[Music] [Music] Yo, what's up YouTube? It's BPcast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from Lakewood, Ohio Police Department. And apparently this dude was like leaving a party, Halloween party, I think, just considering a date. And instead of, you know, obviously what happens after parties, you know, get a little drunk or whatever. And instead of driving home like a irresponsible prick, he decided to take the responsible route and walk home and still got messed with by the cops, bro. But I don't know. I haven't watched the full video. So, I'm going to watch it, get my reaction, let me know what y'all think about it, and let's get into it. Stop for me. All right. Just stop where you're going. Stop where you're going. What's going on? I'm walking home. Well, you're not walking on very straight. Just stop walking. Stop walking. Stop. Stop. What are you What are you holding on to right at? What is that? It's my belt. Okay. Why are you holding on to it like that? Is it falling off some? I just I just don't want it to fall off. Okay. I'm okay. Well, just just leave it. No, you don't seem okay. You're stumbling all around. I'm driving up here and you're stumbling. You can barely even walk straight. No, I promise I'm okay. That's where Yeah. I got a big old You got no gun there or nothing like there. Goofy old. What's in your backpack over there? Don't reach it. No guns in there. Right. Keep your hand. No guns. No guns. All right. I have no weapons. No crack. No meth. No. None of that stuff. None of that stuff. Just alcohol. You like your alcohol? I smoke I I I I smoke weed. I do. Okay. I'm so sorry. That's all right. Go ahead. All right. Why don't we turn Batman around and play a game and put him under arrest? Yeah. term that under arrest. Yeah, you're drunk. Please, can I go home? You call your dad and if he wants to come get you, he can take you home, bro. I feel like since this dude like picked like this is what I'm talking about. Like if he picked the responsible route, okay, I get it. You can't be, you know, obviously like drunk in public. I get that. But if he's not that far from the house, if he's walking home, I feel like they could just take him home. Like they don't even have to like take him to jail. That's just me, man. That's just me. Before one officer makes his exit, he has some parting advice. Next time, maybe your boss should pay the $3 for your Uber ride home. That's fair. I Or y'all could just take the [ __ ] home instead of taking him to jail since we since we going to get smart here. I'm sorry, man. Like that. I don't I don't think I really don't think they should have took him to jail. Like I feel like they really could have just took this dude home at the end of the day cuz it's not like he was doing anything as far as like acting out with other people. He was just minding his business from what we just seen. And so, I mean, personally, I feel like they could just took him home, but let's continue. Appreciate you very much. That's my thought. No, no, that's fair. That's totally fair. Okay. All right. Well, I respect that. All right. Do you know dad's phone number? I do. Okay. Well, we want It's my phone. Can I Can I pull my phone number? We'll get your phone for you. Yeah. Let's go back to the car first. These guys on their Batman belts, they'll make a call for you. Let me see if I put my spotlight up at the sky if we can have him find us. Oh, you can't really see. While the officer works on his Batman signal there, let's check back in on our stumbling suspect. I'm so sorry, man. It's all right. This has a clip, right? It It has a a stupid ass pin on it. My bolts. We're just trying to take that off you. Yeah, that's fairly You hold on. Do it so I can check this real quick. Yeah, go ahead. I'll just get them back. You have anything in your pockets? I do. I I think I have a phone and uh my keys pocket underneath these pants. There is a second Oh, what did I just grab? My headphone. My headphone. That's okay. That headphone is not honestly very relevant. Well, I'm I don't want you to lose it, though. I don't want I don't want you to lose it. I respect you so much. My other Is that Is that the other one? My other headphone is so broken, man. Just relax. Don't reach. I'll get it for you. I have my keys here and I have my I can't reach my phone. I'll get it. I'll get it so we can call your dad. Thank you. You got another pair of pants on underneath here, right? I have a small pair of shorts. And that's where that has It has like nothing in it. Is that where your phone's in? My phone is right