Mr Mason yeah this the chief Deputy
Chief Deputy of Miami County wants to
talk to you sorry about
that bed
yet go by Brian is okay to call you
Brian yes St
Lord me you you
good
than wake up a little bit yeah just a
little I'm sorry it's okay get your your
bearings about you a little bit lights
are bright and I haven't been I haven't
been um I haven't had any rest for
almost 24 hours now okay well uh you
know we we found
her and uh I was out there and give you
a little backgr about me uh I'm the
chief Deputy but I spent 20 years in the
detective section and then what I kind
of specialized in was cold cases so I
worked a lot of homicide some of those
stretching back in the 70s so um like I
said you know this this isn't first time
I've been through this but obviously and
you know we've looked a little bit at
your background and this isn't you know
something that you haven't led a life
crime at all you know so um what I think
you know you got yourself in a little
bit of a hole here and what I always
tell people is you know um if you truly
want to do yourself some good you got to
put down the shovel okay so speak you
can't keep digging this hole so you know
cooperation basically ends up looking a
lot like kind of getting the girl
pregnant
