So, if my dog hits on your vehicle, obviously there's a narcotic in here, okay? Since you're the owner of the vehicle, you more than likely probably would go to jail then, okay? Or you can give us consent to search your vehicle, and if anything's found, you know, we can go about it then. So, my dog doesn't hit. So, you must be honest about nothing being in that. Do you mind if we just like for my knowledge know if there's anything in there? [music] What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Akran Police Department over there in Ohio fishing so hard to catch these people on something. You having these Akran police officers follow this guy saying that he left from a drug house. Then you having these officers just get straight to fishing. They having him in the back of the car. They had her on the outside of the car and they was asking her, "Hey, do you mind if we run the K9?" They ran the canine and then the K9 didn't find nothing. Then you having these officers say, "Well, you know, do you mind if we just check?" This is why it's very important to know your rights. You will have officers like this that will try to snake their way into violating your rights. And also, I would like to say that I am sorry about talking a little too fast for y'all. I'm I was just naturally born like that. Like I'm just a fast talker. Especially like when I'm into something, I like to kind of like get to the point, but like explain it like really quickly. So, that is my fault on that and I will work better on that. Without further ado, let's get into the video. >> Hey, pull me over, sir. >> Rolled the stop sign back there to East Car. >> You did. >> Do you have your ID on you? her ID. Do >> you have ID on you? >> What's your name? >> John. She have her ID. Say again. >> John Little Junior suspended. >> Yeah. >> All right. Hold on. Please. Hold on. Hands on top of your head. Okay. You got any firearms in the car? No. >> No, no. >> Oh, sir. >> Any drugs in the car? >> No, sir. >> Any drugs on your >> No. Leaving us to die in prison. >> Is it your cousin? What's your cousin's name? >> Thomas. Thomas last name. >> Have you got anything on you that I miss? >> No, sir. You can check 15 times a day. I don't have nothing on me. We don't do >> shorts underneath, please, or anything. >> All right. Yeah. I mean, rule the stop sign. I came up on you pretty fast. >> Yeah. Why do you keep asking your guns and jewelry? >> I do that every time. Ohio law states you don't have to disclose that you have a firearm unless I ask you specifically if you have a firearm. >> So, we always do that. >> I wonder why. I've never pulled in that driveway ever again in my life. Well, if that's it, you're just driving on suspension. I see Charice was her name. Is that it? Yeah, she's dialed. >> She can drive you guys away. So, if you, you know, work with me, there's nothing in the car that shouldn't be. I can get you guys on your way. Okay. >> Hi. Uh, I'm Officer Height, so I have a canine, a narcotic canine. Okay. Um, yeah, but I just I like to give the rundown anyways. Um, so if my dog hits on your vehicle, um, obviously there's a narcotic in here, okay? Um, and since you're the owner of the vehicle, you more than likely probably would go to jail then, okay, if there was something in here. Um, or you can give us consent to search your vehicle. Um, and if anything's found, you know, we can go about it then. But I'm just saying. Do you consent or no? You don't care. >> All right. >> Do you you can search? >> I asked earlier and you said no. >> Um do you mind stepping out then for us? >> Oh, still run my dog. You want to go over with her? >> Oh, okay. different. >> Have y'all ever seen a canine dog get this deep into somebody's car? Yippy. Yippy. Good boy. Good boy. >> So my dog doesn't hit. >> I know. >> So you must be honest about nothing being in there. Do you mind if we just like for my knowledge know if there's anything in there or not? Do you care if we look? Okay. >> Obviously, she has nothing to hide and there's nothing wrong with that. Man, I'm telling you, it's really is good just to use your rights because you just never know how dirty these officers can get. >> There's nothing in there. >> I appreciate that though. >> Hey, hi Hey, hi. I got a scale and it's a box of strip. >> I found a scale in the center console as boxing strip. Obviously, he's not going to smell that. >> Yeah, he's not going to smell that. It's got >> Yeah. >> Small amount of residue [snorts] on it. >> So, yeah. >> Yeah. You can smell that. >> He was interested in that coat in the back seat, too, but I don't know. >> Yeah. I'm going to check on that. Do you have anything in your pockets at all? We had to find a scale on the suboxin on the car. Do you