were I knew you were from uh Syracuse, so I didn't want to I didn't know if you were getting on the plane or what. Yeah. What was his excuse? He doesn't like Trump. Yeah, pretty much. He said he saw the bumper sticker and it infuriated him, so he keyed their car. Well, that's going to cost him like $6,000. Where is I'm not sure where it is. Yeah. One sec. He got a car flee from him and they pulled into here later on. It's not This guy was at least I don't think it was. It was a I remember this house though because I came here the next day. They have night shifts and I I think I told you about that. remember? Uh, I believe so. So, when I pulled in, I was like, "Oh, I've been here before." That was the truck in the picture. Yeah. Who Who identified him? I did. No, but how? Like good detective work. Oh, stop. You got it. So, then how does this work tomorrow? What What do I need to do? So, around 11:00 a.m. between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. he'll be able to get released. Uh, a judge tomorrow morning will go in front of a judge. A judge will read the probable cause for why he's being arrested. Um, you can hear me too, right? Yes, sir. All right. So, a judge will read the probable cause for why he's being arrested. A judge will set a bond. The judge could release him on his own recgnissance, which means he gets out, doesn't pay anything. The judge could set the bond up to any amount that he sees fit. Um, so the judge could set it at a,000, 10,000, 100,000, whatever he wants. Uh, then he just needs to pay the bond to get out of jail. So, it'll be tomorrow around 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. is when he'll be able to get out. Okay. Sorry. I know shining a shine in your eyes. No, you're fine. So, Kathy, stupid stupid. Don't. Okay. So, I will Man, you know she loves him too cuz she know she know he's stupid but she's like [ __ ] At least she loves him, man. That That's so [ __ ] bro. Like, man, just walk away, man. I could never get mad and like see a sticker and just be like, "Oh man, I'mma do this to somebody's car." It's like, bro, like I don't know. People kind of guess common sense ain't that common no more. Well, just where do I have to go? Will he call me or will he'll be able to get your phone number out of here? It's the address is 5525 College Road. It's in Stock Island. So Stock Island's right before you go over that little bridge into Key West. But he'll be able to call me with that cuz I'm not going to remember anything. If you look up the college or if you look up the sheriff's office in Stock Island, you'll be able to get there. But he'll be able to call you and he can tell you where he's at, too. So, it's next to the college. It's got uh it says like sheriff's office headquarters building and correctional facility. That's where he'll be getting out tomorrow. Okay. All right. I'm going to put your uh your your phone and your ID up front with me. Okay. Bro, that's wild. Bro, I don't get why people would do that. Like, what the [ __ ] Let's see. I'm going to light you on [ __ ] fire. She's Oh, you won't go do it. Oh, I did it. Why light her on fire? She said do it. Part of me feels like this nigga's lying because I don't think no one would just literally would just say that and then he just like, "Yeah, I lit her on fire." Like, bro, just the And I think this happened at their job or something, bro. Just leave or tell your man. He already looks like a snitch. Just go do it. Like, bro, like lighting someone on fire is wild. Like, I don't think that, like I said, I don't think he all the way there. I think he's something wrong with him mentally because he just like so calm with it. Yeah, I lit on fire. Like, what? He ain't even like caring that he did that [ __ ] Well, I mean, and it's not it wasn't like I was trying to hurt her, you know? Not intent. You lit her on fire right next to a big thing of oil. This [ __ ] I I'm not trying to hurt her. I just lit her on fire. Like what, bro? That don't even make no sense. I mean, the the what could have happened there is that could have been pretty pretty bad. I mean, you you realize that, right? I I did. Big mistake regardless. Like I said, she said, "Fucking do it." Okay, fine. I just got sprayed with [ __ ] brake clean with acidic bleaching chemicals in my eyes. But if she told you the first time that happened. But if she told you to jump off this building, you're going to jump off the building. Okay. Say, please. It's going to be up to him. I don't know. I think it's Thank