You seen us come through the bank. You stopped your car. Yeah, man. You drove all the way over here, drove back up just to try to profile us, bro. That's what you just did, bro. Thought you want to see your ID. I just get off of work. You don't see my hands. I'm dirty, bro. I'm trying to go get some food. I'm trying to get my order. Give me your ID. >> Something to You said you seen me walking through the lobby of a business. Did nobody did nobody from that business call you anything. I was just cutting through. You don't have to get a call. So, you just going to harass me, bro? You said you seen us go through that parking lot right there, brother. >> No, I said I saw you cross the road. >> You said you seen us at the bank right there. So that made you turn around cuz it was a private business. You passed the light. You seen us at the bank. You turned in this in this complex over here. You turned back down. You busted the union and you sat there and watched us. But you watched us the whole time. I ain't got time to be tussling with you, harassing with you. None of that. I just got off of work. I don't want no problems. I just want to go. >> I'm not trying to give you any problems. I just need to see your ID. What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And today's video is from the Hendersonville Police Department over there in Tennessee where you had this Henville Police officer stop this guy all because he saw them cross a bank's parking lot. You already know when a officer wants that ID, they go nickpick at anything you do and he saw this guy cross the street. He said, "Yeah, I'm going to get him for jaywalking." It's just kind of crazy whenever officers are like trying to profile you, they nitpick at the smallest things, they never give you a warning for it. They just want to get your ID. And this is a clear definition of that. I'm going to watch and give my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Brother, look at this. Look at this, brother. Look at this, brother. >> You see, you seen us come through the bank. You seen us come through the bank. You stopped your car. You walked all the way over here. Yeah, man. You drove all the way over here, drove back up just to try to profile us, bro. That's what you just did, bro. Hey, you just talk about you want to see your ID, >> bro. I just got off of work. You don't see my hands? I'm dirty, bro. >> I'm trying to go get some food. I'm talking my order. >> If you don't give me your ID, >> I'm not trying to arrest you on JW, >> brother. What? Okay, let me ask you this. What did you just see me doing? >> JW, >> what did you say you see me doing before? You said you seen me walking through the lobby of a business. Did nobody did nobody from that business call you or anything? I was just cutting through. You don't have to get a call, >> right? >> So, you just going to harass me, bro? Like, you you see us walking, you going to harass a law violation? >> All right. Well, I need to talk to him cuz baby, he knows what's going on. >> You need to talk to who? >> Him? >> What do you need to talk to him about? >> Well, super. Hey, sir. You want him to explain you? >> Listen, sir. This this what's going on, man. He said he seen me walk through that business bank and we walking to go get our food from from an order that we got from over here that they owe me yesterday after I got off of work. He told me he want to see my ID and I have to give it to him. After he sat up there and profiled us while we was walking past the bank, we was walking past the bank. >> What happens? What happens when you're minding your business and a police officer bustes a whole U-turn in the UI and asks you for your ID? >> I can't speak as you observed. >> Okay. Can y'all get a supervisor for us? Cuz we need safety, brother. >> What do you We need safety. >> I need safety from being harassed. >> You're not being harassed. >> I'm being harassed. I just want to see your ID and then you're good to go. >> Why do you want to see my ID? >> Because I saw you commit a law violation. So I I need to see >> No, dude. Off the rip. You said you seen us go through that parking lot right there, brother. >> No, I said I saw you cross the road. >> You said you seen us at the bank right there. So that made you turn around cuz it was a private business. That's what you just said. And you don't need permission from a private business to um to investigate. That's what you just said. >> So you keep bringing up that, right? Talk about >> Let's do it in the order that it was made. Man, you seen us. You seen you passed the light. You seen us at the bank. You turned in this in this complex over here. You turned back down. You busted you and you sat there and watched us. But you watched us the whole time from the light when you seen two black men, one with a mask like you just said. Right or wrong? Okay. Come on, brother. I ain't got time to be trusting with you, harassing with you, none of that. I'm a good I'm a lawy citizen, man. I just got off of work. I don't want no problems, man. I just want to go. >> I'm not trying to give you any problems. I just need to see your ID. >> For what? >> This officer trying to get a snack of that ID. >> Problems. I just need to see your ID. >> For what? What is your