trespassed this dude on a public beach when literally the day before like like yesterday um another group of officers came and they literally told um I believe it was the same dude the same manager where this guy can like he could be on the beach but he just can't sit in the chairs or something just for the next day these officers to come and trespass him and that if he even steps on this beach beach you can't sit in uh seats that belongs to them and you can't go past what what we would call the white decorative and then the brick yes sir seaw wall and stuff okay the other thing let meish told him that he could be on this beach as public but he can't like sit on the chairs because it belongs to them or go past the seaw wall which I mean yeah like okay but they going they gonna come right back and say oh yeah we're going to trespass you just for standing in the sand when he literally just dealt with this yesterday this just shows how stupid these calls be bro but let's continue back he'll be arrested for trespass after that did you just let him know that uh just let him know that he's being trespass from this particular spot right where my feet are in where the waves are water correct yes this is now the property of the window okay so as the he L said you're out of the water yes but the officer yesterday literally said that you could come on the beach you just can't sit on the chairs and go past the seaw wall now it's oh now if you stand on this sand and you get out the water it's trespass like bro these cops are so stupid like do they not communicate at all about this tide change is there property line changes is that what you're telling me no their property line is the high median line which is right here which you had passed already in my presence okay so you think this is the mean high water line and you think that's their property line correct corre so I'm going to issue a trespass warning you're going to not get a copy of it but it be on file all right and then if you come onto the property then you will be arrested for trespass after warning okay so I'm going to go grab that piece of paper it's nothing personal against you but we are going to investigate this with with internal affairs and the city manager from there and I'll grab your information are you aware the Clear Water B PD came out yesterday said this was public property where you get mail yes you got a good phone number and where were you born I'd rather not say okay do you know your social security number no is there a reason why you're oh definitely documenting everything that happens here on the part of law enforcement and management and ownership of the hotel because I firmly believe and I'm really positive this is public property the officers came out yesterday and they got word from the city planner this Beach's public property and my from the description the city planner gave the cops yesterday my print out from the Property Appraiser's office is an accurate reflection that's the end of that interaction my take on that bro these offic are so stupid because literally like they literally told him the day before that this is public he could be on the beach he just can't sit in the chairs and go past the you know the gate or whatever now it's oh you step on you get out the water we're going to trespass you that's what I'm saying bro do these officers not communicate or know what's going on because you got one officer saying it's public you got another one say he's trespassed and then you got the manager which he was he was literally there the day before like when this happened when the officers came the first time and they told him that's why I'm saying like this dude just drunk bro he he he don't care he he really don't cuz he literally just listen to his officer what the officer was saying so you going to you going to trespass him say this and that and he just says it solicit in a trespass which is illegal and not only that solicit a trespass on on a public beach when they literally already confir confir I can't talk well they already confirmed that is public that is not um private or you know anything what so in that nature and this officer just really just stupid and just pushing a narrative cuz he just don't like that guy and then you had the other officer towards the end where he was telling that guy um is there a reason why you're recording and it's like obviously yes because y'all are obviously ass backwards how the hell you going to say it's public one day and they come back the next day say oh you off the water you on uh you on private property we going to trespass you like that makes no sense this dude just getting messed with for no reason when he just trying to enjoy the beach and just you know like have fun and but I don't know Clear Water cops they definitely got to get they ass together and figure out if this thing is public or not I think I I I'm not a beach person I ain't never you know been in