you. So, has the issue been going on a while? Oh, absolutely. Every single day. Can you cut your hand around it? Thank you. Here. Thanks. like a breath of fresh air. Has she reported you to management or have you reported her to management? Oh, absolutely. But the thing is is I don't so I don't complain very often, but when I do, it's about something, you know, pretty serious. And I know that management has had numerous problems with her beyond measure. I mean on a daily basis she goes and complains to management about something somebody else is doing. I mean they even threaten to fire her because she complains that much you know and it's like she finds any little reason that I I mean I he just basically explaining every person at a work job. You always got someone that's going to be annoying and yeah you know maybe some people will have some attrusive thoughts of doing something to somebody but nobody ever goes through it because we're not stupid. Like this dude just really didn't care what he did. He's like, "Yeah, I set on fire." And what? Like, bro, like you going to jail. To try and belittle somebody shitty or rude. I mean, even I mean, every day for 6 months that I've seen, I said, "Good morning, I I make it a point to say good morning to everybody in the shop." Mhm. Sorry. I'm fine. Would you mind cuping? No, I can't. I mean, I'm I'm not going to run. I mean, come on. policy is behind them. Fair enough. Policy policy. So, I mean, that being said, it's like I I have never I mean, I'm sure there's countless [ __ ] things that she probably said to management about me, but I really don't care cuz at the end of the day, I've always done my job. I've done my job effectively. I mean, I double the hours of anybody else in that shop. I mean, everybody in that shop will vouch for me on, you know, not only how good of a worker I am, but if you need help, ask Chandler. Chandler will help. She asks me for help all the time. I don't mind, but when I do help her, what does she do? So, get [ __ ] But a tech in need is a tech in need. If you don't know something, ask and I will help. That's just how I am. I mean, I think the best answer would be just to find another job or like just work a different department, you know, like I feel like there could be like a million other answers to do before you just set someone on fire. So, what has management said to you about the issue? Anything? They've not come to you at all about any complaints you The other day, um, I had skipped a ticket on the rack, which RO repair order on the rack. I I was like second or whatever, you know, pretty much, you know, I I've got, you know, the capability, which she doesn't understand, to pick my own work, you know, I don't have to be in line. You know what I mean? I take what I want to [ __ ] do. So, she saw that and the only time that is the first and only time that management has ever come to me and you know, and here here's the real funny thing. my boss. I already knew what she was complaining about, which was me skipping a ticket on the rack because I reamed her one day. I was like, you know, you need to take this [ __ ] ticket. You know, if you pick it up, you do it. You know, if you pick it up, you do it. That's just how it is. And it was a large, you know, envy kind of like that over there. And she went and complained about that. But, uh, other than that, my boss walks up to me. It was uh I want to say it was maybe th Thursday or Friday and he walks up to me and he goes and this is Cam Cam Marino. I'm sure you've spoken to him already and he says verbatim. So, okay, who'd you talk to today about who fired you today? Uh, awesome. What did he say about this whole thing? He said that was stupid and he kept telling me to get the [ __ ] out. Get the [ __ ] out. Being very rude, might add. And I've never had a problem with him either, right? And I was like, bro, this dude really trying to say like he set his coworker on fire and my bosses were being super rude with me. Like he he don't even care that he really set her on fire, man. Like he just really chill about it. Hey, but it goes to show, man. cuz I mean I don't know the full like full story cuz you know it's always two sides of a story but man we had a job that's why you just don't mess with nobody bro cuz you never know they might have that one time they just snap and you you might not ever have to worry about going to work ever again you know like Austin like I'm I'm literally leaving as we speak you know he said don't [ __ ] take don't [ __ ] you