Deputy Smith, with the Sheriff's Department. Stopped your vehicle for the exhaust and then the cockpit center brake light. >> We bought We bought it just like this. This is the first time we've ever been stopped. >> Yeah. For that noise. >> As far as uh where are we going today? Walmart? >> Walmart. >> And why did we stop at McDonald's? >> I had to pee. >> I had to pee. Okay. So, we didn't do that at Walmart or at the hotel that we left. >> Behind them. They turned left turned into McDonald's as soon as they saw me. They hung out there. I did a lap around the block and then they left. They're saying they went in there to pee. She's also got like weed stickers on the bumper. >> You guys were at >> They didn't last at McDonald's. >> Yes, we stopped at McDonald's to [ __ ] >> Yeah, so you went in there to dump something, right? You got weed stickers all over the bumper. You guys are hiding from me at McDonald's. >> So, do you really think we're drug trafficking? >> I don't take those tests. >> You don't? >> No. >> I invoke my fifth amendment right. >> Sir, put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> Who are you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is, actually. >> Get off the road. Let's un-violate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Gang back here with another video and another reaction. Sorry, y'all. I had to take a little break. Doing this stuff does get a little bit overwhelming, so I had to take a break, get my mind right. Now, I'm back bringing y'all the newest videos and the craziest cop interactions y'all will see. And in today's video, it's from the Village of Allouez Sheriff's Department over there in Wisconsin where you have the Sheriff Officer, Officer Craig Smith, pull these people over and he was saying, "Oh, you know, y'all turned into that McDonald's. Y'all trying to get away from me." And then his deputy wants to say, "Oh, you know, you got a weed sticker in the back of your car." Search their car all because they had a weed sticker in the back of their car. I'mma watch it, get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> Deputy Smith, with the Sheriff's Department. Stopped your vehicle for the exhaust and then the cockpit center brake light. The top center brake light. Yeah, you got two brake lights. You got one on the left here, one on the right, and there's one on the top, too. That's your headlight? I mean, look at every car going by. They all got one. You got a driver's license? >> No. >> It's It's a stopping light by statute, but it's essentially, you know, when you put your foot on the brake, the light that comes on. >> Yeah. >> You got a driver's license, too, boss? >> Nope. >> What's your name? >> My name is Jacob. >> So, you guys married? >> Yep. I don't need a driver's license. >> You don't need one. Just asking. >> Oh, okay. >> Most people got one. That's just the easiest way to ask for it. >> Oh, yeah. No, I don't No, I don't have one. >> Uh you got insurance on the car? >> Not yet. >> Nope, not yet. We We're We're in the mix of getting one. >> Okay. >> This Friday. Oh, this is this Friday. >> What's this Friday? >> Payday. Payday. Oh, my my payday. >> I got you. Have you been stopped recently, Chris? Sherice? Is that how you say that? >> Yeah, Sherice. >> Have you been stopped recently? >> No. >> Okay. And then, uh as far as the exhaust, what's up with that? >> This is the way we got the car. We've had this thing for Three years now. >> Got to Got to like that. >> bought it just like this. This is the first time we've ever been stopped for that noise. >> And then, as far as uh where where we going today? >> Walmart. >> Walmart. Okay. And where are you coming from? >> Uh the place that you see the water, the the hotel. >> Right. And why did we stop at McDonald's? >> I had to pee. >> You had to pee. Okay. So, we couldn't do that at Walmart or at the hotel that we left. >> He ran out and he ran out the he ran out the house real quick. He said she had to pee. The closest one. She's diabetic. You're not supposed to hold pee in when you're diabetic, so >> Okay. Instead of driving 15 minutes to Walmart, he pulled into McDonald's to pee. Just I got you. Anything in the vehicle that's illegal? Okay. Any weapons? Okay. Any any drugs? Anything like that? All right. Were you wearing seat belts when when I stopped you? >> No. I I I wasn't. >> Okay. Teresa, were you? Okay. I got you. You guys stay in the vehicle for me. I'll be back with you in a minute, all right? >> All right. >> Thanks. >> Let this be a reminder to not talk to them. All they're trying to do is just get evidence against you by having a small talk, and that's exactly what this deputy is doing. >> Some suspicious stuff. They came out of uh St. Joseph. Uh I followed a little bit behind them. They turned left turned into McDonald's as soon as they saw me. I hung out there. I did a lap around the block and then they left. Uh they didn't get any McDonald's. They're saying they went in there to pee, but they just left. They just left Hawthorne. And they're going to Walmart, so it's not like they're going for a long ride. Uh she's also got like weed stickers on the bumper. And he's sweating like crazy. He's getting a little irritated now. So that's probably what we got. So nothing no probable cause or anything, so I'm going to pull her out. Uh probably both of them out cuz he's getting irritated. See if he'll give us consent. >> What do you want me to >> Uh you deal with the driver right now cuz he's getting irritated. I'm going to pull her out. We'll do a Let's do the recording this time. >> You got a good day. I'll talk to the driver. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> We'll take him out first. Hey buddy, you want to step out? >> Can I ask for what? >> That's all. We just want to chat. >> For what? We could chat right here. >> You want to step out for me? >> What? Why? Why am I Why? Why do I need to step out? Cuz you pulled me You pulled me over for a tail light? >> Right. >> And noise. Why do I need to step out the car? >> Right, cuz I I just want to check my man. >> No, no, no. We could chat right here. This is what I don't understand. Yeah, why do you need to chat with me? Am I in trouble? Did I do something wrong? >> Uh I don't know yet, man. You weren't wearing your seatbelt for one. >> Okay, well that's a ticket. >> Okay. >> So why do we got to talk about me stepping out of my car? >> Okay. Cuz we have every right to ask people to step out on every traffic stop. >> Okay, well I can refuse to. Cuz I didn't do nothing wrong besides a ticket. It's a ticket, right? Just for a seatbelt, it's a ticket, right? >> Okay. Yeah. >> Okay, well then >> Well, if we feel for whatever reason, man, you were just reaching around doing all kinds of stuff. You were wiggling around reaching >> and I picked them up. Okay. >> Okay. >> And then I dropped my phone. >> Okay. >> And I reached right here to pick it up because I was wondering >> reaching, my man. >> Okay, cool. I was reaching then. I'm sorry. >> You want to step out for me? >> Once again, why though? >> You want to at least identify yourself for me? >> What? >> You want to at least identify yourself for me? >> I did already. I said my name is Jacob and then you said am I married to her? >> Yeah, what's your date of birth though? >> 6 >> Regular way? Is that your legal name, boss? >> Yes, it is my legal name. >> Okay. How is it spelled? J A C O B? >> That is correct. >> All right. And why won't you step out with us today? >> Because I don't need to. For a ticket, I don't need to. I mean, unless you think I did something else. Do you think I did something else? >> It's for our safety, my man. I don't know if you did anything else yet. >> You pulled me over for a tail light or a light and what else? And the noise in your muffler. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> I told you the seatbelt, the insurance. >> Okay. Well, now that she You >> were evading us at McDonald's. >> Yes, we stopped at McDonald's. >> Right, for no reason. >> If you could go in if you go in the camera >> Here's the deal. >> She went in the bathroom. >> Okay. You know, she went in there to dump something, right? >> No. She went in there to take a piss. >> Come on, man. You got weed stickers all over the bumper. You guys are hiding from me at McDonald's. >> So, do you really think we're drug trafficking? Do you think she walked into McDonald's? Can I Can you call a supervisor, please? >> Now you This is why you don't talk to them. He's telling them, "Oh yeah, we went to McDonald's to use the restroom." This officer is thinking, "Oh yeah, they must have went there to dump off some drugs." >> So, do you really think we're drug trafficking? Do you think she walked into McDonald's? Can I Can you call a supervisor, please? Now you're Now you're disrespectful. Call your Please call your supervisor. >> [ __ ] ask for a supervisor. >> Do you want to step out for us? >> No. >> Honey? >> I'm not moving a muscle. >> Here's the deal, boss. She's in violation of a >> Okay. >> She has to step out of everything we talked about. >> What is she in violation of? >> All the traffic violations. That doesn't matter. >> What No, no, it does matter. Because I didn't break a Okay, mine's just a ticket. Okay, mine's a ticket. Why can't you just write me a ticket and send me on my way? >> You know what's You know what's not a ticket? >> What is? >> Is obstruction. >> I'm not obstructing you. >> Yeah, if you don't get out of the car, it's it's considered obstruction. >> How is that? >> Because we have the legal authority to get you out of the car. >> Arrest me then. It's destruction. >> Okay, then step out of the car. >> Am I under arrest then? Am I under arrest then? If I step out of this car, am I under arrest? >> out and comply. >> Am I under arrest if I step out of this car? >> deal, if you're going to step out and comply or not. Is there anything we can say to get you to step out, my man? >> No. No. There's nothing you can say cuz I feel like I didn't do nothing wrong besides a ticket. >> All right, step out of the bus. Hold on. >> Will you really seriously you're going to open my door? >> Yes, sir. >> You cannot do that. You know what? I'm just I'm going to step out. >> That >> Hey, no. Excuse me? You're going to advise me, too? Like is that a threat? Is that a threat? Cuz I take that as a threat. >> He's under arrest, right? >> Yep. >> Okay, you're under arrest at this point. >> Don't reach. I'm I'm taking off my I'm taking off my seat belt. I'm taking off my seat belt. >> already