have a prescription for suboxin? >> No. >> No. >> Little John, I'm going to read you this real quick. These rights of mind. Do you wish to talk to me now? >> No. >> Okay. So, obviously we found the scale, right? She the K9 came out. She gave us consent to check. Is there anything else in the car that I need to be aware of that I might have found? >> Oh, no. Are you Do you have a prescription for any medication? >> Yeah. Suboxin. >> Suboxin. Where's that prescription at? >> Uh, I don't have it on me. I'm going to the uh since I got from prison. I told him I didn't want to uh pop her to a few drugs >> and they uh gave me suboxin strips. >> So you you have a prescription from a doctor? >> Yeah, from a uh the uh medical center. >> Okay. Which medical center? >> I think CHC or Carson Street from there cuz I'll be going to both of them to drive >> like the community health place over on Market Street. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um, they tell you you got to carry the suboxins in the prescription container. No, >> cuz it's only one of them I had on me, so I didn't. >> I was about to do that today. >> Are you supposed to take Where where would that suboxin be at? >> Probably in the uh in the car either on the floor cuz it was on my lap. I was just about to take it, put it on my tongue. >> Mhm. >> I ain't taking my dose today. >> Why didn't you take it when they give it to you? Isn't that how it's supposed to give it to you? You're supposed to take it like 50 at a time. >> 50 a time. But it should have a in a package with your name on it and stuff like that. >> No. >> I don't see how they get away with that. That's would make >> cuz that's the only way that we know that you're supposed to possess the medication that you're supposed to possess when it's a controlled substance. >> Mhm. >> You know what I mean? Yeah. Well, as in you say it like that, I get what you're saying. But they don't do it like that. They give you a rubber band wrapped in a piece of paper with your name on it and your dose. >> Your dose. And it's It should have like a prescription number though, right? >> Not a number on there. You should grab it right quick. It's in the uh car. >> It's in the car. Where at in the car? >> Probably on the floor. It should be one >> like the strip or the the paper with your name on it. >> Oh, the strip. >> Okay. Yeah, I found the strip and it was Yeah. >> So, okay. So, this is what's going to happen. Okay. >> We're going to give you a summon for possession of this. What you need to do is you're going to Listen, listen. If you bring in your prescription showing that you're prescribed suboxin or that you're being given to it for a medical purpose like that. >> Yeah. >> Then I'll we'll have the prosecutor dismiss the charges. You're not going to jail today. >> Well, why can't you just I can you can follow me to my house and I bring you the prep strips and out. You don't got >> Where do you live? Where do you guys live at? >> I live on Cole Street. Just came home from prison, sir. >> So you you guys are living on Cole? Yeah, I got it in my phone that I'm talking to my people that the the program and everything in my phone right there and it just ring it. Can you hand me my phone? I could just show you. >> There's a prescription on the >> I can show you the per the uh the advisor I go through to get >> just like I'm just But you need to have So you have a like the package has your name on it. >> This just proves how officers will try to ruin your life especially when you just get out of prison. >> You have to have a doctor prescribe this. I swear guys or they don't to you like that. I promise. >> I I understand. But I'm tell this it's a prescription only. It's a prescription only. You need to have a prescription for this. >> So you have to have some sort of doctor or nurse practitioner or uh physicians assistants prescribe medication. It's one of those things that has to have a requires a doctor. So you should have some sort of prescription that gives you that. Just like when you go and get methadone. Methodone is >> That's what I'm saying. I was going through the methodone. >> I know. that that you you have some sort of prescription either on file there or you have something in your house. >> I can have you call the person. >> Well, I we need you. It's supposed to be carried in the spec specific container. >> Well, can I see if he can send me the uh the picture of it? >> Yeah, sure. Turn that way. I'll take these cuffs off you and then I'll let you So, we're going to cut you a break. We're not He's not getting a ticket. You're not getting a ticket. Next time he's driving this car, expect him to get a ticket. You get a ticket and the car gets towed. >> Okay. >> They the state can actually take your license for allowing him to drive your car with you knowing that he doesn't have a license. >> Okay. >> So, I I don't want to do that. >> Okay. You've been cooperative with us. Going to do our best to work with you. >> Okay. >> So, he's going to call up on his prescription for the suboxin. At at worst case, if they can't send him a picture of his prescription, he'll get a summon and then all he's got to do is take the, you know, like on any medication, you get the pill bottle, which should come in a bag with his prescription on it. All he's got to do is go in and show that to a prosecutor and we'll dismiss the charges. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Um, but that that's worst case. >> Okay. >> He's not going to jail today. We'll just It's going to be a few more minutes and then we'll get you guys out of here. >> But you can roll the window up and get warm >> and whatnot. Talk about >> Yeah, absolutely. Is that >> I'm I'm okay with that. Just don't leave because he's probably he's not going anywhere. >> Hold up if anybody >> No, they didn't pick up. I guess it's a holiday or so. >> Yeah, it's New Year's Day. They're not going to pick up. >> Look, look, this is December 19th. Please >> complete a It's asking you to complete that. I get >> and I called and I completed it. >> I'm just ahead of me. >> But that doesn't show us that you have a prescription. So, like I said, the what what's going to happen is is we're going to cut you a summon and that'll give you time to get that paperwork in order. >> What if I get in trouble for a summon? >> You just tell your show paperwork. You know what I'm saying? >> Yeah, but you don't have it on here. I mean, that's the only way that we know that you're legally allowed to possess it. And this a summon is better than us sending you to county, right? >> Yeah. But at the same time, you >> you can explain you're on because I'm on No, I'm not on probation. I'm just saying >> you're on parole. >> No. >> Okay. So, you get a summon and then if you show and again I'm telling you right now and it's on my camera. If you provide a prescription that shows that you have a prescription for suboxin, I'm going to tell the prosecutor we're going to drop the charges. >> Okay. So, what's your name? >> I'm Officer Thornton. It's going to be on the paperwork. Okay. >> So, again, like I said, you're not getting a ticket for driving. We're cutting her a break cuz she knew you didn't have a license to drive. But it's called wrongful trust. So, if you drive her car without a license, you're going to get her license suspended and the state's going to take her car from her. >> All right? So, we're cutting you guys some breaks and I'm giving you the chance to show and I believe you, but just because I unfortunately I can't that's not 100% certain. >> If you had a picture of it, >> that shows that you completed an assessment that doesn't show that you were prescribed this medication. >> You know what I mean? >> So, I want to see if I got some more. All right. mission is good. Just acknowledging that you know when your court date is and the time you >> to me it's just crazy how they had this K9 do all of this and they're still asking you mind if we search >> I know >> so he must be honest >> saying that she must be honest but yeah you still want to ask you mind if we search the car still. >> Do you mind if we just like for my knowledge know if there was anything in there or not? Do you care if we look? Okay. I mean, yeah. >> Me personally, since these officers couldn't find what they were looking for in the car because they saw him leave a drug house. >> I swear to God. So, they don't you like that. I promise. >> I I understand. But I'm tell because this it's a prescription only. >> And that's the only thing that sucked about it that this was New Year's Day. So, he couldn't even be able to call those people. So, this officer will actually leave him alone about it. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about these Acura police officers for pulling this guy over all because that he was leaving a suspected drug house and you having these officers pull the canine out even though the canine didn't alert to anything. You having them say, "Well, you know, uh, can we just check?" And obviously, like I said, this lady didn't have nothing to hide, so she just didn't care. Which, like I said, is understandable. You know, everybody's different, but like at the same time, these officers will be dirty. And you have them cases, they be putting stuff in your car just hoping be like, "Oh yeah, we found this right here." and take everybody to jail. It has happened. It's documented. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] [music]