know I I didn't have my keys I was looking for my keys and he was like look you need to hurry the [ __ ] up get the [ __ ] out of here get the [ __ ] out get the [ __ ] out. Get the [ __ ] out. And I was like, "Dude, are like I' I've never had a problem with you ever." Like, "You don't have to like you're firing me for good reason. I see it." And I was like, "We we shook hands." I was like, "You don't need to be [ __ ] rude." He keeps you don't need to be rude, bro. All I did was just set on fire. Okay. You maybe he right. Maybe he shouldn't have been that rude. He should have been like, "Hey, man. You know, it's okay, man. It it happens." No, bro. That's [ __ ] stupid. The [ __ ] I told him to get [ __ ] after that. He He just kept being a dead. Do you have a key to that building still? Huh? Do you have a key to that building to express to uh the moss? Um I do, but I couldn't find my keys. I think I might have left them in the door this morning. In the door in their building at their building? Yeah. All right. Did you guys have something to go over with him as well? Do you? We just came to help you out. Okay. I was of the understanding you guys had put something on. Uh what do you mean put it out? I'm spit it out. Spit it out. I'm on fire. Yeah. If I try to take it out of your mouth, I get burned or you bite me. Come on. That's how it goes. Bro, you set someone on fire. I would want I would want to get close to you either. What are you talking about? Come on, man. It's It's always one of them, bro. I ain't gonna lie. He He looks like one of them people that you just don't want to mess with. I don't know. You see him at a job site, you just how you doing? Just go about your day. A couple things around. I didn't know if you guys So, yeah. So, you're going to be arrested for for arson and attempted homicide. She's not hurt. Like, I did not try to [ __ ] hurt her. I had no ill intention of trying to hurt her. She also told me to do it and and what you did could have caused the death or serious injury immediately. And I even asked her, I don't know if the cameras have audio, but if they do, you can hear me ask her. I said, doesn't matter to say you're okay. what you did could have killed it and anybody else in that building. Especially when you're doing it right next to one of the oil cans that's just filled with motor oil. That's homicide. Like I said, man, people are scared of freedom or allergic to freedom because this just makes no sense. I couldn't. If it gets that bad to a point, you had a job and you know you want to set someone on fire, you just got to leave, bro, and just go to McDonald's at that point. Do you want any of your stuff to go with you? Hey, listen. Some people don't want their stuff to go with them. It's just a question. Just a question. Phone in case he smokes there. Yeah, ladder's not going to be able to go. I'm not going to mess it. I'm just letting you know, man. No, no, no. You're fine. No, I'm not trying to be rude or anything. I just Here, go ahead and slide your feet in. Do you have live here with somebody? Huh? Do you live here with somebody? Who is that person home? Did your dad So, yeah, my dad and uh his uh he's got a roommate. So, his friend is his dad home. No, he is not. He drives a big red Jeep. He's not here. Parks right there in uh 33 or 34 or something. Okay. Is the other roommate there? Do you want me to let them know you're going to jail? Can I just call him? You can call him once you get to jail. Yeah. I mean, I couldn't just make a quick call to my dad. I can call him if you want. I mean, I've been I've been cool. I can't let you truth. I can't let you call, but if you give me the number, I will call him on the way to the office if you'd like. What's his number? Uh, I don't know. I'll hand it to my phone. You want me to open it? No way did that work. Yeah. Good stuff, man. [ __ ] I've been here time or two before. All right. All right. What's dad's name? It's just dad. Contacts. Is dad's name Scott, though? Scott. Kevin. I'm sorry. Kevin Scott. Kevin. Scott. Cory. I forget his [ __ ] middle name. He has the bud. Did you die? I got one more before I open. I mean, you know, for being an arresty, I'm pretty cool, right? I mean, come on now. I can open my [ __ ] phone with my nose. Okay, I'll let you smoke. You were able to do that. Even you're smiling and you were being a hard ass. Hey, listen, man. My my my job is to make sure I secure you first and make sure everything's good to go. I ain't going to lie, though. They they being real sweet to this man. They being real sweet to him. We got a small bag store. 