here. Is it like a weird Oh, go ahead. I see it now. Right here. Thank you. Where are you walking? I'm walking to Angelos. You guys already there? Yes, we did it. Okay. And the party just ended. It ended at like 2:30. So, what have you been doing for 4 hours? It took it took me a long I don't Bro, obviously these cops ain't never been to a party because if we all know if Come on, man. There's got to be I know at least 10 of y'all that's going to see this video and have got have some good nights getting drunk with the f with the fam friends and yeah, party might end like at 2 3, but we all really chilling like talking till like 4 or 5 a.m. So, man, these officers they they definitely had no fun. They like they definitely party uh party poopers, man. just like why you why you doing out, bro? Come on. Like, I don't know. And I'm still pissed that they can't even take this dude home like instead of taking him to jail. But that's just my opinion. But let's continue. A little drunk. It took me a long I can tell you're a little What are you holding on to right here? Keys right here. Those are my huskies. Huskies? Yes. Yeah. Maybe a little drunk, right? Officers then help the suspect into the patrol car. Let's see what happens next. Okay. All right, let's get you in the car so we're out of the rain. All right, we'll get you out of the rain for a little bit because I feel like you've been walking for a while. All right, what's going to happen? We're going to take you over to the police station. Okay, we're not going to book you in if your dad can come get you. We'll just sit in the car until your dad comes and get you, please. Okay, so that's what's going to happen. Go ahead and take a seat in. Come on. Don't trip on that belt you got. This belt is like 9 ft long. It's part of my Halloween costume. I'm so sorry about this. It It It's all good. Just take a seat in. Just slide on it. This is part of my Halloween costume. Okay. It's It's really long. It's literally way taller than me. I'm 6 feet tall and this stupid belt is like 9 ft long. I I can't do anything about it. I'm so sorry. What's your name, man? Tyler. Tyler. Tyler. All right, Tyler. I ain't going to lie, Tyler. Man, you're way nicer than 50% of of humans in general. Because I'm telling you right now, I would have not been as nice as this dude was. That's why I'm saying that I feel like they I mean, okay, his dad is going to get him at the police station or whatever. So, he's not going to spend the night in jail. Cool. Amazing. And that's probably because how the way he's acting. So, they probably, you know, decided to work with him. But I feel like, man, like they could have just took this dude home, man. Especially if he's not even that far away. Like, why? Like, they man, they just want to get that quote up, man. That's all it is. They just want to get that quote. You're going to be calling my dad who is Daniel Binder. Daniel. All right. What's his phone number? As dad under my under my phone. Do you know his number by heart? I do not. It I know my brother's phone number by heart. Okay. Hold on. It is 209. Is your brother home? Yes. Is he sober? Yes. How old's your brother? He's my older brother. He's 27. Where's he live? He's at my house right now. Who would you want to come pick you up? My brother. You want your brother to come get you? What's your brother's phone number? Look what you mean. His baby mama just his phone number up. Can I please see my phone for one second? It's just that my baby mama's that my that my brother's baby mama has been causing him so many problems. All right. Yeah, that's it. I'll hold it for you so you don't drop it. Okay. Thank you. I appreciate you so much. up. After discussing some baby mama drama, things take an emotional turn for our Batman Boozer, who's identified as a festive man named Tyler. So, our officers make a joint decision. All right, Tyler. Hey, Tyler. Hey, what you upset about? Look, it's a it's a misdemeanor ticket. It's a minor misdemeanor. It's not on your record. You just got to pay a fine, okay? Your brother's on his on his way, so you don't even have to go into the jail. You won't leave his car until you get in your brother's car. Sound good? I appreciate you. Hey, look at me. I appreciate you so much, man. Yeah, I don't want to see anything happen to you walking out here in the streets. All right. Especially wearing all black. All right. Look, man. Hey, man. Tyler, you way better than me and I appreciate for how nice you are because me personally, I would have not been this nice, man. I like I would have not been this