off, so what are you reaching for? >> I'm sitting on my seat belt. >> Go ahead. >> Okay, slowly. Watch. >> I'm watching, that's for sure. >> See? See what I was reaching for? I'm trying to get it off. >> That's funny. >> So now I'm under arrest? >> Yeah, I'll get your wallet out of your back. >> Can you have my wife's her phone, please? I'm not resisting. Can you have my wife's her phone, please? >> We'll get it. >> Now, can I ask what I'm under arrest for? >> Obstruction. >> Okay, obstruction of what? >> My traffic stop. >> I wasn't obstructing your traffic stop. You told me to step out for no reason. >> Come on, let's walk to the back of the car. >> Let's go. Let's go. Honey, grab your phone. Hey, no. Hey, grab your phone. Hey, stop touching my wife's phone, homie. >> Ready. Relax. >> that's what I honestly when a cop tells you to get out the car, just get out. They were definitely trying to find a reason to get physical with you. Hey, grab your phone. Hey, no, hey, grab your phone. Hey, stop touching my wife's phone, homie. >> Ready. Relax. You're tensing up, bro. You're tensing up screaming. Stand by. Honey, take your phone. It's not evidence. I thought it was your phone, boss. >> Nope, it's hers. >> Put that down for me. >> So, you can't take her phone. >> I'll take it. I'll just hold them. It's my key. >> I ain't going nowhere, man. Anybody else want to >> All right, Therese. What's going on today? >> Nothing. >> Nothing? >> We're trying to go to Walmart. >> Okay. Why did we stop at McDonald's? >> Like I was explaining to the officer, I have a leaky bladder. Sometimes, I don't know when I have to go until it's like I really have to go. >> Right. >> So, I hurried up and ran into McDonald's. >> Okay. So, can we go and check the car out? >> Um, do whatever you like? >> Okay. Perfect. >> Another mistake. Do not let them just search your car. You better let them get that dog. >> pat it down? >> What? >> What you say? >> I said I'll I'll hang out with her. >> All right. Can you pat it down? >> I can pat it down here. >> Okay. Can we check for weapons? Is it okay if we check your pockets? Thank you. I'm not putting handcuffs on you. I'm just holding your hand. >> Okay. >> Anything on you? >> No. >> I appreciate you cooperating with us, okay? >> Okay. >> [music] >> This is a >> Yeah, these are THC carts. >> This here is what you the bottom of it. >> And it takes five seconds to load. >> Right? >> Yeah, you stick the cartridge in there, right? >> Yeah, you just squeeze out of it. >> I was just reaching around in there to see what I had. [ __ ] up pretty good. >> I didn't see it. >> I mean it's empty but it smells like weed. >> Yeah. >> What are you trying to do? >> No. Yeah. >> What's this big thing here? >> It's like an air filter. A moisture filter or whatever. >> Was there anything else over there? >> That's all I got. I don't have any other stuff. It's stuck in there pretty good. >> Yeah. Who's aspect figured out later. Is that what we're doing? How do you know I can get that out of there? >> What is it? >> Looks like a cart. >> Where did you find it? >> Uh passenger side. >> I don't know what that is. >> Okay. Do you know who all the Who's all the THC vapes are? >> I do they're >> Okay. So they're not yours and not his. That's your story? Okay. >> No. >> They're not yours, though. >> No, they're not. >> So did somebody get in your car and stuck those in there? >> Uh we were up in Michigan over the weekend visiting family. >> I >> They really cleaning the streets, getting rid of that THC. >> And in Michigan over the weekend visiting family. >> I got you. >> I had people in the car. >> Okay. In your car. So it wasn't his, though? >> Not that I'm aware of. What was he doing up behind my van? >> It's either him or it's you. You know what I mean? >> Not me. >> Okay. >> No, I just trashed this out. And just some pure seeds and some carts and stuff. And it's perfect now. I have to get rid. What the [ __ ] he said, "No." He just said he was getting really [ __ ] hot in there. He was sweating. Um so Paul was going to turn up the AC and roll the window down. Perfect. He just said we He was apologetic and said that he shouldn't have been an [ __ ] and should have just listened and things would have probably gone better. Yeah. But >> All right. >> Well, the the weed in the The weed was under his seat. And the the big one at least. That was full. So and he was sticking around or reaching under his seat when they were standing back here. Who would do that? >> have permission? >> I haven't ran I just ran them over the air. I haven't looked. I I know if they got to return to me cuz we were dealing with him when they were trying to call me. So, give me a couple minutes to figure all that out. >> Yeah, I was curious what's going on. >> Yeah, I said I didn't I don't know. I didn't I didn't talk to you. Is he cool with you now? >> Yeah, he's cool. >> Okay. >> He came came down and was apologetic he stole his wallet while sleeping, but who does really? >> All right. Well, I appreciate you. Sounds good. Cooling off back there, bro? >> Can I ask you Can I ask you a question? >> Of course. Who are you talking to, me or him? >> Who's ever arresting me, you. It'd be you, sir. >> What's up, my man? >> What are my charges? >> We'll talk about