3:30 at breakfast. Oh, I know. Have you been arrested before? Dude, for what? I already know you've run my arrest. No, I haven't. So Oh, really? Oh, okay. So, what have you been arrested for? Eli, a handful of other things. Okay. So, where when I first got here this whole thing started trans, right? You were here for something else. They were here for something else. Yeah. I thought these guys were here for uh something that somebody charge. Okay. Comfy, but I know you're not. Get there as soon as we got I see how it is. Come on, man. Bing them, too. Believe me. Thank you, guys. Yeah. I thought you guys were here for the property stuff. No, it it'll come across our desk and that will have an I already know you. You got nothing on you is what he's saying, right? I I don't want you to catch another [ __ ] charge. Okay. Nothing. Thanks for being cool. If you got nothing on you, it's just business, buddy. It's what we do. I got an AK strap on my back, man. Cool. This is also Chad Hicks. That's the name of Chad. Go ahead and split your bro the It bothers me how nice they're being to this dude cuz like what the [ __ ] Like I don't know. It's just I don't know, man. So I guess some people just get different treatment. Get a couple drags. Go ahead. I'm cool with that. Set this way. All right. Do a favor. pat down one more time. Yeah, sure. A little bit further inside out. Anything like that? Okay, you check the shoes. I I saw his feet off. Check socks. I'm I'm I'm clean. Sit down, buddy. You please cut me in the front. Policy says policy says no. Sorry, bud. Well, here we go again. You need to be comfortable. I'm sorry. There you sit back. Back for me. I'd say, "Are you company?" But I know you're not. So, I'll get you there as soon as we can. Okay, buddy. I see how it is. Come on, man. Drop in them, too. Believe me. Yeah. I thought you guys were here for the property stuff. It'll come across my deck and we'll have a name. Hey, I'll call you later about that because 10 years been doing it. Yeah. You said you're doing it 10 years. That's a long time. 10 years you've been doing it. That's a long time. You got enough air back there, sir? Okay. Let me see if I can help you. [Music] It's nice back here. Homeboy getting that nice ass treatment going to jail, man. Golly, he's like he getting like a welcome home or something, bro. I bet the the girl I guess it was a lady that he Yeah, it was a lady that he set on fire. Man, I know she I know she'd be pissed if she see this [ __ ] Like, why they be so nice to this [ __ ] or briefly bruise on a case. So, there's another case where your name came up. Okay. Um, like I said, um, person of interest. You heard me say that word, right? Okay. So, that just means your name came up and he had asked about some missing money, right? Okay. So, um you may get reached out to later on about that. I don't know. Somebody may reach out to you later on about that one. Okay. So, we're not here for that today, though. We're here for something completely different. Yeah. which is obviously but yeah think she is not 302 and very sick. Where do you want them, Chuck? Back of the tango unit here. Where's that? The radio. Like all of a sudden everything like one fell swooped out. I don't know what the hell happened. We're going to have you go right over here to this van, sir. I'm going to go type it up real quick. Sure, Dad. Yeah, I did. I told him he he'll try to figure out how to bond you out. That's actually what he said. Sure. Not bullshitting me this time. Bullshitting you. Said he'll figure it out. Hey, thank you for being cool. I told him that you would call him once you get that set up. Hey, I appreciate you, man. Even though it's just this situation, thanks for actually being straight up with me. It's just business. Well, my industry just business. She has to do it, bro. Dude, I would make a joke like that around me. It's all dropped yet. This guy. I'm also standing here in cuffs and lopers. I ain't going very far. Got to get you. Come on. Huh? Got no reason to. So, we chilling here for a second. Yeah. Can I get a minute? I mean, why I asked? Hey, how are you? How you doing today? I'm good. How are you? The uh detective who arrested him is working on paper now. Yeah, I'll tell him after we get into talking. All right, sir. Come on over here and stand on that for me. Flip up. Stand just like that. Big forward. Right like that. Don't move. I'm going to put leg shackles on you and then I'll