reason? >> For Jaywalk, >> brother. Did you listen to a misdemeanor law violation? >> You did. What did you do? You committed a violation of my rights by profiling at >> I didn't violate your rights. I made a law profile me at the bank. >> Profile. You can listen to me. You can think I profiled you all you want. That doesn't mean I What do you brother? Huh? Brother, ho, brother. This what you want. I ain't got my [ __ ] ID. Goddamn. My ID's at the house. >> Okay, you can give me your information there. That's what I'm not trying to hold you up. >> You are, man. I'm I'm gonna tell you this, man. This is sad, dog. >> I don't owe you anything. You don't owe me anything to to see me walking and profile me and try to catch me doing something like Jay Walk. >> Jonathan, your name's Jonathan. >> Anderson, you >> brother. We just walking to the stove. We just walking to get our food, man. >> Why you here at Sonic? They owe us a meal. >> What's going on with that though? >> Huh? >> You said you you paid for a meal yesterday, >> man. I paid for a meal yesterday, man. And and they got it wrong. So I said, "Hey, all right. This morning when I get off of work, I'll be at work from 5 to 5." I said, "When I get off work, I'mma walk to get my food with my brother." I get over here, he's walking by the bank. He's saying that I did this and that. He's saying because we walked by this bank that we was he was already he was already profiling us. >> I can't like I said I can't speak. >> But you just heard what he said. >> Yeah. But he also said you guys had jaywalked across >> jaywalk. He was profiling us before he even seen a jaywalk. He busted a UI right here. He watching us walk. He busted a UI. He said, "Ooh, two black males." He look over. Ooh yeah. Let me go ahead and see what's going on with them. That's what he just did. That's bogus, bro. And who is that by the car? >> She's just she's a uh >> she a what? >> She's a recovery responder. She helps out with like mental health crisises. >> So, she ain't even a police officer. >> She's just she works with us. >> All right, Mr. Anderson, y'all are good to go. What's your name? Jay Walker. >> What's your name? >> My name is Jay Davis. >> What is your badge number? >> 622. What gives you the right to sit at a green light, see two black men, and do a bust a U-turn in this parking lot? What gives you the right to do that? >> Have a good day. >> You did not You did not see that, bro? >> Your ass going on. You going on live, dog. You You in trouble, dog. >> Hey, sir. You too. What's your name? >> Officer. >> What's your name? >> And what's your badge number? >> 674. >> 674. Officer Right. Yep. >> Y'all in trouble, dog. >> Okay. Have a good day. >> You just profiled me, brother. >> Have a good day. JW, >> I don't know what you on, dog. You in trouble, dog. >> You in trouble. Quit profiling. Quit racially profiling. Quit racially profiling. That's what you need to stop doing. >> Stop racially profiling black people. That's what you need to do. >> Officer got so happy he got that ID, he started being petty towards the end. Because in the beginning when he even mentioned about you over here saying that we walked through this bank, this officer said, "Yeah." But whenever that other officer came, he didn't want to talk about that no more. >> The lobby of a business. Did nobody did nobody from that business call you anything. I was just cutting through. You don't have to get a call, >> right? I need >> No, no, dude. Off the rip. You said you seen us go through that parking lot like that, brother. >> No, I said I saw you cross the road. >> And this officer is trying his hardest to say that he's not profiling them. >> You have to profile you. You listen to me. You can think I profiled you all you want. That doesn't mean I >> following someone after you see them cross the bank is profiling. And after that officer got a good dose of that ID. He just argue going about your way. Did not give him a warn or anything, but wants to be petty towards the end. >> Mr. Anderson, y'all are good to go. >> What's your name? I don't know what you on, dog. You in trouble, dog. >> You in trouble. Quit profiling. Quit. >> He got that good dose of that ID. Now he don't know how to act. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about this Hendersonville police officer for stopping these guys all because of he saw them cross the bank. You already know this officer had to nickpick as something to get their ID because he when he was telling this officer like first you said that we crossed this bank. This officer said, "Yeah, but that's not the reason." Then whenever the other officer came for some reason, he didn't want to talk about that no more. Say, "No, I didn't say that. I was saying this and then like I said earlier whenever they stop you for these petty ass things just to try to get your ID. They never want to ride a war or anything. You having this officer not ride no type of paperwork. They just say, "Oh, have a nice day. I got your name and everything. I got what I needed." And just another example, officers can see you minding your own business. They just be like, "You know what? I want to ruin their day. Let me try to get their ID." That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