nice. Could be like, "Bro, y'all can't just take me home. Like, why would y'all like you know what I'm saying, man? Like, I cannot be the only one that thinks this." Like they could have just took this dude on. Like I'm going to stand on this to the entire video. They should have took this dude on. I don't get why they Okay, cool. Miss me. Cool. Won't be in your record. Cool. Cool. Ticket. Cool. Amazing. Perfect. And that is good for him cuz I mean he's nice. He he he deserves it, you know? But man, they could have Man, they they could have just took this dude on, man. Like that. I'm just so aggravated on that part because like they man, come on, man. They they bored. They ain't had nothing better else to do. They probably had no action tonight. That's what it was. So they like, "Man, let's go and take him in cuz we ain't got nobody else in." I I I think that's what it was. All right, we'll get you back so your brother can get you. Okay. All right. Sounds good. Take care. All right, Coop. Head on back. Don't do anything about weed, brother. No. Okay. I don't think so. Just weed. Yeah. Yeah. It It goes back to him. Okay. And hey, man, we don't we don't care about weed, so it goes back. It goes back with you. We don't we don't take it. So, just a heads up. You get it back when you leave. All right. Well, that's nice for them. They let him keep his weave. I still think they're a dick for, you know, put him in handcuffs, but at least they're a little bit nice. At least they're a little bit like 5% nicer than what I expected. Cool. Thank you. Yep. All right. You good? I'm good. Now, let's head inside the patrol car where the officer and suspect share a heart-to-he heart chat. Two brothers heading to the station. Okay. Then from there, what was what's going to happen? Yeah. is I just issued a ticket. I'll explain it to you and then from there, you know, we'll just that's it. You're going home with him. Does that sound good? You'll get all your stuff back, too. Does that sound good? That sounds fair. Hey, thank you. I appreciate you. You got to understand, you know, you were you're not walking around. I understand. I'm stumbling. Yeah. And especially like you're wearing all black like our partner is saying. It could be a bit of It's a part of the stupid Halloween costume. No, I I understand. Yeah. But but especially, you know, at night like this. Yeah, it's hard to like this person walk across the street. I mean, they're wearing all black, too. It's hard to see them, too. I should be taking better care, you know, next time, like you guys said, $3. I could have got the Uber from my boss or something like and you know, it saves you all the time. You don't have to, you know, find your way home either. That can be a little bit dangerous, too. But, you know, I'm I'm glad we found you and nothing happened to you. That's what I'm glad. So, there is a positive to this in the end, but Exactly. There's positives and negatives to everything. Exactly. I know it might be hard to see the cuz of where you're at right now. You know what? At the end of the day, I'm glad you guys are taking care and trying to, you know, trying to take care of me and appreciate, you know, I appreciate that very much. Like, cuz at the end of the day, a lot of people don't look out for each other. You guys are just trying to look out for the people around here in the neighborhood. That's all it really is. Yeah. I ain't going to lie, Tyler, man. You you you way you way more extremely nice. I ain't going He He passes the vibe check and he's invited to all the cookouts. He He's invited, man. Cuz he he's way he's like that type of person. He just has a chill vibe. Like I could I could definitely see like there was definitely no like bad energy dealing with him at all cuz he was he chilling. Like he's actually a good per like not like surprised as he's a good person, but for just a situation that he's in, I know a lot of people would not be nice right now. There's a lot. You know what? We had somebody come up to Angelos's the other day and they were really up for like like they were just like not okay at all. At the end of the day, I I know I have to appreciate that you guys are doing your job and I'm very sorry. I know I've been out here stumbling a little bit. I know it's late at night and I'm sorry that you have to waste your time doing this. It's not a big deal. We try to make sure everyone stays safe. Eventually, we get to the question on everyone's mind. So, what what's your costume tonight? Is it supposed to be like I'm not going to lie. I kind of threw it