put your front policy. It's our policy. Man, this is why I never Man, I can never go to jail, bro. Cuz as soon as they put I don't just It just don't feel right having them shackles on. That's why you should never do no stupid [ __ ] Like, what the [ __ ] bro? [Music] back cuz everything's going to get crushed by that matter. Hold your eyes down and get that blood flowing again. You might go back to cuffs again. Okay. Nothing in your pocket down. That's why it says small stuff. Oh, you got back on. Yeah, but they're not going to be the same as they was when they were behind your back. I don't know. I'm fully aware. [Music] Man, why you got to do that to me, bro? I already got bad. He really don't want to put that [ __ ] on, bro. I wouldn't either, man. [Music] All right. You good? All right. Just like that. Nothing. At least you got in the front, right? Yeah. Thank God. [Music] All right. Well, little do you know, I mean, bro, that's wild, bro. I ain't even gonna lie to you. The fact that he even like set on fire, too. I don't know. People weird, man. People don't think now. Can I tell me I cannot get out of my car? You're not my boss. You're not my daddy. You don't give a [ __ ] I don't want to go to the crib. What are you doing? On March 8, 2023. Stop. How you doing? License or registration, please? Copy. As soon as I get your license, I'll be glad to tell you. Thank you, ma'am. Jasmine, the reason why I'm stopping you is because I run the plate. Your license actually comes back suspended and you have a cease tag order in reference to your car insurance. Oh, I mean, you do. No, I went to the courthouse yesterday. Uhhuh. Made payment, right? You made the payment, but you didn't take care of everything else. How do you know? Because it says in my record, I just did it yesterday. Maybe you're an update. been saying I couldn't drive. Okay. Well, I'm telling you you can't drive. Your license is suspended. It's not. If I went to the courthouse, Jasmine, when's the last time you had a ticket? I haven't been pulled over. You're the first one to pull me over. So, you've never had a ticket before? No. Only red light cameras. Red light cameras. Okay. Has your license ever been suspended before? No. No. Okay. And the address here, is this correct? Yeah. Well, which one? The one on your license here or the Conway road? The one on my license. The one on your license. Okay. Because they don't forward DL information. That's why. How long has it been since you lived in Conway? Only a couple months. A couple months. Okay. See, you just moved back here. Okay. And what do you have there? You were trying to show me something else. What's this? This is the paper. I did. Okay. This shows you live in CMI. the paperwork that you filled out yesterday. I'm sorry. Well, because you have to have the correct address on your license. That's a civil infraction. The Cassini one, the one on my ID. Okay. Well, why would you write incorrect information? I didn't write incorrect. I'll be right back. Jasmine claims to have had her license reinstated the previous day at the officer's computer states otherwise. And she already has four previous suspensions on her record. As Jasmine continues to argue, the officer goes back to his vehicle to inspect the paperwork more closely. But when Jasmine gets tired of waiting, she exits the vehicle and approaches the officer. Have a seat at your car. Have a seat at your car when I'm done. Ma'am, I don't care. You have to have a seat in the car. Okay, listen to me. You don't have the right to get out. I have the right to. Bro, that's one thing about be bro. Like if you are already riding like not cool because what I'm thinking would happen, she probably like paid a ticket off because when for your license to get suspended, it's like whenever you have a certain amount of tickets and I think whenever you have to go like renew your license and they suspend it because you have tickets that you have to pay for so you can't even renew it. I I think that's how it works. I'm not 100% sure but it's like you have to pay off all your tickets and I think she didn't pay off all her tickets. Even if she did, she still has to go to the DMV and either Yeah. get a new license or what is it? Or it depends how long it is, too, cuz then you either have to take the test and drive it test and all she did is pay it. So, I mean, it's it's her fault, bro. Like, you can't get mad at the officer, honestly. You cuz honestly, he he could just go he honestly he would just give her a ticket cuz I