everything here. >> What else? Sir. >> We'll talk about everything here. Just give me a minute, all right, boss? >> I can't hear you. What? >> Give me a minute. I got a couple things to finish up, then I'll explain everything to you, okay? All right, freeze. He's getting released today, okay? He's getting a warning and tickets, so. All right, I'm giving you a warning for the exhaust, warning for the stop lights, and then you're getting some tickets. The ones that have him to fail to have him seatbelted, $10, okay? And then the other one is for the insurance. >> Okay. >> And that was me cutting you guys a break cuz that was before he started arguing and everything, okay? I wasn't going to cut you a whole bunch of money in tickets if you all just would have complied. >> I understand that. >> I know. I'm just we're having a chat cuz uh you know, it's your car, your husband, right? Does that kind of make sense? I didn't want to cut you a whole bunch of money in tickets. Now he's going to get a bunch of money in tickets. Cuz I know you I want you guys to get ahead, you know what I mean? >> We're trying. >> But we can't work with you if that's how he's going to act. >> Right. And unfortunately, I can't control how he acts. >> Yeah, I got you. I got you. I got you. >> You're lucky he gets mad at me and I get yelled at. >> So, we'll do our best, though. >> So. >> I'm going to release him. I'll bring him back up. We'll take him out of cuffs, and uh that's his anyway, okay? >> All right, thank you. >> Yep. You going to comply when we take your handcuffs off? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> You pop on up on me, man? I'm not I'm not >> I know. I just got to catch that. Can't have you falling or anything, you know? >> Do you do the whole chest piece up here? >> Uh up until right where my [ __ ] patch is at. >> You know how much that cost me? >> A balloon. >> Everybody and then top of left hand. >> All right. Left hand top of head. >> Keep it there for me. >> Yeah. >> Come on, man. Bro. >> How in the world did you guys get that stuff in there? Cuz once they kill the mail, >> M&M's. >> I used to have my girl open the bag, stick a couple balloons in there, seal it in. There you go, babe. Who says? >> Yeah. >> Hey. >> But actually I just keep playing with it. >> Just >> I did. >> I don't know how many cards I paid off. >> That's all we got for you right now. >> All right. We'll go through these, okay? This one's going to be for possession of marijuana for the THC that was in the car. Go to the next one for me. >> Next. >> That's for the drug paraphernalia. So that's going to be the vapes and the the packaging. >> Yep. >> And then this one here is going to be for the resisting and obstructing that we talked about, okay? >> Restricting or obstructing? >> Yep. What is this for? For the top left. Citation on the top right now. >> You can sign it up, man. >> Yep. You too. Go to the corner, all right? >> Now, I'm going to change how I do my videos a little bit. Yes, I'm going to still talk about how the officer was being and how he was being wrong, but I'm also going to talk about the people that got pulled over. For example, with this situation, you don't have to say anything to them, especially as a passenger. And that's one thing that this guy kind of messed up on. He did not have to answer those questions. >> And then as far as where we going today? >> Walmart. >> Walmart? Okay, and where are you coming from? >> Uh the place that you see the patrol car >> Okay. >> the motel. >> Right. And why did we stop at McDonald's? >> I had to >> And the reason you don't say anything, this deputy wants to say, "Oh, did you go into Walmart to dump off some drugs?" >> You went in there to dump something, right? >> No. She went in there took a piss. >> Come on, man. You got weed stickers all over the bumper. You guys are hiding from me at McDonald's. >> So, do you really think we're drug trafficking? Do you think >> fact that this deputy said, "Oh, you got weed stickers." What what does that have to do with anything? And another thing where I feel like they messed up on, they have any deputies just let them search the car. Like this deputy wants to say, "Oh, you mind if we search your car?" She's like, "Do whatever." Hell no, you better get that drug dog. >> Go ahead and check the car out. >> I don't care. Do whatever you like. >> Okay. Perfect. >> Perfect, we get to do some fishing. But that's my take on it though, let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about these Alloway Sheriff Deputies for pulling this couple over all because they pulled into Walmart. You have this deputy saying, "Oh no, y'all went into Walmart cuz y'all trying to hide from me. Oh, did you go in there to dump something?" But that's why I'm saying you don't have to answer their questions because all they trying to do is just put in their head what illegal things you're doing. In reality, you could have just been minding your own business. And that's why I said, "License and registration here. Oh, you want me to get up? Okay, I'll do that stuff for you. One thing I'm not going to do is give you a conversation because I already know y'all planning against me. That's my take on it though, let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music]