together. It's kind of like a like a bandit like Assassin's Creed kind of like a goofy little I kind of threw it together. Like, it's not bad for throwing it together. Oh, yeah. I appreciate you, man. Yeah. There's definitely people that throw stuff together that they just end up looking like, you know, they didn't even dress up at all. So, yeah. That's true. It's true. You guys have parties for every holiday or just for Halloween and Christmas? Okay. Usually. I got you. As they wait for that sober ride to arrive, the caring officer leaves Tyler with some advice. All right, Tyler. So, yeah, I'm just going to finish writing your ticket. Um, what what's going on? Why you why you crying now? It just been hard for me, man. I got you. You know, if you ever need any help, there's always the uh Cove Community Center. Hey, it's on Cove near Lake and Clifton. It's right between It's on Cove, right between Hey, man. and Lake. What's up? What's your name? My name's Officer Cooper. Cooper. Yep. I appreciate you so much, man. No problem. I just want you to understand things things are hard for me, man. I got you. I try so hard. I I'm taking care of my dad. I have nobody else but me. Yeah, if you if you need some help, you can head up to Cove Community Center. Like I said, it's on Cove between Clifton and Lake. Um they have some different resources. Unfortunately, I'm not too aware. They're not open. What's up? I appreciate you suggesting anything. It doesn't matter whether you're aware or not. You're taking the time, man. I appreciate you for real, man. Yeah, no problem. Yeah, just go up there, talk to them. Unfortunately, like I said, I don't really know too much just because Most times that I work, they're not open because Yeah. So, yeah. Not too much is open usually when I'm working to be honest with you. Cooper, what's up? You don't really drink, do you? No, not really. That's good. I've been thinking a lot about quitting leaving that behind me, man. Yep. Honestly, I think I should, man. Well, one thing that'll help is you got to, you know, um, just have a strong community behind you to support you and, you know, like I said, if you need resources, community center can definitely help you out with that. So, you know, that's definitely one good place to look for you. Um, they'll be able to even suggest, I'm sure, to help you out. So, can I ask you for one last thing? What's up? Can you give me a hug? I will not give you hug. I'm sorry. That's totally fine. That's totally fine, bro. This dude, this dude is drunk as hell, man. I said at the beginning, I said he's nice and he's extremely nice. I Man, I I'll give a cop a give a cop a hug. All right, you know, good old bear hug, you know. But no, I'm I'm just playing. I'm just playing, man. I'm just playing, please. That was just a joke. But this dude, man, Tyler, man, he's That's what I'm saying, man. How nice and cool that he is. They could have just took him home. Like, you know what I'm saying? They could have just took this dude home, man. Like I'm still I'm sorry, man. I'm I'll crash out for that. I ain't gonna lie to you, man. Cuz they could have took this dude home. Fortunately myself, uh we've been out in the rain for quite some time today. So I appreciate you, man. Yeah, I'll give you a knuckle bump, though. How about that? Hey, I appreciate that. He said bloody knuckles. What? Looks like our boozed up bandit won't be totally left hanging. Let's continue. All right, so I finished this up. So, like I said, in a second, I'll get you out of the car. I'll get you all your stuff, and then, you know, we'll release you to your brother. I'll explain a ticket, release you to your brother, and, you know, we'll be all good from there. So, um, and then if you have any questions at that time, of course, I'll try to answer what I can. Does that sound good? Yes. Sounds good, Cooper. I think I appreciate you. Mhm. Yeah. So, we'll get out of the car now and ask you to Okay. All right. I'm going to buckle it now. And then if you want to go ahead and just watch your uh belt cuz remember it's still hanging. Yeah. Yeah, I got you. I'm going to pull it to the side here. Yeah. This stupid belt is like 8 ft long or something. I got you. Once out of the police car, Tyler gets released to his brother. A special Halloween treat for him. Then turn around. We'll take the handcuffs off. Now we have your brother come step out too and you know explain everything. I ain't going to lie, man. If I I know I said I ain't going to lie a lot. I'm sorry if that annoys y'all. That's just my personality and I don't you