mean, it's just suspended. It's not like it's revoked and some cops are really cool with it. They just give you a ticket and you just deal with it then. But she going to [ __ ] around, get told. She keep acting like this. Do whatever I want. If I can get out of my car, I can get out of my car. You cannot tell me I cannot get out of my car. Yes, I can. How can you not? You're not my boss. You're not my daddy. You don't There's a Supreme Court ruling that says you need to get back in your car. Now get back in your car. Let me see the paper. And I already know, bro. Once she don't listen, she start doing some dumb [ __ ] and then he puts on the ground, she going to start crying. Google it. Get back in your car. I'm not googling. Okay, ma'am. You're losing your car today. I'm impounding the car. Oh, well, I see. If you would have been nice, maybe he wouldn't have did it because in some cases they I mean, I know some states and um towns are different, whatever, but it's really the officer's decision. And this doesn't help you at all. I'm taking your license, Aaron. I'm taking your tag. How are you? So, if you want to call somebody to come get you, that's the best thing. I'm here by myself and Well, I apologize. Your license is suspended four times. You have an FR suspension and you have not cleared everything up. I just I showed you the Everything is not cleared up. What do you mean? Then why didn't you tell me that? I asked her any other problem. She didn't say nothing. Well, I'm telling you what there is. I will give you all the court. I will give you all the information. Your car is getting impounded. What do you mean by that? It's going to go to the record yard. It's going to go to police impound until you get a valid license. So you physically go down to the DL office and reinstate your license. You owe money because you're not allowed to drive. I cannot let you get in a car and drive again. Went to the courthouse and she said there's no I'm just telling you what's going on. Well, you can take it up with the clerk. Hey, Ron. Come on over. Ma'am, I can't I can't help it if she doesn't do her job. I can't help that. [Music] Do you not understand what I'm telling you? I have two school kids. Go stand by your car and then you're going to talk. Go stand by your car. Go stand by your car. I paid over to the car. You're this close to going to jail. Don't give a [ __ ] Okay. Trying to take You're this close to go to jail. Go have a seat by your car. Jasmine continues to argue and as backup arrives, she gets back into her vehicle and makes a brief attempt to flee. Don't let her go. Get out of the car now. What is your problem? Get out of the car. Turn around. Pajamas in the back. What is your problem? Get out of the car. What is your problem? What is your problem? Relax. Relax. You are hurting me. You're relaxing me. And that's what I mean, bro. They want to start crying. Like, bro, people are so stupid, bro. Like, I swear. Like, you know, I get it. It's a lot of cops that are like [ __ ] and stuff and everything and those are the ones that, you know, we don't like, but you got so many damn stupid people that's just like just choose to be stupid every single day. Like if you would have just like just like officer wasn't even being a dick. So, if you would have just been calm, he lowkey could have just let you go on cuz they do let you have that pass sometimes, but usually it's usually on some you got to go straight home and don't drive again. And obviously she knows that she didn't even like get her license because even when you like I said you go to the car pay it off. You still got to go to the DMV. Broing me. Get off of me. [Music] Get off of me. I'll get out of my hand. You [ __ ] Get off of me. Don't you get off of me. Go to the ground. No, I don't want to go to the ground. I have to go get my [ __ ] No, you are not putting these on me. What are you doing? All right. He He ain't had to do that. Like he he ain't had to do that like that. He He I mean, is he like trying to get her ner because I know he ain't trying to choke her. I think he's trying to like get her nerve like you know like her nerve back there or something because I don't think he trying to choke her, bro. But he he had to do that, bro. Bro, I I can't like I know he ain't trying to choke her. I think he I don't know. Like I don't know. I He I don't think he had to do that. Roll it over. Stop resisting. Stop. Get off of me, please. [Applause] Get off of me, please. I'm only 13 lbs. My arm. What you did to my hand? Stand up. You [ __ ] [ __ ] What the [ __ ] Oh my god. What did I get my What is wrong with you? Look at my hair. I didn't do nothing to you. What the [ __ ] You can't take off on a traffic stop. It's all on video. I was at the wall. Get in. You're such a dick. Yeah. 1849. I ain't going to laugh. That's funny. So he sent that door in her face. He Yeah, he he had a long day. Show the black female 105. Yeah. All right. Thank you. Yes, sir. No, you have all units being cancelled. We appreciate it. Thank you. Huh? I got I got one. Yeah. on a back. Can you take this handcuff? Nope. You're going to jail, ma'am. I didn't do nothing wrong. Well, unfortunately, when you fled from the shop, you did something wrong. When you didn't listen, you did something wrong. I was So now now And then when you when you punched me when you punched me on the ground. Yep. You swung and hit me. Now it's bad. Really? It's a lie. It's all on video. I don't know how to throw a ball. Okay. It's all on video. I don't know how to throw a ball. Ma'am, no. Ma'am, it's all on video. Bro, you know she lying talking about I don't know how to throw a punch. You for you. Come on, man. You should have just took the L as it was and went on about your day. But she wanted to be like she could have been anything she wanted to choose to be this that day and she chose to be stupid. What's that saying? They say um what was that saying that people always say? Uh if you do stupid [ __ ] you win stupid. No, something you win you win. I forgot how that saying go. It's like you do stupid [ __ ] you win stupid prizes or something like that. That's basically what she did. You all right? How you? Yep. You want to start am I able to call my mom? No, you can call You can call your mom after you get booked into the jail. 24 hours at man. She would have just listened. She could have called her mom to come pick her up, but she wanted to be stupid. Why would I arrest you? Yeah. Uh because you ran from the traffic stop. I didn't ran from the traffic stop. I was at the red light. The lights turn green over at the world. Got out the car. I was at the courthouse. Did you not just drive off yesterday? Did you not just drive off? No. Yes, I went to the courthouse. Why can't I go? I want because with the traffic stop wasn't done and I told you that. Yeah, but I need to go to Portland. It doesn't matter. You don't have the right to leave. You don't. You don't have the right to leave. I don't need to understand. And they tell you you're bicycle. Why not get arrested? I don't know. That's between you and them. Well, unfortunately, you'll go to jail today. She lied. Unfortunately, you go to jail today. You'll get booked in. Okay. So, when are you taking me there? When I'm ready. It's my time. I will get done and we will head that way. So, inconsiderate. You hurt me. I'm bleeding. You hurt my bow and my legs. And you said I punched you. I can't even throw a punch. I've never even like fought like that before. What are you talking about? You said complete. You're probably telling me 30 lb girl was being threw a punch where both of her hands behind her back. That's a lie. Yeah, we're good. We're good. No, we're not. Just one just one on a traffic stop and she didn't believe her stuff was suspended. No, I believe you. Then she decided to jump when when her car was getting ready to get impounded. She lied. She jumped in the car and took off. Oh, that's right. So Ron was able to get here. I was able to get there. And then of course, yeah, she wanted to fight and not go to jail. I cannot fight. I don't know how to fight. I'm only 130 lbs. I'm small. Can I fight? So, it was a good day, I guess. Yeah. Who are you? Nobody got hurt. No one. I'm hurt. I'ming hurt. I'm bleeding in my head. You can't give her a SC51. We can respond to people. Man, if it's a DNR, please. Nope. You can't leave. We're going to the jail. Then, let's go. What are you waiting for? We got to wait on hot tow truck and everything. I still got a stuff to do. As Jasmine is driven to jail, she continues to plead her case from the back seat. In my head, how much do you weigh compared to how much I weigh? Doesn't make any sense. You say I throw a punch for what? To make you feel better. I did not throw no punch. How can I throw a punch? Want to go to the courthouse to find out why this lady wishing you I would get in this predicament. This doesn't make any sense. I did my part within the poor house of what's going on with my lady and she lied to me. So my card I cannot afford to get that out.