know that's just how I talk. But I'm not going to lie. If I was this brother, bro, I'll be like, "Y'all really couldn't just take him home, man. Y'all really had to be I would have been all that. I ain't going to lie. I would have been on Y'all couldn't have just took him home. Like he's it was just down the block, man. Come on now. You go all good and golden from here. Okay, I'll grab your stuff in a sec. Okay, thank you. Just keep your other hand behind you real quick. Just make it easy. Um I meant your right hand, but you're good. Your left hand, you're going to move it. I don't want any I don't want it right. There you go. All right. I'm going to walk over here real quick. All right. Okay, cool. I'm going to try to [ __ ] pull a stupid ass giant belt. Yeah. So, don't trip on your belt. It's pretty long. It's And I don't understand why this this outfit belt was so long. Okay. So, real quick, Tyler. Yes. So, you're being cited for early conduct intoxicated. So, you're walking on the street. You're very drunk. Street. Yes. Yes. And you were you're staggering all over the place, you know, and you could have fallen over. Could have walked in the middle street across the street. Could have been hit by a car. We don't want any of that to happen, of course, but that's functional. Tyler was cited for disorderly conduct and sent on his wicked way. You broke your phone already. You just got that thing, buddy. I did not break my phone. It sounded like you were in the toilet when you called me at 5 in the morning. It sounded like I was talking to you through the I didn't call you. He called you. Yeah, one of the officers called 5. I didn't call at 5 three or four times. I asked you to text me. I was hoping someone else would signature. That's okay. That's all right. I'll give you a copy of ticket. You have any questions? The court phone number is going to be on the back of your copy of ticket. Give them a call. Um pass today. Do you have any questions for me right now though? I do not cook it. Okay, perfect. There's your copy ticket. I'll grab all your stuff too out of the passenger seat and then you, my friend, will be all good to go. Okay. All right. So, here's your bag, your what you call that? Fanny pack. And then there's just a bag with all your stuff, too. Thank you. Yep. And then you are good to go from here. Just remember, pay your ticket online or in person before that court date. Or if you want to show up to court, it's on the 2nd. November 2nd at 1:00. November 2nd. No, I'm checking at 1:00. Okay. Thank you for your time. Mhm. I appreciate you. I'm sorry for your inconvenience. Hey, that's all right. Okay. Yep. Thank you. You guys be safe, too. All right. Thank you. Thanks for coming and picking them up. He drinks today. All right. And that's the end of that video. Like I said, man, my opinion on this, they could have just took this dude home, man. like they really care about that quota. And I'm not even trying to be like a, you know, anti- cobb everything, even though you know. Nah, no. But I feel like they could have just took this dude home like if it's just down the block cuz I know a lot offers that's what they end up just doing. And since he did the smart thing and didn't drive drunk or anything like that, like what? Like I don't know, man. Especially he wasn't even like bothering nobody. You know, we got those other drunks where, you know, they be drunk and they be like messing with people and, you know, acting out. And I do understand that, you know, you can't be drunk in like public, especially like walking home at night cuz, yeah, he can't like, you know, cross the street and a car could hit him or, you know, he could fall or something like I understand that completely and I do, but I still feel like they could have just took him home and this could all like, you know what I mean? Like they could have been like a little bit more. But, you know, I understand different states do different things. But hey, y'all tell me what y'all think. Y'all think I'm tripping? Y'all think I'm wrong? You know, say in the comment section. You know, I read all the comments. I like the good and bad. It it it So, I like to hear different opinions, but I really want y'all opinion on this. Y'all think that they could have just took this dude home, or was it like right for them just to like take him to the station and give him a little misdemeanor ticket and send him on his way when they could have just took him down the block and just dropped him off? But I'll I'll let y'all decide on that. But y'all have a wonderful day and BP out,
